Wonderful experience for our wedding!

Wedding party transportation

Great Communication, Service, and Flexibility!
R MAN Van Limo & Luxury Car Services provided a great experience for us on our wedding day and allowed us to be super flexible in what we needed. We needed help for 2 different uses: 1. Someone to drive the wedding party around Columbus for pictures and 2. A shuttle for the wedding party and +1s to and from the wedding venue.
We worked with Armen and he gave us the option to book a 14-seat passenger van and split our time across the day, so we would get the van from 2-5pm (2-4pm for pictures, then 4-5pm shuttling people to the venue) then a break during the wedding and get the van again from 11-12am to shuttle people from the venue to the after party.
Our experience with our driver, Douglas, was phenomenal. He was extremely professional and he knew Columbus super well, including taking side routes to help avoid traffic and deal with closed streets. He was on-time and despite having a bit of a weird itinerary with 2 different jobs, he knew exactly what the plan was when he showed up and didn't have any questions.
We even had to make a last-minute change to the after party location and he had no problem getting us there at the end of the night. We're super happy with the communication with Armen and the driving we got from Douglas! We would absolutely book them again. -

Perfect wedding party van

Outstanding service and professionalism
R Man Van was exceptional as transportation for our wedding. The preparation was simple and concise and they were excellent on the day. We had concerns about traffic being that our wedding was during an OSU game but they used routes to avoid blockages and got everyone there on time. Great service, very nice people, can't recommend them enough! -

Easy book, reliable, great price!
R Man Van was amazing and we would highly recommend! Great communication, great price, very friendly driver, punctual, and offers awesome flexibility with the time. We booked him for four hours and were able to use 1.5 hours before and 2.5 after. A lot of other transportation companies either didn't respond at all, or charged a lot more including having to pay for non driving time. Could not recommend him any more. -

Excellent Service - Above and Beyond
We had two beautiful brides and their immediate families celebrate around Columbus bars and clubs for four hours after the noon wedding ceremony and dinner and music. We had around 20 people of various ages and party preferences. The high roof Ford van seated 14. We used the AC Hotel as a base of Operations and Dan the limo driver for R Man Limo was able to transport our party between the hotel, and the clubs, restaurant and bars. We had one person act as a point of contact and Dan was courteous with the older folks and allowed the younger ones to drink a beer or two or three...We had a great time and it was affordable insurance so that no one got into an accident or got a DUI. I will likely use them again as I have two more kids. To be continued.... -

Best Driver Service in Columbus
They are hands down the best company to go through for driver in Columbus. The owner was amazing to deal with so easy to book and set up. I used R Man Van for a small bachelorette party for my friend. One of the girls got sick with covid the morning off and we had to cancel. I figured we wouldn't be able to reschedule due to how close the wedding was and only have one other weekend. He ended up being able to make it work the following weekend. He was so understanding. It's so hard to find good customer service anymore and its was refreshing that the owner of the company was so involved! We had Doug as our driver. He was absolutely amazing. He opened the door and was so professional. He made sure we got into each bar and let us know where he would be. The Escalade that we had was in amazing condition, he had water available, let us connect to blue tooth . I can say enough amazing things about this company. We can't wait to use them again -

He was very professional, and we were so glad to have someone like him to drive the wedding party where they needed to go. Words can’t begin to express how incredible our experience was with R Man Van Services. We wanted a service that we could split our time for before the wedding and after just to get our wedding party/family to and from the venue. I did not find a lot of other companies who would do this so this was a huge perk. From the very beginning, Armen was responsive and great to communicate with. On the day of, he was on time (or early) picking us up, was exactly where we needed him to be when we needed him there, and even helped us carry in loads of stuff that we brought home from the venue at the end of the night. He was also super flexible when I made last minute changes. Everyone in our wedding party commented on how wonderful he was too! I have zero hesitations recommending them for any car/limo service you need and hope to use them again in the future. -

Armen, my main contact, was very easy to work with. He was SUPER responsive, often answering my emails within minutes. Dan, our driver, picked up both the groomsmen and bridesmaids at separate hotels and also provided our transportation back to the hotel after the wedding. Dan was the nicest, most polite, professional older gentlemen! He was responsive to texts, and very timely. The van was sharp looking, clean, huge, and cool. We have absolutely no complaints, thank you Armen and Dan for being a great vendor on our big day! -

Excellent Upscale Transportation Choice
R Man was such a great choice for surprising the newlyweds with a private ride from their ceremony to their reception!
The owner and driver worked with me to coordinate this ride even though I wouldn’t be a passenger.
The Cadillac Escalade they provided was absolutely gorgeous. So sleek, fancy, and clean. I would highly recommend utilizing this company for your upscale transportation service needs. -

Professional from Beginning to End
We used R Man for our Son and Daughter-in-Law's wedding. Dan arrived mid afternoon with the van to transport the bridal party to the venue, then the groom's party to the venue. Later in the evening Dan returned in an Escalade to whisk the Bride and Groom away to their hotel, then returned to take the remaining members of the party back to their hotels. The process from booking with Armen, to the promptness and professionalism of Dan was first rate. We cannot recommend R Man more. -

Best choice of our day!
Armen and his team are the best in the game! Out of all the vendors we hired, they were by far one of the most responsive, helpful and professional. Armen went out of his way to guide us as we planned our schedule and often responded to emails and calls within 5-10 minutes! On the day of, our driver was exceedingly polite, well-dressed and prompt. My husband and I even joked later about how much of a pro he was - seriously! I cannot recommend R Man Van enough. Excellent Customer Service
Armen was so great to work with and his drivers provided great services. I requested a car for just my husband and I after the reception and then fairly last minute asked if they could also provide a passenger van for our guests too and Armen was very helpful and responsive, he made it so easy to book his services. R Man Van was professional & absolutely amazing!
I can't say enough good things about R Man Van! We first booked them for our guest shuttle to/from the reception, but ended up also booking them for two other limo rides on the same day (lunch for the guys and to our bride/groom hotel) after our other transportation vendor went out of business. They were very accomodating when we called and asked them if they were available for two additional rides that day--such life savers! Leading up to the wedding and throughout the wedding day, they were extremely responsive, the cars were of high quality, and the service was excellent. The value was also great and I would say the lowest in town for the best quality. They were patient with our guests (especially on the way to the guest hotel after the open bar reception haha), and even drove the us (the bride/groom) through a fast food drive-thru on the way to our separate hotel! Really great team and I woill definetely be booking them again for future events! -

Armen was great! Was able to book and work out the details very quickly when we booked. Then on the day of the wedding Dan was on time and he was flexible when we ran late at church. It was so nice to have Dan drive us around so we didn't have to worry about parking as we moved from place to place. Bride's father cleverly arranged for Armen to transport the 12-person wedding party to the wedding ceremony (in a park) and then to/from the restaurant where we all had dinner. Armen provided excellent service and helped everyone stay safe during these strange COVID-plagued times. Even took some pictures for us with our cameras and sent us some taken with his own. Armen responded promptly to my emails and worked with me to provide two experiences to my daughter's special day. Professionalism at its best
From the first email to the owner and last phone call from the driver our experience and peace of mind knowing our guest would be taken care of was priceless. My husband wanted the open bar at the reception and I insisted on providing transportation for guests back to the hotel. I contacted a few different transportation companies and R Man Van was hands down the easiest to communicate with and very flexible for our needs. They allowed us to split our four hour reservation into two hours, so we had them for the first two hours to transport from the hotel to the venue and last two hours were to transport from the venue back to the hotel. I was given the driver’s cell phone and he was in contact with me throughout the night until the last stop. Brian was well dressed, polite and such a gentleman with helping the guests in and out of the van. The van was very clean and presentable for our guests.
We will be repeat customers if the need ever arises for transportation for a group or outing. I could go on and on about our experience but I will not take up any more of your time. But I will leave this here, you will NOT regret booking R Man Van for your transportation needs.

Great Staff, Great Experience!
R Man Van is the way to go! Even on a hot day, our driver (Brian) made sure the bus had the air on blast to help keep us cool. He also provided plenty of waters for us to stay hydrated. The quality of service they provided is top notch. They are very fair on prices and the communication was great throughout. Definitely will use them again for another occasion! -

Wonderful Experience
R Man Vans was a wonderful edition to my son's wedding day. The driver, Brian, was great. Brian called several times to confirm details with me. He was very flexible when we needed to change some drop offs. I would highly recommend this service - the 14 passenger van - was great to keep the whole wedding party together and safe. thanks so much -

Absolutely amazing!
We had a last minute wedding transportation emergency. A fellow bridesmaid and I called all of the transportation agencies in the area and only R Man Van was able to help us out. Since Armen had no available drivers last minute, he served as a driver for us. He was prompt, polite, and professional. The day of the wedding was raining and not only did he help the wedding party in and out of the venues, but he also helped others guests when they arrived by holding umbrellas as they walked in. I could not have imagined a better driver or service to help us with that crazy day. -

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, for any event. We hired this company for our wedding on 12/15/18 and we were very, very satisfied. To start, Armen and his drivers are dressed professionally in clothes that fit them, and that mattered a lot to us on our wedding day. They looked very professional, and acted like it as well. The vehicles were very clean, and very well maintained. We got continuous compliments from our guests about the professionalism and timeliness of the drivers and their vehicles. R Man Van added the perfect touch of class to our wedding and we were very satisfied with our choice.
I had the pleasure of working with Armen previously before he started this company and I can assure anyone reading this that he has an excellent work ethic and professional demeanor. He was very flexible and available all the way up to our wedding day. His positive attitude was very reassuring during the wedding planning process which can obviously be very stressful. 150% recommend this company. -

Beyond Amazing
Of all the stressful parts of a wedding day the one thing that was NOT was my transportation. Getting ready we were about an hour behind. Our driver was there so early, but was totally calm and okay that we were so behind. I was freaking out but he made it so enjoyable! He even had little waters for all my bridesmaids. I would book them for anything and everything! Best company I could have hired for my wedding day! Thank you!!! -

Wedding shuttle for guests
I used Rman to get my guests for my wedding from the hotel to the venue and back. 90% of our guests were from out of town so we had a lot of people staying at the hotel. We had to book 4 hours but Rman was very flexible with the time. We split the time, two hours before and two hours after. The van we rented kept driving people back and forth between the two places. It was so convenient for all my guests. They could enjoy the wedding and not have to worry about getting home. I would definitely recommend using them. -

Flawless service!! Hiring R Man shuttle service was the easiest part of planning my wedding; from the beginning all the way to the end this company did a fantastic job. I had the pleasure of working directly with Armen who is extremely efficient in communicating during the booking. Unlike others I hired, he also called me the week of the wedding to confirm all arrangements and was super flexible when I made changes to scheduled hours. When the day of the wedding came Armen arrived before scheduled, the shuttle was spotless and he was accommodating to all of our guests. I have to say of all the vendors we had at our wedding he was by far the best and set ease to my mind with one less thing to worry about. A++++++ -

Words truly can’t describe how amazing Armen is! Such a kind and generous spirit! After our wedding, he was right there to help us with our things! Even taking our belongings up to our hotel room for us! And the immaculate, fabulous Escalade...Such a classy ride! Our entire experience was extremely professional!
