  Amazing!!!

  Ramsey's staff were such a delight! They were incredibly welcoming and accommodated us through every step of the way. We ended up choosing my diamond and I still can't get over how brilliant it looks every single day.

  My fiancé and I went to pick out my ring at Ramsey's about 6 months before we got engaged. They are the BEST in customer service, quality of jewelry, and overall excellence. Rebecca is outstanding! So very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be getting our wedding bands and future jewelry from Ramsey's without a doubt!

  My Fiancé and I loved our experience at Ramsey's. Would definitely go back and recommend them for anyone. No "salesman" pressure to purchase anything. They are truely genuine and go above and beyond to make sure you get EXACTLY what you want.

  Amazing experience working with Bonnie from start to finish. She is very genuine, in fact the very first thing she asked me for was my girlfriend's (now wife's) name! She has great taste and helped me pick out a BEAUTIFUL Nola-themed vintage engagement ring. We loved it so much that we returned to purchase our wedding rings from Ramsey's. She actually helped me design a custom wedding ring for myself, which looks exactly like the photos I submitted to her. She was also very responsive to both phone calls and emails. I was living in Boston at the time and never had to wait more than a day to hear back from her. When it comes to wedding planning, a quick response time is HUGE. Overall it was a very pleasant experience working with Bonnie and the rest of the Ramsey's team, and will certainly purchase jewelry from them again in the future! Thanks again!

  We found the ring of my dreams but they no longer carried so they custom made my ring. I am very please with my ring and I love everything about it. They made us feel welcome and important. I will continue shopping here.

  When my husband first went to buy me a ring, he had a picture of a customized ring I absolutely loved that I'd seen online. Ramsey's worked with him to find a similar ring at an affordable price. They were friendly and accommodating, and they got our order for wedding bands back in very quickly. Everything was perfect!

  Every time I go to Ramsey's, they offer to clean my engagement ring. If the consultant (Bonnie) that helped us choose the ring is there, she instantly recognizes us and asks us about wedding plans.

  I also got my bridal earrings from Ramsey's and they are absolutely stunning!

No pressuring sales people trying to make me buy something that wasn't perfect and I loved that they have all their designs made in CZ so you can just try anything on before purchasing! And they had my ring made in a week! I had a unique engagement ring but wanted a simpler wedding band, and the one I got from Ramsey's looks like it was made to go with my ring! I have it at home now and can't wait to wear it forever in August!!

  I've with three different people at Ramsey's and they all were great. They helped me to find beautiful rings and diamonds in price ranges I could afford. Even after I lost my engagment ring (talk about stress) they were able to replace it through my insurance with them (Jeweler's Mutual) and no one in familiy noticed the difference.

  We looked at every jewelers and none of them can compare to the quality and elegant of the rings at Ramsey's. I was so surprise that we were able to buy a bridal set and wedding band for the groom all for $3200. I love that we can upgrade the diamonds anytime in the future and that they will check and clean your rings anytime.

  I had such a great experience with Ramsey's. all of my questions were answered and they were not pushy and even offered us a beverage. We went back to get the insurance and even cleaned my ring while we were there. We are going see them in a few months to look at wedding bands. I plan on only purchasing jewelry from here on out.
