Ralph and Karen are the best. Our ceremony involved some older traditions and Karen and Ralph helped me and my family organize the ceremony perfectly! They thought of so many details I wasn't even prepared for because I had so many things going on as the bride! Our day was so peaceful and magical because of these two, they even drove all the way out to our event that was hours away from their location and stayed a night over there to do a practice ceremony with us the night before!
They are both awesome communicators, and if I could recommend these two I would recommend them to everyone know!

Ralph proved to be excellent as our wedding officiant. We had a very small wedding at our friend’s house, and we met with Ralph and Karen ahead of time and they had all sorts of great ideas which we incorporated into our ceremony. They were the ones who suggested a wine unity ceremony during our wedding which was such a memorable part of the whole event. We first heard of Ralph’s weddings through my cousin, as they performed her wedding ceremony. I thought they did an amazing job, so I hired them for my own ceremony. We had a great meeting a few months before the wedding to discuss details and what we wanted. Ralph and Karen listened and recommended cute ideas throughout the entire meeting. We had a small family ( second) wedding at the Davenport Hotel. After meeting with Ralph and Karen prior to the day, we knew they were exactly what we had in mind to marry us. I can’t say enough amazing things about Ralph and Karen! Ralph was our officiant for our elopement on 5/1/2021 and both him and Karen were such a big part in making our day absolutely perfect. From the very first meeting with Ralph and Karen, we were so impressed! They are beyond professional, kind, and flexible. The ceremony that Ralph cited was beautiful, and they allowed us to add some personal touches that included our children. They even helped with our arrangements for walking down the aisle, brought a PA system to play music, and Karen helped with straightening out my wedding dress for walking down the aisle! My fiance and I loved Ralph and his wife. We were unfortunately unable to have Ralph officiate our wedding due to a scheduling conflict with our COVID rescheduled wedding date.
However, the sit down we had prior to the wedding was great. He is happy to do what you need, and he and his wife are ready to help with any little issues that might crop up and made sure we knew he planned to get out of the photo for the big kiss - which is important!
He and his wife are truly kind people as well. In the event of a cancellation such as a COVID cancellation the contract was clear - they only needed to give back the payment that wasn't part of the deposit to hold the date. That's all we expected and we told them that. They said they were going to give us the full refund because the reason was COVID and that's what they had decided to do for all the COVID cancellations. They are incredibly honest and kind - they didn't need to do that, but they did.
We are incredibly bummed to not have Ralph officiate but are happy for the couples who get him.

Ralph was referred to us by our wedding planner Patricia w/ Satin N Sage. Being our wedding was a destination wedding, Ralph & Karen were very informative from our first Skype meeting. They were both very nice and professional explaining their package options so that we were able to pick the one that was perfect for the ceremony we had envisioned. They incorporated a beautiful rose ceremony for my deceased mother & father as well as my husbands father which meant so much to us. Ralph's Regal Weddings were wonderful. My husband and I can't thank them enough for how much they helped us with our ceremony and the advice they provided. Both Ralph and Karen were great to work with, very gracious and quick to respond or adapt to our frequent changes. We definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone to help with the stress of wedding and ceremony planning while working on a budget!

Both Ralph and Karen did a wonderful job! We were really thankful to have them both there that day. They were both quite helpful in several situations, including some issues with our DJ, so they went above and beyond to help things go smoothly for us, and I can't stress enough my appreciation. The two of them were very professional and very prepared with paperwork, vow cards, equipment, etc. I would and will be recommending them for any future weddings I encounter. Thanks you two!!

Ralph and Karen were wonderful! Very punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. They met with us to review what we wanted from our ceremony and scriptures and verified this a few weeks before the ceremony. After we signed the certificate, they gave us a keepsake copy and took care of mailing our official one! Karen also helped to coordinate the entire wedding party at rehearsal and at the ceremony so we felt cool and comfortable.

I’m from SoCal and I recently got married in Spokane. I for Ralphs Regal weddings through yelp and based on their reviews, I decided to call and see them. They are truly the BEST!!! They are so nice and beyond accommodating. Being there’s 1000 miles between us, they were on top of everything I wanted from scripture to unity ceremony and we super communicative through the whole process.
They were beyond what I expected and I wish they were located down here so I could refer all my friends to them. You will not be disappointed!

We met with Ralph and Karen about a year in advance for planning purposes...We ran through all the options they had to select from and went ahead and made our decision to go with Ralph's as soon as we were done looking at ceremony options they offered. We live abroad and returned to Spokane for our wedding — Ralph and Karen walked us through each step over email and phone calls ahead of time, guiding the process and allowing us to focus on the fun part of planning. With them overseeing and explaining everything from obtaining the marriage license to getting the final certificate from the State, and filing our forms and documents for us, it took a lot of stress out of the wedding planning.
We got married during the 2017 eclipse. Karen had the idea to invite the Spokesman-Review to the ceremony. The next day we were on the front-page of the newspaper — what a souvenir! The Spokesman-Review photographer also took a wedding picture of us during the eclipse that went viral, and was featured in Time Magazine, the Wall Street Journal, as well as in dozens of other media around the world. CNN even tweeted our wedding photo and showed it on-air. (Thanks Karen!)
Everything was perfect. Ralph and Karen love what they do and it comes across in every aspect of the process. We cannot recommend them enough.

Nick and I had such an amazing day! With the help and assurance from Ralph and Karen, they were informative, kind, funny and excited to help us. With family and friends gathered around- we had some small hiccups that were left to the last minute while I was getting ready and nick too. My wedding was not in a church, so I was not sure how to choose an officiant. I am so happy I found Ralph's Regal Weddings! The website was easy to navigate and very helpful. They offer a variety of ceremony options, both religious or not, which come with prewritten vows, which I found useful (you also have to option to write your own). They give suggestions on readings and the website also has a variety of unity ceremonies to choose from. Through their website I also discovered a Rose Ceremony to honor parents (living and/or deceased) which was very meaningful to me. They also provided us with information on how to receive our marriage license and provided a rehearsal practice run, which was great as neither of us had been married before. Overall their service was great and they were knowledgable and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We used Ralphs Regal Weddings for our officiants, they were very pleasant to work with, they made customizing our ceremony so easy and were very willing to make our day as smooth as possible. Finding an officiant is something you forget about when you aren't a regular church member or don't have someone specific to go through. From beginning to end they were wonderful to us. They were the sweetest couple and went above and beyond for our wedding! They were very thorough with the rehearsal to make sure everybody was on the same page! They also stayed for our reception and let us continue to use their equipment. Lastly, they continued to help by introducing us and letting the guests know about what was next to come.

Ralph and Karen felt more like family then someone we just met. When they showed up, we were unloading all of our rental items; tables, chairs, heaters, plates, ect. They jumped right in and started helping cary them upstairs in an old barn. They were friendly professional and made the our rehearsal and wedding day a breeze. Our ceremony was about 30 mins late. They never rushed us and were very accommodating. Great people.

We were very impressed by the friendly, genuine quality of service they provided us. Very professional, Ralph did a flawless job of delivering the ceremony and Karen was very helpful with executing direction of the wedding party to make sure everyone knew what to do at the appointed time. We were so pleased with our choice, and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Ralph and Karen were absolutely amazing! Very professional and prepared for the rehersal and the ceremony itself! The wedding day was perfect and they played a big part in that! Thank you!!

Ralph and Karen were absolutely amazing. We had to change our wedding date twice due to family conflicts and they were very accommodating. They were also extremely professional and made sure that our ceremony ran perfectly. In addition, they were genuinely very nice people and we enjoyed having Ralph as our officiant.

Ralph and Karen were amazing at our wedding on July 16, 2016! I am so happy we selected them. Our communication with them was a piece of cake and so speedy. The rehearsal and day of the wedding was so easy and they had everything ready and knew exactly what they were doing. It was nice having such a knowledgeable team to work with, it helped relief a lot of stress. Ralph officiated the wedding and Karen (his wife) coordinated everything for us, when everyone is to walk, how fast to walk, where to go and what to do etc. I am very happy with my service they provided and would highly recommend it.

Ralph and Karen were wonderful to work with for our wedding. They were very professional and guided us in everything that we needed to do for our ceremony. Karen and Ralph provided us a ceremony that we just wanted. They are very professional. Me and my husband does not know what we wanted for our ceremony until we met with them, they are very knowledgeable on what they do. They let us use readings we'd like for the ceremony and it was perfect. They are very organized, they kept in touch from start to finish, reminded us on what to do and what to bring. Very flexible on what we wanted for the bridal party and for the last minute changes. Ralph even agreed to do the blessing afterwards, they did not hesitated when I asked. We greatly appreciated that. I did even got a compliment during the wedding that our wedding ceremony was perfect and intimate. Ralph did a great job. Karen helped us made everything about the ceremony smooth and stress free.
