The photographer did an amazing job!
From the first email to the last hug at the end of the night, working with Russell Films was such a joy. They’re professional, but also so warm and fun to be around. On our wedding day they felt like friends, not just vendors — and somehow they still managed to stay invisible when they needed to. Our film is breathtaking: the shots of my dad walking me down the aisle, our first dance, even the kids running around — all edited in a way that feels cinematic and full of heart. Every emotion captured forever
I honestly can’t stop smiling every time I watch our wedding film. It feels like they didn’t just record the day, they truly felt it with us. The way the production team noticed every little detail — the way my husband looked at me during the vows, my dad’s proud smile as he walked me down the aisle, the laughter of our friends during dinner — it all feels so real, so alive.
What touched me most is that they captured not only the big moments but also the emotions in between. The soft looks, the hugs, the little tears — those are the things you can never plan, but somehow they caught them all. And then the way it was all edited together… it’s beyond anything I could have imagined. Cinematic, heartfelt, and so true to us.

From Laughter to Tears - Rassl Films Caught It All
What I didn’t expect was how much fun we’d actually have with the crew. They weren’t just standing around with cameras — they joked with us, kept the energy up, and made everyone feel at ease. At one point during the reception, my grandfather got up and started dancing, and somehow they caught it perfectly — that’s a memory we’ll never forget.
The whole film feels different than what I imagined a wedding video would be. It’s not stiff or staged — it’s alive. The way they pieced together the speeches, the kids running around, even the quiet moments of us getting ready — it all feels so genuine. Honestly, we got back more than just a video. I like it so much

Excellent, astonishing
What I loved most was how relaxed the team made me feel. I get nervous in front of cameras, but they were so kind and encouraging, it felt like hanging out with friends. And the shots — breathtaking. I didn’t realize how much the little moments would mean until I saw them in the film. Pure Magic by the Ocean
We had a tiny sunrise ceremony by the ocean, and I honestly didn’t know how it could possibly be captured well — the low light, the sound of the waves, our nervous laughter. But somehow, they did it. They guided us to stand in just the right spot so the sun wrapped around us perfectly, flew the drone like absolute pros (and even had all the permits taken care of in advance), and hid the little lav mics so well you never know they were there.
In the highlight film, the sound of the ocean feels like its own character. And the colors — soft, pastel, absolutely true to the morning. It feels exactly like it did standing barefoot in the sand, Every time we rewatch it, it’s like we’re back there again. Pure magic and done with so much care. -

Our experience, our ceremony
Our biggest worry was the weather — it poured rain and the wind was insane that morning, and our ceremony was supposed to be outdoors. But the team showed up prepared with a full plan B: windshields for the mics, backup batteries, rain covers for the gear, and even backup spots if we needed to move. The way they stayed so calm and confident honestly set the tone for us too. And somehow in the final video, there’s no chaos, no rain, just pure joy and light.
What touched me most was the moment they captured when my dad saw me in my dress for the first time. Every word, every tear — it’s all there, crystal clear, paired with music that gives me goosebumps every single time. And the turnaround was unbelievably fast! We had a teaser within 48 hours, and the full set in just three weeks. My grandma watches “our movie” every single night now -

The most beautiful way to relive our wedding day
Tell us how it went
We didn’t just want a pretty wedding clip — we wanted a real story, with pauses, emotions, and all those little moments in between. And that’s exactly what we got! The team sent us a questionnaire beforehand, helped us map out the timeline, and even suggested the best spot for our vows so the audio would come out crystal clear. On the actual day, they were so respectful and low-key — capturing everything without ever pulling us out of the moment.
In the end we got a 7-minute highlight film, a full recording of the ceremony and our parents’ speeches, plus a long feature with the dancing and all those small details we would have missed otherwise. The editing feels natural and effortless, the music choices are spot on, and the colors look vibrant but true to life. Watching it back feels like stepping right into our day again — authentic, emotional, and ours in every way. -
