I got married on 9/13/25 and Ra-Mu absolutely crushed it. From handing our mountaintop ceremony perfectly, to reading the room throughout the whole night, he seriously nailed it. He was so good at capturing and creating energy during the reception from start to finish. We had a few song requests for the dance floor, but otherwise left it up to him and he played a perfect variety that got everyone on the dance floor. He’s so kind and very professional and his communication was amazing for any of our random questions or needs! Highly highly recommend!

The BEST wedding DJ - must book
I cannot say enough about Ra-Mu and his DJ services. My friend hired Ra-Mu about 2 years ago for her wedding, and we were on the dance floor the entire night. When I finally got engaged myself, we didn't have to do any further searching/researching for wedding entertainment. From start to finish, Ra-Mu gave us an amazing experience. We purchased the social media photobooth as well, and Ra-Mu even threw in print outs of our guests photos for them to take home, and a book with each guest photo glued in/space for guest signature. I didn't anticipate this added touch, and could not be more thankful for those added memories. He is client-focused, and just overall an awesome DJ! He is a friendly, funny, hardworking, person who I would recommend to anyone planning a wedding! Thank you for an amazing experience to Ra-Mu and his team. The best dj!
Had the privilege of having THE Ra-Mu DJ for my vow renewal. I first saw Ra-Mu DJing at a family member's wedding and knew I had to book him for my vow renewal. Our interactions from beginning to end were always positive. I really didnt know what songs I was supposed to pick but Ra-Mu guided me the entire way. I upgraded to have lights and highly recommend, it changes the whole vibe and totally worth it. Ra-Mu put up a slideshow of pictures of me and my husband at the venue which was such a beautiful touch. It made me really happy to see pictures of our memories displayed throughout the night for our guests to see, and this was something Ra-Mu came up with on his own. Ra-Mu put me at ease, and his professionalist is unmatched. You can tell he is highly experienced and understands how to work a crowd. He arrived early and set everything up, the entire evening went smoothly from start to finish. Ra-Mu is not the type of DJ to just hit play and walk away. He set the whole vibe, hyped up my guests, made sure my timeline was going smoothly, made announcements, had us laughing at jokes, and most importantly kept everybody dancing. Ra-Mu is also versatile, I asked him to play Latin music and it felt like I was in Miami again! He also played early 2000s hits, R&B, and some new music which is exactly what we asked for. It's not a party unless Ra-Mu is DJing so do yourself a favor and book him if you want 100% guarantee that your guests will dance.

Ra-mu & the Crew were a blast to work with. Ra-mu’s communication and responsiveness were greatly appreciated as music was really important to us. We wanted our reception to be a dance party with a constantly full dance floor. Ra-mu exceeded our request. We barely left the dance floor and our guests had a blast. Ra-mu was an expert at mixing several different genres from top 40, salsa, 90’s, bachata, and 80’s. We also got glow sticks which was an unexpected perk and everyone enjoyed!

A hardworking DJ who goes above and beyond for you!
I extensively researched and interviewed multiple DJs before I found Ramu. Ramu easily became the obvious choice and stood out from his competition.
1. Unbeatable pricing: Ramu’s website is very transparent on all the packages he offers. He has the best prices in the industry that it even looks too good to be true. I didn’t want to fall victim to “you get what you pay for,” but trust me, that is absolutely not the case with Ramu. He will make your wedding feel like you just spent a million bucks.
2. Quick response times: Out of all my vendors, Ramu’s response times were always the quickest. You will feel like you’re his only wedding. He works hard to get to know you and remembers all the little details you tell him about your event. Ramu is not like one of those other DJs that has one conversation with you then shows up at your wedding. His level of communication is exceptional and he takes pride in getting back to you within minutes.
3. High quality equipment: Ramu would be great at any venue, but if you are getting married at Glen Manor House in RI, you especially should hire him! He’s been doing weddings there for over a decade. He knew exactly how to set up my ceremony sound so that the mic audio was perfect and had no feedback. He worked well with my videographer so that our vows were clearly recorded for our wedding video. Ramu knew exactly where to put uplighting in the foyer, ballroom and loggia to make the venue look even more beautiful. When I was interviewing other DJs, they told me they don’t usually put uplighting in the loggia because there is already outdoor lighting…Ramu is not like those other lazy DJs. He will go the extra mile to make your wedding vision come true. He doesn’t care if that means extra work for him. I loved Ramu’s Social Media Photobooth with postcard style prints. Our guests had so much fun with his props and signs. He provided a beautiful gold backdrop and even set it up in an area of the venue that he’s never done before. But like I said before, Ramu is committed to making your wedding vision come true and no task is too “hard” for him. He will problem solve until you’re happy. Ramu’s Photobooth crew was so friendly and at the end of the night, they surprised us with a beautiful guestbook with all our guest’s Photobooth photos and BTS video footage of our whole wedding!
4. I needed someone who is skilled in both DJing and MCing because I had a lot of special announcements that needed to be made. I asked him to play Chinese songs for our parent’s dances. He played these cultural songs for us without batting an eye. I also wanted to have a thank you speech for our parents. I knew I couldn’t say this speech myself because I would be a bawling mess, so Ramu eloquently delivered this speech for us. He said it in the most genuine, well-spoken manner that a few of our guests started crying before our parent dances even started. He made my Sunday wedding feel like a Saturday. I told him I wanted club vibes and not to play cliche wedding hits. He understood the assignment.
I cannot rave about Ramu enough. All I can say is, in the wedding industry where everything feels overpriced and all about money, Ramu honestly offers the best package out there. He truly cares about his couples and delivering on all his promises. He went above and beyond what is normally asked from a DJ and our wedding was beyond successful because we had his help.

Simply the Best!
Words can't quite capture how excellent Ra-Mu and the Crew were for our wedding. We came across their instagram page and were really impressed with clips we saw of other weddings and receptions. What you see online isn't always what you get when you actually communicate with a vendor, but Ra-Mu is 100% the real deal. What you see online is what you get in person, and then some. Aside from offering extremely fair and transparent pricing, Ra-Mu offered a level of customer service that seems pretty rare. We had phone and in-person conversations to give Ra-Mu an understanding of us as a couple and what we envisioned for our special day. Our wedding was going to be a mix of cultures (from Irish to Caribbean, and everything in between) and we had very broad tastes in music. Throughout the process, Ra-Mu showed great intuition and quickly grasped the musical tone we wanted. He will play the music you want, but his judgement based on ideas you give him is consistently on point. We didn't have a song picked out for cutting our cake, and he picked one that tied so perfectly to the our first dance and parent dance song selections.
Ra-Mu created an atmosphere of fun from the start of our ceremony straight through to the last song of the reception. While we had some genres and songs we did (and did not) want to hear, we gave Ra-Mu full reign to read the room when it came to music. Our dance floor was packed and lively the entire evening. There were unexpected party props, crowd participation and an overall sense of festive love woven throughout the evening. Ra-Mu was a hype man, a Disc Jockey, and facilitator of fun, and genuinely a great person to work with. Ra-Mu truly takes pride in giving you the best experience possible. On the big day, Ra-Mu and the Crew also provided wireless uplighting (and really nice touch and great way to shift the mood of the evening with lighting changes) and a mirror photo booth. There were two attendants helping with the photo booth who were equally as pleasant and helpful throughout the night.
Hiring Ra-Mu and the Crew for our wedding was one of the easiest and best decisions we made. 10/10 would recommend! We wish we had another event coming up where we could hire him!

Ra-Mu is one of the best DJ’s in the RI wedding industry. He has vast knowledge of music across all genres, he is charismatic, detailed oriented, passionate, attentive, punctual, honest, and thoughtful. He is an excellent MC with a great personality! My mother suddenly passed away, right before the wedding, and he was extremely sensitive towards her passing and made every effort to help us remember her by taking a moment to recognize her and offering to play a special song in her honor.
He is extremely meticulous. He listened to all our music requests from my request of a remixed version of a song for my bridesmaids’ entrance dance, to mixing in r&b & house during dinner, to playing instrumental hip-hop during cocktail hour, and lastly incorporating funk & hip-hop for the dance floor. His pricing is completely competitive and fair. The Photo Booth is a fun way to document your guests taking pictures. We absolutely love the photo album (such a great way to document memories from the night). He will do everything possible to make your wedding night entertainment absolutely exceptional. In fact, he’s so outstanding, one of our guests recommended him to her client and she hired him!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Ra-Mu. He was extremely responsive, processional, and kind from day 1. He immediately contacted us back and seemed so excited about our event! We never felt like just another event to him. He was so responsive for our two year engagement and answered any and all questions we have. Once the wedding was closer, we had a lot of unique touches we needed his help with and he was so happy to do whatever he could to make it a reality. The night off, he kept the party going and the music was tailored to exactly what we want wanted. Our guests had an absolute blast! We also rented a photobooth and hedgewall from Ra-Mu and our guests absolutely loved both. We can’t say enough about Ra-Mu. You need to book him today!

Ramu and the Crew are the best in the industry. Ramu himself was professional, paid very close attention to detail, was easy to get in touch with and communicate with, and fun to work with.
There were a number of difficult names in our group that consistently get butchered (people struggle with foreign names, I suppose), but Ramu met with us, practiced all of the names, and nailed them the day of our wedding. It did not go unnoticed by our guests. He also kept the dance floor going for 4 hours of dancing, and kept it packed up to the very end of the evening.
I am very familiar with vendors in the wedding industry and know that Ramu could be charging a helluva lot more for what he offers and delivers on. His passion for making your event one to enjoy and remember is unparalleled. If you’re going elsewhere, you’re making a mistake.

Ramu was the best vendor we had for our wedding hands down! He is incredibly personable and polite. He executed our requests and made us feel comfortable about the whole process. We welcomed him into our home to record a personalized video for a few questions he had for us and our guests loved watching it at our wedding! One of the more important requests that I had was to not have any issues with sound during our ceremony and Ramu’s sound was on point during the entirety of it. Finally, a wedding where everything was heard and nobody had to speak without a microphone. And of course, he had the dance floor packed, jumping, and having the time of our lives all night! We couldn’t be more happy with choosing Ramu as our DJ and everyone was impressed by how awesome he was. I would for sure recommend him to anybody looking for DJ services!

I booked Ra-Mu off of a recommendation from a friend and he certainly did not disappoint. From our first phone call two years ago to our wedding day, he was always on his A game. He is wonderful to work with and makes the entire planning process fun. Not only did he keep the dance floor packed all night, but he livened up the room with uplighting and the photo booth. He even made us a book from the booth! We also rented his couch set and ottomans for our outdoor cigar bar. He made our vision come to life and we’re so thankful we hired him! Amazing DJ
Hiring Ra-Mu was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding. We had so many people tell us that our wedding was the most fun they had been to, and we definitely owe this to Ra-Mu and his talent and experience. He walked us through all of his introductions and special songs (first dance, etc) over coffee before the wedding to keep us at ease and make sure he got everything correct (which he did- everything was absolutely perfect). He really brought the party, and the dance floor was packed the entire night. Could not have imagined a better DJ!

Imho from DJ Ramu and the Crew was the perfect DJ for our wedding! Our experience with them was positive from start to finish. They were very attentive to our music requests and were easy to work with during planning. On the day of, everything was seamless. We opted for the package that included uplighting, which made our space look so elegant. DJ Imho was great at interacting with the crowd and playing the perfect music for our guests. The dance floor was full all night and people had a fantastic time.

The best dj!
Ra-Mu is amazing and we wholeheartedly recommend him! Music is really important to us, so we did a lot of research, and Ra-Mu definitely stood out from the rest! We first noticed that he had a big variety of videos that show his work- we could tell he loved being a DJ- and we especially loved his hip hop mixes. His funny personality also shined through in his videos, which made us love him even more. We had the initial call with him and we could tell he was organized, professional, dedicated to his job, and passionate about music. We easily entrusted him with bringing the party to our wedding! Throughout the whole process, Ra-Mu always responded promptly to our emails and questions, and helped us with all the details and info. He even did a trip to our venue so we could plan all the specifics in person- and that was very helpful! At first we were just focused on music for the reception, but Ra-Mu also helped us with a wireless mic and speakers for our outdoor ceremony and also music for our cocktail hour- so he was a huge part of the entire day! We had a unique first dance, with a slow song and then a salsa song, and he guided that very smoothly. For the reception, we gave him a list of some of our favorite songs, and an overall vibe we were hoping for, and then asked him to use his skills and expertise for the rest- which he did! He also did a great job MCing- keeping the events flowing and the energy high! In addition to his awesome DJ skills, we loved getting to know him as a person! Best Decision Ever
When we were initially searching for our DJ for our recent wedding, I knew that we had to choose wisely. We are so glad we chose Ramu and the Crew and it was easily one of the best decisions we ever made. Entertainment makes or breaks a wedding and Ramu and his crew definitely kept the night going!! From when we first met with him to even after our wedding, Ramu always had constant communication with us and answered all of my emails right away. He was so easy to talk to and so easy to work with. I gave Ramu a playlist of songs I liked, ranging from cocktail hour music to a cake cutting song and he really stuck by it, and included songs to keep the night going. When the dance floor seemed to die down, Ramu quickly got everyone back on their feet again and kept us dancing all night. The Photo Booth was a huge hit and looking through our book with the photos after was such a great experience. The uplighting and monogram definitely went with our theme as well. He even includes a tv with a slideshow with pictures that we gave him on our usb and people were sending pictures they had of us to a phone number provided on the slideshow. Ra-Mu is great. Super personable throughout the entire process, and always looking to overdeliver. He was accommodating in meeting us and speaking with us leading up to the event, and was detail oriented in all announcements and schedule.
The music was exactly what we were looking for where we gave guidance on our expectations throughout the night and he built the rest of the playlist. His energy is fantastic and spreads throughout the room!

DJ Imho was everything we knew he would be! We decided to use Imho after attending a friend’s wedding who had used him. We were so happy with how he kept our dance floor packed the entire night!! Get Your Dancing Shoes Ready!
Ra-Mu and the Crew can get just about anyone on the dance floor!! Most brides may over guiding their DJ's to play the perfect song list to get the crowd moving. Well if you hire Ramu, then that's one list you can take off your plate. Ramu can read ANY crowd and determine what is needed to get everyone moving!! By the end of the night - people were actually physically tired because they have never danced so much at a wedding!! I too found myself needing to take a break because I just couldn't keep up with Ramu's jams!! He also helped us with our Ceremony and Cocktail hour which made the day so much easier working with only him. People are still raving over the music. Ramu is AMAZING. He is super accommodating, professional, well organized, detailed, reliable and just so good at his job. The ceremony music was PERFECTLY on cue, the cocktail hour and dinner music was exactly what we were looking for and the reception/dance music was amazing! Our guests keep telling us how much fun the wedding was and Ramu was absolutely a huge part of that. Super energetic, positive and fun to be around. Ramu also had some screens set up with a phone number for our guests to text in photos during dinner and the reception which was great because it allowed our guests as well as my husband and I to experience the wedding from every table! Truly such a great night. I HIGHLY recommend Ramu. He was honestly just awesome.

Ramu was recommended through multiple friends and we decided to call him and set a up a meeting. 10 minuets into meeting him we had already made our decision. He was professional and candor. He was not trying to sell us. He was very thorough and did an absolutely amazing job pronouncing names, which can be hard!
When we told Ramu what we wanted he delivered to the T. We were getting messages for a week straight saying how much fun they had at our wedding and we owe that to Ramu. I wouldn't look any further than Ramu and the Crew!

Imho and the guys from Ramu & The Crew did a fantastic job at our wedding! At the end of the night I had several guests say that the DJ was awesome and the music was on point! If there's anything that anyone should know about weddings, it's that the DJ/Emcee can make or break the evening. He read the crowd and knew when to play what songs to keep everyone moving and was very charismatic talking to the crowd. The uplighting was perfect and we got some great photos "dancing in the clouds" and of course from the photobooth!! I highly, HIGHLY recoomend this team. A couple weeks after my wedding they also worked my friend's wedding (which I was in attendance) and they delivered the same great experience...tailored to her, of course. Imho even came over to say hi. Very courteous people and true professionals!

You need to hire Ramu & The Crew for your wedding!!!
If you want to have your reception surpass your wildest dreams, you NEED to hire Ramu and have him DJ your wedding. My husband and I were extremely picky when deciding on a DJ. We wanted someone who would move the evening along, someone who understood how much dancing meant to us, and of course someone with a fun personality who would keep the party going! Ramu surpasses every expectation we set. From our first meeting, we knew Ramu was the fun-entertaining, and detailed DJ we needed at our reception. He responded to every email immediately, was always willing to come to us to pencil out the details, and kept tabs with us even when our wedding was still a year out. We set up a “no requests” rule at our reception because we had so many specific songs we wanted to hear. Ramu handled every interaction with our guests with grace and a big smile! He made sure the list of songs we provided were all heard. My father and I had a song blended together for our father daughter dance: ramu ensured it would go off without a hitch, and boy it did! He also filmed all of my wedding parties entrances, and loaded it to his Facebook page. We had NO idea he did that, and we were thrilled when we found it!! He was one of our favorite vendors, and trust me HE IS THE BEST!

I've been to so many weddings were the DJ is shy, soft spoken, difficult to understand, just plays music, does poor intros or lag time in-between songs. It was most important to us to find a DJ that was NOT any of these things. We wanted to be able to hear the DJ's voice and the quality of their equipment. First I looked for a DJ that had 5 star reviews. When I saw Ramu's reviews I really didn't look much further and that is very not like me. Then came the 2nd surprise, Ramu posts videos of his intro's. I was sold 5 seconds into the first video I watched. Ramu is like a movie star with all his video's. He is well spoken and speaks clearly, slowly and loud enough for everyone to hear and understand! He is so upbeat during his intro's. Ramu did our ceremony and cocktail hour music as well, with traditional bridal music and Jazz during the cocktail hour. The next thing I loved about Ramu was all the technology. Loved his clean, modern high tech. set up. The text paging was great and my daughter loved the love story that was played during dinner. We also got a photo booth, monogram and white up lighting which was gorgeous in the very elegant white tent we had. My daughter even got a nice album with all the photo booth pictures. My daughter was not big on dancing on a cloud but it was included. With Ramu you get so much bang for your buck. After dinner Ramu got the multi colored flashing disco lights going and the volume went up! The dance floor was packed the rest of the night. We had some do and don't play lists and he didn't miss a beat! Ramu really loves his job and aims to please. Ramu never misses an email or message and will answer you almost immediately! Ramu was the 2nd vendor we booked. We met him 14 months out at Panera, he buys coffee! So glad we did because he literally gets asked by 2-3 people for the same date during wedding season so book him early. So glad we got him first! Thanks Ramu for all your services and for being such a wonderful DJ and more!

Our night was better than we could've ever imagined. Per usual, Ra-Mu and the crew delivered an incredible party that won't soon be forgotten. Not only was the music exactly what was needed, but they also kept everyone engaged all night long. Ra-Mu hyped up the crowd and reminded everyone of why they were there if he felt like they were slowing down. The photo booth was an absolute hit, he had just enough props and so much space for everyone to get in on the fun! He should be at the top of your list as he's worth well over what he charges, you will not be disappointed! We will never be able to thank him and his team enough and look forward to working with them again soon

We booked DJ Ra-Mu and the crew for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing! They were so professional, flexible, really nice and the music they played was on point! The lighting they put up around the room also really transformed the room into a wedding venue. All of our guests said they loved the music, and the dance floor was full the whole night! DJ Imho did an unbelievable job directing the reception and making announcements and introductions. The whole crew was very attentive, took great pictures, went above and beyond to make our whole experience enjoyable, and you really can't beat their prices! We had initially met Ramu at the Foxwoods Wedding Expo, and from start to finish, he was absolutely amazing to work with. He had an initial appointment to get to know us and understand the budget we were working with, with follow up meetings to discuss the tone of our wedding and specific songs we wanted played. The man was a human Pandora Radio and with just a handful of song suggestions, wound up playing all of our favorite songs and generes. The entire night, he kept the dancefloor full and was able to do it WITHOUT obnoxiously demanding people get on the dancefloor like so many DJs tend to resort to. He kept the reception going strong until the wee hours when there were just close family members and friends left. He even surprised us with an Instagram photo printer station that responded to our wedding hashtag.
He was easily my favorite vendor to work with and came up with all sorts of great ideas that we hadn’t thought of that fit perfectly within the budget we’d given him. I’d recommend Ramu and the Crew to anyone!

Ra-mu and the Crew are must haves for any bride and groom that want their wedding guests to have a great time! When my husband and I first met with Ra-mu we knew he was the DJ for us and he did NOT disappoint. All throughout the night, and even after people came up to me telling me how great our entertainment was. I have been asked by several of the wedding guests (that have upcoming weddings of their own) for his contact info as it was clear at our wedding he was the best man for the job. Not only did Ra-mu provide us with off the charts entertainment, and do a great job of keeping people on the dance floor, but he also provided us with our uplighting and an intagram photo booth printer which allowed our guests to print photos that they posted to their instagram accounts using our wedding hashtag. He and his crew were a one stop shop for all of our wedding entertainment needs. We could not have been happier with how the night went and having an experienced DJ really helped us to enjoy our night since we didn't have to worry about our guests enjoying theirs (Ra-mu did all the heavy lifting for us)!

Ra-Mu is the type of wedding vendor every bride wants to hire! He packed the dance floor for our wedding in Newport from start to finish. If he's has an opening on your wedding date, I seriously suggest you book him asap. We had a list of songs my fiancé really wanted played at the wedding and Ra-mu checked off ALL of them. I've been to other weddings where the DJ completely ignored the bride & groom's 'must play' list. We also needed our 1st dance, mother son, and father daughter songs edited (shortened) and Ra-Mu edited them all seamlessly. He was very responsive and just and overall pleasure to work with. You MUST book Ra-Mu and the Crew for your wedding!!! This is one review I am extremely excited to write as I just got married 2 days ago! I found Ra-Mu & the Crew on Wedding Wire and their number of likes grabbed me. I read MANY of their reviews and thought this might be the DJ for me. I left him a message and he quickly called me. He was very professional, excited about my wedding and we arranged a day to meet. My fiancé and I met him for lunch. I know you should interview a few vendors and then make a decision but once we sat down, I KNEW he was the DJ for me. His pitch of his product was flawless. I was amazed at the technology he had access to.
Up until the wedding, Ra-Mu was my sounding board. He advised me on MANY different aspects of a wedding. I had a wedding planner but Ra-Mu knew so much from his years of experience. From the ceremony, to the post marriage entrance, to who should say grace (he did)-he advised me on everything- he may as well have been my DJ and wedding planner. When a question arose, I thought "I'll ask Ra-Mu, he'll know!" He said something to me one night, "contact me anytime because I work for you until the end of your wedding night."
Ra-Mu is also a very funny guy. Always ready to make you laugh (my fiancé is quite serious and Ra-Mu managed a few smiles on his face-unheard of)! What is great about Ra-Mu is his flexibility in his delivery. You can request that he be funny, serious, jokey or a combination of them all. He can adapt to any style wedding. My venue said they LOVED him. My guests raved about the music, people were in awe of the video he recorded as to how we met (the venue said they never saw anything like it). People set up residence in that photo booth and at the end of the night I was presented with a photo album of the photos!
Please, please, please brides and grooms to be...use Ra-mu and the Crew to DJ your wedding. You will not be disappointed and will be writing a review just as long as this one!

We didn't think that he would be available as it was a last minute decision and lo and behold it worked out wonderfully! When you envision your wedding, you always dream of everything going perfectly….and from the minute Ra-Mu sat down with us, we knew we hired the right person for the job. Ra-Mu is very humble, and takes his job to be the best very seriously. Ra-mu separates himself from others by taking the time to understand you as a couple (organizes face to face meetings), and what vibe you are going for to celebrate your wedding. He asks all the right questions and is extremely organized, communicative and reliable. Our wedding was such a mix crowd of friends, family, etc and we did not want to cater to only one age group by picking certain songs/genres. We gave Ra-Mu free range to “play it by ear”, and just keep our dance floor packed! He did not disappoint- in fact, he EXCEEDED all expectations. When multiple people (in the middle of the dance floor) would yell to us over the music “your DJ is amazing!!” We couldn’t have agreed more! I could not recommend Ra-Mu and the crew enough for how amazing they made our wedding. He was easily our favorite vendor throughout the whole wedding process. He was by far most prompt of any of our vendors to any of our emails or calls always responding within 24 hours (sometimes responding within the hour!) and he really took the time to understand both our vision of the wedding and our budget. The photo booth and scrapbook were so well done and it was very well received by our guests. Now on to the music; he was AWESOME! I got pulled aside multiple times during the wedding and told that the music has been awesome all night! I could go on all day about how happy my now wife and I are with choosing Ra-Mu. I met Ra-Mu at an Oceancliff wedding expo with my maid-of-honor. We loved him and set up an appointment for my husband to meet him. After our interview, my husband loved him and we hired Ra-Mu on the spot! Ra-Mu is professional, punctual, reliable and affordable! I started planning my wedding two years in advance; so while I had more than enough time, and was worried that I wouldn't get everything done on time, Ra-Mu was always there to reassure me that everything would go smooth on his end for our wedding day. He made sure to answer every email and phone call in a timely manner. We were very selective with our playlist, and Ra-Mu and the Crew made sure to play exactly what we wanted during the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception! Ramu was the third DJ that we met with during our decision process. During our first meeting, we had no doubt that he was the right choice. He had such a desire to get to know who we were individually and as a couple and didn't waste time selling himself or bragging about his accomplishments. We knew he would be a perfect fit. He was a pleasure to deal with and was by far the easiest part of all of our wedding planning.
Ramu and Crew provided the perfect audio background for our ceremony, beautiful music during the cocktail hour and kept the dance floor packed during the entire reception. Which means that he's the DJ you pick when you want someone self-reliant, flexible, creative, accommodating, and willing to do ANYTHING to make sure your wedding is literally the best time of your life. Often in weddings, what your vendors sign up for is exactly what you get.. But with RaMu, he goes above and beyond in every aspect, from attending the rehearsal, providing the ceremony music, creating the dance floor ambiance, photo booth set up, monogramming our names in light, pin spotting cake light, TVs for interactive texting with your guests, video love story for guests to watch during dinner, to the playlist that gets everyone dancing. Ramu and his entire crew was very professional. Ramu is very articulate and comfortable on the microphone. The event went perfectly from the dj, the elegant lighting, the photo booth (which was a big hit), to the tv monitors that patrons can text photos and messages to. The music smoothly transitioned from track to track, mixing various styles that were chosen by my wife and I. We had 2 floors at this venue, one with dining service, and one for dancing and ramu had classy backlighting, sound, and a mic for background music and direction of patrons to/from dining service. The music on the dance floor was loud and clear, but not overpowering. It filled the room perfectly and again the lighting enhanced the room without being tacky . Ramu will cater to your needs and concerns and make your special night the best it can be. He is most definately is the Serena Williams of wedding dj's.

Ra-Mu and The Crew are great! They were the first and only DJ's we spoke to and we decided to hire them after speaking with them for less than 5 minutes. Ra-Mu is very thorough and accommodating. If you're looking for a DJ who knows how to keep people on the dance floor and who is a true professional, look no further, you've found them! Ramu and the Crew did an amazing job for our wedding!! We chose Ramu over other vendors for his expertise and MC abilities. We knew that who we picked as the DJ would be vital in creating the vibe and overall feel for our wedding and he nailed it! Right down to the different uplighting color options to help create a warm feeling at dinner and then a fun party feel at the reception. The members of his team were also very friendly and professional. Our guests loved the photo booth! My now husband, being the tech hound that he is, really appreciated Ramu's sound setup which maximized the room's acoustics (high end equipment- Bose speakers). Our friends and family have commented it was one of the best and most fun weddings they have been to and Ramu was an integral part of making the night so enjoyable and successful!

Ra-mu and his crew were second to none. When I say "crew" I mean he came with about 5 other people who made sure our day was absolutely perfect and even took videos and photos of our reception. Our dance floor was packed the entire night to the point where people were still dancing when we wrapped up. The photo booth was a blast. Ra-mu was attentive to our needs throughout the whole planning process and even changed anything we needed up until the last minute and night of. I highly recommend ra-mu and the crew !!!

Ra-mu did a great job of switching between greek and american music. We wanted half greek and half american and thats exactly what he did. During the speeches the best man quoted My Way by Frank Sinatra and after Ra-mu had played it and that was not even a request. That just showed us that he really pays attention. We also had photo booth and Ra-mu's crew put together a scrapbook of all the photo booth photos for us. If your looking for great DJ that is honest and provides quality service you NEED to book Ra-Mu and his crew!

Hands down the best DJ/MC I've seen at any party. I attended a girlfriend's wedding recently, and Ramu blown me away with his taste of music (he knew the classics and the new stuff), and his entertaining enthusiasm. He kept the reception going all night, and even took requests for songs that people haven't heard on the radio. There was one point and time where he got on the dance floor himself and taught everybody a dance step to the music. I had lots of fun being entertained by him and his crew. The photobooth he brought with him was also awesome. The photos we're top notch quality, and printed right after we exited the booth. His crew is friendly, well groomed, and cute. I'd love to have them at my wedding one day.

Where do I begin......Ra-Mu is just the best DJ around when you add in the lighting and photobooth there is just no one to compare him to. Our guests are still raving about how wonderful things were. We added an extra touch with a pre-recorded video and the guests just absolutely loved it. His crew is professional and always helpful. We had all ages at our wedding including children as well and the dance floor was packed the whole night. Any request we had he was able to accommodate. We did a special tribute to my husband's father who is deceased and Ra-Mu played a video slideshow for us which was so nice for everyone to see. I just can't say enough good things. Definitely look into Ra-Mu and the Crew for all your wedding needs it's one stop shopping and you will not be disappointed.

We had a bit of a wedding crisis a few months before our wedding date. The DJ we picked was giving us the run-around and we decided that we needed to find a new DJ ASAP! I immediately went on weddingwire and was quite impressed with the reviews Ra-Mu had so I gave him a call. Ra-Mu was so professional and personable from our first conversation. I explained that we were uncomfortable with the DJ we originally chose and were looking for a new one. Luckily, he was free the night of our wedding and gave us a quote over the phone. His price was fantastic! We knew from the first conversation over the phone that he was our guy! We met with him twice before our wedding. We were so impressed by the fact that Ra-Mu came to Boston to meet us for our convenience. Most importantly, he helped make our wedding day perfect. Our guests came up to us commenting on how professional he was. Lastly, I don't think there was one person sitting down at our wedding reception! Everyone was up dancing and having a great time. We highly recommend Ra-Mu!

Ramu was the DJ at a wedding we went to when we first starting dating over 3 years ago. We still remembered how great he was at that wedding, so naturally we had to hunt him down for our own wedding. He was always quick to respond, and able to conveniently meet us near our house. He paid great attention to detail, such as making sure he was able to pronounce all of the bridal parties names correctly. The uplighting really made the room look beautiful. The monogram and slideshow were both beautifully done. My husband and I are both big in to music, and I guess you could say we are difficult to please musically, but Ramu pulled it out! We got to listen to music that we personally liked best, and music that would go over well with our guests. It was quite the mix!

DJ Ra-Mu was awesome! He's hands down the best vendor we used for our wedding. He is extremely personable and met with us when we first reached out and then a few weeks before the wedding. He is attentive and detail oriented. I felt that he did an outstanding job from the first minute we met. Our wedding had 30-40% Middle Eastern music and we were worried that a non-arabic speaking DJ would have difficulty. However, DJ Ra-Mu delivered big time. He had done his homework and reviewed all the non-English tracks. He knew what to play and when to keep the dance floor raging. We also had a slight last minute change to our intro, he handled it without a problem. I should mention he included great lighting and really went above and beyond with his presentation. It was much more than what I expected!! I unequivocally recommend him to any couple looking for the best wedding DJ.

What a wonderful family business this is! Between Ra-Mu's great MC, his assistant/ brother Imo (who is a first class DJ as well and DJ'd my sister's wedding last summer), his too cute for words father at the photobooth, and his phenomenal sister/ candids photographer sister Ethie (sp?). They were just a one stop shop! I'm not sure what is keeping them from offering a catering option to their packages as well. Im sure they would kill it as well! It's hard to believe a business that offers such a wide range of services could possibly be as exceptional at each of them as they are. We had a blast! Please hire these guys! You wont regret it!

We actually came across Ra-Mu at a friends wedding and loved his style and the way he took the initiative at any moment the dance floor needed a little reviving. His team is also adorable. Especially the older gentleman at the photobooth, who i learned was Ra-Mus father and comes to all of his gigs. His sister also took wonderful cadids. So much so that i wish i didnt hire a professional photog. She was lovely!! Its truly a family affair and you can feel the chemistry between them. I recomend them highly.

DJ Ramu (and the crew) are amazing! First off he was prompted with responding to my emails, phone calls and text messages. Always willing to meet us in Providence for meetings. From my initial interaction with Ramu I could tell that he was unlike other DJs. He asked questions that no other DJ I interviewed asked that I think allowed us to get a true sense of the feeling we wanted the music to evoke which is much better than handing off a list of songs to play and do not play. I complete and utter trust in his craft and artistry as a DJ. I could tell it is something he takes very seriously and goes above and beyond to deliver a perfect night. The lighting was perfect and I loved how he was able to change the lighting as the night went on. To be honest we were hesitant about having a photobooth. to have a photobooth but i'm so glad we had one. Not only was it entertaining it made for a guestbook that I love looking back at. Everyone in his crew was amazing as well. They all did a fantastic job. Also, he pronounced everyone's name correctly in the wedding party. I know it doesn't sound like a big feat but we had some hard to pronounce names. Not to mention our officiant mispronounced my new last name (EN-is). A pleasure to work with. He always kept me and the wedding planner in the loop. He's great at always bringing things full circle. So glad I found DJ Ramu. Ra-Mu got the party started and was very interactive with the guests. Many of the guests remarked to the groom and I that they haven't danced so much at other weddings and that the DJ was awesome. Ra-Mu also played songs that the guests has pre-requested in my reply cards, helped me do a tribute to my mom (who's birthday was the same day), played a love story of bride/groom, and was able to do a few things on the fly during the wedding that I requested in the moment. Ra-Mu & The Crew have all the bells and whistles you want for a fun wedding. While we opted for a more simpler package, Ra-Mu never tried to up-sell us on anything -- rather, he explained all options and guided us into the right decision for us. From beginning to end, they ensured our entire wedding flowed seamlessly -- whether it was providing a mic for our officiant, announcing the bride & groom and bridal party, to playing the perfect music during dinner service...everything flowed perfectly and they knew how to work the crowd.

We had such a blast at our wedding. I literally danced all night! So many guests mentioned to me how excellent Ra-Mu was at being the MC for the night. The cadence was perfect, just enough MC'ing, the volume was great and the music selection was just perfect. The whole wedding had great flow. Ra-Mu & crew went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was flawless! His was willing to work with my crazy and unconventional music selections, always responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and even provided me with things that he didn't even offer! He kept everyone on the dance floor all night long! I will certainly recommend him to anyone who need a dj. It was super convenient to have the photobooth & up lighting included in the package. Everything looked phenomenal, everyone loved the photobooth, it was all perfect! Thanks Again!!

Would recommend Ra-Mu and the Crew over and over. They did such a tremendous job. Definitely made the right choice. Not only did Ra-mu get the party started he was also very professional and pleasant. They provided all the services one would need at a wedding and you didn't have to worry about anything. Also, very involved in the planning and making sure you get what you want and what you asked for.

Ra-mu and the crew were AMAZING! Not only did he DJ my wedding, he brought a photo booth and up lighting! Ra-mu
was very professional and very easy to work with. My husband and I are so happy with his services and couldn't have picked a better DJ for our wedding. We are still getting compliments from guests about how great he was! We would definitely recommend Ra-mu and the crew!

RaMu and The Crew were amazing at our wedding. He was so easy to work with and listened to everything we said we wanted. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he has very fair prices and tries to work within your budget to provide something amazing. We had a mix of American and Spanish guests and he tied both styles of music together seamlessly so that everyone had a great time. We have already had friends of ours who are getting married next year ask for his info so they can use him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for DJ services.

DJ Ra-Mu was amazing! He is extremely responsive and flexible. We gave him free reign to play what he thought was right for the occasion and he worked the crowd - he really delivered.
Everyone loved him and our guests danced the entire night. The guests could not stop complimenting Ra-Mu and commented on how he sounded more like a friend than a hired DJ. He took the time to learn some very difficult names, and even picked up a few Chinese phrases to welcome our international guests. He kept the energy level high the entire evening. I can say our wedding was a huge success!
I would HIGHLY recommend DJ Ra-Mu. You will not be disappointed

Ra-Mu and The Crew did a fantastic job, and we couldn't be happier!
We booked with Ra-Mu because of his genuine character, humorous personality, and experience in the industry. It was very evident to us that Ra-Mu was unlike many of the other vendors we had met with. Ra-Mu wanted to ensure that we were going to be satisfied with the services we contracted for, and truly cared. His drive was not the underlying $$.
Prior to the wedding, we met with Ra-Mu a couple of times, and communicated via e-mail and phone. He was always extremely responsive, understanding, and willing to work with our busy schedules. We let him know in advance that our diverse group of guests may be difficult to work with, but he was not concerned. Ra-Mu was able to get all the guests on the dance floor, and kept everyone entertained all night!
Both during, and after the wedding, our guests raved about the DJ, and how much fun they were having with the Photo Booth. We couldn't agree with them more! Ra-Mu and The Crew also provided the uplighting, monogram, and slide show for our wedding reception - all of which they did a fantastic job with.
We couldn't be more satisfied, and highly recommend Ra-Mu and The Crew!

We are more than happy that we hired Ra-Mu and the Crew for our wedding! From the first time we met Ra-Mu we fell in love with his energy and enthusiastic attitude. He truly loves what he does and will do everything to make your day as special as ever! He never stops working! One of the best features were the two TVs he had up in the room that guests were able to text pictures to. The music was awesome and the party lasted all night. All of our guests told us as we were leaving that ours was the best wedding they had ever been to! Thank you Ra-Mu and the Crew!

Ra-mu was fun, professional and easy to work with. He exceeded our expectations and we had a fun party wedding. He went along with our wishes and stuck to a playlist and mixed a few of some classic favorites in the mix. The photo booth is very hi tech and fun our wedding party loved it!! The lighting was phenomenal he surprised us with under table lighting that we were so happy with. Overall this has been the best dj I've experienced in the 22 wedding Ives been to and he really kept the party going and the dance floor packed. I highly recommend this dj for all your entertainment services.

Ramu and the crew were amazing! We met with Ramu a few times before our wedding and were very impressed with all he had to offer in addition to being our DJ! He was willing and happy to accommodate any request. We took advantage of his uplighting, emceeing, photobooth and text messaging capabilities. Ramu played close attention at our request to play songs that both our younger and older guest would love. I cannot tell you how polite and professional he and the crew were. They are the type of people you want as friends - truly made me at ease to socialize and have fun rather than worry if everyone is having fun. If you book with Ramu and the crew you will truly be in the best hands. I want to get married again just so I can utilize their services.

Finding the right DJ was one of the most important things to me when I was planning my wedding. My mother-in-law, who seems to always be at a wedding, told me that Ra-mu was the best DJ she had ever seen. I searched for him online and found hundreds of 5 star reviews. I knew that I couldn't go wrong, based on what everyone else was saying. Everyone was right. Ra-mu and the Crew were amazing and helped to make my wedding everything I had dreamed it would be.
I was asked to fill out a list of music choices for different parts of the wedding. I left the dance floor song choices up to him and he did an amazing job. I had about 140 people at my wedding. There was a large group of people in their 20s and a large group of people that were 40+. The dance floor was packed all night long. Ra-mu did a great job alternating between current songs and songs that the older group would appreciate. Not only did Ra-mu do a great job with the music, but he was funny and was great at keeping the party going. After the wedding, I had so many people tell me how great the DJ was.
Ra-mu went above and beyond to make my wedding day special. I was totally surprised to walk into my venue to see uplighting and a projection of our names and wedding date on the dance floor. It was such a special added bonus that really gave a nice touch to the reception. I am so happy with my DJ choice. There is no one better than Ra-mu!

Where do I even begin with Ra-Mu and the Crew?! We got to meet with Ra-Mu a few times before the wedding, which is something you rarely get to do with vendors with so much going through email and phone calls. It was great to sit down and actually talk to the person that would be with us all day during our wedding. For my husband and I, the DJ was a really important vendor to select. We are both music people and we wanted someone who was going to play a solid variety of stuff to appeal to all of our guests-old and young. Ra-Mu certainly delivered! Our dance floor was never empty! I mean it! The music was amazing and Ra-Mu's personality really shined. He got our guests excited and ready to party. I also had a longtime dream of having my own band play a few songs at the reception so I could sing. I was a little nervous to request that, thinking I would be stepping on his toes or throwing off his setup. Ra-Mu was not only accommodating, but really excited about hearing the band too! He worked seamlessly with the guys in my band-helping them choose a good spot to set up next to his DJ booth and even talking to them on the phone prior to the wedding about sharing equipment! Our bridal party entrances were excellent-we changed a few things around the second before we went out and he was on top of it. The music for our ceremony was also perfect. His timing was great and I will never forget the music playing in the background as I walked down the aisle. As another wonderful side note, I had asked Ra-Mu to play a special song at the end of the night in honor of my brother who is no longer with us. I wrote up a small blurb for Ra-Mu to say-which he did word for word-but then he added another line of his own that was absolutely beautiful. It touched me and made me so happy!
Thank you for everything Ra-Mu! Brides and Grooms-choosing your DJ can be tough, but you will not go wrong with Ra-Mu! When you pick him, invite me to your wedding so I can dance all night again!

My husband and I cannot express how happy we were with Ra-Mu in the crew from beginning to end. They are some of the nicest, easy-going and helpful vendors to work with and we couldn't have been happier on the wedding day. If I didn't have an answer to something, Ra-Mu was right there helping me make a decision that was perfect for our wedding. His crew made sure my husband and I made it into the photobooth, in the midst of the craziness, so we wouldn't regret not doing it. Some of our older family didn't make it to the dance floor, so Ra-Mu, with his personality, got everyone on the dance floor and taught us all a new dance. It was amazing how he could get everybody up onto the floor. I wish I could relive our day, and I know that Ra-Mu and the crew was a huge part of what made it so amazing. We HIGHLY recommend Ra-Mu and The Crew as your DJ!
