Randy was the most amazing officiant we could’ve hoped for. Such a warm and welcome presence for our special ceremony. He brought both a sense of gravitas, as well as genuine love and compassion. Victor and I couldn't be more grateful to have chosen Randy as our ceremony officiant. Randy is kind, personable, down to earth, and he was so easy to work with from start to finish. He took the time to meet us and he was extremely helpful with guiding and walking us through the entire process. He is truly a professional and spoke very eloquently at the ceremony. He even stepped aside for the photographer to capture photos of us once the ceremony concluded!

Randy was awesome. My wife and I were planning our wedding in Gilroy, CA within a somewhat short timeframe and we needed an officiant. The all important closer. The person who seals the deal. We were so fortunate to have found Randy Taylor. I know it was a busy weekend for him and he had to move things around on his end to make it happen but on our special day he was there for us and on time. I had not personally met Randy until the day of our wedding and I’m not going to lie, my wife and I where a little nervous but Randy’s calm demeaner and professionalism made us feel at ease. We knew we had chosen the right person for the job. The script that he had prepared for us was perfect. Many of our family and guests commented on what a beautiful ceremony it was. We are so grateful. If you are panning on taking that big step in life I highly recommend this man. You won’t be disappointed

Randy was very easy to work with since day one. He was so genuine that after our initial conversation with him, we knew we wanted him to officiate our wedding. After taking the time to get to know us and getting an idea of what we wanted to include in our ceremony, he wrote us the most beautiful script. We were also able to incorporate some Filipino traditions and were really happy with how well the ceremony went. He was very professional and also showed up early to meet with our other vendors. Rev Randy Taylor, Jojo and I would just like to thank you again for officiating our wedding last week. We are overwhelmed with gratitude. The ceremony was absolutely perfect!
If you are looking for a professional, warm officiant, then Randy Taylor is a solid choice. He made the entire process simple and straightforward from start to finish. His packages are clear cut. He is always a call, text, or email away should you have any questions.
Lastly, he brought such a calming energy to our ceremony that not only we felt but our guests felt, too. My relatives who were part of the ceremony felt at ease after discussing details with Randy. Stating your vows can be nerve-racking, but Randy knows how to reassure you while all eyes are on you.

Great ceremony, very accommodating
Randy got a lot of compliments from our attendees on the ceremony and was very well-received. My bride and I made a mistake and didn't get a wedding license on time, but Randy was very accommodating and helped us through the process and agreed to meet us a second time so we could get the license signed after the ceremony. He even agreed to meet us at a senior home so we could do the license signing in front of my wife's sick grandmother who was unable to attend the ceremony. This really meant a lot to us and we were very thankful he was able to accommodate us so graciously. Highly recommend.

Touching and personal ceremony
We are so happy we booked Randy as our officiant! We purchased a custom ceremony package with him so that we could incorporate elements from a favorite book of ours. His ceremony script was touching, and during the ceremony, he spoke clearly, slowly, and beautifully. Several of our guests 'got the feels' and happy waterworks ensued.
Before the ceremony, he worked with us to answer questions about the marriage license (even guiding us when we ran into COVID-related issues obtaining one in time).
After the ceremony, he promptly submitted the paperwork to the so that we could request certified copies of our marriage certificate before going on our honeymoon.
Randy was a pleasure to work with and we could not be more pleased with his services. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had Randy officiate our wedding which my husband found through a referral. I am so glad we heard about him and that he was available given that we contacted him 2 weeks prior to our big day. Randy not only made the process easy but enjoyable as well. He was very professional and punctual. He sent me the ceremony guide within a few days which was perfect. He arrived at the Venue on time with a smile on his face. Randy was such a pleasure to work with. Whenever I had a question he would respond promptly. We reached out to Randy Taylor Weddings after a suggestion from our wedding planner, and I’m so glad that we did!
We worked closely with Randy to plan our ceremony, and had his son, Justin, officiate our wedding.
My husband and I truly wanted to tailor our ceremony to fit our personalities, and Randy did just that. We sent him suggestions, reading ideas and verbiage and he put together a beautiful ceremony for us.
On the day of our wedding, Justin did a fantastic job. He showed up on time and was very professional. He made us feel at ease up at the altar but provided just the right amount of seriousness for such a momentous occasion.
We received compliments from so many of our guests saying that our ceremony was one of the most personal, heartfelt and fun ceremonies they had witnessed, which is a true testament to Randy and Justin!

We used Justin for our officiant and Erica for our day-of coordinator! We have gotten so many compliments about our service, including how beautifully written it was and how much it truly portrayed us as a couple. Justin made sure the ceremony was just as we wanted and executed everything perfectly! My husband also doesn’t do well in situations like that and doesn’t like standing up in crowds like that and Justin made him feel so comfortable! And Erica was amazing! Everything was perfectly organized and executed. We did have some hiccups on the day of and Erica handled them with character and on her own so I didn’t even know any of that was happening until a few weeks later until someone in my family told me! It was incredibly professional and sweet of Erica to take care of all of that and then some! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for people who are going to do anything they can to make sure your big day compliments you, your service reflects you as a couple and to take away any stress they can do you can simply enjoy.

We are so happy with our decision to hire Randy Taylor Weddings! Justin was our officiant and Erica was our day of coordinator. They were both extremely professional and organized. Justin was fantastic during our ceremony and made it very comfortable and fun for us. Everyone loved the personality he put into the ceremony and enjoyed it a lot. Erica was so sweet and made our lives so easy on the day of the wedding. Just to make her job a little more difficult, we actually ended up having a tornado warning right in the middle of or cocktail hour... she made sure to help the guests downstairs to safety, meanwhile also comforting me and my husband and keeping us from panicking! It was definitely a day to remember for everyone there and we still ended up having an amazing reception afterwards. It wouldn't have been possible without Ericas help. I would highly recommend hiring these two for your wedding day!

We worked with Randy to plan our whole ceremony but had Justin (his son) officiate it. Everything was perfect! The ceremony was exactly as we wanted it to be -light hearted, short and sweet, but yet still romantic and serious at the same time. They suggested we added handing out roses to our mothers and grandmothers at the end of the ceremony which they loved so much! We appreciate that added touch! Randy and Justin went above and beyond to make our wedding ceremony perfect. I got married April 1, 2017 at Castle McCulloch and Justin was our officiant. Leading up to the ceremony, my husband and I spoke with both Randy and Justin on Skype and over the phone to discuss the type of ceremony we wanted. Our ceremony had a lot of hands on components and Justin made sure he was present at our rehearsal to run through everything. Randy and Justin were very punctual and professional and we couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out.

Randy and Erica were an absolute pleasure to work with! After reading so many wonderful reviews, I reached out to Randy and he responded quickly to set up a phone conversation. He was extremely personable and so kind - I booked him as soon as I got off the phone! In our conversations, I shared that my husband and I are different denominations and consider ourselves spiritual rather than religious. We wanted to incorporate aspects of traditional church ceremonies without being in a church to ensure that it was inclusive for all of our guests. Randy understood exactly what we wanted and wrote a beautiful ceremony for us while incorporating scripture readings to fit the length and feel we were looking to have. The day of the wedding, Erica officiated since Randy's work recently brought him to CA but she was extremely sweet and made us feel comfortable. Randy selected Ellen to be our wedding officiant, and she was fantastic. She took the time to make sure we got the ceremony exactly how we wanted it, it's an important part of the wedding so we knew she wanted to make it perfect, which it was! We also had to change venues 4 hours prior to it starting due to Hurricane Matthew, and Ellen was flexible in getting to our backup location and was upbeat, positive, and put us at ease. We would HIGHLY recommend Randy to anyone! He was professional, welcoming, responsive and so easy to work with! Randy really worked with us throughout the planning process (months in advance!) to make sure the ceremony reflected our personalities and what we were looking for. He is very adaptable and open to incorporating new ideas! His main focus is making the day as special as possible and having it reflect your relationship. Everyone at our wedding raved about what a wonderful job he did!

A BIG WOW!!!! IS WHAT I CAN SAY ABOUT RANDY. I truly had an amazing experience in working with Randy as my wedding officiant. Randy went above and beyond what i originally had planned and we were so grateful to have him perform a "Dual Wedding" for us. Yes a dual wedding at no extra charge. What more could you ask for. A miss calculation of time on our end, led to this dual wedding and he was kind enough to work out an arrangement with us. My wife and I hired Randy Taylor as the officiant for our wedding in June 2016. He was absolutely wonderful on all counts.
After a brief initial meeting, Randy set up an "interview" to get to know us as a couple and what our wishes were for the ceremony. After we spoke, he drafted a beautiful ceremony well in advance of our wedding. He even incorporated some changes we wanted later on that helped my wife and I personalize our ceremony to an even greater extent.
During the rehearsal and ceremony, Randy was indispensable. He worked with our wedding planner, band, and photographer to seamlessly coordinate cues for each stage of the ceremony. His hard work made the wedding an absolute breeze. We didn't have to worry about a thing.
Working with Randy was a delight. He was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive at each stage of our wedding planning process.
I would be remiss if I did not mention that you should ask Randy about the Love Letter ceremony or Presentation of Roses. My bride and I loved these additions to our special day. They created some truly wonderful memories.

Fantastic service! He spoke elequintly and made the focus on us. I forgot part of the line I was supposed to repeat and he made it funny and less embarrassing. What a great job. Very attentive to wants and dos several drafts to ensure we were happy :)

Randy and his daughter, Erica, were so professional and prepared for our wedding day. Randy was extremely accommodating and responsive to our emails. Erica guided the wedding party and entire ceremony for us so that we would work perfectly in cue with the music. Both of them were so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Randy and his team for any event.

Randy was a wonderful officiant and we were very glad we chose him for our wedding! After speaking to us only a couple of times, he sent us a script of our ceremony that was absolutely perfect for us. Everyone at the wedding told us how meaningful and appropriate they found the ceremony, and Randy made sure that we knew what we were doing and were as prepared and comfortable at the event as possible. I would absolutely recommend him as a vendor to anyone, especially if you have special circumstances such as (like us) an interfaith ceremony.

Randy was absolutely wonderful to work with. He explained the process ahead of time and was always available to answer questions. When it came time to write our ceremony -- he asked us questions to get to know us, and worked with what we wanted. The first draft was all it took. It was wonderful and we had no changes. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't have asked or found a better officiant. We also made a friend for life!

We just loved everything about working with Randy. He took the time to explain the unity ceremony to us, knew what the traditions and beliefs behind it. He made sure to listen to us, get to know us and incorporated bits of humor/fun into the ceremony. He was always professional, friendly, open and easy to communicate with. Randy provided many options and suggestions to help us plan the perfect wedding ceremony, which was tailored to all of our wishes. Randy was VERY easy to work with and effortlessly guided us through the entire process. He was extremely accommodating and helped us setup the perfect wedding ceremony. Having both been married before and five grown children between the two of us, it was important that they be a part of the marriage ceremony itself. Before we said our vows and the official "I do", we formed a unity circle with the children and Randy blessed the union of our two families now becoming one. It was a beautiful service and I couldn't have asked for a better officiant!

We are so thrilled with our wedding ceremony. Randy's words and delivery were completely in tune with the mood and message we wanted to convey. We had a small, intimate ceremony at our home with our children present and partaking in the ceremony. Our children mean the world to us and Randy was able to capture that during the ceremony. It was beautiful, intimate and we both couldn't be more pleased.
