We are so incredibly grateful to Rabbi Offenkrantz for creating such a beautiful and meaningful ceremony and ketubah signing for our wedding on 3/14. From the very beginning, he was such a pleasure to work with and it was so easy to coordinate times to meet leading up to the wedding weekend.
The ceremony was so special. Rabbi Offenkrantz made it feel both personal and genuine, honoring our various requests for Jewish traditions. Many of our guests came up to us afterward to say it was one of the most heartfelt ceremonies they’ve witnessed.
And we also have to mention Rabbi Offenkrantz’s incredible voice, which made the ceremony even more memorable.

Best interfaith rabbi you will find!
Rabbi Paul was a highlight of our wedding. If we had to go back and do it again, Rabbi Paul would be one of the first people we would call. This is based not just on our feedback, but also on the overwhelming positive response from our friends and family at the ceremony.
Hannah and I had a very specific need in an officiant. I’m Jewish, and Hannah is not (she is generally spiritual but does not follow any religion). We had one goal: to navigate that middle-ground with an interfaith wedding that would include and frame Jewish traditions in an accessible way by highlighting symbolism everybody can get behind, while simultaneously ensuring the ceremony doesn’t alienate the non-jews in the crowd.
Everybody loved the ceremony. They didn’t just like it, they LOVED it.
One reason Rabbi Paul’s ceremony was perfect is because he took the time to get to know us. He sat down with us multiple times to walk through our backgrounds, what we are looking for, what to include and what not to include, and how we should approach things. When we had feedback, he took it very seriously, and openly discussed our options, his recommendations, and eventually gave us exactly what we were looking for. For example, in one specific moment we preferred a Native American prayer (neither of us are Native American) rather than a traditional Jewish prayer – something we’d never thought or considered prior to that moment, but after he rattled it off during one of our meetings with no practice or notes and without hesitation, we fell in love with it and asked him to say it at our wedding.
Also, I’ve never met a person who responds to emails as fast as Rabbi Paul.
If you’re doing an interfaith wedding, you should ABSOLUTELY hire Rabbi Paul – it would be a mistake not to. Frankly, if you’re doing a Jewish wedding, I would also recommend you make him your first call.

Rabbi Paul Does It All
Rabbi Paul officiated at our wedding last weekend. He was punctual, presented professionally and performed the wedding we dreamed of. The ceremony was filled with emotion; love and joy.
He performed an interfaith wedding that was very personal and allow us both to feel our religious beliefs were honored.

Rabbi Paul was a fantastic addition to our wedding! He has always been very responsive and available for our questions, conducting a few meetings beforehand to get to know us and our preferences for our wedding ceremony. I am Jewish and my husband is not, and Rabbi made sure to design a ceremony that both Jewish and non-Jewish guests could appreciate and understand. He was also very flexible and agreeable to officiate during Shabbat and forego some parts of the ceremony we wanted to take out. The happiest day
Rabbi Paul had such attention to detail, and we had a few calls with him before the ceremony to discuss every little detail. Fantastic wedding ceremony
Rabbi Offenkrantz was exactly what we were looking for when we began planning our destination wedding in Miami. He was relaxed, responsive, patient with us, and most importantly he let us be in control of how we wanted our wedding ceremony to be. We can’t say enough good things about Rabbi Paul. From the beginning he was patient with us as we worked together to make the ceremony of our dreams. This was a interfaith, sort of forbidden (Iranian & Israeli) marriage.. Rabbi Paul performed a beautiful ceremony for us for the Jewish portion of the wedding and respected that my father would perform the Iranian portion of the ceremony. From the moment we met Rabbi Paul, we knew he was the one for us. He planned and executed the most beautiful ceremony. I was raised reform and my husband is catholic. This may sound biased considering Rabbi Paul is my (step)dad but I have experienced his services and want to share my high regards of him as a Rabbi. The first time I witnessed him officiate a wedding was my brother’s wedding out in Park City, UT. After watching that ceremony, I knew it was an absolute must to have Rabbi Paul officiate my wedding when it was my time to get married. Fast forward four years and sure enough I had to ensure Paul was available for the date we picked. Paul books up so we locked him in a year in advance. We had Rabbi Paul officiate our wedding on April 23, 2022 and he did a phenomenal job. Our ceremony was beautiful, personal and couldn’t have been more perfect. He has such a spectacular voice and is a master of his craft. You will be very pleased to hire him as your officiant and/or for any other rabbinical services.

There was not a dry eye during our ceremony: Rabbi Paul's beautiful service moved everyone to tears. His delivery was perfect: he weaved wisdom and tradition with lighthearted jokes and powerful song. All of our guests raved about him: his gentle reminders to be present, how he read our love letters, and how amazing his voice was.
Over the planning process, it was a joy working with Rabbi Paul. He's blazing fast with correspondence, and he readily collaborated with us to create our desired ceremony. He also helped us with our Ketubah text.

Excellent Officiant for Interfaith Ceremony
From our first meeting, Rabbi Paul instilled confidence that he was the best choice for our interfaith Jewish/Catholic ceremony. He was very flexible, patient, and caring. He was happy to co-officiate the interfaith ceremony and connected us with Reverend Michael Somberg, with whom he had done an interfaith ceremony before. He was amazing at working with the reverend before the wedding and together the four of us worked on a unique ceremony that incorporated traditions from both religions that were important to us and our families. During the day of the wedding he even exceeded our expectations. He was praised by so many of our guests and we were told by multiple that it was “the most beautiful wedding ceremony they had ever seen.” We are very grateful and highly recommend him. Added bonus: his singing voice is fantastic!

Rabbi Offenkrantz was a gem. He scheduled calls with us months prior to our wedding to get to know us better as a couple. He was thorough, detail oriented and kind. The ceremony was reform and he allowed us to customize to our liking. His ceremony explanations were easy to understand, regardless of religion and he added so much meaning the way he conducted the service. He also had my husband and I write letters to one another and we read them as our vows, which was such a meaningful experience that left not one dry eye in the crowd. Highly recommend, don’t look any further!

Best Ceremony Because of Rabbi Paul!
Rabbi Paul performed such an amazing ceremony for my Husband and me. He really got to know us (and in such a short time) and made our ceremony feel so personal and intimate. All our guests said it was the best ceremony they've ever attended, and we know its because of Rabbi Paul. Rabbi Paul was also super responsive and flexible when initially reaching out to work with him - which we appreciated. He understood what we wanted and helped us figure out a gameplan as well. He was available over email, text and facetime and made getting to know us in a remote world super easy! We would recommend him to any of our friends/family in a heartbeat!

We hired Rabbi Paul Offenkrantz to officiate our inter-faith wedding in Boston this fall. He has known my wife's family for a long time. We could not be happier with his work. Great Rabbi!
Rabbi Offenkrantz was amazing! He truly made our wedding special! All of our guests cried and laughed. He definitely has a fun personality! I love how he explained the meaning of each tradition so that everyone could understand, as most of our guests aren’t Jewish. He also answered all of our questions and concerns and also helped me as I am not Jewish but husband is so lot of traditions were very important to him.

Amazing experience!
Working with Rabbi Offenkrantz was a pleasure! From the first meeting he made a strong effort to get to know us as a couple, despite the challenges of communicating only via Facetime prior to the wedding (between Covid and us being based in NY). He made himself available whenever we had questions about the process, and guided us through planning our perfect ceremony, giving us insight and context to some of the traditions, while being very open and flexible to how we wanted to incorporate everything. Our guests raved about what a beautiful ceremony it was and how personal it felt, despite the Rabbi not knowing us prior to wedding planning.

One Amazing Rabbi
Choosing Rabbi Offenkrantz to perform our wedding ceremony was an absolutely blessing. From the first call we had with Rabbi Offenkrantz, we appreciated how he took an interest in who we were as people, what we wanted in our life together, and what we wanted our wedding ceremony to look like. He listened to us as we worked through the elements of a ceremony that would be most important to us, made suggestions that helped us make difficult choices, and respected our wishes as we worked to blend two families. We couldn't have known COVID-19 would throw a wrench in our plans and postpone our wedding date 6+ months. However, Rabbi Offenkrantz was patient and kind with us and our families as we planned a new date. I would, without doubt, recommend Rabbi Offenkrantz to any couple.

Rabbi Paul is amazing. He not only married my husband and I, but he also performed the ceremony for my brother and sister in law. Right from the start he was so accommodating to our needs. Memorable Ceremony!
Rabbi Paul was more than we expected! As an interfaith couple he made us feel welcomed and at ease. He was prompt with any of our questions or concerns.
The best part of our wedding was the ceremony because of Rabbi Paul. He was able to incorporate Jewish traditions and prayers while still being able to relate to those that were less familiar with the religion. His explanations were simple but in a very meaningful and touching way. He made the ceremony very engaging and personalized. All of our guests commented on how beautiful it was!
We will always remember our wedding day because of how he was able to unite us under the chuppah in such a spiritual and intimate way.

We interviewed with a few Rabbi's for our wedding, but knew as soon as we met with Rabbi Paul that he was the one. He made us feel really comfortable right from the beginning. He asked many questions and walked us through every part of the ceremony. He was really flexible and gave us the choice to customize what we wanted for the ceremony. We were able to add in our own requests and remove certain traditional steps. He was very polite, always available and is very personable. He showed up early to the wedding to make sure everything he needed was there and in place. He did an amazing job from start to finish! We would highly recommend him for your special occasion!

Perfect. Beyond our expectations!
Rabbi Paul Offenkrantz exceeded our expectations. Our wedding ceremony was everything we hoped for and more. Together with Rabbi Paul, we designed the ceremony, but the beauty and execution on his part was beyond what we could imagine.
The precision of his melodically sublime vocals in the prayers and songs of the ceremony and Ketubah signing put all to tears. Wow!
We have family and friends from every background imaginable. Rabbi Paul did the best job of explaining the Jewish elements of the ceremony in a way comprehensible and appreciable to all; a task much easier said than done.
There is no better interfaith wedding officiant in South Florida who can understand, meld, seamlessly fuse, and deliver with beauty a customized interfaith ceremony with fairytale splendor than Rabbi Paul.

I would highly recommend Rabbi Paul for your wedding. Our ceremony was beautiful and the love letters that he had us write was a very meaningful part of our ceremony. We had some technical difficulties with the microphone and our wedding was outdoors and everyone was still able to hear Rabbi Paul. He does a wonderful job.

We absolutely loved working with Rabbi Paul for our destination wedding in Park City, Utah. We began planning together for this beautiful day by discussing at length all of the details and visions we had from an early start. Rabbi Paul has an excellent approach to customizing your wedding ceremony to incorporate traditions and modern flare. We decided to adapt the traditional circling traditionally done by the bride, in Jewish tradition, to include the bride and groom in this beautiful way that Paul developed with us. It was so nice to have his perspective and his listening ear to make this day exactly how we envisioned.
With his encouragement, we wrote our own love letters (and read them aloud) which were so meaningful and personal to our ceremony, and we would not have had the same beauty and love on our special day without his guidance. Many of our guests commented on how meaningful and personal the ceremony was, they felt the love all around them as Rabbi Paul officiated.
We believe that Rabbi Paul was the perfect individual to lead us into our married lives together. We could not have asked for a more personal and professional, musical and talented, and most of all, listener, to lead the most beautiful ceremony we will forever remember in our hearts. Out of all the vendors we chose, Rabbi Offenkrantz was our favorite! We met with a couple of Rabbis before him and didn't quite feel the connection that we did with him. He was open to all of our suggestions and did a great job making those not of Jewish faith feel included in the traditions. His signing voice is great too! It was such a joy working with him!

I’ve been in the wedding business for almost 15 yrs and have seen hundreds of services and Rabbi Paul’s service was one of a kind. With my wife being Jewish and me being catholic he incorporated both religions and cultures so beautifully it left everyone is awww. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone for traditional Jewish wedding and interfaith.

We are so delighted to have had Rabbi Paul officiate our wedding. From the moment we had our first meet & greet we knew he was a perfect match for us. We chose an interfaith ceremony that was emotional, spiritual and beautiful all in one. His versatility of being both a Rabbi and a cantor was one of the many reasons we chose him. The mix English, Hebrew and song created the perfect balance for our interfaith marriage. We would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of his services. On a personal note, he is as charismatic as they come, he is funny, professional, sweet, helpful and non judgmental, focusing on our love and spiritual orientations. Rabbi Paul has become our Rabbi for all affairs to come in our life, and it was a privilege to have him under our chuppah .

Rabbi Paul officiated our wedding last month and working with him was amazing! From the moment we met him he was so warm and made us feel so comfortable with the entire process. My husband is jewish but I am not, however, I am attending Judaism courses so I am very interested in learning everything I can about the religion, so he was able to thoroughly educate me on the entire process and the background on items like the ketubah, breaking of the glass,etc as well as tell me exactly what we needed and helpful tips for the day of (white wine only! don't forget the marriage license! etc). We planned our wedding from another state but every time we came in town he was able to accomodate our schedule to meet with us and take calls from afar so that by the time of our wedding we felt we knew him well and knew exactly what to expect from a ceremony perspective. Thank you so much for helping to make our day perfect Rabbi Paul, I highly recommend him to anyone!

I thought that finding an officiant for our special day was going to be difficult as I’m Jewish and my husband is not. And although I’m not orthodox, I grew up observing every Jewish holiday and frequently attending orthodox services. I wanted our wedding ceremony to embrace some of the Jewish tradition but I didn’t want it to dominate the entirety of the ceremony and I wasn’t sure how to find the right balance to make both my husband and I feel comfortable. We were so lucky to find Rabbi Paul and work with him. He was super accommodating and readily available (which was important to us because we were living overseas while planning for our wedding in Miami). He Skyped with us, learned about us, and provided us with examples of several ceremony styles. Rabbi Paul was patient and NOT pushy. He reminded us that the ceremony should be about us and the way that we wanted! He was so accommodating in helping us outline our wedding ceremony and I think what helped the most (and more so for my husband) was that he thoroughly explained the meaning and background for every Jewish tradition we could opt to include in our ceremony. It helped my husband understand the meaning of each element, made him feel comfortable and most importantly, made him feel included in the process. With that said, our wedding ceremony was AMAZING! We felt we had the perfect and most comprehensive combination of tradition mixed into our love story. Rabbi Paul’s fantastic voice, sincere personality, and comical relief (during awkward winds) really had my husband and I caught up in the moment and loving every minute of his beautifully executed performance. Our guests also kept complimenting us on our ceremony and mentioned how it accurately reflected our personalities.
We highly recommend Rabbi Paul and we sincerely THANK YOU for making our day unbelievably memorable!

Rabbi Paul officiated my wedding ceremony on New Years' eve. However, he was not only there for the wedding but met with myself and my now wife many times over the years. He was always there for us and very responsive to our needs. The ceremony was beautiful and I highly recommend him!

I’ve known Rabbi Paul for quite sometime (as I’m a wedding planner and I’ve used his services for many of my brides) and I knew there would be no one else that could possibly give us the kind of ceremony we desired. We wanted a Jewish ceremony but we aren’t especially religious. We wanted a ceremony that focused on who we are while representing beautiful Jewish traditions. The most special part of the ceremony was our love letters. Rabbi Paul had us each write a love letter to each other and send them only to him—not showing each other or anyone else. He then read each of them to us in front of our friends and family. There wasn’t a dry eye! It was amazing how similar our letters were and it truly made our ceremony more memorable than any I had ever seen—and like I said, I’m also a wedding planner by trade so that’s saying something!
So, so many of our guests commented about how beautiful and truly intimate our ceremony was. We even had several guests ask for his info for their own weddings!

Greg and I chose to get married in a VERY small private ceremony in Palm beach Gardens. We live in Chicago. We set out to find a Rabbi to marry us and were quickly were overwhelmed and discouraged at some of the red tape associated with going through a local Synagogue. We took to the internet seeking a Rabbi that we felt could be a fit for us. After talking to and interviewing several Rabbi's, we decided that Rabbi Paul was that guy.
We spend time on the phone and face timing - so he could get to know us and our story. As it turns out, he also served as a Rabbi in our hometown on The North Shore.
Rabbi Paul officiated our ceremony with comfort, tenderness and sweetness. He read our "Love Letters" that we wrote to each other with the prefect cadence in which we wrote them. A casual observer would have never known we had just met face to face for the first time.
I would highly recommend using Rabbi Paul for any occasion. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect moment.

My husband and I are so happy we chose Rabbi Paul. He created a customized and special ceremony for us that will last in our memories for a lifetime. I cant wait to receieve the video of it from our videographer so I can relive it again. He is an absolute professional. His personality, voice and experience made a beautiful impression on us and our guests. We received many compliments about the ceremony. He made sure we felt prepared with multiple calls and an in-person meeting. He also listened to all of my requests and preferences. We were looking for a modern ceremony they included some Jewish traditions without being overly religious. The `Love Notes` portion was the highlight for everyone. We highly recommend him to all!

From the moment we met Rabbi Paul, he made us feel very comfortable and we knew immediately that we didn't have to look further. He was very responsive with questions we had leading up to the day. On the day of, he couldn't have been better. From the ketubah signing and through the ceremony. The ceremony was so beautiful and went above and beyond what we expected. Not only did he exceed our expectations, everyone was raving about him during the cocktail hour and reception. I would definitely recommend Rabbi Paul for any ceremony!

Rabbi Paul made our wedding day extra special. He explained everything in such a nice way to our guests, offered a beautiful speech/tips to a happy marriage, his voice was beautiful when he sang prayers/songs during the ceremony. His personal touches made the ceremony so personal and beautiful. It was the best day of my life and Rabbi Paul was a huge part of making it so amazing. He is so kind and helped us with every question and detail from the start to the finish! He is the best. I highly recommend him!

Being an interfaith couple it was important to my wife and I that we have a religious ceremony respectful to both our faiths. Rabbi Paul was open to our input and flexible. Rabbi Offenkrantz officiated our wedding last week and we could not have asked for a more perfect ceremony. The amount of praise he received by our guests was overwhelming, and many stated that the beautiful ceremony he conducted was their very favorite part of the evening. He was completely professional, warm, loving, respectful and just a joy to be around. He makes you feel as though you've known him forever, and we could not have asked for a more beautiful process to become man and wife. We had a lovely ceremony at Disney's Wedding Pavilion, which the Rabbi officiated flawlessly. His pacing was perfect, the words he chose were heartwarming, and he tailored the celebration to our exact needs. My wife is Jewish and I am Catholic, so he was able to perform a ceremony that remained non-denominational, with some Jewish cultural touches. At our ketubah signing, he was able to explain its significance to those attending not familiar with Jewish custom, and he did so comfortably and with great enthusiasm and charisma. I would highly recommend his services, as he is an engaging orator and is flexible to fit any ceremonial needs.

Wow!! Working with Rabbi Paul for our interfaith wedding was beyond our expectation!! From our first meeting with Rabbi Paul my husband and I knew we had found the perfect fit for what we were looking for. Rabbi Paul does a great job of getting to know and understand you as a couple which really helped us in finding the perfect flow for our ceremony. Rabbi Offenkrantz was AMAZING! We had a same-sex, interfaith wedding. It is hard to find a Rabbi that is both open-minded and spiritual. Rabbi Offenkrantz was about $100 more than the other Rabbis we spoke to but he was warm so we met with him. We met with him 2x to plan our ceremony with us. His suggestions were very helpful. Our service was clear, concise, and beautiful. I knew he could sing, but his prayers and chants blew our guests and us away. He has a gift, and many of our friends and family said it was the best wedding they have ever been too.

Rabbi Offenkrantz was such a pleasure to work with! My husband and I wanted a traditional Jewish ceremony, and he delivered amazingly, while still keeping it engaging and succinct! Not to mention how beautiful his words of advice were during the ceremony (which brought me to tears). We can’t even count the number of people who came up to us afterwards to tell us how wonderful the ceremony was and what an excellent job Rabbi Offenkrantz did, especially since he wasn’t the Rabbi who we grew up with. He was also extremely helpful when picking a ketubah and explained what the Hebrew text meant so that we understood what we were signing. We highly recommend Rabbi Offenkrantz!

Rabbi Paul is phenomenal! He was a pleasure to work with, and our ceremony was absolutely perfect. It covered all the essential pieces of a Jewish wedding while keeping it both succinct and engaging. I can't count the number of guests who went out of their way to compliment the ceremony.
