  Talented, Level-headed, and an all around expert!

  Rachael is the BEST. I mean it. I can hardly comprehend her immense talent for floral and event design, let alone her fantastic communication skills and ability to problem solve on the dot. I would trust her with any event, and working by her side has been an immense joy!

  Exactly what I was looking for

  Rachael was organized and responded in a timely fashion. Once she knew the wedding colors and the style we were going for, she put together a proposal with different arrangements with clear pricing. She scoped the church out prior to the wedding day to make sure she had the right number of flowers for the pews and to confirm where she was allowed to put larger arrangements - the church ladies working there said she was great. The larger flower arrangements were transported to our reception venue after the ceremony with no issues and the table arrangements looked even better than they did in the proposal. I was a happy camper :)

  Absolutely perfect!

  Rachael was fantastic. Amazing to work with. Cared about every detail and was so lovely to have around. Not to mention everything she did was beautiful!! Absolutely also found her to be very fair and reasonable in pricing. I would recommend her a million times!

  Can't imagine the day without her

  Planning my daughter's wedding was so much easier with the professional help of Rachael Meader and her staff. Their knowledge and resources were invaluable as they brought up ideas and considerations that were not even on my radar. They definitely helped to reduce the stress of planning the wedding and I was able to relax and have fun! Thank you Rachael!

  What a gem

  Rachael is just amazing. I would not have been able to survive the wedding madness without her. Her eye for detail gave me peace of mind about my big day that it would run smoothly. She was willing to take all of my ideas and she just absolutely "umphed" them to a level of "absolute wow". She has years of experience and it really shows. Her assistant Molli was my wedding coordinator and she ran the rehearsal and wedding. Everything went so smoothly and people really loved her calm attitude and professionalism. Highly recommend them for anyone needing floral design, wedding planning or coordinating.
