Rachael was incredible to work with, and took the most beautiful pictures of my wife and me!! She had such creative ideas, made us feel comfortable, and our pictures turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined! She will really work with you on your budget and expectations. We ended up booking her for extra time and are so happy we did!! Call her immediately for your next event, she is sure to make your day extra special!! -

Rachael was our wedding photographer. She met with us to discuss our needs and get to know us as a couple. She is professional, organized and truly talented. Our wedding pictures are gorgeous. She took candid pics that are stunning as well. She is even framing our favorite one for us! We will recommend her to anyone & everyone! We couldn't be happier with our choice in photographers. -

We picked Rachel based on her portfolio and general knowledge of her job. She helped us understand more about our own wedding day and made sure to set up times so everything would run smoothly the day of our wedding.
She gave our images back in 6 weeks and they are just as promised. Contact her because she will always give you a custom quote if you don't want a package with things you don't need. -

Rachael did our engagement photos and our wedding. She was wonderful to work with and is incredibly talented. Our wedding day was very hot but it didn't seem to bother her. She asked a lot of questions to make sure she got the images that we wanted most and to get a better idea of our style. We've only gotten a handful of images back but they are absolutely beautiful! I can't wait to see the rest. She can work with your budget so definitely contact her! -

Rachel and her partner did a fantastic job covering our wedding. She was very helpful in creating a time line for our day when we didn't have a wedding coordinator. She thought of so many different options and ideas. We love our images and our wedding album.

Rachael was great! She even brought another photographer with her so we could catch everything! She kept our wedding party on schedule to ensure we could capture all the photos I wanted! She was kind kept me sane and level headed throughout the day! I love the pictures! -

We hired Rachel based on her work we saw on her website and her flexiblity to work within our budget. She was detailed with the photographs and we got more than we would have ever imagined. She brought a helpful assistant photographer as well. Our friends have already booked her for their September wedding. -

I was so pleased with the services provided by Rachael Ruffin Photography. My wedding pictures turned out beautifully and she was nothing other than courteous and professional throughout our entire wedding and reception. Rachael came as a recommendation from a friend in the business. She responded to my inquiry quickly and was very relaxed in both her emails and consultation with us before booking. On the day of our wedding, which was warm, she was easy-going despite being pregnant and probably uncomfortable. She did not rush us, plus she was fine with my family taking photos with their personal cameras while she was taking hers....I know other photographers who do not allow that. We got the link to our pictures within a month of the wedding and have some images that we absolutely love. Very inexpensive and easy to work with, definitely get a quote from her! -

We are pleased! Rachel made our day easy and even helped do things like get water, clean dresses, lint roll tuxes and generally was just more than a photographer during our wedding. Our images are above and beyond what was promised. She was great. -

We just received our wedding photos and are so incredibly pleased! Rachel covered our day from start to finish with such grace & ease, I can't believe how gorgeous our pictures are.
The whole day will be remembered, right down to the decorations and the party bus. Beautiful all around. -

Rachael was great to work with. My husband and I had a limited budget and she was so flexible and produced AMAZING work. We did wait a little longer than quoted for our pictures, but Rachael is making that up to us as well. Definitely recommend! -

When planning my wedding I was most concerned with having great pictures. Rachael came highly recommended from a family member. The value was great for the services we received. When her second shooter got sick Rachael improvised and got every shot she had planned and more. That's why I rated her a 5.0 on flexibility. I have a very large family and a big bridal party, but it never once was a problem for her. We received our photos in a timely manner and LOVED them! She also created a guest book and save the date postcards for me in addition to taking our engagement pics. -

Her attitude and the overall quality was awful. Actually, that's an understatement...
She was rude to me and to every member of my family and bridal party (anyone she spoke to to) - frequently rolling her eyes and calling them idiots if they did not immediately respond to her barking. My family, bridal party, and I am very laid back and easy going, but her unprofessional, impatient, and venomous approach nearly ruined my wedding day. She failed to follow explicit instruction/ did take specifically requested shots. Her angles were lazy and uncomplimentary, meaning, if there was a better vantage point she could have taken she opted to remain crouched or seated where she was, even if the photo wasn't any good.
I cried for weeks after I saw the photos. I would recommend her to no one. -
