For our wedding, we didn’t have any floral recommendations from friends so we started our search with our local florist, Radebaugh. We had walked by their space many times and been inside once or twice, buying a small orchid for our home. We were connected with Lisa Baker, the wedding department manager, and scheduled a meeting. I am not exaggerating at all when I say Lisa is one of the friendliest and kindest people we have come across during the planning process. She was extremely patient with me through the meeting where I had not really formulated an idea of what I wanted yet. Lisa quickly sent over a detailed proposal with photos, that we tweaked together slightly over time as I learned what I wanted.
As a COVID couple, we changed our wedding date 3 times, moved venues once, and had our event 14 months later than originally planned. I can also say that Lisa was completely supportive and accommodating each time we had to make a change which meant so much to us in such a difficult and painful time. When we moved venues from Baltimore to the Eastern Shore, she made an exception to drive outside of their normal servicing area, which meant everything to us. She also helped me come up with two plans - one if weather allowed us to be outside and one for inside - and allowed me to email her the morning of with my decision! Her flexibility allowed us to make a decision that morning to do the ceremony outside which worked perfectly!
Upon her arrival to the venue, I happened to be in the entry way and she came along with me upstairs to deliver the personal flowers to our ladies space. She met many members of the wedding party along the way as well as some family and guests. After that she went back down to set up the reception flowers and centerpieces. I specifically got texts from a few friends and from our venue coordinator saying how sweet and wonderful to work with Lisa was after she left that day.
In all honesty, at many of the weddings I had been to in the past, the flowers did not stand out to me (maybe its because in the past the tight, structured bouquets and centerpieces were popular). Prior to our wedding day, I had thought that while florals are probably nice to have, they aren’t one of the most important elements. Upon seeing my flowers I discovered that I was totally wrong - and just hadn’t experienced any that I truly LOVED until that day. Our bouquets, centerpieces, and pillar arrangements included white and pink roses, lillies, lisianthus - but also lots of greenery (like eucalyptus) and pampas grass arranged in a beautifully, imperfect manner! They took my breath away. The example photos we had found online that we were using as a reference point were no where near as beautiful as what Lisa brought on our wedding day. I was honestly a little sad to go on our honeymoon right away because I would have loved to be able to continue looking at the bouquets and arrangements in our home for another week.
Lisa is organized, responsive, patient, generous, and amazing at her job - but also incredibly fun and kind. We couldn’t have been happier with our florals and we are Radebaugh customers for life! -

Lisa was wonderful to work with on our vision for the wedding. Especially as we were doing our planning from out of town, having someone who was flexible in meeting and able to discuss our options and adjust to our vision was great! We were so happy with our flowers day of -from the bouquets and boutonnieres to the flower arch, everything was perfectly done. We would absolutely recommend Radebaugh to anyone for a wedding or any other big event. -

Best Florist Ever!!!
From the very start, Lisa was incredibly responsive, offered wonderful advice, and worked within our budget to bring exactly what we envisioned for our wedding day! I especially loved the invoice documents, which included our floral vision board and a detailed breakdown of the florals and greenery in each arrangement…so helpful for planning! Lisa and her team arrived on time on the wedding day and delivered and installed everything flawlessly. If you’re looking for a florist who is talented, reasonably priced, and makes your big day completely stress-free, Radebaugh is the one to choose! -

Absolutely beautiful flowers!!
The flowers were more beautiful than I could have imagined! Lisa was fabulous to work with - I live out of state and she was great with us about zoom meetings and accommodating us on a specific day to see things in person. She was able to provide exactly what I wanted based off of many Pinterest inspo pictures, everything exactly fit the color scheme and was perfectly romantic, classic, and fall-inspired (with some brightness that fit the daytime wedding atmosphere). Lisa was always prepared for our meetings and was very knowledgeable, including telling us cheaper swaps wherever possible without sacrificing style. The flowers were one of my favorite parts of the whole day! -

Radebaugh did a great job with our wedding! Lisa was knowledgable and easy to work with - she patiently walked me through all the choices and made some awesome suggestions. It wouldn’t be accurate to say Radebaugh brought my vision to life because the florals for our wedding were better than I could have ever imagined! My photographer is still posting photos of my bouquet on her Instagram a month later. And everything held up so well! My bridal bouquet was quickly taken to get preserved, but all other bouquets my family/friends held onto kept looking beautiful and fresh for over 2 weeks after the wedding.

We recently used Radebaugh for our wedding and had an excellent experience.
Booking a florist for your wedding can be confusing, especially if you're not yet sure what you want. When I reached out to Radebaugh, I had talked to a few other florists, and had ideas for colors and the general vibe. I had a meeting with Lisa Baker right off the bat, and it was an incredibly productive hour long video call. Once I explained our inspiration was Sunset Disco, and our colors were pink, orange, and purple, she dove right in, pulling up images of flowers she thought would work. All of her choices were beautiful and aligned with what we wanted! She was extremely knowledgeable about what would work and had many examples of previous weddings to share with me for inspiration. After about an hour of talking, she had a clear proposal for what we would do for the wedding, how the tables would be decorated, and a cost estimate.
From there, we booked our date and then we met a few weeks before the wedding to go over the details and confirm. We ended up using Lisa's original design almost exactly, and just tweaking a few of the numbers for things like corsages and boutonnieres. When I asked if Radebaugh could incorporate disco balls that I already owned into the decor, Lisa responded enthusiastically and said bring her whatever disco balls we had! We have her and Radebaugh a lot of freedom to fill the space with colorful, whimsical flowers, and it turned out phenomenally.
The flowers for our arch during the ceremony were perfect, and my bouquet was absolutely beautiful. Radebaugh worked with us to figure out what time would work best for delivery, and showed up promptly the day of the wedding. Lisa and the staff at Radebaugh worked with me to make sure our vision came to life, and curated beautiful tablescapes and floral accessories, all for an extremely reasonable cost. I am so glad we went with Radebaugh! It was a stress free experience. -

Radebaugh truly brought our wedding vision together. I was speechless when I saw the personal flowers, and they looked absolutely stunning with the bridesmaids dresses. I am so happy I chose to get my bouquet flowers preserved and pressed, because it was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen.
The centerpieces, arch flowers, cake and welcome sign flowers - truly every little detail was PERFECT. We received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful everything looked, and we could not agree more.

We worked with Lisa at Radebaugh for our September 2024 wedding and were blown away with the flower arrangments. We had a somewhat trickier color scheme (terracottas and blues) and they managed to match it PERFECTLY with the centerpeices, bouquets, and reception flowers. I’m so glad I booked with Radebaugh for my wedding day flowers! Right from the start, Lisa was so helpful and responsive. We had a great conversation over email and I sent over some inspiration photos of peonies, roses and ranunculus alongside greens like eucalyptus and rosemary. Lisa and the Radebaugh team created absolutely beautiful arrangements for our wedding. From my first call with Lisa, I could tell she really cared about trying to understand my vision for the floral arrangements and making sure she delivered exactly what I was looking for. Most of my interactions were with Lisa, the manager, who was incredibly thorough with our initial consultation and then was available for the… 66 additional emails tweaking everything- I’m sure I was annoying but I appreciated Lisa’s patience, responsiveness, and insights. As a bride without a budget that would have met some floral studios minimums, I was so happy to have achieved a beautiful romantic look without spending several thousand dollars on my wedding florals. Lisa was also incredibly on top of the little details in the days coming up to the wedding. Then the day of, floral designer Denae was at the reception site setting up and realized that my diy babies breath collar I had made for my dog the morning of my wedding wouldn’t work, and made some last minute changes before her photo shoot with us! Lisa was absolutely incredible to work with! She was so attentive and helpful throughout the whole planning process, from helping me plan our little details, to me sending her ideas I had and her helping me work through them! Lisa and her team at Radebaugh were nothing short of amazing! From the second I reached out to inquire about their services for our wedding to the wedding day itself she was so helpful and attentive (and patient! I was not exactly the most decisive bride). She was able to basically read my mind and provide the EXACT image of what I pictured for our day. Everyone was fighting over who was lucky enough to take arrangements home at the end of the night! I also wanted a specific flower for my dad's memorial bouquet that aren't in season and somehow, she worked her magic and was able to find the exact flower I asked for and they were gorgeous. We used Radebaugh for our wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Art a few weeks back. We didn't do a huge floral arrangement like some weddings because we did some DIY stuff, but we used Radebaugh for personal flowers and some greenery to complement our centerpieces. Lisa was so nice to work with. She talked us through everything we might want to consider and helped us brainstorm what she could do to help us use florals/greens to elevate our DIY decor. We really wanted calla lilies and they helped us get beautiful lilies for our personal flowers. They even made a calla lily wreath to hang over our dog Lily's head when she walked down the aisle - it was so cute. Radebaugh was great. -

I wish I could keep these flowers forever (I did actually send my bouquet out to get pressed and framed)!! Unbelievably gorgeous!! They were truly stunning and absolutely made the wedding. The team was so helpful and easy to work with. Lisa walked me through every single flower. I had no idea any name of anything, but knew the general idea of what I wanted. It was so dreamy and the process was very simple. They were able to accommodate a few last minute changes with ease. We were able to rent different items too (candles, candle holders, wood centerpieces) and return them the next day. I can't thank this team enough for all their hard work. Just look at these pictures!! But honestly, they don't even do them justice. -

We absolutely LOVED our wedding florals from Radebaugh. Lisa was an absolute gem to work with -- from our first conversation, I was able to give her a sense of what we wanted and she just took it away from there. We decided to cut costs on our flowers as our wedding venue was already flush with flowers and other forms of natural decoration. With that said, Radebaugh Florist & Greenhouses improved our venue with their beautiful floral work that also gave us the “bang for our buck” that we were searching for. Not only was the price affordable, but the bouquets were also gorgeous. We ended up purchasing a bouquet for myself (the bride) along with five for each of my bridesmaids. Because the bouquets ended up being so beautiful, we also used them in our centerpiece design, which worked out really well. Our entire wedding weekend was perfect, and Lisa and the Radebaugh team did a phenomenal job in helping to bring our wedding vision to life. We would highly recommend booking with them for your floral needs! -

I preface all of this by saying that I don't consider myself a very creative person. When it came time to design our wedding, I went with my favorite colors (shades of blue, which I later coined "moody blues") and 2021 wedding trends (eucalyptus and pampas grass). I worked with Lisa Baker and she was PHENOMENAL. Very understanding with my lack of floral knowledge, took my calls when I needed to talk through things, and they are a SUPREME value. I fully gasped when our bouquets were delivered to the getting-ready location the morning-of. It was EXACTLY what I had pictured. I couldn't have been happier with all of our flowers and the service from Radebaugh. -

I chose Radebaugh’s as my wedding florist, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! I only had a VAGUE idea of what I was looking for when I spoke with Lisa for my initial consult, and in less than 30 minutes, she had created an entire vision that was honestly even better than anything I could have dreamed up. The flowers were packaged and delivered to my venue without any issue, and they were breathtaking in person. They completely tied everything together, and stayed looking fresh well after the festivities ended. I couldn’t bear to part with my bouquet, so I dried it and plan to preserve it further. We have always had excellent experiences at Radebaugh! My now-husband bought flowers for me for the first time here when we were early dating and they were beautiful. We decided to use them for our wedding and had a wonderful time working with them. Lisa was so patient and had great suggestions while also being open to recreating pretty pictures I had found online. I really liked that when I met with Lisa she gave me quotes for all the types of arrangements they could make (from small to large) and then gave me room to pick combinations that would fit in our budget. I never felt pressured to go over budget, and at the same time it was nice to know there were some fancier options available if we wanted them! It was also nice that they were open to us dropping off mason jars with lights in them to use for the centerpieces. The flowers day-of were stunning! Thank you! -

I booked Radebaugh for my wedding and Lisa made it the best and easiest experience. I am a major planner and not knowing exactly what something would look like in advance for my wedding was a really hard concept for me. But Lisa put my mind completely at ease, she gave me the confidence I needed and took the time to really understand what my vision was for my big day. The most impressive thing - we did all the planning over the phone (COVID) and she hit every mark and exceeded my expectations. Lisa was kind and help provide options for me to consider based on my budget. Radebaugh also has the most competitive prices for delivery and amazing flexibility for delivery to multiple locations. We needed our arrangements delivered to 3 locations at 3 different times and they were able to accommodate - deliveries were on time and set up perfectly!

Lisa and her team did an incredible job bringing our vision to life! We started out with a very vague idea and by the end of our introductory phone call felt very confident that they would be able to put together the simple, beautiful flowers we wanted. The small arrangements for the reception centerpieces and boutonnières perfectly complimented our decor. We were especially happy with the chuppah, which had the perfect balance of flowers and expertly displayed my grandfather’s tallis on top. Let me start by saying that I’ve never had a view/picture in my mind of my wedding. I don’t know types of flowers, I had no clue what I wanted. All I knew were my colors (navy and burgundy) and saved some pictures from Pinterest to show them. They looked at the pictures and told me what they could do. They named some flowers and I said sure (not really knowing what to expect even though they were describing it to me). Well when they arrived on my wedding day, everyone kept saying they were beautiful. I rushed downstairs and when I saw them I was speechless. I cannot explain how happy I was with the bouquets both mine and my bridesmaids. They exceeded my expectations. I’m usually not a flower girl but even I couldn’t look past the beauty of the flowers. I don’t have any professional pictures yet but I’ve posted the pictures I have people took. They don’t do my bouquet justice. Thank you so much! -

The most beautiful flowers and great service
I loved having Radebaugh as my wedding florist!! Their service and communication was very great, from the first consultation at their shop, to working with Lisa as we got closer to the wedding day. When the bridesmaids and bride bouquets were dropped off our house day of, we were all taken aback! Truly gorgeous work! Our wedding venue called for a greenery backdrop on a large wall, and we absolutely loved it. I highly recommend going with the Radebaugh team!!! -

Lisa at Radebaugh Florist is seriously amazing! We had a hard time finding exactly what we wanted in a florist especially since we wanted some exotic flowers and they were able to do exactly what we wanted. Although there was an issue and our original flowers went out of season too quickly Lisa did an amazing job trying to find them all over the world and then coming up with a great alternative! I was so worried about my flowers on our wedding day and boy can I say that worry was gone the second they came through the door! They were amazing!!! From the amazing greenery to all of the king protea, dahlias and orchids, I honestly don't think 'Ive ever seen more gorgeous flowers. Lisa was such a delight to work with! Planning a wedding and finding a reliable florist can be so stressful but Lisa at Radebaugh made the "flower part" super easy. She was so helpful. I sent her pictures of flowers that I wanted for my wedding and she worked within my budget to make that happen. I absolutely LOVED my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, dedication bouquet, table centerpieces, everything!!
Delivery was on time and the flowers were all in water to keep them fresh!

We went into our initial consultation having little clue what we wanted, aside from colors. The ladies at Radebaugh listened to us, did some creative magic, and we ended up with the most gorgeous wedding bouquets I've ever seen. They even gave my little girl the option to add "sparkles" (little gems) into her flower girl bouquet, and included her in the conversation about the final product. The bouquets were delivered to our venue in beautiful vases awaiting our arrival. I'm so glad my husband found this place and we got a chance to experience their great work and excellent customer service. -

My father-in-law very graciously offered to pay for our flowers so I included him and my husband in all floral consultations. Our meeting with Kaitlyn and Lisa was as entertaining as you would think it would be; having 2 men and one flower-clueless bride try to work through all the possible combinations took some time and an exceptional amount of patience on their parts.
My church (St. Ignatius in Baltimore) and my reception space (Frederick Douglass Isaac Myers Maritime Museum) are both beautiful spaces so I knew I didn’t want or need much decoration. If you are a bride and don’t want to deal with all those lanterns and tea lights and table runners, etc PLEASE hire Radebaughs because their flowers will be enough.
I had Radebaughs create bouquets, boutonnières, the cutest flower girl flower wand and crown, door wreaths, centerpieces, alter arrangements, and swags for signs. I was very, very pleased with each and every piece.
Please hire Radebaughs for all your floral needs but especially if you’re a bride seeking that perfect look! -

Gorgeous and nailed it!
Wowser! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Stunning and just perfect !! I know I’m just the sister of the groom, but I was absolutely in awww of how perfect they turned out from our brief meeting and the handful of pictures we had from the bride. We know Radebaugh has a wonderful reputation and has done many weddings over the years ... but you also didn’t have a lot to go on with an out of town bride and groom... yet you still nailed it well beyond our expectations. Arielle Sent on 08/31/2018I planned a wedding in Baltimore County from Montana. I had a friend recommend Radebaugh's, so I called them. They were AMAZING! Lisa got my information, a little bit about the wedding, and I sent photos of what I liked or didn't like from a Google search. I got a confirmation in a few hours with an estimate, and I was amazed at how reasonable they were. I spoke to Lisa again when the groom decided he wanted something different from the original thoughts- she changed the order without any problems.
Then came the wedding- still without ever setting foot in the store since someone else picked up the flowers- and they were absolutely PERFECT! They were everything I wanted, and were perfectly beautiful. My grandma wore her corsage for the next three days. :)
And to top it off, they used lavender since my colors were gray, purple and cream. The bouquets smelled absolutely fabulous!

Dana Sent on 07/24/2018We worked with Lisa Baker of Radebaugh Florist for our wedding, who went above and beyond our every expectation for our floral arrangements. We have worked with Radebaugh in the past for personal arrangements, corsages, boutonnieres, and purchase of plants and flowers for landscaping, so we knew we would receive top quality service and products. Our first meeting with Lisa was about a year out, and she listened to what we envisioned and showed us many photos of similar arrangements they had done in the past. This meeting turned out to be one of my favorite parts of wedding planning! I also felt that Radebaugh was the most fairly priced florist I had looked into especially given the excellent service and quality of product that accompanies working with them. We had a rough contract written up, which could be changed up until ~10 days prior to the event. Even when my parents and I went back and forth on some decisions (cocktail table centerpieces or not?), they were extremely flexible and patient working with us. All of our arrangements (bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, cocktail table centerpieces, florals emerging from our lantern centerpieces, and cake florals) were delivered in a timely fashion, set up exactly as we envisioned at the venue, and coordinated beautifully. I can't recommend them enough -- I still receive compliments on all of our florals from that day. Luckily, since we incorporated succulents into almost all of our arrangements, we still have many of them at home! Thanks Radebaugh!

I was searching for florist at the last minute but Lisa was prompt in response and was so personable when I met her for consultation. She was very thorough and spent adequate time to help me decide ordering bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and church decorations. I was so busy on the day of wedding rehearsal so I forgot to pick up the flowers but they delivered in time for the wedding. She gave great suggestions to make my dream flowers a reality. My mother and I even went with her to the design center and assembled a sample bouquet to get an idea of what we wanted. And Radebaugh’s definitely overdelivered! The flowers were the most beautiful flowers I had ever seen. My colors were gold and silver for my December 29 wedding and the bouquets were stunning-a perfect blend of classic, sparkle and festive. I kept my bridal bouquet in a vase for an entire month after my wedding and it never lost its luster, I was so sad to finally throw it out. I can’t sing their praises enough and will be recommending them to everyone.

They were so bright and vibrant for my Fall wedding and were everything I had hoped for and more. I worked mostly with Lisa and Kathy and they were so great! Lisa was so nice to work with over the phone and very patient with me and super accommodating when I had some last minute changes. And Kathy was phenomenal in turning my thoughts into reality. We had a Harry Potter themed wedding and everything I asked for – they found a way to make it happen. From the bridal party flowers to the Hogwarts House themed arrangements, everything was magical - they even made my toss bouquet look like a golden snitch! Everything was perfect and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
