Rachel came recommended from my wedding planner and gosh was she the easiest and best choice! She listens to your vision, takes in any pictures you show her, and gives you exactly what you ask and more! I was nervous about hair and makeup not making me look like myself but she did far greater than I could have expected. My hair and makeup lasted beautifully all day as well as the hair and makeup they did for my bridesmaids! She’s fun to work with, takes time to get to know you during your makeup trial, and puts any wedding day nerves at ease and she gets you ready on the day of! I honestly wish I had more reasons for her to do my hair and makeup because it was the best experience! -

We went to Nashville from Ohio for an elopement wedding and Rachel came highly recommended from wedding planner weddings by Raina. She did an outstanding job with my make up and hair and she made me feel comfortable & made it fun just being the 2 of us. Plus she came to me, to my hotel room which made so easy bc the first look was at the hotel Cambria downtown. -

We used Rachel and her team in July for my wedding and they were amazing! She met with me beforehand for my bridal hair and makeup trial and she delivered exactly what I was looking for!! On the wedding day they did my 5 bridesmaids and both moms and everyone felt beautiful and flawless! AND all of our hair and makeup stayed all day and night in the summer 90 degree heat. I am very satisfied with this company and highly recommend to all brides!! -

Amazing experience!
Rachel and her team are amazing! They listened to the styles each of my beidesmaids wanted, and they made it happen. Rachel made me feel like the most beautiful bride on my big day! The whole team was attentive, efficient, and on time. Wedding day is stressful enough, but thanks to these wonderful ladies, I didn’t have to stress about the hair and make up schedule. Everyone looked great and was finished on time. I would recommend them over and over again! -

Rachel was an absolute blast to work with! Not only did she do amazing work with hair AND makeup (for me and most of my bridesmaids), but it felt like another friend spending the morning with me and my bridesmaids the morning of the wedding.
I showed Rachel inspiration pictures and she exceeded all of my expectations. My ceremony was outside on one of the windiest days I've ever experienced, and even throughout the ceremony and spending the entire afternoon outside taking pictures, my hair and makeup still looked amazing.
Needless to say, I would recommend Rachel to anyone getting married and looking for a hair and makeup team that makes you feel like 100% all day! -

Great experience!
I had a unique situation where I had my family wedding ceremony on one day and my reception for friends two days later. Rachel traveled to both locations and did an amazing job both days! I got so many compliments on my look! -

When I first met Rachel I was completely at ease - she makes you feel like you've known her for years, which was especially awesome for the big day. Justine did an absolutely incredible job on my MOH and mom - they seriously looked GORGEOUS. I cannot thank them enough for the work they did to make us feel absolutely beautiful! -

Rachel did a great job on my hair and makeup for the big day! We had a trial run where we got to know each other a little bit and take notes about what we loved and what we wanted to change a little for the day of. She made me look and feel like a princess for a day and I have loved how I look in every photo I’ve seen! If that isn’t a testament to her work then I don’t know what is! Hair and makeup stayed perfect all day and night through hours of photos and sweating on the dancefloor! -

Our wedding ended up being a little different than most with COVID complicating things. Rachel was planning her own destination wedding around the same time and I am sure her life was just as turned upside down as ours was with rescheduling. She was kind, professional, and had a good attitude. It took us a minute to figure out scheduling but got it done. I am so pleased with using her business for my big day. All of the girls looked like boho goddesses!! I am a type A personality. I sent Rachel my post-trial comments in form of photos with arrows and hand written comments. She took all my comments to heart and really delivered the PERFECT look the day of. I would without a doubt recommend her to other brides. Thanks Rachel!! -

Brittany Sent on 12/30/2017Rachel did the Hair/makeup for my wedding. I was an out of state bride and she was very flexible to work with my schedule for when I would be in town. She did a trial run at her home. She was at the venue before I was the day of the wedding. She had great ideas and everything looked extremely natural. She has a great personality and I would recommend her to anyone!

When my husband and I chose Nashville as our destination, the very first thing I did was search for the HMU team I would hire. I live in Tampa, FL so this was destination for me and I was really nervous because I have had my HMU done by the same team my whole life and nobody else does it as well. So I spent a significant amount of time looking at different vendors instagram accounts and then realized R&Co Bridal Beauty was the best choice for me because they had perfectly executed on such a wide range of looks (boho, classic, glam) and my 10 bridesmaids are all so unique in their styles but all are VERY specific about how their HMU is done.
Well to say that I was blown away with R&Co Bridal Beauty is an understatement. Rachel worked with me on my wedding day to make sure I looked EXACTLY like I wanted to look and she needed very little direction from me. All of my bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning.
On top of them all being able to perfectly execute on everyone's visions, they were all so much fun to spend the day with. They truly were just like three additional friends we spent my wedding morning with and we had the best time.
I can't thank Rachel and her team enough and I 10/10 recommend any bride who cares about looking the most beautiful they will on their wedding day hire R&Co Bridal Beauty! -

After reading reviews on this site, I see that I am not the only one to have this SAME experience with this company. I booked Rachel and paid a deposit for my June wedding in October of 2018. While communication was good at the beginning, I had to reach out at least twice, several days apart to get a response starting in March of 2019. My “assigned artist” was a no show to my trial make up appointment on April 27th, which also happened to be the day of my bridal shower. At this point, I chose to cancel R&Co as my makeup artist for my wedding due to the lack of communication and no show to my appointment. Since then, I have been waiting for my deposit to be returned. All I have received is either excuses or unanswered emails/texts. Here we are nearly 3 months from the no show (and 1 month after my wedding) and I have yet to receive a refund. Don’t do business with them unless you want to be scammed out of your money and scrambling to find a new artist 7 weeks before your wedding. -

I tried to book this company for my wedding. I was instructed to send a deposit via venmo and against my better judgement sent the money over to "secure my date". I continued to ask for a contract. And finally was sent one with an incorrect wedding date on it after I had already told them my wedding date. Then, after she finally sent me the correct one- I realized there wasn't even a place for her to sign! My step mother is a lawyer and looked over the "contract" and it was completely illegitimate. There was not even a place for her to sign it! It was just a piece of paper for me to sign which would never stand up in court if she just decided to take my money and not show up. Also, nowhere in the contract does it even say that they were going to show up on the day of! Then it was radio silence. And freaked out for a few days that I had basically been swindled out of 150 bucks because I called and the voicemail was full. I messaged and no responses. The whole process was super sketch. Then, she posted on instagram and I messaged her on there that I was freaking out because she took my money without a guarantee that sh was going to do our hair and makeup and she proceeded to tell me it was standard for EVERYONE in the "industry" to take a deposit prior to signing a contract. I have done my research. No other business that I have spoken with including probably 20 businesses have this policy. Super sketchy. At least she sent me my money back. But it was way too stressful- I would have freaked out the day of the wedding! -

Whitney Sent on 06/29/2017Truthfully I never used Rachel. I signed a contract and then asked her about setting up a trial. She informed me that trials (which cost the same as the day of) are only done on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This was not stated in the contract.
I had a couple questions for Rachel about setting up a trial and some things to do with scheduling so I emailed her. I emailed her 3 times over the span of 3 weeks in which she did not respond. I finally emailed her telling her that I wished to cancel her services and she emailed me back in less than 5 minutes with the answers to my questions but completely disregarded the fact that I asked to cancel services.
I understand that she has other clients, but as a busy, stressed bride a response to an email before 3 weeks later would be nice.
At this point, I wouldn't trust her to show up for the day of. I have lost $80 to cancel, but having peace of mind the day of is totally worth it.
Brides beware.
