We had the most magical wedding at El Encanto, Rancho Las Fuentes, and we couldn't be more grateful for the entire experience! Terry and Hector, the owners, are truly the sweetest people and made every part of our planning process so seamless and joyful. From the very first visit, we felt welcomed and cared for, and they went above and beyond to ensure our day was nothing short of perfect. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—so picturesque and full of charm, with every little detail thoughtfully designed. It was the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Terry and Hector’s warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel like family, and we’re so thankful for their support in bringing our dream wedding to life. My dream of a beautiful hacienda setting was truly brought to life at our reception! The venue was absolutely breathtaking, with its stunning architecture and charming ambiance creating the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. The food was beyond incredible—every dish was delicious, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good it was.
On top of the beauty and the amazing tasty food, my family felt so comfortable and safe throughout the evening. The security was excellent, providing a sense of ease and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Everyone had such a wonderful time, and we’re still receiving compliments about the venue and the experience. From the initial visit to the actual wedding date, we were treated with such great care and professionalism. They were very accommodating to our special request and helped make our special day magical. The food was amazing and everyone loved the Venue. The photos my photographer took look amazing and we are so happy we chose to do our wedding at Rancho Las Fuentes. They are truly great at what they do. My only advice to future brides is if you are going to have natural flowers please remember to bring some bug spray as they attract flys, which is understandable since it is an outdoor venue. Would highly highly recommend this venue and would not hesitate to do it all over again.

Beyond amazing experience
My husband and I shopped around for several venues before finding Rancho Las Fuentes. And I am so glad we did, it was everything we wanted in a wedding venue. Terry and Hector have been so amazing through our whole wedding planning experience. They were so easy to work with. Best believe that anything you need, they were there for you. They communicated so fast and you literally could ask them anything without feeling like you were hassling them. The price was definitely reasonable and accommodating for our 220 guest list. They gave us a list of vendors that they suggested who have worked at their venue and we used a couple people from their list and they all wonderfully delivered! Everything was well organized and not stressful since these vendors have worked with them many times. We worked with the florist/day of coordinator they had put on their list and wow did she make our vision come to life and not to mention make their venue look beautiful. The DJ they had recommended made the party so fun, so many of our guest said the music made the party. Their stage accommodated for the Banda, and it was like a show in addition to the wedding! Additionally, we had so many guest come up to us to compliment us about how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was! No one was complaining about how there is a no shots policy, because it is literally hours and hours of open bar. And don’t worry about wedding crashes, because they had great security that help facilitate guest and safety. I can go on and on about how amazing this venue and our experience was. Don’t hesitate to book with Rancho Las Fuentes because you won’t regret it! -

Best Wedding Venue!!!
My husband and I had the BEST experience with Rancho Lad Fuentes! We had our wedding there and they made the process smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable! The value for their quality of service, beautiful venue, and DELICIOUS food is absolutely unmatched! Prior to booking with Rancho Las Fuentes we viewed and looked into countless venues, but Rancho Las Fuentes was the clear winner. I highly recommend their amazing venue to anyone looking for an inland empire hidden gem. -

I would recommend rancho las Fuentes to everybody! I had my wedding here, not only were they responsive, understanding and flexible. They really helped take the stress off our wedding planning. The venue is beautiful! All of our guest gave us the best compliments on how beautiful it was!
The staff is amazing too, everything was on schedule they were super attentive, so helpful since day one, even with the small silly questions!! They made our special day just that much more! We recommend this beautiful venue they have two locations on the same property you have your pick! They are both beautiful inside and out, the gardens are gorgeous. Make this your venue you won’t regret it!! -

Our Vision Came to Life!
There are not enough words to sing praises to Rancho Las Fuentes and their staff for making our dream wedding reception come to life. The owner & staff are kind, professional, responsive, and oh so helpful! Our wedding visión was very specific and niche and they made it all happen. Not to mention, the venue itself is Beautiful! So many of our guests used our cocktail hour to take photos around the Garden and venue and we loved seeing them enjoy our venue as much as we did. The catered food las also delicious and worth mentioning. Our guests still comment on how good the food was, even months later. My husband and I give our highest recommendation to Rancho Las Fuentes as your future wedding venue. Check them out; they won't dissappoint. -

Terry & Hector have unity along with their team members that made our special day very unique. Our guests (family & friends) shared their satisfaction to the delicious food & the professional, kind staff. The food was amazing & the presentation was incredible. Rancho Las Fuentes is very beautiful & the grounds/flowers/fountain/trees are well maintained. The bartenders were very knowledgeable with the beverages. My husband & I were approached periodically & offered water & food. The team kept up with every detail & their personalities were kind & approachable. At the end of the night, both Hector & Terry (owners) demonstrated gratitude & both carried warm & compassionate smiles. We highly recommend this beautiful venue. Blessed we are to have found Rancho Las Fuentes. We were on a waiting list, in case of a cancellation. Terry immediately called us back & offered us the day. Magical Evening
I had my daughters Sweet 16 at this beautiful venue. Hector and Terry were very kind, helpful and attentive in trying to make this night very magical for her. Our family and friends still rave about it to this day even when the event was in early May. She tells me all the time that she will never forget that day. The food was delicious (I still crave it), the staff was considerate and friendly, and the setting was wonderful. The garden was in full bloom, it added so much color and life. All our expectations were met and exceeded. I recommend this place for your event 100%. Thank you Rancho Las Fuentes for a magical evening! -

I had my wedding in February 2022, Terry and Hector were so great and responsive. The venue was beautiful and the food was great, which is not always common at weddings. A lot of my guests complimented everything. I am so happy with my decision to have my wedding here. -

They made wedding planning that much easier. Any question I had leading up to my wedding, it was answered without any hesitation or push back. They were so helpful through out the whole process. A night to remember
Rancho Las Fuentes went above and beyond every step of the way. They were efficient, accommodating, helpful, and all around the best staff we could’ve asked for. The Staff was friendly, the bartenders were on their A game, and the food was delicious, I highly recommend the Mole and Rajas con crema! The security not only was on top of the guest list but kept me on my toes making sure I knew my family too! Lol
Thank you to Terry and Hector for making it a night to remember. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and people to work with. If you have any doubts about what venue to choose, spend a few hours touring the facilities and you’ll see why we fell in love with Rancho Las Fuentes -

Beautiful Venue & Excellent Service
I highly recommend having your wedding here! There are too many things to list but I’ll start by saying Terry and Hector are the most incredible people! They were very attentive and thorough with everything including pricing and what that included and also the expectations. Their prices show that they want to make sure your dream wedding is attainable and not just for people with infinite budgets. They were so accommodating and were very quick to communicate and get responses from. Aside from that, the venue is absolutely stunning! They take pride in their venue and you can see all of the hard work they put into it. They go above and beyond to make sure your special day is perfect. I didn’t have one single problem on our wedding day or before and our guests raved about the venue and atmosphere. To top it off, the food was exceptional! I had so many guests talk about how delicious everything was and what a great time they had. I recommend their venue to anyone who is looking for a gorgeous wedding venue with the best service for their day! -

My husband and I got married a month ago and had our reception at Rancho las Fuentes. Originally we were supposed to get married last year but due to Covid we had to postpone. Hector and Terry (owners) responded to all of our messages when there was so many uncertainties. We were able to postpone our day to a later date with no issues.
Any questions I had or requests they answered almost immediately and made us feel so welcomed.
The day of our wedding was beautiful. The staff was so professional and so kind. I couldn't have asked for a better venue and staff to help with my wedding.
Also, the night of my wedding I accidentally left my veil in the bridal suit. Terry text me and asked what hotel I was staying at and Hector kindly dropped it off. I mean come on!! They're amazing.
The food was Delicious and you have so many options to chose from. The staff at the bar were also so kind and fun to be around.
If you want a gorgeous venue and a beautiful hearted staff then I would 100% recommend Rancho Las Fuentes. -

My husband and I are so happy we chose this venue. The owners are very warm and welcoming. They really brought my vision to life. It was so much more than what I expected. They are very open to answering all my questions I had, we were in constant communication so I never felt lost or had any doubts as to what was going to happen the day of. They are very flexible and gave me so much freedom as to picking the colors, the decorations, setup, etc... I don’t feel like there was anything missing. Everything played out so smoothly which I truly love. I didn’t have to worry about anything besides enjoying my special day and living in that moment. Truly made my day so special and memorable. I wish I could relive it all over again. Highly likely to recommend and possibly share other celebrations here. -

Exceeded our expectations
I am so happy that we decided to get married at Rancho Las Fuentes. From the moment we stepped foot at this location my husband and I knew it was the venue for us! The price point was very reasonable, the venue itself is beautiful, and the owners made us feel so comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process. Our wedding day went so smoothly because of Terry and Hector. Our wedding was April 10 2021 so the outdoor setting was perfect for keeping Covid safe and allowed us to have more flexibility with amount of guests. I would 1000% recommend. -

If your looking for outdoor event it’s the place to choose hands down. Almost everything is included (food, table setting, security, and bartenders) Hector and Terry are the sweetest and so easy to communicate with. Everything was amazing! Great venue and great hosts.
Where do I start? I absolutely loved this venue and everything it is. I loved Terry and Hector. Terry was in contact with me throughout the whole process. She made me feel like everything was going to be okay. She brought my vision to life! She did better than what I could ever imagine. I’m obsessed with how my wedding day turned out and most of it had to do because of these two. The food was delicious ! People still talk about how amazing my wedding day was. I can never thank them enough. I will forever recommend this place to everyone !

Rancho Las Fuentes is the place to book! I held my wedding here. Their quality of service is 10/10. Terry & Hector pay so much attention to detail. They’re there to help with anything you need. They are on top of everything. The staff are all professional and so polite. The venue is always clean. The servers makes their rounds frequently helping the guests with anything they need. The bartenders work quickly and swiftly while still providing friendly service and delicious drinks. The food is AMAZING!! My guests are still raving about it. The security staff is also on top of everything. They make their rounds around the parking lot and venue to make sure everything is going smoothly. I will definitely be booking my daughter’s quinceanera here! Don’t wait on it, they book extremely quickly!! -

I am beyond happy with the service down to every little detail. I booked my wedding a year in advance . Due to the pandemic we had to reschedule a couple of times but I knew if I waited I would have the wedding I always envisioned. Hector, Terry and staff all made everything perfect. I was not stressed and they helped my husband with the venue and last minute details. I wanted a venue that had everything in one place so my guests could enjoy themselves. I had my ceremony. Cocktail hour and Reception at the same place. Do convenient. The officiant and mariachi I hired for my wedding were some of the preferred vendors on the list. Words can not express how happy I was on the day of my wedding. I keep reliving the day over and over again. -

Where can I start, there’s so many things that I would love to share with everyone that I don’t want to miss any details from all of the wonderful moments that we spent here! In the beginning, I remember that we were driving around trying to find a place to celebrate my daughters quince. When we came across this place we did not know how it was going to be, of course we heard things about it, but we had never been inside. The security guard with a wonderful attitude guided us to talk to a wonderful gentleman who was nicely dressed and received us with a warm welcome. His name was Hector, and that was the beginning of a wonderful experience and a remarkable moment of a celebration of my daughters quince. It was such a wonderful moment and it is a wonderful memory that she will remember for the rest of her life, my family, our friends and all the amazing people that were with us celebrating this beautiful day are still talking about it, talking about how impressed they are with this amazing venue, the food and everything else that these wonderful people that worked so hard to make dreams come true, it really looks like a fairy tale, the decorations wow!! What a wonderful woman Teresa is, she did a beautiful job and I can tell that she really loves everything she does because she’s on top of everything and Hector WOW!!! what amazing people, they can really make you feel really happy, both of these wonderful people together with every single one of the amazing people that make this day possible, I’m super grateful we celebrated this day here where you can say yes this is it, this is exactly what we were looking for, this is exactly how we dreamed, and for that thank you, thank you to everyone that helped us make this day possible, we totally appreciated it, we are looking forward to create more memories with you in the future, I wish I can tell you more about it!! but I’m sure I can tell you one more thing LOVE IT!! 💕 -

We celebrated my daughter's XV. It was beautiful! My daughter, her friends, family and all the guest had a great time. Hector an Terri were great since day one. We were in close communication until the day of the event. They are great at what they do! I received nothing but compliments from my guest.

Rancho las Fuentes.... amazing venue!
Since the signing of the contract everything was excellent, Hector and Terry were very kind and attentive with everything. We held my daughters quinceañera here and it was a great party. The guest were all very happy and impressed by the site, and my daughter had the best time. Excellent staff and service, simply the best , the food was delicious, my family and guests enjoyed the party from beginning to end. Nice place with a beautiful garden, excellent for any celebration. No doubt would have another celebration at Rancho las Fuentes, highly recomended, Hector and Terry I would like to thank you for making my daughter celebration smooth and happy. -

Man this venue was my DREAM not only was it beautiful but the service hector and Terrie provided my husband and I throughout our entire process was unbelievable! They made sure we were taken care of every step of the way, even when we needed an ear to vent to during our stressful times. You will not find service like theirs ANYWHERE! The price is also unbeatable and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone LOVED our venue, the food is DELICIOUS homemade Mexican food and it is also perfect to take pictures at right after so it is very convenient! This place is AMAZING . I’m glad that I choose RACHO LAS FUENTES for my daughters sweet 16. Terry and hector and staff members are AWESOME !!! So beautiful and green the flowers smelt so nice, you forget you are in Bloomington. Hector and Terry were awesome and patient with me, I asked so many questions they were there to guide me and feel so comfortable. Food was amazing all of our guest loved it so many different choices. I loved that everything was in one spot our ceremony and reception and took our pictures there cause it was so beaitiful you dont need to leave. Our wedding was what we expected and more so much more. All of our guests loved the atmosphere and the food. If you are looking for a venue this is the place but you need to book fast.

Words cannot describe how thankful I am to Terry and Hector for making my dream wedding come to life. From the moment I called, Hector was flexible on days to visit and evening hours. Upon the first visit, we instantly fell in love with the beautiful garden, fountain and spacious reception area.
We were able to make payments along the way, and were able to visit often throughout the wedding planning process.
Terry, Hector’s awesome wife, was so sweet along the way. Any and all questions I had (and I had a lot), she had the answers to. She never minded my early AM texts... I Love that lady!
The wedding was perfection. We booked 8 hours, and Had ample time for the ceremony and reception. Staff was so sweet and respectful throughout the wedding day. And super helpful. Bartenders are awesome! Really good food too! All my guests enjoyed the buffet and aguas frescas bar.
They do the set-up! Which helps relieve day-of jitters and extra stress. Overall my experience was unparalleled... and these folks helped create the best wedding. Thank you Terry and Hector!!! Love you guys!!

Not only did they make sure the venue was amazing but they made sure I ate, had Terry not offered to make our plates and have them ready I probably would not have enjoyed the wonderful food. They were very accommodating through out the entire process and the food came out delicious everyone loved it and complimented how beautiful the garden area was. I was also very grateful to have been able to bring in my own alcohol which not many venues allow. Also their pricing for everything they did was such a great deal, you won't find another venue like this I promise. -

My wedding was so beautiful and elegant , Jose and myself couldn't be more grateful with Hector and Terry, they are amazing people to work with. All of our guess we're so happy and complimented how beautiful the decoration looked. The food was amazing and the staff was great too. I will definitely be having another event here because every time i walked into the rancho i had a smile on my face. -

Tanya Sent on 01/18/2017I had to have a Friday the 13th wedding :) and I chose January this year soo yea I'm married now lol... any who this is an outdoor venue and it was a chilly winter wedding indeed BUT it was absolutely everything I wanted!!! Hector and Terry were amazing to work
With... they were patient with me and all my questions believe me there was plenty ;) in
Soo grateful to them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful outdoor hacienda:ranch type of

Jose Sent on 10/23/20165 plus stars. My (now wife) & I just had our wedding reception on 10/15/16. This place is a hidden gem in Bloomington, the owners are so awesome! They don't make you feel like a customer, they make you feel like family. All of their staff are so friendly, so helpful, always with a smile on their face. All of our guest loved the venue, I have received so many comments that I wish I could record them and post them on here. My wife said if we get married again I want to have it here once again.

Hector and Teresa where amazing. The venue was beautiful. Security was on point made it feel vip seriously. The Bar tenders had it going on with the drinks. It was awesome -

We have a lot to say about this venue .But we just want to some it up that we are absolutely Very Pleased and happy that we decided it’s celebrate our big and very important day of our life!!! Terry & her team did a fantastic job from the step up to the menu the food was absolutely very delicious. We received a lot of compliments from our guests . We highly recommend Rancho las Fuentes for your next event!! We loved it and are great full thank you Terry ❤️
