  We loved Rafael Florist. When we first emailed them they were very quick to get back to us requesting what we envisioned for the day, once I sent them picture of bouquets that I liked they sent us a very reasonable price quote. We went in to meet with them before we made our decision and talked to them about what we wanted. I had wanted to have peonies or something similar and since they weren't in season they were able to do a gorgeous bouquet with ranunculus. They matched our wedding colors so well with the beautiful ribbon and were very thorough to make sure everything was exactly like we wanted them to be. I made the mistake of not putting the boutineers and corsages in the fridge so they wilted a little bit but still looked gorgeous.
