We cannot recommend Rancho Las Lomas highly enough! If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful setting with a gorgeous Spanish-building vibe, this is the place. It provided the most incredible backdrop for our wedding day.
The team here was extremely thorough throughout the entire planning process and on the day itself. They went above and beyond to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. We loved that they provided so many options and configurations, which really gave us the flexibility to get everything exactly how we envisioned it.
One quick tip for future couples: they do have some strict restrictions regarding anything that can cause a fire hazard (like open flames/candles), so definitely keep that in mind when planning your decor. However, their team is so helpful that working around it is a breeze.
We hope to use this venue again for another major milestone later in life. Thank you, Rancho Las Lomas, for making our wedding unforgettable! -

First off, if you are reading this and looking at Rancho Las Lomas as a potential venue congrats on the engagement! If you have been to this venue you know how amazingly magical it is. My husband and I were lucky enough to have our wedding reception here last August and it was more amazing than anything we could have dreamed of. The 24 carrots staff was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process. We were married in a church and transferred to the venue for the reception, but by the time we got there the venue looked amazing. The staff at the venue helped to coordinate all of our vendors and made sure we had all items arranged and ready to go prior to the big day. Having all of the space at this venue is fantastic to create different areas for every event you are looking for on your big day. It certainly did not disappoint and we still have so many of our guest complimenting how amazing the venue was. I will say with all the good, there are some things to be aware of before booking with the venue. You are required to use 24 carrots for catering, they require all vendors to have insurance, you are required to have at least a day of wedding coordinator, and they do provide a valet service for the day of your event, but there is only one vendor you can use and you are at the mercy of the company on cost which caught us a little off guard. Words cannot express the gratitude I have towards the staff and venue space. The wedding was executed gracefully and they are PROFESSIONALS. The team knows exactly what to do that every step of the timeline was seamless. The wedding day was complete magic and we are so grateful that we can reflect on our day with such smiles. The perfect outdoor venue with the right amount of shade. Worth the price, it is a quality space! -

We got married at Rancho Las Lomas in December 2023 and I am so glad that we chose this venue. It is naturally stunning and when booked, you automatically get access to the entire space to utilize as you'd like (don't have to worry about other groups on property!). The team was very easy to work with and although we had to make last minute rain changes, the venue was able to accommodate everything that we needed for a beautiful result. I can't imagine getting married anywhere else. I would do it all again if I could! -

This venue is so special and unique to Southern California.
We were getting married in the summer and wanted a venue that was outdoors with no direct sunlight. We toured a few venues but Rancho Las Lomas took our breath away. My husband didn’t want to tour any other venues after seeing Rancho and we were lucky they had a summer date available that worked for us. The office is run by 24 Carrots but everyone we communicated with was professional and got back to us quickly. We had no problems at all.
Our guests raved about the venue and loved exploring all the different areas. The grounds are gorgeous and there are so many areas for great photo opportunities. Our wedding day went smoothly and everything turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We LOVED having our wedding at Rancho Las Lomas! -

Summer wedding
Words do not express the wonderland and magic of this venue. The beautiful grounds, charming structures, magnificent animals ~ Lily the white tiger and zebras and exotic birds and more! You feel as if you’re in a European villa. We couldn’t have been happier with the personal attention given by the staff and 24 Carrots Catering & Events. In the middle of a pandemic they were able to pull off a high end event. Our guests were amazed. -

Beautiful Venue!!!
Rancho Las Lomas is a beautiful venue for a wedding, or any event. Sarah and Beth were so nice and helpful, I know I asked a lot of questions but they made sure I had everything I needed. They work with 24 Carrots catering company and I worked with Nicole Ganon. Nicole was awesome in helping us get everything together. The food is amazing! They have so many options to chose from hut we went with a Mexican food theme and the staff cooked the food to perfection. We got so many compliments on how good the food was. I highly recommend them! -

My husband and I got married at Rancho Las Lomas November 2, 2019 and to say it was our dream wedding is an understatement. We knew the moment we first arrived for the venue tour that it was exactly where we wanted to get married. The venue has so many amazing beautiful aspects/little nooks to it and it is truly the most gorgeous unique venue I have ever seen. We did the cocktail hour flip, so the ceremony space was flipped to the reception space during the cocktail hour and it went so smoothly and came out amazing. 24 Carrots runs the property so you have to use them for catering and rentals and such, which ended up being great since they were so amazing. I am someone who has a million questions and the people at Rancho/24 Carrots were always super nice and responsive! Our two biggest concerns with the property were handicap accessibility and guests being cold outside, which were easily solved with the available golf cart and heaters that were easily rented the week of. The day went by flawlessly and we could not have asked for a better start to our forever. Thank you for the most memorable day of our lives Rancho! -

Rancho Las Lomas is such a unique and one of a kind venue! You won’t find anything out there like it! It has classy, rustic, and whimsical characteristics and photographs super well! The nature and architecture surrounding the property is stunning! We utilized all three spaces, La Terraza for the ceremony, the Grand Salon Terrace for cocktail hour, and El Teatro for the reception. Each location is beautiful in its own way! Your guests will be in awe of its beauty! It’s honestly so charming! We had the most phenomenal time there for our wedding! Definitely has that WOW factor!! -

A February wedding in the rainiest February we have witness it many years!!!
The venue was incredible! So many options and locations for every weather situation. Perfect venue for photos!! They accommodated for every weather change and weather was constantly changing! It was the perfect day because of the flexibility of this venue! Could not have been a more beautiful venue or flexible!!! Incredible Day!! -
Vanessa Sent on 09/11/2018THE BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!!! This venue was worth every penny. It was beyond beautiful and left my guests in awe of its natural beauty! I wanted a Spanish villa for my wedding and this exceeded my expectations. Not only was this one a family home and the couple who built the space has a tree planted for them in the courtyard but you feel the love and care the venue puts into their space. I would get married here 10000 times over! (to the same man of course!) best wedding venue I have ever been too! And not bias at all!

The day was perfect, the ceremony area was beautiful, the reception was so much fun, and the food AMAZING, thanks to 24 Carrots. The venue grounds are breath taking. I could have not asked for my Wedding day to be any better than it was. I am still getting comments about the Wedding. Most say it was the best wedding they have ever been too. I think it was pretty spectacular. -

Savannah Sent on 03/16/2009In my opinion, there is no other venue as beautiful as Rancho Las Lomas. My officiant called it a "playground for the senses." Everywhere you walk, you hear the sound of running in water in the many fountains on the grounds. I barely needed a florist because of the natural beauty of the estate and it is kept immaculate. I had a wonderful experience with the Sales team for RLL. I was on a limited budget but just HAD to get married there. They worked with me to get a date in the off-season, on a Thursday; so not only did I save money on the venue, but all my vendors discounted their prices as well. I was constantly contacting Kara in the office to ask questions or be reminded of items that had slipped my mind, and she never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. In fact, I scheduled so many site visits to RLL during my planning process and it was never a problem. The most relaxing thing is knowing you don't have another wedding or event stacked up on you. So many other venues only give you a 4-hour time frame for your event, then you are rushed out to make way for the next. We were able to arrive at Rancho early in the morning, hang out in the bridal cottage (which is gorgeous), get our hair and make up done and just enjoy the greatest day of my life. I was my own wedding coordinator, with the help of my caterer. It can be done, but if you want to alleviate a little more stress of your shoulders, be sure to hire a coordinator. In fact, Nili at RLL has a list of preferred vendors she will recommend and who will work within your budget. I want to get married all over again because it truly was the best day of my life. -

They were all booked up for Saturdays until 2009 and because we wanted this place so bad that we moved our wedding to Friday!! If you want a place that will WOW your family & friends this is the place! Once you rent out the place, you pick your caterer and I truly believe once you tell your vendors your venue, they will be more than overjoyed to work with you. Not to mention your phoographer will be extremely happy! The exotic animals on the property are so strategically placed that everything flows so well. I would recomment spending a little extra and try to book this venue, you will be so happy and pleased..oh yea and all your guests will be impressed as well!! -

I love that you are able to rent the venue for the entire day without worrying about another wedding coming up. It's private, exclusive, not to mention absolutely gorgeous! Everyone is still raving about how beautiful the place was. It had everything I could have wanted in a venue. Having the ceremony and reception at the same place was important to us, because we have some elderly family members that we didn't want to hassle with moving places. They have tigers, zebras, lamas, macaws....the place takes your breath away. Loved it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. -

Theresa Sent on 08/16/2011Our recent wedding at Rancho was amazing! Everyone raved about the beautiful venue and couldn't get over how unique it was. On our wedding day, the staff really took care of us and the grounds looked beautiful! The animals (especially the parrots at the entrance) make it such a magical place. If you are looking for an outdoor ceremony and something different from the average hotel ballroom, this is the place. The best part....the property is yours all day, no sharing the space with another wedding or a restaurant. Also, the beautiful trees provide great shade so even though it was a warm summer day, everyone was very comfortable. We used the reception hall and had them keep all of the french doors open. It created this fantastic indoor/outdoor space. This venue was just the kind of thing I imagined in my mind when we first started planning. -

Brittany Sent on 11/29/2012There is so much to be said about Rancho Las Lomas! From the second you pass through those gates it’s breathtaking. Let me start off by saving don’t make this you first visit when shopping for venues, we did and nothing else compared. My husband and I visited at least 20 locations after seeing Rancho and we found something wrong with every one of them. We did not want a ballroom/typical wedding, we wanted something different and we definitely got that. From the animals to the flowers/trees at RLL everything is perfect, well manicured and very well kept. We had our ceremony downstairs outside, our cocktail hour around the pool and reception inside. The places for photography here are just like nothing else. Wedding pictures @ RLL = AMAZING! The only reason we started looking elsewhere after seeing Rancho was strictly just cost. RLL itself as a venue is not overly priced, you are however required to use their exclusive cater (24 Carrots), I reviewed them separately, but let me tell you they were worth every dime that we spent. You also have to factor in Valet services (which are required).
All the staff is really great to work with at RLL, I think over the whole experience between my mom and I we talked to every single person at RLL. My husband and I stayed in Casa Bella (1 of the properties on premises) on our wedding night and it was fantastic definitely worth it. Since we had rented the house all day my bridal party and I also got ready their giving the actual Bridal Cottage to the groom and guys to get ready in. That was the only downfall of RLL, where the guys have to get ready is like a small closet.
Overall I could not have asked for a more amazing venue, it really was a dream come true, everything was so perfect, my Husband and I always say we want to do it again. Almost every wedding guest has e-mailed, called, or sent a card saying how awesome RLL was and that they were honored to have been able to enjoy what an amazing venue it truly is. Thanks RLL!

Mesmerizing Diverse Wedding Venue
We fell in love with Rancho Las Lomas after looking for a wooded venue in Southern California. The venue is very fun with multiple areas that can give you a diverse and immersive wedding experience where the reception, cocktail hour, and ceremony can be in completely different areas and feel of the venue. Our guests loved the venue and we're very happy with our wedding day. Our only complaint is though that we needed to pay a significant extra charge for heaters at the reception even though the venue already has them. After spending a lot on venue rental and their catering firm 24 carrots, we were not expecting to also at the last minute spend extras on heaters. -

We really enjoyed ourselves however there were some things that weren't the greatest. We were told the venue would be ours exclusively after 11am... but there was a couple given a tour at 11:30 am. I at first thought it was perhaps a wedding planner but then realized this person actually works for the venue. It wasn't Kara so I'm not sure who she was but I didn't appreciate it. I also didn't appreciate that no one stopped in to check on things with me, I thought that odd. Also, they were working on a section of the balcony but no notice had been sent to me prior. We planned on taking pictures in that spot so that was a disappointment that it was blocked off with nails exposed. I'm not sure if the people who take down the chairs work for the venue or the caterer... the guys who set up were fantastic but they were a different group who took them down. We were having a giant group photo and the guys started breaking down the chairs which was NOT cool. We asked them to please stop and put some of the chairs back but they literally IGNORED me. My husband spoke to them in Spanish and they didn't acknowledge us. Rude. My photos have chairs stacked and random guys in them now.
These are just my complaints- but for the price you pay, you expect superior service. We still really enjoyed our wedding and again LOVED the space itself and Kara was amazing.
