My partner and I got married in May 2023 and Rachel was our photographer. We were drawn to Rachel for the vibrance and quality of her photos, which were a perfect for for our colorful and vibrant wedding. What we had NO idea of was that we would have so much fun with Rachel on our wedding day. Neither of us felt particularly expert at wedding planning, and we were a little nervous about a day full of attention on us too. Rachel is goofy as hell and lovingly dedicated to supporting couples throughout the day. She went above and beyond at every moment, which was amazing especially because it turns out you spend A LOT of time hanging out with your photographer on your wedding day!!!!Rachel Dibs Photography's reply:

Rachel was AMAZING to work with. As a WLW couple, we were very intentional of finding a photographer who we felt could pose us well together in a romantic style. Rachel went the distance! She was so thoughtful and intentional with our time together and went above and beyond to create and capture beautiful moments. Rachel also collaborated so well with our videographer so that the both of them could capture so many moments together throughout the day. We are beyond happy that we went with Rachel for our photography and now have these beautiful memories to share! -

I have to give all the credit to my wife for starters. She found Rachel and had such a clear vision for what she wanted our photos to feel like. Rachel not only saw that vision, she elevated it in every way. From our engagement shoot at One Eyed Mikes in Fells Point, to our wedding day on May 3rd, Rachel brought her creativity, professionalism, and genuine care to every moment she captured.
The engagement session was when I first realized we had something special, Rachel used light so intentionally and understood exactly what we were going for. The results were stunning, and it made booking her for the wedding an easy decision. Fortunately, the stars aligned, and we were lucky enough to have her shoot our wedding.
On the wedding day, Rachel was phenomenal. She had scouted photo locations around Mt. Vernon, including a walk through Flower Mart. She knew exactly where to take us to make the most of our surroundings. We also captured moments at Hotel Revival, and her attention to detail made everything run so smoothly. She took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us feel comfortable and confident from beginning to end.
We’ve already received a few sneak peeks, and they honestly left us speechless. Rachel captured us in a way that felt so true to who we are. One photo in particular stood out to me not because I looked good in it, but because she somehow captured the exact energy and emotion of the moment. That’s a gift.
I can’t recommend Rachel enough. She matched our style, exceeded our expectations, and brought my wife’s vision to life in the most beautiful way. If you’re looking for a photographer who truly gets it, someone who listens, prepares, and delivers more than you hoped for, Rachel Dibs is the one. -

Beautiful pictures from a beautiful day!
Rachel is fantastic to work with! Her energy is evident from her very first email response. She is a great presence to have on the day - reassuring, funny, down-to-earth, and personable. Many guests at the wedding complimented how great she was. She captured lovely posed and candid moments, both indoor and outdoor. I felt so beautiful on the day, and that feeling shines through my pictures! So grateful that her pictures captured all the feelings of the day so well. -

Rachel was a phenomenal photographer!! From our first phone call to our wedding day to previews to everything in between, she has been a true joy to work with! On our introductory zoom, my fiancé said he hated photos - taking them, posing for them, everything about them. I worried we would scare Rachel off, but she was ready for the challenge of an anti-photo groom. Come our wedding weekend, Rachel was so thoughtful about how she took our photos and such a blast to be around! When we started taking couples photos, my now husband said “Wow, I’m actually having fun!” She took so much thought into how she set up shots, or posed us or gave directions and we both appreciated the art and care that went into everything. Now when we take photos, we think - “what would Rachel do?!”
She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and we had a blast. As a bride, I worried a lot about how I would look in photos. But taking photos with Rachel, I felt like a model and had so much fun with her, her second shooter Haley and her husband who helped for the day.
She captured our love, our families and the fun of our wedding perfectly! If you’re looking for a photographer, look no further because Rachel is the best choice you could make! -

5⭐️ for the best photographer!
Rachel was one of the very few photographers in my area that was willing to shoot for a few hours at my microwedding with a reasonable price! I was pleased with her website and how clearly everything was laid out. I adored her photography style with the bright vibrant colors, which is exactly what we received. I can testify that Rachel is easy going and made me and my husband super comfortable during our engagement shoot and wedding! It was overall a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to see the final product from our wedding, because are sneak peaks are 🔥!!

Rachel was a dream to work with. She was extremely responsive, kind and supportive. Oh and her photos are gorgeous! She really worked well with my husband and I, made us feel beautiful both during the engagement photo shoot and on our wedding day.
We chose her partly because we loved how she emphasized color in her photos, and let's say she did not disappoint! Her photos were colorful and truly captured the joy that was our wedding day.
When rain threatened to derail our plans for an outdoor ceremony, Rachel was great at keeping everyone calm and discussing options, and it all worked out. We absolutely love our photos, and look through them often.
Rachel delivered both our engagement album and wedding album in a timely fashion, was always just a quick email response or phone call away, and was overall a dream to work with. I cannot recommend her enough.
She organized the photos into different albums for the final product, which is extra helpful when looking through them. Both of our families adore the photos and are so happy with the product. We cannot recommend Rachel enough. She made us feel confident and happy and calm on our wedding day, and really produced some amazing photos. -

Book Rachel now!
Knowing that my now husband and I are not people who enjoy to have our pictures taken made the task of selecting a wedding photographer very difficult. We hit the jackpot with Rachel! From our first meeting on Zoom, we felt completely comfortable and at ease with Rachel. During our engagement shoot she had us laughing and coached us through each of the awkward poses which turned into our favorite shots. The turn around time on our gallery was unbelievable. We had a sneak peek within days and each picture was more beautiful than the next. For the weeks leading up to the wedding she was very responsive to emails, and gave many suggestions as to what to have for certain pictures, and provided a timeline for our day which was very helpful. On our wedding day she was able to capture the most intimate moments with our families and it truly felt like she had known us for years! Rachel was able to tame our obnoxiously large wedding party and snap the most memorable moments with each of them. The selfie station was an added bonus that all of our guests loved!
I cannot stress how thankful we are to have had Rachel as our photographer and we look forward to using her again! -

Highly Recommend!
We highly recommend Rachel Dibs Photography as a wedding day photographer. Rachel was professional, efficient, kind, funny and an all-around wonderful presence to have on our day. Most importantly, her photos come out amazingly! Both our engagement session and our wedding day photos look absolutely stunning. Rachel and her second photographer were great to work with, and took great posed and candid photographs. She really helped us loosen up in front of the camera, and knew what poses/images would be flattering and capture our love. I also have siblings with disabilities, and she was patient and kind when it was their turn to be in pictures. Absolutely a wonderful experience! We're so glad to have such beautiful memories of our special day. -

My husband and I loved working with Rachel. From first talking to her, we felt at ease and confident that she was going to do an amazing job. She has a great personality, which made working with her so fun and easy. It rained on our wedding day, so Rachel was easily able to pivot and come up with awesome spots and ideas for our pictures. She’s incredibly creative and just such a professional in every situation. We couldn’t be happier with the shots she got, capturing the energy and love that was in the room that night - and none of the nerves and stress that inevitably accompany wedding preparation! :) I HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding, and we will definitely be using her for future happy occasions. -

Rachel is that personable, helpful, and responsive photographer you dream of capturing your special day. All that Instagram and Pinterest scrolling for the perfect photographer – you can just stop at Rachel because she’s got you covered. I am usually not a huge fan of taking a ton of photos, so I was always a little worried that I would get annoyed with all the photography required of your big day. I can confidently say that Rachel was so fun to work with that being annoyed was the last thing on my mind. She truly worked with our wedding day schedule where we felt like our time was actually spent with friends and family rather than predominately posing and taking photos. Since our ceremony was later in the day (around 6PM) with only 4 hours carved out at our venue, we asked Rachel if we could take most of our photos beforehand at a nearby park. Having photographed at Downs Park before, she even made the effort to contact the park for us and made sure we had appropriate permits if needed. She even drove my wife and some of her bridesmaids to the park for photos. Her expertise and experience really helped us get the beautiful wedding photos that we always dreamed of. We felt so fortunate that we didn’t have to spend all of our venue rental time away from our guests. Rachel also did a fantastic job of blending into the dancefloor while capturing action shots as we enjoyed our night celebrating with our guests. One of the best parts was how quick she was in getting us all the photos! We were still on our honeymoon when we got an email saying our photos were ready from viewing. Overall, Rachel’s bubbly personality, professionalism, and knowledge really helped capture every moment of our big day with craft and artistry. -

I reached out to multiple photographers when looking for one that would be the perfect fit with reasonable prices. Rachel was the first photographer to ask my fiancé and I to meet virtually to get to know more about us before we even decided to use her for our wedding. She responded to my inquiry in a quick manner and I was already amazed with her response time! She asked us meaningful questions to get to know us as a couple and she asked us questions about our picture preferences. Rachel answered all of our questions and fully explained what she would do for our special day. WE TALKED FOR OVER TWO HOURS AND WE DIDN’T EVEN HIRE HER YET! She felt like a friend right from the start and she made us even more excited for our special day. My fiancé and I left the call knowing she was the perfect fit and we feel like we hit the jackpot! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING RACHEL AS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER! She puts all of her couples needs first and she will make you feel extremely comfortable! -

If you want: bright, beautiful photography, to feel comfortable in front of the camera, to have fun during your session, and images that literally everyone and their mother compliments, Rachel Dibs is for you! She is quick to respond, efficient, and amazing at what she does. I didn't look for many options past her once I saw some galleries. I'm kind of obsessed with her photos, even the ones that aren't mine! We had our engagement shoot in February '22. Rachel made it a blast; both Sam and I walked away saying it was so much fun! AND we got these beautiful, beautiful photos out of it. How am I supposed to pick a favorite? Or even two? She even brought balloons for a Valentine's Day theme because she goes above and beyond what you expect. She is fast too! We got sneak peeks and then the entire gallery so soon--I barely had time to pine for our pictures! You definitely want to hire Rachel. -

Beautiful Photography!!
Rachel was recommended to me by my friend Kara (who was actually one of my bridesmaid's in my wedding) who got married in 2020.
Best recommendation ever! Rachel was very sweet to work with and we loved all of our engagement and wedding photos! The way she posed my husband and I was very natural and again, loved EVERY photo that we received! She was fun to work with and was very accommodating, even when I needed extra time for our wedding day at the last minute.
On the day of my wedding, I had one of my best friends ask for her information from me. So now Rachel is helping my best friend with her photos too!

Flexible, Affordable, and extremely talented
Rachel has only done our engagement photos thus far but we are so confident that she will knock it out of the park for our wedding in November. Rachel is extremely quick to respond to any an all questions. When our engagement session turned into a wind storm, she was quick to reschedule instead of making us work through the crazy weather. I was very worried about finding a photographer in our price range but she hit our exact target. She was very through with our engagement session and got every spot, position and backdrop we requested. She made us feel at ease and our pictures came back to us in less than a week! Highly recommend! She travels too!

Update! The sneak peeks we’ve gotten so far are stunning. Again, she makes sure to touch base prior to the event, goes over some ideas for what you want for the big day and executes seamlessly. Through the mud and even weeds / trees, Rachel made sure to capture it all. We cannot recommend her enough! We can’t wait for her to document other future life events! -
