We haven't had our wedding yet, but after touring Ramblewood, we knew right away it was the one. The space is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. It was exactly what we were looking for.
The pricing was very fair and transparent- especially for everything that is included. Which made the decision even easier compared to other venues that we toured.
Most importantly, our coordinator Gabrielle was truly amazing. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly welcoming throughout the door. She answered all of our questions and made the process feel easy and exciting! -

The perfect day at Ramblewood!
We got married at Ramblewood on July 5, 2025 and had the most perfect day! The events team really blew us away and took care of everything so that we could be present and enjoy our day.
We initially toured with Gabrielle who was so bubbly and sweet (she ended up being on maternity leave for our wedding). Alison stepped in to coordinate leading up to and on the day of the wedding, and she pulled it all together for us! Katie, the day of concierge, was an absolute rockstar!! She was there for us every step of the way, offering an extra hand to hold my train or bouquet, bringing us water and drinks, making us a plate of all of our hors d’oeuvres, and giving me the sweetest hype up speech before walking down the aisle. I wish that everyone could have a Katie on their wedding day!
The venue was beautiful, our guests loved the food, and the chocolate room was so much fun! My husband also loved having the golf simulator room. We were able to bring our decorations the day before which was super helpful, and Alison and the team set everything up for us which was so nice. They were also super accommodating and helped us set up a separate room for our tea ceremony which took place after dinner. Whatever we needed, they went out of their way to make it happen. My husband and I had such an amazing experience working with Ramblewood for our wedding. From the organization, to working with the best ladies Alison and Gabrielle, and day of coordinator Katie being absolutely amazing!! All I can say is thank you so much for making our day so perfect!! I was in love with Ramblewood the first time I saw the picture of the Oaks ceremony site online. In person it was even more beautiful and the staff were all so friendly. I worked with both Gabrielle and Alison while Gabrielle was on maternity leave and both were fabulous and extremely helpful. They always answered all of my many questions in a timely fashion. The price was honestly very generous compared to other venues and the staff was amazing the day of. They provided so much help in setting up decor and making sure our day was perfect. Our wedding on 10/20/2024 was the most perfect day! Ramblewood was the most amazing venue for our needs. Gabrielle was super helpful during the planning process and always made time to answer questions no matter how small. Alison did an AMAZING job and setting up our decor day of, she did more then she needed to and we're extremely grateful because everything turned out beautifully. I cannot say enough amazing things about Katie, the day of coordinator. From the moment we got there to the minute we left she helped out tremendously. She carried my train around for me wherever we went, brought my husband and I food during our cocktail hour and she never let our cups go empty, always bringing us whatever we needed. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say the whole night and the food was amazing!! I would recommend Ramblewood to any couple! Everything was 10/10! -

I honestly could not imagine my wedding anywhere else. I had my ceremony at The Oaks and reception in the ballroom. The venue is gorgeous and the team was nothing short of amazing. Katie the wedding coordinator was the VIP she grabbed food for me while I was taking pictures for cocktail hour, made sure we were able to eat, held my veil and helped me bustle my dress. I am so thankful for her. Alison and Gabrielle were so helpful in answering all my questions and communicating via email, and Alison did a great job with my decor! The ceremony, and reception ran so smoothly and the food was to die for, everyone raved about it. Eveyone had a great time and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They even packed up my decor the day after. I am so glad I chose Ramblewood as my venue, if i ever needed another catered event I would 100% choose Ramblewood again. Thank you for making my day so special. -

Our wedding was on 6/29/24 and we could not have asked for a better experience from top to bottom. Working with Gabrielle throughout the whole process was seamless and so accommodating. She gave us plenty of ideas and suggestions to make our day be the best day ever. She did all of our decorating and nailed our vision! From the moment I arrived to the venue on the wedding day, I felt zero stress because of everything they helped with along the way. Katie--the day of wedding coordinator was an absolute GEM and made our day so special. She got us anything we needed throughout the day--food, drinks, kept us on schedule, and cleaned up at the end of the night. I would 10/10 recommend Ramblewood to anyone looking for a wedding venue!! -

My husband and I got married at Ramblewood on 4/21/24 and everything definitely exceeded our expectations. Gabrielle was great to work with, very professional and great with communication. I had sooo many questions throughout the planning process and she always emailed back within a short time to answer my questions. When the wedding day came, I had met our wonderful day of concierge, Katie, and let me tell you - she is unbelievably amazing! The hard work that they put in during this day is incredible. Katie kept popping in and out of our bridal sweet and the grooms suite asking if we needed anything, getting everything sorted out and feeding us/making us drinks. Gabrielle helped with setting everything up exactly how I envisioned it all throughout the venue. Katie and Gabrielle walked everyone through the ceremony, making it all go so smoothly. During the reception, and for the rest of the night, Katie was there for it all. She made sure we were fed first once the buffet opened up. She also made sure we were fed during cocktail hour, bringing us a bunch of food to the bridal suite while we waited for introductions into reception! This entire experience was just so amazing and we are forever grateful for having the best wedding to remember at Ramblewood. Topnotch Venue & Staff
The moment we walked into RCC, we knew it was where we could see ourselves getting married, there were some carpeting in the ballroom that I wasn't thrilled with, but was able to get passed it as everything else was perfection. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that they had plans to remove the carpet and replace with light hardwood floors. MY DREAMS WERE COMING TRUE. Not only was the venue the perfect backdrop to our magical day, but the staff was truly a blessing to work with. Gabrielle answered countless emails, eased any uncertainty I had throughout the entire process. Day of coordinator Katie made sure that my husband and I always had a drink in hand and that we made sure to eat! Everyone at Ramblewood is amazing! Megan and Gabrielle are awesome. They both were so nice, and any question I had, they would always get right back to me. On the wedding day, Megan was super sweet and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
Katie the maitre de deserves her own acknowledgement. I am so incredibly thankful for her! She is PHENOMINAL! Katie is the sweetest person I've ever met. She made everything about my wedding day fantastic! She made me feel so special, and was there for my husband and I the moment we were done getting ready. She made sure we had everything from food, to drinks, to even helping me get down the aisle because my nerves were getting the best of me. (I hate being the center of attention especially infront of 100+ people) She gave me the best pep talk before my dad and I had to walk. After my husband and I said our I do's, she was right back by our side making sure we were ok. She even took photos for me so that I would have some before the photographer sent over his edits. Katie, THANK YOU! Thank you for being one of the best parts of my wedding and making my wedding day the best it could be! From the day we booked Megan and Gabrielle did a great job. They were prompt to respond, professional, and guided us through efficiently.
The staff was great including the bartenders, servers and Katie. She stayed with the bride all night, helping her with absolutely everything. We couldn’t have done it without her
The grounds were beautiful, the food was good, and the experience was excellent! The chocolate room stole the show. Fantastic!

Great Venue
Everyone was amazing from start to finish. Gabrielle and Meagan did a wonderful job helping us throughout the entire process. Our wedding was on Aug 06, 2022 and that day couldn’t have been more perfect. The entire staff did a wonderful job but Katie our day of wedding coordinator completely went above and beyond. I honestly never pictured myself getting married at a country club, but I couldn't have made a better choice. From day one the Ramblewood staff was so helpful and accommodating, and did everything to make sure I had the best day. They were very flexible when I was gifted a wedding cake from a friend and helped me make last minute changes. The food was so, so good, and there were so many choices! All of my guests were impressed. It ended up raining during our reception and the event staff did a great job pivoting from an outdoor cocktail hour to indoor - it was a little snug with 130 people but it worked out fine. They did an incredible job setting up the tables, and our day of server Katie was so attentive to our entire wedding party. I really can't express how happy we were with the wedding! Perfect Day
Gabrielle helped us reschedule my daughter's wedding twice due to COVID-19 and we were able to find a date that worked perfectly, keeping with her original date. The wedding was perfect. The food was amazing, and all of our guests loved the wedding outside with the beautiful setting, the cocktails on the patio and then the wonderful buffet inside. It was the perfect day. The chocolate room is spectacular and I can't say enough wonderful things about that special day! The staff was wonderful. I could write FOREVER about how amazing Ramblewood Country Club was for my wedding! My husband and I searched everywhere for a wedding venue from rustic outdoor farms to fancy ballrooms, to everything in between. Everywhere we went we could tell it just wasn’t THE ONE. When we visited Ramblewood we knew right away that it was the place where we were going to celebrate our most important day with all of our friends and family. Ramblewood checked every box that we wanted. It was affordable, had delicious food that anyone would love, enough space to accommodate our 175 guests comfortably, an outdoor space for cocktail hour, BEAUTIFUL landscape for pictures, staff that answer your hundredth email like it’s your first (Gabrielle was always there to help; she made sure everything was together, made us feel confident, and less stressed because I didn't have to worry about anything), and a CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE room that blew my husband and I and our guests away! I could seriously go on forever because I am so utterly in awe of how beautiful and smooth and perfect my wedding day was all because of Ramblewood. My husband and I couldn’t think of one thing that we would have changed. I recommend them 100% and I know that they will make your day absolutely special just like they did for us. From the moment we walked into Ramblewood, we knew it was where we wanted to get married!
After our initial champagne tour, we brought my parents back to see the venue and they agreed it was just the perfect location for our wedding, and we were all thrilled with how competitive Ramblewood's packages were.
Christine and Gabrielle are beyond amazing. They setup the venue beautifully with all my decorations for my dream wedding. My girls and I had an amazing wedding morning getting ready in the bridal suite and had a stress-free day thanks to Christine and Gabrielle. We highly recommend Ramblewood (and their amazing staff!!) for anyone looking for a wedding venue, you will be in great hands and you won’t need to worry about a thing! -

Where do I even begin? My fiancé and I got engaged in December of 2015 and immediately fell in love with Ramblewood Country Club upon arrival for our tour. The outside landscaping is gorgeous and the grounds are well-maintained. But, what initially caught my eye, was the ballroom, wall-to-wall windows and just an overall beautiful design. We immediately knew Ramblewood was where we wanted to get married and actually signed the papers that day! Flash forward 4 years to 4.27.19, when I was finally able to marry my high school sweetheart, Bill. Everything about that day was PERFECT. Christine and Gabrielle are truly, truly amazing at what they do. Their attention to detail is impeccable and made me feel at ease throughout the entire day. The food was delicious and the service was immaculate. If we could do it all over again, we totally would. We still get compliments to this day, from family and friends, about how wonderful our wedding was. Thank you to the entire Ramblewood staff! We love you all.

We had the most amazing summer wedding at Ramblewood! Gabrielle and her team were extremely helpful and not only answered all of our questions leading up to our big day, but were also super thoughtful and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole planning process. On our big day, our day of coordinator Katie was the best! She made sure we had everything we needed at all times! The venue itself was gorgeous and perfect if you are dreaming of a light and airy wedding! The food was delicious and the cocktails were even better and so were the bartenders! Best venue!!!
Thank you Ramblewood for helping us celebrate the most important night of our lives. Our wedding was exactly what we hoped it would be and more. Mary Jo, thank you for being so helpful for the last year. I know I may have emailed you some crazy ideas along the way and may have had a million and one questions before the wedding, but you were always so helpful, understanding, and kind. Christine, thank you for helping us the day of the wedding. We couldn’t have done any of it without you. You were so easy to work with and always trying to make sure every detail was perfect. Everything came together so beautifully. Our guests can’t stop raving about the food!!!! Every dish was delicious, the chocolate room was a total hit, and the cocktail hour was so tasty. The decor also came together beautifully. I know my facial expressions might be hard to read sometimes but my heart melted when I entered the ballroom for the first time. Thank you a million and one times. The wedding was everything I imagined it to be and more. I need to stop by and give Mary Jo a big big big hug. Thank you so much. They had a bar mitzvah beforehand, so we went from 6:30-midnight, but that's no problem for our family who danced the night away! They brought us champagne and snacks in the bridal suite. They set everything up for us, the food was delicious & everyone raved about the mini cheese steaks. The chocolate indulgence room and popcorn machine were a HUGE hit! Everyone who worked there went out of their way to be extra nice to us and our guests! Thank you so much for the wedding of our dreams! -

Overall, I was mostly satisfied with my wedding at ramblewood. The highlights: The food was absolutely amazing that’s all my guests kept talking about. The ballroom is beautiful from floor to ceiling windows of natural light, neutral curtains, and white chiavari chairs goes perfect with any decor. The staff Gabrielle & Alison (events manager) helped us from day one answered any questions we had and made the planning process so smooth I couldn’t have asked for anything better. A big shout out to Katie, she was with me on my wedding day from start to finish. She accommodated myself, the groom, and the bridal party and I cannot say enough about her! Every time I turned around she was there checking to see what we needed and keeping me informed with every step of the wedding day. Thank you Katie for making our special day so easy!! Now on to the not so great, which over all are smaller things and I would still recommend this venue. Both Alison and Gabrielle did their best to accommodate us for the wedding. There was a specific request that I asked Alison for help with. I had a seating chart that required table place cards removed from the board to reveal a picture of my husband and I underneath. I stressed to her on multiple occasions how important it was that one or two staff members be designated to taking these place cards off the board. When purchasing the board I was informed that if guests do it themselves you run the risk of the board getting ruined and the picture coming off. Alison reassured me that she would be the one to stay and take care of this task. She did not follow through and my $538 seating chart was ruined (pictured below). Another situation that happened was the week of the wedding we had about 10 people overall let us know that they could not make the wedding even though they RSVP’d they were coming. I contacted Alison to see if it was possible to take the money for those 10 extra plates ($115x10= $1150) and put it toward other food or alcohol. I was not expecting anything out of this considering we already locked in our total guest count I just figured I’d ask. To our surprise, we were informed that they would add in extra desserts (I was told macaroons, mini cheesecake bites, and mini cannolis to the chocolate dessert room. I was so grateful they were even willing to do this for us. Day of the wedding comes there were no extra desserts added that were mentioned. When I addressed both issues which included the situation with the seating chart board and the extra desserts with Gabrielle she told me to both “oh we don’t do that, we are not responsible for the board, and as for the desserts we only would add extra of what you already had if we had it.” It is very clear that Alison and Gabrielle do not communicate well with each other considering I was told one thing from Alison and another thing by Gabrielle. I have to point out I am grateful that Alison wanted to help us out in both situations but not following up with your word was not appreciated.

There are not enough words for me to describe the incredible experience I had planning my New Year’s Eve wedding with Ramblewood Country Club. We initially booked with Gabrielle, the events coordinator but she wound up out on maternity leave not long after and we did not connect with her again until the final stages before the big day! Most of the planning was done with the incredibly sweet Riley! She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helped to answer my hundreds of questions. My heart broke when I found out she had been promoted to another one of their locations, but I knew we were in good hands! Throughout the year of planning, my now husband and I would head down to Seven Tap Tavern for dinner every so often. This is where we got familiar with more of the staff, Edgar, bartender Riley and the absolute legend, Shanieliz. She was incredible and helped with anything and everything I needed - from something at the bar on a random Friday night to making sure I had photos of the details and décor before I left on my wedding night! On the night of the wedding, we were lucky enough to work with the amazing day of coordinator, Katie! She was attentive and made sure we had what we needed! If not for her, I don’t think I would have had a bite to eat all night. Last but absolutely not least, Chef Liz! The food was phenomenal and we have heard nothing but rave reviews. After our tasting, I was still questioning what fish to select and Chef Liz was kind enough to invite us to sample two of the other dishes. Wow, were we blown away! The passed hors d'oeuvres, cocktail hour stations, salads, main dishes and sides everything was incredible and delicious. We want to extend our most sincere gratitude to Shanieliz, Riley(s), Chef Liz, Katie, Edgar, Gabrielle and everyone else at Ramblewood for making our wedding day everything we had ever hoped! -

The day of my dreams
Our wedding day was everything I could have ever dreamed and more!!! Gabrielle, the wedding coordinator, along with Megan helped my wedding day vision come to life. They were both extremely attentive and helpful during the planning process. Katie, the Maître d’ was absolutely amazing, there are no words to describe how much we appreciated everything she did for us. She took care of not only the bride, groom, and bridal party but our families as well. Gabrielle, Megan, and the rest of the team at Ramblewood Country Club were absolutely amazing. They worked with us every step of the way and were incredibly accommodating and responsive, even to emails at 10pm at night. They really worked with my me, my husband, and our families to ensure that the day was as stress free and enjoyable as possible, and it was PERFECT. They had renovated it completely since the last time i was there and everything was absolutely beautiful. The upgrades that i was looking for (open bar, chivari chairs, cake) were included in the original price with no upgrade fees needed. I was a little concerned when the two events coordinators i booked with moved on to other companies but Mary Jo and Brenna were wonderful and were on top of everything for the rest of the planning. The day of our wedding was a whirlwind for me but Stephanie was with me the entire day helping me with any concerns i had, coordinated the ceremony beautifully and was there whenever i needed anything, from a glass of water to packing up our items at the end of night. She was an absolute god-send and anyone who has any concerns the day of, will be able to completely relax knowing that the entire staff at Ramblewood will have everything covered. Everyone raved about the food, drinks and how beautiful everything was. I am so glad we picked Ramblewood Country Club and would highly recommend it to everyone looking to have their wedding there.

We went with Ramblewood for our reception and it was lovely. Our day of wedding coordinator Gabrielle set up the venue nicely for us with all of our decor and the night went really smoothly. The venue does 1 wedding at a time which is nice. The scenery is gorgeous. The food was good. The chocolate indulgence room was a 10/10 and was what won us over and really pleased our guests. Unprofessional business that is there to take your money but unresponsive and inflexible when you need them. Misleading contract. Poor communication and your planner isn’t present the day of your wedding. Were rude to my family at the event. Let a random couple crash the wedding. You will have PTSD from this place! Save your money for a venue who is in the business to make your day memorable… for all the right reasons!
The concierge, Ms Katie was wonderful. She was the ONLY pleasant part of the venue. She deserves a better employer!
