Rabbi Silverman encouraged us to meet in person (often locally at Panera!) and was always available by phone to talk through anything we were thinking about. These conversations quickly evolved from logistical planning into meaningful connections. He didn’t just want to perform a ceremony—he wanted to understand what mattered most to us, so that the words he spoke on our wedding day would feel deeply personal and sincere. And they absolutely did.
The Keys, where we got married, hold a special place in our hearts—and it turns out, they hold a special place in Rabbi Silverman’s heart as well. He shared stories about his own experiences there with his wife, and it added such a beautiful, personal touch to the entire experience. It never felt transactional or routine; it felt like we were being guided by someone who genuinely cared.

Rabbi Silverman is truly an angel — a godsend in every sense of the word.
My fiancé and I met with several officiants while searching for the right fit, and without a doubt, Rabbi Silverman stood out immediately. From our first conversation, he was peaceful, wise, and such a quality human being. We felt completely comfortable opening up to him, which made the entire process feel meaningful and grounded.
He delivered the most beautiful ceremony. Our guests are still raving about his words — many have told us that the ceremony stayed with them long after the wedding and continues to impact them even a week later. That alone speaks volumes.

Rabbi Silverman was an excellent wedding officiant!
Rabbi Silverman was very easy to work with leading up to our wedding. He was available to talk on the phone or meet with us on Zoom when we needed. He provided us the general information needed to start working on our wedding ceremony outline, and he was very flexible and agreeable to any changes we wanted to make. We had an "inter-faith" wedding and Rabbi Silverman did a great job of making it feel like a celebration of both religions coming together. He made sure no one felt awkward or left out. He was also witty and got some laughs out of everyone during our ceremony. We've had several guests mention to us what a great job Rabbi Silverman did! 10/10

Absolutely Fantastic!
Rabbi Silverman was absolutely fantastic and I can only say amazing things. My husband and I live in CA and were getting married in FL. Less than 2 months prior to our wedding our initial rabbi randomly cancelled with no explanation but connected us with Rabbi Silverman. What a blessing in disguise! Outside of my initial freak out with the situation, Rabbi Silverman was amazing and worked with us across the different time zones discussing our ceremony and helping in any way he can. Our interfaith Jewish wedding was absolutely beautiful and my in-laws (who have never been to a Jewish wedding) loved it and the explanations Rabbi Silverman provided. Even out ketubah signing was a beautiful ceremony in itself. I couldn't recommend him enough. If you are looking for a Rabbi to officiate your wedding please call him. Thank you again Rabbi!

Not only were his services great, he had excellent communication with me the whole time. He also constantly checked in on me and how I was feeling, and consistently providing me with reassurance throughout my wedding process. Memorable ceremony
Rabbi who was supposed to officiate my husband's and mine wedding canceled on us one month prior to the wedding. When we reached out to Rabbi Silverman, he agreed to jump on call the same day with us, and later on agreed to officiate our wedding in such a short notice. Despite short amount of time, Rabbi Silverman found time to meet with us several times: in person and online. He made sure to walk us through every step of the ceremony and ensured we were satisfied with the outline. He didn't have any issues including a few cultural traditions.
The ceremony itself was beautiful. Many guests mentioned that it was probably the best ceremony they have ever attended.

Our Florida Wedding
Rabbi Silverman was perfect for our wedding at the Biltmore hotel. We had a conflict with timing as it was on a Saturday but he assured us that everything would work out, and it did! Rabbi Silverman was the Perfect Choice
We were looking for a rabbi to officiate our interfaith wedding and we couldn’t be happier to have found Rabbi Silverman. We met with him on a couple occasions in the months leading up to our wedding and each of the times we met with him, we had wonderful conversations and felt so at ease with him. Made our special day the most special
We got married on November 2 and Rabbi Silverman was a cornerstone of our special day. While my husband is Jewish, I am Catholic and Rabbi Silverman was flexible to acommodate all our special requests to the ceremony. His thoughtful and meaningful ceremony made an impression on all of our guests, we continue to get comments on how beautiful the ceremony was.
Additionally, the year-long process of getting to know each other was wonderful. Since we live in NYC, he was flexible and would FaceTime with us to discuss our ceremony.

Rabbi Silverman was such a pleasure to work with from the very beginning! We hired him about a year prior to our wedding and he often would check in with us throughout our planning process. He always assured us that the day would be about us and what we wanted which we very much appreciated as we are an interfaith couple. He was flexible with the vows and words spoken in the ceremony that made our ceremony that much more special since we were able to customize it for us.
As an interfaith couple, Rabbi Silverman was very respectful of ensuring that neither family would feel excluded and that both families would understand all the blessings. Rabbi Silverman was also extremely responsive the entire time, answered all our questions and was extremely punctual at the rehearsal and the wedding day.
We also appreciated the Rabbi’s sense of humor and all our guests still comment on how much they loved our ceremony!
Couldn’t recommend Rabbi Silverman enough! He’s more than we could have even asked for in a Rabbi and hope to work with Rabbi Silverman in future family events.

We absolutely adored rabbi Silverman. He is truly so kind and down to earth. With wedding day stress and things not going exactly as planned Rabbi Silverman was calm and gave us a sense of peace. We cannot imagine not having him there to do our ceremony. He also gave the most beautiful ceremony. Truly made our day special and memorable. You could tell he was genuinely happy to be there and his passion shined through. We feel so grateful we were able to get him. I would recommend him to anyone in the area. Side note: we did not know rabbi Silverman upon booking him, but I had a short phone conversation with him and was knew we needed him to be our rabbi on our wedding!

Amazing Rabbi!

The perfect service!
One of things I was very nervous about when planning our wedding was who will marry us. We are both Jewish and were having the wedding at a temple and obviously we wanted to make sure a rabbi was marrying us. I will not name names but I did not have the greatest conversation with the rabbi that was actually affiliated with the temple we were getting married at. Feeling hopeless, Rabbi Silverman was highly recommended to me by my wedding planner. He had actually married her. From my first interaction with Rabbi Silverman I knew my search was over, he was the perfect person to marry us. We worked together with Rabbi Silverman to create a wedding ceremony that was perfect for us. Everyone at the party came up to us about what a beautiful ceremony it was. It truly was my favorite part of the entire night and that was all thanks to Rabbi Silverman. I cannot recommend him enough!!

Rabbi Silverman is THE MAN!
As an interfaith (Catholic and Jewish) couple, the joy of becoming engaged quickly became into stress over the ceremony. We wanted to incorporate both of our religions into our ceremony but knew it would be difficult due to neither wanting to convert and limited open-minded officiants. As we searched, we came across Rabbi Silverman. After that first phone call we knew we had our man. We met a few times before the ceremony and constantly communicated. Rabbi Silverman allowed us to put together our entire ceremony incorporating both faiths while gently providing his much-needed input. He made a very stressful process for most couples a breeze. Most wonderful experience
My husband and I were so lucky to find Rabbi Robert Silverman, right here on WeddingWire. Just like all of his glowing reviews, we had the most wonderful experience with Robert. We live in NYC and we were having trouble finding a Rabbi that was in Miami, where we were having our wedding. Once I came upon Rabbi Robert's profile, I knew he would be right for us. We quickly scheduled a meeting over Zoom. During the initial conversation, we spent time getting to know one another and for him to understand our love, our values and what we wanted in a ceremony. He is an incredible listener and you could tell right away how much he genuinely cared for us and focused on what we wanted for our special day. Even though we had met Robert over Video, it felt like we had known him for years.
Our wedding was 3/11/2023 and our guests are still raving about the ceremony, stating that it was wonderful and authentic to us.
My friends and family felt that Rabbi Robert loved us as a couple and it moved everyone. The ceremony was funny, light-hearted, and serious when it had to be, which is exactly what I wanted.
We practice Reform Judaism and I wanted it to be a fun environment that honored the traditions but felt like us and he did a spectacular job.

Warm, Gracious and Kind
Rabbi Silverman officiated the marriage between myself and my wife. As both of us come from different cultures and religious backgrounds, Rabbi Silverman found the perfect balance in his welcoming and loving words. How do I even begin...Rabbi Silverman was absolutely amazing!
Our ceremony was so beautiful and unique, all of our guests could not stop raving about how incredible it was. From start to finish Rabbi Silverman was there with my family and I. we experienced 2 wedding postponements (dues to covid) and Rabbi helped us navigate through each one. He pretty much became family, and a household name.
Now looking forward towards our future, I can't wait for Rabbi Silverman to be there during our Jewish baby naming ceremony.

Amazing experience, excellent Rabbi
Rabbi Silverman provided a fantastic experience for my wife and I at our wedding - he customized the entire ceremony from start to finish so we could pick and chose exactly how we wanted everything (substance, length, procedures, traditions, sayings, standing positions, etc.). He even met with my wife and I several times (via zoom and in person) during the year leading up to our wedding date to help us prepare everything for our ceremony. Rabbi Silverman also has a great personality and got the crowd to laugh and be at ease as he knew exactly what to say at the perfect moments. This clearly wasn't his first rodeo - he has been doing this for years and is a professional in every aspect. I very highly recommend Rabbi Silverman for weddings or any other ceremony events. He is the best in the game!

Very Happy with Rabbi Silverman
Rabbi Silverman helped us from the first time we met to plan the ceremony, he helped us make choices about what readings to performs, who would be involved, how long the service would be, etc..
Rabbi Silverman provided everything we needed in terms a kiddush, ketubah and chuppah glass, he also stayed in contact with us via phone calls and emails until the day of the wedding.
His delivery at the service was kind and gentle, warm, authentic, and at moments funny or serious. We would recommend him.

Phenomenal Rabbi
Rabbi Silverman was the most incredible officiant to our special day. He took such care and time to get to know us and to know what was important to us so that we felt he really knew us when he married us. He was available at all times to chat leading up to the big day and really made such an effort to make sure we felt important. The day of he was such a lovely speaker and many people commented about how wonderfully he lead the service. We are so lucky to have gone with Rabbi Silverman!

Rabbi silverman is amazing
As a wedding planner, I know many of the vendors and clergy, but there was something special about Rabbi Silverman when we worked a previous client's wedding together. This time, I was not just the planner but the bride and I knew we had to reach out and get to know him a bit better. My "now" husband and I knew immediately that Rabbi Silverman was the right choice to marry us on the most special day of our lives. Terrific interfaith wedding ceremony
Rabbi Silverman is terrific. As an interfaith couple, the ceremony was everything that we wanted with many thanks to Rabbi Silverman. He was flexible and accommodating, and worked well with the co-officiant. But as great as the ceremony was, it’s everything leading up to it where Rabbi Silverman shines. He met with us many times during the process, each time explaining everything that he would do to make things go flawlessly on special day. We can’t thank him enough for all that he did.

Rabbi Silverman is beyond amazing!
I have been in the wedding industry for 5+ years and I knew I wanted someone special to officiate our wedding ceremony. After countless phone calls with officiants, we reached out to Rabbi Silverman & had an immediate connection. He is warm, kind, and made it seamless to obtain our marriage license. Not to mention his ceremonies are absolutely beautiful and meaningful. I can’t begin to say how many guests came up to us after the ceremony (and for many weeks after!) saying how amazing he was & how much they enjoyed the his words! Highly recommend Rabbi Silverman and his services! He is a wonderful man, look no further! Bonus: he stepped out of all the photos so that our photographer could get some wonderful ceremony shots.

The best Rabbi and officiant for our interfaith ceremony!
Rabbi Silverman was truly amazing. From the start, he made us feel like our wedding was all about us and our love. He put together a truly beautiful ceremony and left all the details up to us in terms of which traditions to include (or to exclude) and listened to us throughout the process. He was very flexible and available to talk to us when needed. We loved talking to him and spending time with him in Florida as well. He made our day feel special and us feel supported as a couple about to be married. We are so glad that he officiated our wedding!

Loved Rabbi Silverman!
Our experience with Rabbi was love at first sight. He was patient with us and had multiple conversations (virtually and IRL) as we worked with him over 6 months or so. The day of the wedding, he showed up an hour early and led a beautiful (and short) Ketubah service. Following that, he led a 30 minute wedding ceremony that we are still thinking about. We couldn’t recommend him enough to people getting married in the South Florida area!

Our memories of a lifetime were made possible because of one the the kindest men we’ve ever met. Rabbi Silverman. He made everything so beautiful!
On a day as special as one’s wedding, there are so many things that can bring stress (whether perceived in one’s head or actual) that could go wrong. The one thing that was a constant since our very first conversation with Rabbi Silverman was the way he made us always feel at ease. He has a gift! That’s his super power. We were blessed to be able to have him be such a major part of our special day and of course our memories of a lifetime.
My wife who was not Jewish was so welcomed by the Rabbi that we wish he still practiced in a Synagogue as we’d love to attend.
I can’t recommend him enough! He was professional, kind, caring and made the day about us!! He is such a lovely human being!!!
Anyone that hires him will not be disappointed.

Can’t go wrong with Rabbi Silverman
Rabbi Silverman was very helpful and thorough. We met a few times before the wedding to discuss what we wanted to include in our ceremony and he helped us tailor our ceremony to be very “us.” When it unfortunately rained on the date of the event (our ceremony was outside), he helped keep us calm and helped “streamline” the ceremony since we had a late start and didn’t want to lose any valuable time from the rest of our night. Overall, he was a great Rabbi who really helped make our day special.

We could not have had a better officiant. My husband is Hindu and I’m Jewish and Rabbi Silverman worked with us in writing our ceremony. He worked well with the Hindu priest and worked with us in having a ceremony Saturday morning. He is so kind and really wanted to get to know us prior to our special day, and called us multiple times to build that relationship. He was responsive, on time, and kind. We had so many compliments on how beautiful the ceremony was and could not have done it without him. We’d recommend him 1000 times over. He felt like family!

Ceremony Officiant
My husband and I used Rabbi Silverman to officiate our wedding- vow renewal in November. We were legally married during Covid but wanted to still have a traditional jewish ceremony and celebrate with our friends and family the way we initially planned pre-covid. Rabbi Silverman did a wonderful job making this second wedding just as special. He was professional, warm, and engaging. Our guests let us know how much they enjoyed the ceremony as well. We highly recommend Rabbi Silverman for your wedding!

During our wedding planning process, my sister took the time to search for a Rabbi to officiate our wedding. We are so grateful that she found Rabbi Robert Silverman for us. He was the first and only phone call that we made. Upon our first phone conversation and in-person meeting, it was quickly apparent that he was our go to guy. His professionalism, responsiveness, warmth, sense of humor, and wisdom were evident right off the bat. Throughout the process leading up to the wedding, it was very clear that Rabbi Silverman's experience is second to none. My wife and I felt comfortable with him every step of the way, and knew that we were in good hands for our special day. Sure enough, he did not disappoint. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful and elegant the ceremony was, and Rabbi Silverman was a primary reason for that.
Rabbi Silverman's services can't be summed up in just officiating. We developed a friendship during the process, so much so that a few of my friends at the wedding commented on our "bromance" :-). When I had some trepidation concerning the vows that I had written prior to our wedding day, Rabbi Silverman confidently offered me his counsel, and his advice turned out to be an absolute home run. His expertise also extended beyond our ceremony and wedding day. We will always carry with us the thoughts and wisdom that he shared regarding building and maintaining a successful partnership and marriage. To sum it up, anyone looking for a wedding officiant would be doing themselves a favor by retaining Rabbi Silverman's services. He is an outstanding guy!!

A beautiful custom ceremony
Working with Rabbi Silverman put us at ease more then anything else for our wedding. As a couple who came from two different backgrounds he worked with us to not only make sure we were 100% comfortable, but to help us navigate some of the difficult family dynamics that come with the territory. He worked closely with us to fully customize our ceremony to be perfectly suited for our needs and something truly beautiful. He never had an issue with any of the (multiple) changes we made to the ceremony.
As a 2020 couple, our wedding planning journey got extended to be over 2 years, and he met with us several times, checking in periodically and going above and beyond to help calm our nerves.
You can tell from the very first meeting with Rabbi Silverman that he genuinely cares about his couples. One of the most common feedbacks we got from our guests was about how touched they were by our ceremony and how it was one of the most personal and romantic wedding ceremonies they have ever been to. We highly recommend Rabbi Silverman and are so thrilled we got work with him.

The most perfect wedding ceremony
Rabbi Silverman was heaven sent! Do your self a favor and book him now ! He made our wedding beautiful and it was very dynamic. He made us feel at ease and comfortable, basically walked us through everything before and during the ceremony as we had never been married before ! He also let our family know what they should do before the ceremony. Him and Father Gallant were at the venue 1 hour before. Their professionalism is impecable. We had an interfaith wedding with Bishop Joseph Gallant and they both have an amazing dynamic! They speak the most beautiful words and we received compliments from everyone on the ceremony! The ceremony was beautiful and they made it so much fun at the same time. Rabbi Silverman has an amazing aura and charisma like no other ! I will forever cherish all the advices he has given us and hope to have him in our lives as well as Bishop Gallant for many more special occasions.

I can't say enough of how amazing and wonderful Rabbi Silverman is. Months before the wedding, I had an issue that was outside of the scope of his duties but Rabbi Silverman helped me out anyway. His advice was deeply appreciated and I'll never forget it. He was there for me when I didn't know who to turn to.
The ceremony was absolutely spectacular and tailored to fit my vision. He sent me a few script options and we collaborated together on the final draft right up until the day before. We felt like we knew him for years
We decided to plan a last-minute covid-wedding and were grateful to have found Rabbi Silverman. He was very responsive and checked in with us frequently leading up to the event. He also took the time to meet with us and worked to put together a ceremony that was right for us. By the time our wedding came we felt like we had known him for years. I should also mention that we managed to lose our ketubah at the venue (thankfully he was prepared with a beautiful paper version that we ended up getting framed); but he was kind enough to meet us months later for another pretend ceremony with our parents!

Interfaith COVID Wedding
We had a great experience with Rabbi Silverman! We had an interfaith wedding, Jewish and Christian, and the pastor and rabbi worked so well together. What an amazing experience!!
Our wedding planner recommended Rabbi Silverman to do our wedding and we could not be happier with him. Although our big day hasn’t happened yet, he has been so warm and goes out of his way to keep in touch. During this pandemic our wedding was rescheduled to 2021. My now husband and I did not want to wait until 2021 to officially get married since we have a kid together. heartfelt ceremony had everyone in tears!
My husband's family had one request - that we hire a rabbi for our wedding. I grew up non-religious, so we knew we would need to find an interfaith rabbi for our wedding. Rabbi Silverman was ready and willing to marry us and gave us a ceremony that was traditionally jewish without being overwhelming for my family - it was the perfect balance!
Rabbi Silverman was a great addition to our wedding day. From the first time we reached out to the wedding day itself, he was very responsive, and wanted to be very involved. We had a destination wedding in Miami and found Rabbi Silverman online. When we met for the first time, we knew that Rabbi Silverman was exactly what we were looking for. Rabbi Silverman provided us with great ideas to blend our 2 families during our ceremony. He spoke beautiful words under the chuppah and truly help make our wedding ceremony magical and everything we dreamed of. Rabbi Silverman was very easy to communicate with and we highly recommend him for anybody looking for a warm & caring rabbi to make enhance their ceremony.

If you want a beautiful Jewish ceremony Rabbi Silverman is your rabbi!
He was amazing! Not only did I meet him years before I was engaged but I instantly connected and told him when the time came he would be hearing from me...3 years later I called him up and told him I wanted him to be the Rabbi to officiate our wedding! His schedule was extremely flexible...anytime I reached out via phone or email he was quick to respond! He is willing to meet as often as possible! Both my parents and in laws loved him as well! He’s extremely personable and the ceremony was special and unique. I have been to many Jewish weddings and the script he performed was completely new to me and I loved it. For that reason upon others we chose not to even write our own vows because I wanted to be so present for the ceremony. Neither my husband nor I are very religious and the ceremony was still so beautiful and reformed enough to keep us very happy! Guests came up to me after and said how beautiful the ceremony was!!

Genuine and prompt
Rabbi Silverman was so easy to work with and he made our big day extra special. He created a ceremony that was unique to us. We live in Chicago and we got married in Miami. He made sure to be available to us by skype as much as we needed.

Great experience!
My husband and I are so glad Rabbi Silverman officiated our wedding. He was responsive throughout the entire planning process, open to having calls and exchange emails regularly and was always on time (or early!) for our meetings. We received many compliments after our ceremony and would highly recommend him to other couples.
