Everything about Ravenwood was exceptional. We really enjoyed their group tasting event for all 2025 couples in January. It was a great way to sample so many of their dishes but also to see the room decorated in multiple styles to help get a better visual of how a wedding would look in that space. They also have plenty of table decor options to choose from already on site (candle votives, table numbers, miscellaneous boxes). The outdoor patio is always well kept with the most beautiful flowers and the ballroom looked perfect with our pre-planned set-up. On the day of the wedding, the hand-passed appetizers were a huge hit (buffalo chicken wontons, coconut shrimp, sausage stuffed mushrooms). The entrees came out very quickly and were all served at perfect temperature per our guests. They were able to make modifications very easily for our guests with dietary restrictions. The bar staff were so friendly and took care of guests quickly, resulting in there rarely being a line at the bar.
Bridgette deserves her own review for just how incredible she is at her job. From the beginning she had excellent communication and was flexible with our meetings, given we were planning out of state. She provided helpful insight during our initial planning meeting for room layout options, wedding timeline, and other things to think about during the early planning phases (personalized decor, photo booth, etc). She is extremely organized and provided us with our own detailed organizer to fill out to stay on track with all of the different planning phases. During our final meeting, I had come with a list of questions to discuss. By the end of running through her list, Bridgette had answered all the questions before I even asked - she truly thinks of everything! On the wedding day, she arrived at the venue the same time as the bridal party to start setting up. Throughout the night, she coordinated with the other vendors seamlessly to ensure we remained on time. She was very thoughtful to check in throughout the night just to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. She was such a pleasure to work with! -

We recently got married at Ravenwood (July 2025) and had the most amazing experience.
From our very first meeting in 2023 with the team at Ravenwood to our big day, we could not have been happier with how everything turned out!
Our event coordinator was Cailyn Calcagno and we can't say enough things amazing about her! She is such a positive, calming presence. She communicate with us every step of the way throughout this process. She made wedding planning feel less stressful and helped our wedding day be all that we wanted it to be and more! Cailyn was so patient with us throughout the entire planning process and was always there to help answer our questions, talk through details and offer up her expertise/suggestions. I did not feel stressed or worried day of at all because I fully trusted that Cailyn would take care of everything day of and she did!
The venue speaks for itself with it's beautiful landscape, florals and cohesive/unique set up but we also were able to utilize a lot of decor pieces that Ravenwood offers up to its couples which was so helpful. We loved how it offers both indoor and outdoor areas, especially when you have a day like ours (90+ degrees)! We had so may guests comment on how beautiful and perfect Ravenwood was as a wedding venue.
The bartenders and servers were amazing. Our group definitely likes to drink so the bar was a hopping place but so many of our guests commented on how great the service was and how attentive the whole staff was during our wedding.
We had the most unforgettable and special wedding day we could have asked for and we know it is because we chose to have it at Ravenwood and got to work with Cailyn!
We would highly recommend having your wedding at Ravenwood if you are considering it! We are so glad we did. -

I want to commend the whole staff at Ravenwood on the service they provided to us for my daughters 5/25/24 wedding. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way for us. We really had five-star service. It amazed me how they went from having a Friday night wedding to me coming in at 7:30am the following morning, to get the bridal suite set up, and seeing the ball room already having the tables set and ready to go for our wedding. Then when I came in on Sunday morning to pick up our décor, the place was spotless.
Bridgette Yeaple, our wedding coordinator did a phenomenal job from the first meeting we had with her a year and a half ago all the way up to the days after the wedding. She was so thorough at explaining the cost of everything and did not leave anything out. She really sold us on the venue, and I knew we would be in good hands with her. She was awesome at communicating with us and replied to emails and text messages promptly.
Ravenwood does not nickel and dime you for things. We had our ceremony there and there was no extra charge for that. We were also able to use their decor/table centerpieces as well as provide some of our own decor and Bridgette did a beautiful job decorating.
I had so many people tell me that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to, and we owe it all to the staff at Ravenwood (and our great vendors and band).
I definitely recommend Ravenwood (and Bridgette) to anyone getting married. We just had such a great experience, and the venue is just incredible and beautiful.

The best of the best !!
Jennifer and the staff were the most professional, kind, hard-working people to work with! They made my daughters wedding magical ! As the mother of the bride, I was a ‘guest’ at the wedding ! I did not have to worry about a thing! The food was delicious, the drinks delicious (best bartenders)! I HIGHLY recommend Ravenwood for your wedding or any event ! Ten out of a ten ! -

I can not say enough good things about Bridgett and staff from the Ravenwood. My Daughter's wedding went flawlessly. Bridgett was always at the ready and made the day run smoothly. The staff was so attentive to any of our needs during the day. This venue is fantastic. Thank you for giving my daughter her dream day. -

We had an absolute pleasure working with Bridgette (our wedding coordinator) and the team at Ravenwood. Bridgette took us by our hands and made it so much less stressful to plan for a wedding. She is an amazing communicator, and always has a smile on her face regardless of the situation. Wedding plans almost always tends to change last minute, and she did not hesitate to make sure our wedding went exactly the way we wanted it to.
In regard to the actual venue - a lot of decorations/flowers are in house for Ravenwood, and we ended up saving a lot of money from using. The ceremony location was so incredibly picturesque, and the reception area was recently redone with new wooden floors. The food is in-house catering. Many of our guests came up to us during the wedding stating how beautiful the venue was and the food was better than most of the weddings they have attended thus far.
We loved that there was also a bridal suite right down the hallway from the reception area for us and our wedding party to take a breather and grab some food/drinks. If you have any friends/family that love to play golf, it's also a major plus. Some of our golf fanatics in our family said it was one of their top experiences.
Shoutout also to Sway from Ravenwood for attending to our wedding party and consistently providing us drinks and appetizers. He even drove back on the golf cart during sunset pictures to get my wife and I drinks! The service was incredible.
All in all we felt Ravenwood was the perfect venue for our wedding. Would highly highly recommend to future couples!! -

Every part of the venue itself is stunning. The staff is professional and responsive. We worked with Bridgette, who was so sweet and and attentive. She took all of our ideas and brought them to life so beautifully. We had a smooth, completely stress free day because the staff handled everything wonderfully. We're still hearing feedback from guests who just loved the venue and had the best time. We cannot thank the Ravenwood team enough, and HIGHLY recommend this venue. -

Everyone brags about how amazing their day and venue were, but honestly Ravenwood went so above and beyond for us and our wedding for such a reasonable cost.
From the beginning I was blown away by how much Jennifer and the Ravenwood team were willing to customize our entire weekend (without any upcharge). They provided expertise, flexibility, support, decor and more which was so helpful in making our wedding planning as stress free as possible (even from a few states away).
Something that really made Ravenwood stand out for me is their room full of decorations that are free for you to use. They have decorations for any style of wedding and really make things flawless so you aren’t buying random vases or candle holders that you won’t use after the wedding is over.
We had a rainy wedding day, but Jennifer and the Ravenwood team were super flexible up to right before we walked down the aisle to make sure we could be in the space we initially wanted once the rain let up. It was the most magical and moody moment – better than what we dreamed up.
Throughout the entire time we were at the venue, we were catered to and would be assisted with anything that came up.
I cannot stress enough how incredible of a venue Ravenwood is. I felt like they truly cared about us and our wedding – we weren’t just another number to them for wedding season.
Choosing Ravenwood as our venue was the best decision we could have made. The energy, the bar, the food, the beauty of the space (and free flowers with landscaping) were perfect. I still get messages from our guests raving about the venue and the food. So I truly recommend this as the top venue in Rochester. Incredible bang for your buck. -

It's been about a month since our wedding and I have not stopped thinking about how appreciative I am to the Ravenwood team for making sure our special day went off without a hitch. We went to 6 venues before making our decision to book with Ravenwood. What sealed the deal for us was the ability to have the best of both worlds - an outdoor and indoor venue. My husband didn't like the idea of dinner outside (because bugs) and I had always dreamt of having an outdoor ceremony. Ravenwood was perfect because they have a beautiful ceremony setting outside with covered seating for the guests and a banquet area inside where dinner is always hosted. For the reception, the bar and dance floor are in a covered patio type location with walls on three sides and a fourth wall that opens up to the outside. This gave me the outdoor setting I wanted with protection from the elements for our guests as needed.
Once we signed up with Ravenwood it became instantly clear that we had made a great decision as their wedding coordinator, Jennifer, did everything in her power to ensure we had the wedding we wanted. For almost a year I was emailing her questions and concerns, and she answered each inquiry quickly and thoroughly. I made last minute requests on a few occasions to stop by and tour the venue with my family and matron of honor, and she happily accommodated those requests. I never felt like a nuisance or a bother throughout the process. Even when I was almost emailing her daily in the weeks leading up to our wedding, she made me feel relaxed, validated, and at ease. I don't believe I ever made a request that Jennifer declined - she said yes to absolutely everything!! She was also helpful and made recommendations throughout the process. When we had roadblocks we were running into, she offered solutions and helped us problem solve. She also has a large stock of décor that you can use which really helped us save some money during our planning process!
The day of our wedding, Jen came through for us in so many ways! She genuinely seemed excited for our big day, and she was right there with everything we needed. A few hours ahead of the ceremony I checked in on how setup and décor was going and requested changes that she happily accommodated. I appreciated her allowing me to be part of the process since, although I knew I didn't need to lift a finger that day, I was having a hard time telling the control freak in me to let go. It also made me feel calmer to be able to provide input as things were being set up so that I knew it was done to my liking, and I could tell that Jen welcomed my feedback instead of being bothered by it.
Throughout the wedding Jen regularly checked in with us to see if we needed anything. During dinner when she came to tell us the buffet was ready and we could go get dinner I basically stared blankly at her since that was the first time I had sat down in hours. She knew immediately what to do and asked if she could make a plate for me and bring it over. In these small ways she went above and beyond for us to make sure we didn't even have to think that day. At the end of the night, I asked her what we needed to do with our décor and she said to leave it there and they would box it up for us. She told us we could come back at any time the next day to pick it up. It was such a weight off our shoulders to receive this flexibility from her and to know everything was taken care of.
Overall, I chose Ravenwood for very practical reasons initially because my husband and I needed an indoor/outdoor venue. However, in the end, the reason I was so happy with our decision 100% had everything to do with Jennifer and the Ravenwood team working so hard to make our day so special. I highly recommend Ravenwood for your wedding day! You will not regret it! -

Ravenwood Golf Club, Victor, NY, is a perfect wedding venue
My daughter, Nicole, was married 7/9/2022 and her wedding was beyond beautiful! Ravenwood is a spectacular venue and the perfect place to have a wedding. Jennifer was Nicole & Mark's coordinator, and she made sure every detail was in place and made herself available during the entire time. She was easy and pleasant to work with from their first meeting and after the wedding. I had several conversations with her and she helped me set up a pre-wedding brunch for the girls as they were getting ready. Ravenwood is very lucky to have her as a coordinator. I would highly recommend Ravenwood Golf Club. -

My husband and I got married last weekend on 4/16 and I'm not sure if we'll ever stop thinking about how fantastic it was! Bridgette was our event coordinator and she was amazing right from our very first correspondence. At our meetings, she outlined everything for us and made sure we didn't miss any detail. Given that we didn't know anything about the planning process to begin with, she made it so so very easy for us.
On the day of, she and her team were attentive to any need we had even before we knew we had it. We got to focus on us and the day, as they made sure that we didn't need to worry about anything. The space and the course are beautiful, and the food was great. We could not recommend this venue enough.

We could not have had a more perfect wedding day at Ravenwood Golf Club! My husband and I were beyond pleased with the process from start to finish. We fell in love with the staff and atmosphere at our first tour and had an incredible experience throughout, including our meetings, working with coordinators, week-of preparations, our wedding day, and "pick up". Our coordinator, Marissa, and her staff were extremely professional, talented, and you can tell they love what they do! As a bride and groom, we were well taken care of. Our family and wedding guests were all amazed at the experience, too! We highly recommend Ravenwood for your wedding and events!! -

We had a great experience at ravenwood! From beginning to end everything just felt easy. Jennifer always was there for me and really guided me in all the planning. Obviously with covid are plans had to change. We still had the most amazing wedding day! I would recommend ravenwood to anyone -

From the beginning stages of planning to our wedding day, the service at Ravenwood was excellent. The coordinator, Marissa, went above and beyond through providing assistance with helping me develop a vision for the décor as well as helping me choose flowers with the florist. She executed everything we discussed beautifully and both the indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful! The food (apps: bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops, antipasto; dinner: Chicken French, eggplant napoleon, 3 cheese risotto) was outstanding and the presentation was fantastic. It is one of the few venues that provides décor available free of charge. I cannot recommend Ravenwood highly enough! -

She was the first person we met with and we knew instantly that Ravenwood was the perfect place for our wedding. The staff members were so helpful. The venue and golf course are so beautiful! I highly recommend Ravenwood for any event needs especially weddings. It was so nice being able to explain my vision to Jennifer and her being able to pull it off. We could not have imagined a better venue for our special day. We wanted an indoor and outdoor option, as we are an outdoorsy couple- but also didn't want to worry about Rochester weather ruining our day! Ravenwood is perfect for a romantic outdoor feel! Our guests loved having access to the patio and sitting by the course. Amber and her team did an amazing job from day one. She was extremely responsive, organized, and attentive. She exceeded our expectations! Everything came together so beautifully (better than I could have possibly imagined) and we continue to receive countless compliments from guests on how amazing the venue was. Cannot recommend enough! -

Allison Sent on 07/08/2018Ravenwood Country club was AMAZING! Marissa was our coordinator and from day one she went above and beyond. She answered our questions quickly, answered all of our parents questions, helped us fit our budget, gave great advice and was a great support when I was anxious it would rain the day of (it didn't but the back up plan she had for us was amazing and calmed me down). The food was so good! I had many guests go back up for seconds on the Buffett. We had rave reviews on the venue! I love that they have a bridal supplies closet. Marissa used supplies there to spice up our wedding decor. I also did not have to pay for the majority of my centerpiece items because the venue had them! I really really really really recommend them. Only negative I received was the dance floor was really hot when it was humid even with fans on, but what can you really do about that?

Ramon Sent on 11/14/2017From the start when we first visited Ravenwood Golf Club, we were greeted with nothing more than the utmost professionalism and care. The event coordinator Jennifer was amazing, letting us know that our day would be the most important thing on her schedule that day; her memory attention to detail was impeccable. On the day of our wedding we were in awe to the beauty of the ceremony and dining area, as well as how well Jennifer was able to make our vision a reality. Our wedding started later than expected, and Jennifer's patience and reassurance that everything would turn out ok was a god send. The food was out of this world, we had the Chicken Oscar as our main entrée, and everyone love their meal to the point of most people getting seconds. Throughout the day, Jennifer and her employees walked us through all of the special events with care and ease. I will be recommending Ravenwood to everyone I know and people that I don't know as well, that's how amazing they were! If you don't have your wedding or special event here, your are missing out!

Sarah Sent on 11/03/2013I am starting off by saying Ronnie is awesome! Immediately from the start we felt like they would make our day special and exactly how we wanted. Other venues we visited it felt like every wedding was preplanned and you selected from their choices. For our wedding we did almost everything DIY and with only a few pictures and some notes, Ronnie took our decor and made the room look absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't have imagined it looking any better. The day flowed so smoothly and effortlessly, I only wish it didn't go by so fast! We planned our wedding from PA so we did a lot of emailing back and forth. Ronnie is great at answering all your questions (I had A LOT!) and making time to meet with you before the event. The room at Ravenwood is gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows that give a beautiful view of the trees and grounds. Our wedding was in October which was perfect for seeing all the beautiful fall colors. I HIGHLY recommend Ronnie and Ravenwood if your looking to have a wonderful venue that will work with you towards the wedding of your dreams and make sure everything runs smoothly!
