Top notch food and service

We got married at Five Bridge Inn in June 2022. Mia was great to work with! She was very organized and responsive with emails/phone calls. Guests really enjoyed all the appetizers at cocktail hour especially the stuffed mushrooms and the cheese display (which was HUGE). For dinner we had the baked stuffed shrimp and prime rib. They even asked us how we would like it cooked. The table service was prompt and friendly! We would defiantly recommend Ralph’s. Great food and great price.

Exceptional Service

Ralphs was absolutely phenomenal! The food was delicious and plentiful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. The team was also so professional and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout the night. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer who brings exceptional service.

A delicious Baby Shower Brunch

Ralphs did a beautiful job providing all the food for my daughter's baby shower. The food was delicious, and they dealt with all the preparations and my endless stream of concerns professionally and promptly. They honored a deposit we had made since my daughter's wedding was forced to a small backyard barbecue during covid. They were so kind and helpful, we didn't use the credit for 4 years, but they honored it - no issues. I highly recommend them!!

The most AMAZING wedding dinner I’ve ever had

Ralph’s was absolutely amazing to work with from the beginning. I have been to many weddings and I never expect the food to be amazing with the amount that is cooked for so many people, but I seriously almost died and went to heaven when I ate my wedding dinner. It was absolutely AMAZING - from the prime rib to the veggies and potatoes and everything in between! My guests were raving about the food and still are! We went with the carving stations and everything was absolutely delicious. Ralph the owner was so kind, and Mia was amazing to work with too and always so responsive and professional. I cannot recommend them enough for your big event!

Yummy food, incredibly professional, amazing value!!!

We hired Ralph's as our caterer for our wedding on June 11, 2022 and we're SO glad that we did! Our entire experience with them was incredible, from start to finish. We hired them back in 2020 and we ended up having to postpone our wedding a full year. We were worried about our vendors being on board with the move, but Ralph's made it painless! They were very supportive of our decision and quickly were on board to cater for our wedding on the new date. Mia was easy to communicate with and always quickly & kindly responded to our many questions!!

Our guests raved about the cheese board and appetizers at our cocktail hour-- several of my bridesmaids had the job of feeding me crab cakes all night! And because my husband and I missed cocktail hour, Ralph's made sure to put a tray of appetizers on our table at the reception. Dinner was AMAZING. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and food service was quick (which was great because our reception started late, so Ralph's saved us time too!!) Mia made a point of speaking with me at the reception, and made sure I was eating and enjoying the food. Not to mention that Ralph's brought the linens to the venue the night before because our coordinator wanted to set up early.

Basically, you can't go wrong with Ralph's. Their professionalism is unmatched, they care about their couples and their wedding guests, and the food is plentiful & yummy. I can't say enough good things about them.

Thanks to Mia and everyone that helped make our wedding a success! If you're thinking about hiring Ralph's....do it!!!!

So helpful & flexible!

Ralph's was so wonderful to work with. We were planning a wedding in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, and Ralph's was not only still willing to work with us, but to help us navigate something none of us could have seen coming. The food was delicious -- everyone raved about it! Additionally, my husband and I were both surprised to see Ralph (like, the actual guy!) working our wedding. It was such a testament to the commitment to service, professionalism and accommodation that they had shown since the get-go! 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing Food

Hiring Ralphs for our catering for our May 7, 2022 wedding At Five Bridge Inn was an absolutely fantastic choice. Working with Mia throughout the planning process made everything a breeze. She answered every crazy question I had thoroughly and extremely quickly. The food on the day of the wedding was nothing short of amazing. Our chicken finger appetizers with chipotle aioli are something my husband I wish we could order for dinner. The prime rib, chicken capri, and mashed potatoes we had for dinner were outstanding. Our wedding guests are still raving about out food.

Cater Required By Venue, But Glad It Was!

We were required to use this caterer because we did an off-season contract, but it was very easy! The appetizers were really delicious, and there was a lot included. The dinner buffet was a little limited in terms of number of items (partially because appetizers were passed, and salads were served) but all the food was hot, delicious, and there was plenty of it- which is more than I can say of other weddings I've been to. All in all, we are very happy with the results, and would recommend them (especially if you want Italian food)

Delicious Food and Fabulous Service!

Ralph's was absolutely incredible to work with. They were able to accommodate all of our requests including a large charcuterie table and champagne wall. The service was top notch and all of the wait staff was incredibly kind and professional. Everyone received their plates promptly and correctly as some of our guests had dietary restrictions. One waitress in particular was named Diane. This woman was an absolute saint on my wedding day. She always made sure that the wedding party had food and drinks while taking photos and constantly checked on us throughout the night. In addition, the food was incredible. We received so compliments on our food, especially the Baked Scrod plate and our unique appetizers. Overall they were absolutely fantastic, Highly Recommend! 10/10

amazing food, great staff and even better prices!

we had ralphs cater our wedding on 10/5/19. We choose to do open bar and the buffet style dinner. The food was absolutely excellent! We had many guests at our weddings who are either in the food business and everyone raved about how good the food was. On top of the good food Ralph's staff were excellent. They were attentive, friendly and made sure all our needs were met all night long. Hiring Ralph's to cater our event was a no brainer. We worked with Mia right from the start to create a menu, taste the food and plan everything. Mia was attentive, easily accessible and guided us through the process with ease! You won't go wrong with Ralphs!

We used Ralph’s Catering for our wedding at Five Bridge Inn. The entire process from the tasting, to choosing the menu, and then the wedding was seamless and stress free. Mia was a huge help! The food was absolutely delicious, with very generous portion sizes. Our guests are still raving about the food! Ralph’s team was wonderful and went above and beyond helping with last minute details. AMAZING catering! Delicious food, high quality service, and amazing value.

Ralph catered our wedding and rehearsal dinner at Five Bridge Inn in Rehoboth, MA. We cannot rave enough about the food and service of Ralph's Catering! Ralph and Mia got all 240 of our guests through the dinner buffet in under 20 minutes - truly amazing! His staff went above and beyond in helping us to set up the centerpieces, using leftover flowers and greenery to decorate the buffet tables, and taking care of the wedding party. He even brought over a tray of sandwiches for us to eat while we were getting ready before the ceremony! Our guests still haven't stopped raving about the appetizers (Ralph even threw in an extra!), the delicious prime rib carving station and pasta sides, and of course the service. We highly recommend the bacon wrapped shrimp, panko crusted chicken tenders, mac and cheese shooters, caprese skewers, and pigs in a blanket for appetizers. The artisanal cheese station was out of this world, too!

If you're looking for a caterer for your event - look no more, because it doesn't get better than Ralph's. It's the perfect combination of delicious food, high quality service, and amazing value.

The perfect choice

They were amazing!

We used Ralph’s Catering for our wedding at Five Bridge Inn. They were AMAZING! From the tasting (Mia was extremely helpful!), to cocktail hour, to the reception diner- they did an outstanding job! Best food ever !!!!!!!!

From our first meeting with Mia for our tasting until our day of everything went smoothly! We NEVER had to worry once if the food their would be an issue with catering! Not worrying about a vendor is priceless!
Mia wAs available to answer any and all questions with the fastest response time!
As a couple we never go out to dinner because Joey can cook so well, so trusting someone with our wedding day meal was nerve wracking . Ralph exceeded all our expectations! All our guests are still talking about the food they had at our wedding!
Only downfall was I didn’t make tjme to have several plates because the food was that good! We can’t wait to hire Ralph’s again , very soon!!!!!!!!!

Delicious food & wonderful service!

Ralph's was the caterer that came with our wedding venue package and it was the BEST package we could have chosen. Their food was amazing! The tasting was great--the owner, Ralph, came out to introduce himself to us during the tasting. We went home with about 5 take out boxes from the tasting and were so full and happy. At our wedding our guests were raving about our menu served. From the cheese platter to the passed appetizers to the meal everything was delicious and perfect. We hired them for as our bartender as well and the service was perfect. We would recommend anyone to Ralph's Catering! We picked the chicken parm & the steak as our meal choices. Our passed appetizers were mac&cheese shots and panko crusted chicken tenders!

We had our wedding at Five Bridge Inn & Ralph's came as a recommendation from them, we were not disappointed! Delicious food with a ton of options. Beautiful cheese display and bar layout. The day of the wedding, the servers assisted largely in the set-up of our centerpieces and decor and it turned out gorgeous! They even brought us sandwiches while we were getting ready earlier in the day, reminding us to actually eat! We ended up meeting Ralph at the end of the night & he was just a pleasure to speak with. Highly recommended, can't go wrong!

We were so, so happy that we chose Ralph's for our wedding a few weeks ago! They were recommended to us by our venue, and after seeing how long they've partnered with our venue (as well as tasting their food) it seemed like the smartest choice. But we couldn't believe how far they went above and beyond for us. We worked closely with Mia to make sure all details were set for the day. As our day was scheduled, time was very tight. Mia offered to have Ralph's set up our centerpieces and gift table as long as we provided clear instructions. This alone saved us so much stress! Not to mention, Ralph's team made it even more beautiful than we imagined! I was really, truly blown away. Even all the way down to the dinnerware selection, Ralph's has a variety that will absolutely compliment any aesthetic you're looking for.

Now for the food. We had a large wedding (230 guests), so we opted for the carving station buffet. Our guests LOVED IT. There was so much to choose from and everything was delicious. One guest took me aside during the reception just to give me a review about the the prime rib and that is was the best she has ever had.

We were so happy we went with Ralph's. At the end of the night, Ralph's found us to check it to see how everything was. The following day, Mia followed up with us to let us know where Ralph's had placed our leftover things so we would know exactly where to find them. If you are wondering if you should go with Ralph's, I hope this review helps solidify your decision.

Ralph was highly recommended to us by our wedding venue and now we know why. We set up a tasting and they were the only caterer we tried because everything was delicious. Ralph, Mia and his staff are beyond amazing! Mia was very friendly and made sure that everything was perfect and stress free. They arrived at the venue early and set up the tables, centerpieces and other decorations we had to put out. I am one who has to do everything for myself and I only went into the tent once. I just knew I didn't have to worry about anything with Mia in charge. Ralph was on site to cook and serve our dinner. We chose to do a buffet and friends and family are still commenting on how good the food was. I couldn't believe how delicious everything was and the staff were all amazing. They made sure that the bridal party got to enjoy some of the appetizers while we were taking photos during cocktail hour. The service provided by Ralph and his staff was beyond our expectations and I highly recommend Ralph's catering to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed!

Everyone at Ralph's catering went out of there way to help make our son and his beautiful bride's rehearsal dinner extremely special. We had such a wonderful experience with Ralph's Catering. Corinne Hursh Events, our wedding coordinator, and Five Bridge Inn, our venue, both recommended Ralph's for our wedding. We Had Ralphs for our son's wedding this past weekend.We cant begin to thank them for everything they did to make our day the very best ,The food was out of this world.The portions were more then plenty, everyone so enjoyed everything..i also have to say how helpful the staff was; they set everything up just the way we invisioned it and were on spot with helping us with any questions we may have had, It was a great experience and i would definitely call on them again for any event,,i recomend them highly.. Ralph's Catering was strongly recommended by the wedding planner at our venue. She shared that he provided the food for more than 75% of her events over the last 10 (?) years and there had never been a complaint/issue. This was HUNDREDS of weddings...

My husband and I went to Ralph's restaurant for a tasting. If you decide to try it, do not be fooled by the unassuming atmosphere. Everything we tasted was delicious and the dinner portions were huge! The prices were lower than any other caterer we found and there were no "surprise" fees. We hired him on the spot.

His associate, Sharon, worked with us throughout the process making sure that everything would be exactly what we wanted, including having speciality wine/beer the day of our wedding!

We were so happy with the food & service that we decided to hire Ralph to cater our rehearsal dinner, as well.

The food at both events was delicious... and there was so much of it! The service of his staff was also exceptional. Ralph assigned a head server to our family the day of the wedding, and sent her to our rehearsal dinner just so we could meet ahead of time.

There were little extras thrown in throughout our wedding weekend, I'd imagine that Ralph's generousity is unmatched in the industry.

I would highly recommend Ralph's Catering for any event!!

We got married at Five Bridge Inn in Rehoboth and Ralph's could not have made this an easier day. The service was phenomenal and if you want to get your money's worth then Ralph's is definitely your best option. The amount of food we received was absolutely insane and my guests could not have been happier with the food. No one left hungry and the food is delicious. From start to finish they made the process easy. My dad had to have them stop serving him the crab cakes because he couldnt stop eating them and wanted to save room for dinner. The appetizers were delicious and while we were taking pictures they came right out to us with food. My wife was too busy taking photos to eat anything but after we were done they set some aside for her to eat before dinner. The dinner portions are crazy and I was unable to finish my dinner but if you ask they will box it up for you to take home. (You'll probably end up with left overs that's how much food you'll get) If you're getting married at this venue or any venue that requires a caterer I would 100% recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

EXCELLENT catering service! We found Ralph's to be professional, responsive, and personally attentive throughout the entire process. The prices are affordable, and the food is out of this world! After our taste-testing, we couldn't wait for our wedding to have Ralph's food again and share it with all of our guests! Everyone who attended raved about the food, and we were so happy with the options, quality, and pure deliciousness! Ralph's truly made our event enjoyable and memorable....what better way to say thank you and celebrate with family and friends than to provide them with an amazing meal?! My husband and I felt very well attended to as well -- we were offered appetizers while taking photos, the caterers offered to bring us warm food when they noticed we had been away from our table before finishing our meal, and they made sure to pack up leftovers for us to take home! Ralph himself was present at our wedding paying attention to all the details and ensuring that everything was perfect. We looked around quite a bit for a caterer for our wedding in August 2016. We found Ralphs Catering and it was the BEST choice we made. You will not be disappointed, the experience we had was professional and detailed. Sharon answered all of our questions and offered accommodating selections for or guests. We had a wedding of 150 people and EVERYONE commented on how good and how there were great portions of the food, along with a variety. We both come from big Italian families, where food is a priority...everyone loved the selections and commented how good. I also must comment on the people who helped set up , they were all wonderful, had kind words for us, and were highly professional. I would recommend Ralph's to anyone. Ralph himself was there the day of the wedding. It was all top notch and we will use them again in the future for events. You are making a mistake if you pass them up...they will make your day special and memorable!!!

ALL of the staff at Ralphs was amazing! From day one their responsiveness and professionalism went above and beyond our expectations. I can not say enough things about the staff at our venue on our wedding day. Our wedding party arrived early at our venue to take pictures and hang out by the venues in ground pool to relax before reception started later in the day. Ralphs staff found me taking pictures to give me a cold drink and ask if our friends and family wanted appetizers or finger foods while we waited. Their service during cocktail hour and reception was impeccable. Oh and did I mention how delicious all of the food was! Appetizers were served steaming hot, bar service was very fast, Ralph stood behind our buffet tables cutting and serving his prime rib to all of our guests himself, talk about service! We had prime rib, chicken parm and baked scrod that literally melted in your mouth. All of the food was served hot to each and every table and Ralph personally stayed until the very end until the DJ packed up before taking table cloths off of all of the tables and thank us for hiring him. Don't bother looking at other caterers, you can not beat the quality of food, price and service that Ralphs has to offer.

Ralph’s came highly recommended to us by the owner of our wedding venue. After experiencing firsthand all the qualities that she raved about - flexibility, extremely affordable prices, professional communication, high quality food and attentive service - I can see why.

Reasons why I will also be recommending Ralph’s:

- They worked with us over months to set up a tasting, refine our menu, and provide sample invoices so we could make informed decisions
- The option to go with a buffet and provide our own alcohol was a huge cost savings to us
- On the day of the wedding, Ralph himself was on-site to make the food and personally serve the prime rib to our guests
- We had a dedicated server whose sole job was to make sure we, and our bridal party, got fed

Ralph's Catering was AMAZING to work with! The food was delicious and the staff incredibly professional and friendly. Ralph himself was there to personally make sure everything ran smoothly. They go ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure things are perfect for your special day... an example of this is my cake topper had broken in half prior to the cake cutting - what other catering company will run out to the store and buy super glue to put something like this back together just for a picture?! They help with placing the centerpieces, they provide place settings etc. I could go on and on... they are wonderful and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Ralphs was SO amazing! We went to the tasting and the food was amazing. At first, I was a little hesitant because of the location. But now I see it's just a smart way to save on overhead. My husband and I almost went with another caterer (VERY $$) but at the group tasting, the food was horrible.
Ralphs food was great, so we hired ralphs, and let me tell you how happy I am about that! On the wedding day, they showed up around noon, and brought my bridesmaids and i lunch (NO CHARGE!)! They were more than happy to set up any extra's i had, such as placecards and any other decorations i had. I also requested a third meal and there was no charge for that. The service was SO prompt and no table waited a long time to be served. They made sure my husband and i were served first.
You MUST choose Ralphs, they were amazing!!!!!!!!!

Perfect catering, from planing to the setup to serving and then clean up. They arrived early and the ladies help organize and setup. They where all polite and very helpful. The food was amazing. All our guest loved all of it. Guest talked with Ralph himself at the carving station and couldn't believe how down to earth and kind he was. When planing we had all the help and then some from Sharon and Ralph. We met a few times and had tastings to pick the perfect menu. Ralph even sat down with us before he knew we where planing to do a wedding and asked us if the food was ok. Something you don't see many owners do these days. Can't say enough about Ralph and his staff, we will customers for life at there restaurant and recommend them to all.

Ralph's catering is HANDS DOWN the best place you can get your catering needs catered to, see what I did there? But on a serious note, the staff was absolutely amazing. One thing for sure which really won me over is that they have one of their staff catering to your needs. During cocktail hour while taking photos, the staff member was bringing myself, the bride and the bridal party food. I truly saw that is true customer service. The staff member made sure throughout the rest of the night that we were eating and made sure that we had everything that we needed in order for us to have the greatest day ever. Lastly, when the catering crew was cleaning up, the staff member came up to us and brought us 3 to-go boxes with food for us to enjoy later. That was going above and beyond the call of duty. The food was TO DIE FOR. We had the prime rib, turkey, chicken parm and pasta. I could eat this food every day for the rest of my life. The seasoning was JUST RIGHT, the prime rib was juicy, the vodka sauce was DELICIOUS and I could go on but I don't think I have the room. Ralph's is the place to go. Point. Blank. Period.

I got married at the Five Bridge Inn in Rehoboth. They suggested Ralph's Catering the day we booked the venue. We made an appointment for a food tasting with Ralph's and they did not disappoint. There were so many options it was hard to decide! We knew we wanted buffet style but we did not realize how much food came with that package. It came with plenty of appetizers for cocktail hour and for the dinner portion, we were able to do a carving station for prime rib & turkey, and we also did my favorite, chicken parm! The package included three types of pasta, salads, vegetables, and potatoes. There was almost too much food which is always a good sign! Everyone was going up for a second or third round! Not only was the food amazing but the staff was nothing short of perfect. The staff continued to check in on me to make sure I was eating and to make sure everything was fine! One of the staff members even noticed I wasn't eating because I was so filled with emotions that eating was the last thing I could do - so she personally asked Ralph if she could make me and my new husband a to go container - which she did! I loved that I was able to enjoy the food because if it wasn't for that - I wouldn't have been able to taste it! Ralph's Catering went above and beyond. The staff was extremely polite and caring. I felt like they were members of my family checking in on me to make sure my day was perfect. At the end of the night, Ralph himself came out to check on me. I can't even say how awesome that was to have people caring about my big day. Lastly, the prices fit perfectly with our budget. We met with so many caterers who wanted to charge $80-100 a person and let me tell you, Ralph's is not that caterer. Thank you Ralph's for being affordable and making everyone extremely full at the end of the night! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ralph and his staff made our wedding day absolutely PERFECT!!! Mia, Mary and the other girls' (sorry I can't remember all of their names) were fantastic and did such a great job decorating to make the reception tent looked exactly the way I had envisioned. They actually had to tell me to go get ready and enjoy my day because I didn't know what they would do and what they wouldn't do. They assured me that they would do it all and they certainly did, surpassing my expectations with their attention to detail!!
EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE has told us that the food was AMAZING and nothing like any other wedding they've been to. They are able to customize any of their menus to meet your needs. That mashtini bar was a huge hit. HIGHY RECOMMENDED not to mention fun! I was shocked to see Ralph working at the carving station when I got up to get my food. I asked "what are you doing here?!!" Not only does he own and operate the business and do all the cooking behind the scenes, he was there on our wedding day to make sure it was perfect.
My husband and I really can't say enough about the quality of Ralph's work and professionalism. It was a pleasure working with he and his entire staff including Sharon. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need. The quality of food was simply amazing for the price. Can't beat it!

Ralphs is amazing! We hired them for our 8/1/15 wedding at Five Bridge Inn and was not disappointed! First of all, their food is all home made on site. Second, the portions are huge. For the price you are paying you get a lot! The staff was amazing and Ralph introduced himself at the beginning of the night and wished us well at the end. I have never had food like this at a wedding, neither had our guests, they were blown away! My parents drive all the way to Cranston from Boston just to have his meal! I would hire them over and over again, and recommend them to anyone!

I LOVE Ralph's!!! My fiance &I tried out 3 different caterers &researched at least 3 or 4 more. We went with Ralph's &I'm so HAPPY we did. My family is Italian & his is Dominican. We needed great Italian food that my discerning relatives would love &appreciate, while still appeasing &impressing my inlaws. Ralph went OVER &above. Not only did we meet with Ralph himself during our planning process, but he was the one onsite, from the prep on through the serving of the dinner. While working out the details of what, when, &how much, I had the incredible pleasure of working with Sharon. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with her. Sharon made me feel beyond comfortable. She was on top of EVERYTHING while being easy going &accommodating. I had some crazy ideas &requests &Ralph's was willing to work with me on all of them! On the day, their staff was beyond fantastic! Everyone took the time to come introduce themselves to me. They'd worked many times before at the venue I'd selected &they were happy to provide me with some direction on layout and set up ideas. Our ceremony started a bit behind schedule &they were very flexible & helpful in working to make up time however my husband &I preferred. We had a dessert table, as opposed to a cake, &we provided the desserts. Ralph's helped set &plate them so they were all displayed perfectly. Most importantly however, the FOOD!! The food was AMAZING!! The onsite staff made sure my husband &I got to eat it &my guests could not get enough of it. For the most affordable price, we had carving stations (manned by Ralph himself), a paella that Ralph created for us off menu, pastas, an additional entree & all the fixings. They had a very affordable open bar so we could provide beer &wine to our guests, all through dinner. People were beyond impressed &thought we spent a fortune, but Ralph's made it all possible without breaking the bank. I would happily recommend them to ANYONE asking!

From start to finish, working with Ralph and his staff was an outstanding experience for our daughter’s wedding. Because we had chosen a European, tapas style meal for the event, we truly appreciated their creativity and can-do attitude. From the tasting to the day of event, the local, fresh choices were delicious and the presentation beautiful. Many guests asked about the catering services and expressed their pleasure in the preparation. We asked a great deal of them and they all went above and beyond to create a very special day. All the extra things they did for us – the special cheese boards, delivering the leftovers to the House of Hope and working with Five Bridge Inn to create our table arrangements were very greatly appreciated. Since this was our first wedding, we appreciated their suggestions and variety of choices in all areas. Prices were excellent for the quality we received.

We chose the buffet option. The food was delicious and hot. Every time I saw Ralph he asked if everything was ok. The display of the food was great. They were very flexible. I wanted a Mai Tai as my signature drink because my colors were red and yellow but the drinks you purchase by the gallon are premixed. The company was able to make sure it looked like a real Mai Tai putting the grenadine on the top. They gave us a break for kids under 21 on the bar. The only thing I had wished was that the sauces for the pasta station were on the side as to give more variety.

You don't get any better than Ralph's... If you want delicious food, impeccable service, patience and efficiency, and at an unbeatable price? Hire Ralph. I have been in the catering and restaurant business for many years and there is something to be said for a company that has had the same staff for years, and for the owner and chef to be on site and serving your food... It's always done well and always done to the best of standards... I will hire Ralph's time and time again, in today's day it's so hard to find quality without breaking the bank, Ralph's is the type of caterer that you can trust on a handshake and know that no matter what happens he will do the job and do it well... Sorry for ranting but I just can't say enough about his services! His website may not be fancy and the restaurant may not be fancy but don't even think twice, your guests will RAVE about the food!

I cannot say enough good things about Ralph's catering. They took care of EVERYTHING on my wedding day. And we had our wedding at our home. You can ask them to do anything as far as set up goes, and they'll do it. Sharon, at the main restaurant, took care of all the details for us leading up to the wedding, and she was great. Then, Ralph personally came out to our home to check out the venue and make sure everything was going to run smoothly ahead of time. Having Ralph be such a major part of the service really says something about how he runs his business. He was there the day of the wedding and even fronted the meat carving station. He's really such a nice guy and just really made us feel like we were being well taken care of. Again, we cannot say enough about them. Just amazing service.

Have you ever heard people at a wedding say...." I couldn't even finish my meal it was so delicous I asked for a container to bring it home" Ralph's Catering is amazing!!! Sharon is in the office and she really listens to what you want. She is so easy to work with and will make sure every detail is PERFECT!!! Ralph made us a special chicken dish that everyone will talk about forever. He is just an amazing cook. He cooks with his heart you can taste it in the food!! The wait staff is absolutely amazing!!! Even when you go for your tasting they get to know you and they really care. I have never seen 5 girls work their hearts out like that and work so great together. From the setting up to the breakdown everything was impeccable!!!! Ralph's son Ronnie and two amazing girls put on our Rehearsal Dinner. It was pouring and they still pulled off the BBQ grilling in the rain everything to perfection and serving up a meal that everyone "LOVED". They were soaked to the bone by the end of the night but you would never know that they were uncomfortable they just kept on going serving with big smiles! I can't say enough about Ralph and his staff they are such a perfect "Dream Team"......they made our Food Dreams Come True!!!!

Ralph's Catering was excellent all around!!! His food was so good, there wasn't one complaint in the house. The set-up and display was beautiful, the waitstaff was friendly and professional. DELICIOUS FOOD!!!

We met for a tasting where Ralph was more than happy to customize our cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres. He made delicious coconut crusted chicken with tangy sauce, veggie spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce and a red roasted pepper hummus with pita chips. You could say their 'typical' meals are very much of the Italian influence so we were very thankful that Ralph went out of his way to customize our menu.

His eggplant parmesean is the best I've ever had. We also asked him for butternut squash ravioli in a butter, cheese sauce. We had SO many compliments about this one!

Overall, the food and service was amazing!

Be sure to be very detail-oriented when ironing out the details. We communicated with Sharon (coordinator) via email and thinking back, we would probably make more phone calls. There were times when some questions wouldn't get answered in an email and so we'd have to ask again. Totally minor and the quality we received completely overshadows that minor detail.

Wonderful value for the amount of choices, food and quality! Everyone at my wedding raved about how delicious everything was. We created a from scratch custom menu that included a salad/soup that was plated and served, followed by a buffet of giant portions of prime rib, turkey, fish, pasta, potatoes and veggies. We didn't want wedding cake for a dessert, so Ralph hand crafted the most delicious strawberry shortcake station that everyone couldn't get enough of! The servers were professional, but personable and very helpful. Sharon, the office manager is very responsive to every email I sent with the littlest questions. We also had Ralph cater our rehearsal dinner which consisted of barbeque food that was to die for! Wonderful people to work with!

Ralph is a good guy. Food was excellent. I only had the Prime Rib but it was amazing. It melted In my mouth. I heard the fish was really tasty and the chicken was fantastic too. The bartenders were great. The were extremely friendly and were always willing to please. It might have been because my Guests tipped extremely well though. Sharon, the woman that books appointments has fantastic customer service skills and she really knows her job. Only complaint I had was there was only one bartender during cocktail hour. I don't feel i spent my money's worth on it. Guests complained they only received one drink and some didn't get any at all. For 200 guests, I would tell everyone to make sure they confirm 2 bartenders for it before they book. Other than that, it was well worth the price.

My husband and I used Ralphs Catering for our wedding celebration last weekend for 100+ people. In one word they are AMAZING!! everyone RAVED about the food, ralph himself was on site cooking and slicing the meats at the carving stations throughout our dinner service. Both Ralph and Sharon were a pleasure to work with and made our special day perfect and stress free. They were extremly accomidating throughout the entire process and always answered all my questions quickly leading up to our Celebration. You can not get better service, better food, or better people to help you at such an affordable price. I highly recommend this Catering service, the helped make our day the Best. Day. Ever!
