We recently used Radia and her team at Radiant Decor to pull off the florals for a fairly large (450+ people) and very colorful South Asian wedding and Radia was incredible!
She was incredibly creative (we had three different functions each with completely different themes and she absolutely nailed the design and execution even in spaces that she hadn't worked in before.
She was also incredibly responsive to the myriad of changes that we had to work through and her and her team were incredibly professional throughout!
Without exaggeration, our event would not have been executed as well as it was without her and her team's help and we would be happy to recommend Radiant Decor to anyone needing floral arrangements for weddings or events. They truly went above and beyond for everything that we asked them to do. -

We truly enjoyed working with Radiant Decor. Radia worked with us personally and had us come out to her showroom and pick in person what we had envisioned for our wedding. Three months before the wedding I decided I wanted to do something completely different and asked Radia if it was possible to change what we had planned for. She was so flexible and able to perfectly execute exactly what I wanted on short notice! She always gave us suggestions and options and was very open to our ideas. I would 100% recommend Radiant to anyone planning their wedding!! -

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and thoughtfully designed wedding setup! From our very first meeting, it was clear that we were working with someone truly creative and passionate about their craft. What stood out the most was the flexibility in design — every idea we had was patiently discussed, refined, and elevated with expert suggestions.
We had several detailed meetings to lock in the final design option, and at every step, we felt heard and guided. The team was incredibly accommodating, open to changes, and always ready with innovative concepts that perfectly matched our vision.
On the big day, the results were simply breathtaking. The stage décor was absolutely stunning. The flower decorations were fresh, beautifully arranged, and added charm to the entire venue. It truly transformed the space.
We received countless compliments from our guests. Everyone at the reception was wowed by the stage and floral setup — it became one of the most talked-about highlights of the evening!

Radia helped us create the most beautiful ceremony and reception space! We started working with Radia about a year prior to our wedding! She was very communicative and helped talk through our options to create something that was true to our vision but also within our budget. She helped us navigate what would be best with our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception! She also was very flexible as we adjusted our colors and decor as we continued to figure out our outfits, colors and different elements for our wedding. She attended our walkthrough and worked seamlessly with our coordinator and venue to talk through our different options incase weather became an issue. She also helped us leverage some of the venue provided items and candle stands to maximize our options and create the most full tablescapes! Overall our decor was beautiful, we received so many compliments! -

Highly recommend Radiant Decor for any decorating needs. Radia was so kind and easy to work with. She brought my vision to life and really delivered for my Indian ceremony mandap design and for my reception decor. Her team was able to work fast under the time constraints due to my venue and got everything done in time. She offered great suggestions and stayed well within our discussed budget. Radia - she is just awesome. She made my daughter's engagement perfect. We had a tight budget, and Radia was very flexible to accommodate our ideas. She gave many suggestions to make the stage look beautiful within our budget. I used many types of apps to communicate with her, and she responded to each of them promptly sending pictures of many examples to choose from, mixing and matching ideas from several past events, providing sketches based on our discussions, etc. It was a very happy and successful experience. I would strongly recommend Radia's services to anyone who contacts me. May God bless her business. -

amazing experience from start to finish
We loved working with Radia!! From our very first consultation call, Radia was so good at making our choices feel heard and really did her best to understand what we liked and didn’t like in the inspo pics we showed her. Some decorators we talked to were more pushy with their opinions or didn’t completely listen, but Radia was so refreshing in how she spoke to us. She was also great at doing her best to stick to our budget for our 3 events, and making suggestions to achieve the look we were going for while staying cost effective. She was so organized at our final venue walkthrough, asking questions we wouldn’t have thought of and offering last minute details. In the end, the decor for every event surpassed our expectations and we are so happy with how everything came out in real life and in pictures.Radiant Decor's reply:

Radia took the time to understood our vision, provided great recommendations backed with experience, and brought our ideas to life in a way that exceeded our expectations.
Radia was professional, creative and easy to communicate with. She was able to create a beautiful and cohesive look throughout the entire wedding and reception. They paid attention to every detail and made sure that everything was executed perfectly. Radia is creative and unique in designs, but she is also logical and balanced our visions with our budget, which was fantastic.
She was able to bring a unique and personal touch to our wedding decorations and worked with our outfits to truly make the decor stand out. Our mandap was simple and elegant, and our reception stage looked magical. All of our guests loved the decor and kept commenting on how beautiful it was.

10/10 Wedding Decorator Experience
Radia from Radiant Decor was an absolute dream to work with for my fusion wedding. I came in to the wedding planning process without much of a vision of my wedding colors or decor and Radia was so patient and hepful with guiding me through all the decisions I had to make. She was also incredibly understanding and amenable to our budget and was very transparent with implications of each decor decision, giving us a range of options along the way. Working with Radiant Decor was one of the best vendor decisions I made - I communicated what I wanted and the team executed everything so effortlessly and professionally! I had western, desi and chinese decor elements included in my decor, a large number of wedding guests, two parts to the day and two locations, and a number of complexities but still everything turned out PERFECT. 10/10 recommend Radiant Decor for your wedding decor needs!! -

Radia and her team at Radiant Decor are the best! I cannot recommend Radia enough - she is organized, thorough, patient, creative, and kind. Hiring Radia to help plan my wedding was the best decision I could have made. From the very beginning, Radia understood the vision we had in mind for my wedding and came up with ideas that fit with our style. She always made herself available to answer questions and offered advice on wedding related matters ranging from the big (coming up with an overall look for the wedding) to the small (a room full of extra flowers). I also appreciated how Radia would offer her honest opinion on pricing and value - what services were a good deal, where we should be more willing to spend and where we could save. Perhaps even most important, Radia took much of the stress out of wedding planning by coordinating with all of the vendors during our ballroom switch. She always listened carefully to what we wanted and was able to translate our vague descriptions of what we were looking for into concrete instructions. She also made sure that all important wedding-related decisions were made well in advance so that we could be calm and relaxed in the weeks leading up to the wedding. As a result, by the time the wedding finally arrived, Radia had everything planned out and organized so that it was completely stress-free! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Radia and I am so grateful for her help. My wedding was everything I wanted it to be and more - in large part due to Radia and her team. If you are considering hiring a wedding decorator or florist, I would wholeheartedly recommend hiring Radia and the team at Radiant Decor. -

Excellent Service and Great Experience
We planned our COVID wedding within weeks and experienced some difficulties finding a wedding decorator in our budget. Covid Wedding
I had numerous changes to my wedding due to the pandemic and I found that Radia was very flexible and accommodating with all of the changes. She was very responsive by phone and text. She also was very helpful in brainstorming ideas. What I appreciated most was that she does a venue walk through with you. Even when I had to cancel my venue last minute and do my wedding at home, she offered to come to my house to do a walk through. On the day of, she delivered exactly what we discussed. I would highly recommend her! -

Radia, of Radiant Decor, delivered such a beautiful stage - I couldn't believe it was MY wedding stage! There were certain elements I wanted in the stage, which I expressed to Radia, but wasn't sure how they should be incorporated. Radia took my hodge-podge of thoughts and delivered a final product that was exceptional and stunning. Almost every single guest I spoke to mentioned how gorgeous the stage was. Her stage literally transformed the space. In addition to somehow managing to piece together what I wanted, Radia also helped me build a stage that was within my budget. She helped me identify elements we could add or remove to get to my ideal cost. Her flexibility in this regard made it so easy to work with her.
Not only does Radia have vision, a great eye for detail, and top-notch skill, but she has excellent customer service. She was extremely accessible, easy to work with, flexible, and attentive. She cared about ensuring that I had a positive, stress-free wedding experience and took care of so many small details, so I wouldn't have to. She even visited the wedding hall before the actual reception, and Face-Timed me, so that we could discuss specific details while she was there. On top of all this, Radia has a sweet and thoughtful demeanor, which makes the experience of working with her all the better. Before the wedding, she asked me if I had a bouquet, and I had opted on not having one, and she insisted on making me one!
I am so happy that I went with Radiant Decor for my wedding. Had I not, my wedding reception would not have been the beautiful affair that it was. Thank you so much to Radia and her team for helping make this special day even more amazing! -

Gia Sent on 04/10/2018So happy with Radia's work! My (now) husband and I had our wedding on a farm with the ceremony held outdoors in front of a pond followed by the reception inside a historic barn. We are both South Asians but wanted to stay away from the typical South-Asian style decor and instead opted for a vintage theme that better suited our venue and our personal aesthetics. Radia understood my vintage vision from the start, which is a testament to her versatility. I had visited another South-Asian decorator before coming to Radia who just could not get my vision and kept imposing the typical South-Asian style decor on me even though I told her that that's not what I wanted. At my first in-person meeting with Radia, she had already done her research and was prepared with pictures of vintage decor ideas as well as where and from whom to get certain decor items that I wanted. Radia's charges are very reasonable and well worth her service. She was responsive throughout and committed to executing my vision perfectly. She drove about an hour to the venue beforehand to check it out in person. She would confirm with me even small details instead of just doing whatever she thought was best or easiest--that level of communication and respect for the client is not common among wedding vendors. All our guests were raving about the decor, which truly enhanced the beauty of the venue. Radia was a pleasure to work with and I am glad I got to know her because she is also a wonderful person. Monica Sent on 01/05/2018Working with Radia was an absolutely lovely experience. When I first met with her in her studio, I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted or even what I needed. She helped me tease out all of the little ideas I had in my head into a stage set up that I absolutely adored! I remember being super excited about every idea she came up with during the process because she was pinning down everything I dreamed of for a stage. Throughout the process, she was also very good with reminding me to be as blunt with my opinions as possible--communicating with her was so easy! There was no pressure at all to go one way or another with any particular ideas, it was all about what we actually wanted. She was very transparent and honest about prices, and helped steer us away from things that would be very out of our budgets, there were absolutely no attempts to get extra money out of us. Lastly, the day of, she only had 1.5 hours to get everything ready when decorators normally need at least 3! Everything looked absolutely wonderful and no one could tell she was operating on a time crunch at all. It was amazing. She also is really great about keeping that sort of thing out of your mind--she called the event coordinator of our venue herself to talk about arrangements. Having vendors like Radia really helps take away stress on the wedding day and yields gorgeous results! My family is still talking about how beautiful everything was.

We met, went over likes and dislikes, and quickly established a design for my Ethiopian wedding. We were expecting about 330 people so Radia worked with me to have different centerpiece designs so that we could keep costs manageable.
She was really responsive and brought concerns to my attention immediately. She would also email ideas for new elements to see if I'd be interested (which I was:))
Overall, I'm incredibly happy with the result and really pleased with how the decorations came out. It was just gorgeous and i owe it all to the team at Radiant Decor! -

Ashika Sent on 07/22/2018I could not be happier with Radia's floral services for our wedding. To be honest, I know very little about flowers but Radia transformed my vague request for wild bloomy red and white flowers plus greenery into beautiful bouquets and centerpieces! I knew Radia was the one because I could see she did amazing work and she was the only one who was responsive to my emails (Edge Flowers and Toulies asked me to have a half hour phone call and then never got back to me after I had questions) and she continued to be responsive throughout the year leading up to the wedding when plans changed which made everything very stress-free. She invited us over to her house to take a look and brainstorm different centerpiece options and she also did a walkthrough with us at our venue to brainstorm overall decor - again, something which other florists refused to do before signing a contract. She had great ideas for decor - including black napkins and tablecloths instead of white for a more elegant feel - which I certainly would never even have considered on my own! I think it made our ballroom look really unique. Her prices were very competitive and in fact was half of what we expected to pay for around 20 centerpieces and 6 bouquets plus a bunch of other decor items at ~$2600. If I could do it over again, I would have probably chosen to have flowers for all my centerpieces instead of alternating with candles because her floral prices were so reasonable and the floral centerpieces were so beautiful. But the candles also looked really pretty and are definitely a great option.

Raiyan Sent on 04/25/2018When we were trying to decide who the stage decorator should be for our wedding, Radiant Decor was the obvious choice. Radia was sweet and really listened to what we envisioned for our big day - and she delivered! The stages for both our Wedding Ceremony and Reception were beautifully done and it truly captured and complemented our overall vision for our special weekend. As soon as we signed our contract, Radia took it upon herself to contact the venue coordinators and arrange a time to view the event spaces - a huge relief for my husband and I as we had to coordinate almost every aspect of the wedding ourselves. Even on the day of the events, the team finished decorating well before time so we didn't have to worry about guests arriving at an incomplete looking banquet hall. They also took care of breaking down the stages after the events were over very autonomously. A big part of South Asian weddings are the stages since almost all our pictures are taken there with our friends and families and we can truly say we will cherish our pictures with the wonderful backdrops created by Radiant Decor.
