My wedding

The venue was absolutely stunning! The staff were very helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly on my wedding day. Venue was gorgeous inside and out and we got so many compliments! The only negative thing i would say is we weren’t allowed access to the venue till 2 on the wedding day, which made getting set up and all ready feel super super rushed and panicked before the ceremony. Other than that, it was amazing!

Best venue ever!

I truly could not have asked for a more perfect venue! Every single view on the property is beautiful and breathtaking. The staff were great to work with - we planned everything remotely and they were very responsive to my emails and even offered to video call at one point. They made sure everything was perfect for our wedding day. All of our guests continue to talk about how amazing the venue was. It is hands down the best place to get married!

Perfect Venue

I cannot say enough about Quiet Meadow Farm and its staff. I have already recommended them to four different people because of the beautiful location, professionalism, responsiveness, affordability, and overall great experience of the venue. My wedding was nearly perfect (my guests were questionable), but the Quiet Meadow Team took so much off my plate! Their vendor list was extensive and so helpful in finding a fantastic officiant and caterer. I could go on forever, but I loved my wedding.

Get married here!

I highly recommend Quiet Meadow Farms and cannot speak highly enough of the venue and more importantly the people! We absolutely loved everything about our wedding at Quiet Meadow Farm! The venue has gorgeous views and the perfect outdoor wedding setting. The hospitality and assistance of the QMF staff was incredible and we didn't have to stress about anything on our wedding day. I cannot say enough great things about the venue and the owners! Our guests also raved about the wedding!

Stunning Wedding Venue

We loved working with Quiet Meadow for our grand daughter’s wedding! They provided a perfect setting for her desired “rustic wedding”. It is a grand style of rustic and we all enjoyed being surrounded by the warm & welcoming grounds as well as the barn! It was just perfect as were the professionals we worked with. Every t was crossed and i dotted!

Best choice for my wedding

You won't Regret this Venue!

I got married at this beautiful Venue in September 2023. It is so stunning!! The staff was so accommodating and great. Emily is the most nicest and amazing person ever! She is a sweetheart! She helped make the day unforgettable and catered to every small detail and request we asked for. They have a great selection of decor included, which helped a lot with outside costs. QMF also works with an awesome DJ (JaCoby), I definitely recommend booking him, even if you think you don't need much music. We didnt have dancing but he was still a huge contribution to the wedding vibe! One of my favorite parts of the day was when the Owner of the farm invited us up into the mountains on her property and we got the most beautiful view with the barn behind us into the photos. She is a really nice lady! Overall, I recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. They will work with you, that's what stood out to me. They worked with me regarding catering and that was a big deal to me. They are flexible and Extremely understanding. Quiet Meadow Farms is the best!!!

I loved this venue

I had my wedding here in February and it was stunning! The staff was amazing, they made it so easy for us because they set everything up for us with their large selection of beautiful decorations. This venue is so perfect for pictures inside and out! I couldn’t recommend this place more.

The BEST day ever!

I cannot thank Quiet Meadow Farm enough. Our wedding was October 8th and it truly was the best day ever! They were SO organized and efficient and I never once had to ask them to do anything on the day of my wedding. The vendors they use are incredible as well!

Best Venue Ever!!!

My fiancé and I were very particular when picking our venue, but when we toured Quiet Meadow Farm we instantly knew it was the one. From the moment we started driving up the gravel road to get to the barn, we were speechless! The views speak for themselves, and the service they provide is top notch. They made the whole process of planning our wedding smooth and exciting. Communication is great as the whole team is very responsive. I didn't have to worry about anything on wedding day, everything was set up perfectly and it was beautiful! Quiet Meadow Farm is worth every single penny and your guests won't stop talking about how gorgeous it is. I could not recommend Quiet Meadow Farm enough!

The Perfect Day

Everyone at Quiet Meadows Farm was amazing and very helpful to work with. In a stressful time they communicated great. The decorations and atmosphere was perfect! Everything I've ever dreamed of. The only down side was that I wish we were able to come to the venue just a couple hours before hand. We were there an hour and a half before our reception and it felt chaotic for a bit but everything fell into place.

Worried? Don’t be.

Is it worth the money?
Absolutely and here’s why;
1. The details matter to them.
2. They are capable of flexibility, quickness, and efficiency in delivering your wedding experience.
3. They communicate accordingly and will reach out promptly when you may need assistance. Other than that, there is no bombardment of marketing or other ad like communication.
4. The venue is a photographers dream. Enough said.
5. The new bridal suite is spacious, well lit, and makes you feel like a Queen.

Why did I pick QMF?
It fit all the criteria I had on my list.
1. International Air Port located approximately 1.5 hrs away
2. Hospital or medical care facility is accessible but not too close where noise can effect wedding.
3. Vendors are available in close proximity of venue and prices are comparable and honest.
4. My husbands one and only request was “I don’t care where, just as long as there’s a view.” And yes, the view is worth it.

Facts about my wedding to use as comparison:
1. Guest count including wedding party 45-50
2. Wedding Party consisted of; maid of honor, x3 bridesmaids, best man, x3 groomsmen, x1 usher, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, father of the groom, & officiant
3. Married in the orchard on April 21st with the buds starting to poke through at 5pm on an overcast day.
4. Catering was also told to add on 5-8 people to ensure all staff and vendors had a meal including the catering staff.

Incredible

It was an amazing experience. There was no stress to set up, take down, stay on track with our event timeline, or even to make sure everything was in order. We showed up and everything was perfect! The staff was wonderful and so helpful in the whole process from picking the venue, getting the decorations all ready, and making the best day one to never forget.

Gorgeous, Easy, & Professional

I loved everything about the venue, made my day so special. The event coordinator (Emily was mine) listened so well to all the details to make everything perfect! They set up and tear down, helping make your day more enjoyable for you and your family! Very accommodating and helpful to out of town people. The only Thing I wish was different was the noise ordinance, I wasn’t ready to go home by 9:30.

If I could give 10 Stars I would!!! The place is AMAZING and absolutely breathtaking! All of my guests told me that they have never seen a more beautiful place. Lori: Omgosh!!! I just love her!!! She’s just absolutely wonderful ! Professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful, kind, patient (seriously, she’s a saint!!!!), so easy to work with… I can’t tell enough for how amazing she was! Thank you so much! Haylee was our wedding planner! What a sweet and adorable girl she was! I LOVED working with her! I had my dream wedding and I can’t thank you enough for making it a reality! Perfect Country- Rustic Wedding

Quiet Meadow Farms was the most breath-taking place I have ever been to and I am so blessed to have been able to get married there. From the beginning of the wedding process to the end, Lori (the owner) was extremely helpful in helping to make sure my day went perfectly. While I was a little disappointed that the wedding coordinator was unable to attend the appointment I had set up a month in advance to finalize everything, it almost worked out for the better because Lori stepped in her place and gave a lot of ideas to help me plan and organize my big day. She was also very fast and responsive to emails which helped me out a lot whenever I had questions.
The venue itself also has a lot of recommended vendors (food, music, cake, flowers, etc) which I am very thankful for! It helped me pick all of my vendors out which made everything so easy!
I HIGHLY recommend Quiet Meadows to any bride planning on getting married. Not only is the venue extremely beautiful, but the staff and the owner are very kind and will do anything to make sure the day goes smoothly. They literally make everything so easy!
Luckily for me, I didn't have any real hiccups other than when setting up it was extremely windy and my decor constantly got knocked over BUT it all worked out in the end! :)

Amazing venue

Perfect Day for my daughter!

Lori and her team were amazing and the venue itself was breathtaking! I was so pleased with every aspect of the process from start to finish. It was one of the funnest weddings I have ever been to and that's saying a lot since it was my own daughters wedding! I should have been really stressed but I was not. Elegant and Beautiful Venue

We wouldn’t have changed a thing about Quiet Meadows Farm. Lori, the owner was very gracious, professional and helpful. My daughter‘s wedding reception was beautiful! The barn and the surrounding areas could not have been more perfect! It was exactly what we wanted it to be! They set everything up and took everything down. My husband and I only needed to focus on our family and friends who came. There was ample space for our large party. Upstairs, there’s a room for the bridesmaids to get ready. That was a big hit also! The whole affair was just dreamy! It surpassed our expectations and I have pretty high expectations!

Quiet Meadow Farms is the Bomb Doggity

On April 3rd, 2021 my daughter had the most romantic, fabulous wedding ever!!!!. We couldn't have picked a better venue than Quiet Meadow Farms. Their attention to every detail was impecable. They offered so much TLC from offering an event planner, exceptional vendor recommendations , indoor decorations, the most spectacular outside back drop, outdoor games for the kids, to the most warm and inviting dinner facility. Mapleton, Utah is lucky to have such a fine wedding venue.

Snowy Spring Wedding

I loved this venue and had my heart set on getting married outside. To my surprise it start snowing on my first day of spring wedding day. Even with it snowing the venue made sure I was able to have my ceremony outside with the beautiful snow falling in the background. The staff on site are amazing and are great at checking in to make sure everything was going as we planned.

An absolutely beautiful venue for a wedding!

Quiet Meadows Farm is a wonderful venue for a wedding. A beautiful setting, clean facility and wonderful hosts to work with. Lori and Haley were always available for us. Giving ideas, working with what we wanted and making it happen in such an easy way. Everything was set up for us, decorations, table settings, placement of what we wanted to accent with around the barn - when we walked in for the dinner it was just beautiful!. The lights in and around the barn made it magical and the fire in the large fire place made it cozy and warm. There are lanterns up the drive way to the barn which added such a nice touch. We live out of state and we could not have asked for better hosts and a venue to work with. They are fair, honest and accommodating. We loved our experience with Quiet Meadows Farm and would choose them again. Thank you Lori!

So amazing!

Quiet Meadow Farm is Amazing!

We were recently married at Quiet Meadow Farm and the experience is one we will treasure forever! From the initial walk-through to the end of our wedding day, everything was perfect. The grounds are impeccably kept, the barn is the most beautiful we've ever seen, it was decorated exactly how we expressed to our coordinator and every staff member we encountered, from start to finish, was friendly and knowledgeable. Our guests were in awe of the beauty that is Quiet Meadow Farm and we already cannot wait to have another event here!

Beautiful Fall Wedding

QMF is the most beautiful venue with its charming structures and picturesque mountainside setting. It is owned and managed by the most lovely people who truly want to make your big day perfect. Our wedding at Quiet Meadow Farm was a dream come true!

Our wedding at Quiet Meadow Farm was a dream come true. We booked the venue without originally visiting as we came from out of town to get married. All of the conversations with Lori throughout our planning process were so informative and made us feel very comfortable with how everything would go. Our final planning meeting/walk through with Emily was so helpful in helping us envision just how our day would go. Emily was so kind and made sure everything went according to plan. She made sure everything was just as we imagined it would be. We married during the COVID pandemic and Quiet Meadow Farms made us feel so safe and welcome. We heard only good things from our guests about their love of the venue. We absolutely recommend Quiet Meadow Farm to anyone getting married who is looking for a gorgeous rustic wedding.

Quiet Meadow Farm was everything I hoped for and more. Everyone was super helpful and timely when figuring things out for the wedding. The most beautiful venue!

Quiet Meadow Farm was so easy to work with! They were so helpful and informative when we were planning our wedding, and everything was perfect on our wedding day! One of the best parts about Quiet Meadow Farm is that they set up and take things down for you. It makes the day go by so smoothly. Everyone loved the venue as well! It's absolutely beautiful and perfect for a small ceremony or a big reception!

My wedding day was PERFECT!

My husband and I were originally supposed to get married in March, right as everything got really bad. Quiet meadow was willing to still have my event with some precautions in place but we made the decision to postpone. Not only did they open up a date for us that they normally wouldn’t, but they helped me through my entire planning process so the day would be flawless. This venue is breathtaking but it’s their staff who makes everything so wonderful. Thank you to Heather who I spoke to several times, thank you to Hailey who went above and beyond on my wedding day to make it perfect and a HUGE thank you to Lori who navigated with us through these uncertain times and made everything possible. I will recommend this venue again and again!!!

Wonderful ladies to work with!

I spent a year planning my wedding with quiet Meadow farms. They helped me every step of the way and sent me reminders as to when things were due, which helped keeping me on track!

Two days bwfore my wedding in March, I had an emergency c-section. I decided, because everything was planned and handle already, to go through with the wedding wheel chair or not. Quiet Meadow Farms supported me in every single way possible! They went above and beyond to make it happen the way we planned and were incredibly accommodating! They let me use resources they typically don't offer.

I loved my experience and would recommend them to EVERYONE who's looking for a truly amazing experience!

It was a fairy tale wedding within a beautiful setting.

I have only wonderful things to say about the venue. The staff did an excellent job of accommodating our needs and anticipating what would work best. Not having to worry about decorations or any other distractions was awesome. The barn and surrounding area was beyond beautiful. I would highly recommend Quiet Meadow Farm!!

Well worth the 7,000 mile journey

My Son and his (now) American wife chose Quiet Meadow Farm from a list of venues for their special day. Being from the UK we were not able to contribute a great deal, but we agreed that it looked beautiful. On hearing about the help and assistance offered to the lovely couple, my wife and I knew it was the right decision.
On arrival in Mapleton, it was lovely to see everything looking so organised. There was a real air of cooperation from the staff, checking that the couple's wishes were being met but also confidently getting things done. It was clear that Lori and her colleagues were very professional.
The wedding ceremony went without a hitch, the change from formal ceremony to informal 'breakfast' was handled seamlessly and without fuss.
The evening music was supplied by JaCoby, who kept the dance floor buzzing to the very end.
I did not get the name of the caterer, but the food choice was delicious and copious. Drinks were also supplied by a recommended vendor, who ensured everybody was well attended to.
The whole event was a wonderful experience for all who attended.
The barn is large enough that it never seemed crowded, we had between 60-80 attendees, but not so large that it lost any intimacy.
Lori and her team addressed any needs or questions quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend Quiet Meadow Farm, Mapleton to anybody looking for that lovely venue for their special day.

Beautiful Venue

I love this wedding venue. I am from Houston, Texas and decided to get married in Utah in front of the beautiful mountains so I booked this venue not yet seeing it in person. My sister, mother and I visited there this past November to get more idea on decorations and what the venue actually looked like in person. The owner showed us around and helped us with any questions we had. She showed us a full room of decorations that can be used. She was very helpful and the place was beautiful just like the pictures. I cant wait for my big day here!

The venue and all the employees were amazing! They made everything very easy and stress free for us and our families. Simply Amazing

What other words can I say than amazing! On the day of our wedding everything was taken care of for us. I was not overwhelmed during the day because right when I got to Quiet Meadows everything was set up and if something occurred the staff took care of it for us. Beautiful Wedding

This venue made my wedding magical and unforgettable. Very gorgeous inside and out. Lori and her staff were amazing to work with. A truly carefree day!

My husband and I were absolutely thrilled when we found Quiet Meadow. It is a dream come true!! I looked at dozens of venues and I swear, there really isn’t a better deal than what you get here! Their stock room full of decorations and things to use is unbelievable, we really didn’t have to worry about or purchase any decor!! That was huge to me because I was preparing to cut cost by doing some major DIY work. But I’m 100% sure that this place saved me even more money, and mostly stress by what they offer! Aside from that, the venue itself is SO beautiful. The outdoor area, the barn, the main area, everything. Just lovely! We are 100% satisfied with our experience here. Emily, Lori, and their helpers on our day were so nice. They took care of everything!! They set everything up for us, did whatever we asked or needed, and tore everything down at the end of the night! All we had to worry about was getting our own personal items out. Emily is the sweetest! She answered all our questions, helped with everything, grabbed me a glass of wine, fixed my veil, always asked me if things were okay, and so much more! Lori was amazing, she took us to her house up the hill to get some great shots with the entire venue in the background! It was so nice! My fiancé and I will always refer our friends and recommend Quiet Meadow Farms!! Thank you so much for a perfect day!

Best venue in utah

This venue totally exceeded our expectations. They have so much to offer. (Decorations, awesome vendors & amazing views). They were so prompt in replying back or making sure any of of my concerns were taken care of. Everything about Quiet Meadow Farm was perfect! Communication up until the day of the reception was clear, prompt and friendly. The venue was beautiful and a perfect ending to a wonderful day. There were three staff members at the venue before the reception to help us get last minute things set up and were there throughout the reception to help in any way and helped after the reception. QMF took all of the stress out having a reception and wedding all in one day. It is the most beautiful venue I’ve seen to date.

A dream come True

When my daughter told me she wanted her reception in a barn, I took a deep breath and told her we would have to start looking for a barn that would meet her vision and mine. Not all barns are created equal, and thus being my only daughter, it would have to meet my standards. Quiet Meadows was the first and last barn we looked at. It pleasantly met both of our expectations. The warm barn and rustic feel my daughter was looking for and the elegance and beauty I wanted for my daughters reception. The rest is history, like 3 days ago. Together with the Staff at Quiet Meadows, we pulled off her dream. Every aspect was perfect including their send-off in a horse drawn carriage. I felt like I should have been more busy planning a whole wedding, ring ceremony and reception, but I wasn't. Quiet Meadows covered most of the set up and clean up. I was truly able to live her & my dream of a perfect day.

My son and now daughter-in-law did their homework in locating and choosing your spacious venue for their wedding and reception. Everything was beautifully set. Their ceremony took place in the apple orchard. It was lined with their ripening apple trees. PERFECT! Lori's staff were kind and extremely professional. Compliments to my daughter-in-law for her selection of western decor and accents. *The only downfall was the fact that the barn didn't have air conditioning. I also would like to mention - Landmark Catering for an absolutely perfect dining presentation. The food was delicious thanks to their Chef! All of their staff were well mannered and properly attired. Their wedding/reception was a success.

This was the most magical place to get married! It was so beautiful and the staff was so helpful. Being able to pick out more decorations from a closet to give your wedding the final touches is seriously the best!!! They had all the chairs and tables set up! I love this place so much! Lori ensured our wedding was exactly what my daughter had dreamed of. We loved how easy to work with and helpful they were. We loved we could use items from their back room. We booked our daughter's wedding reception here from out of state. Quiet Meadow was easy to communicate with and we were so happy to work with them. Everything was perfect and all our guests commented how special and beautiful the venue and the reception were. It was also a great value compared to venues in our area. We held our son’s wedding reception at Quiet Meadow Farm and loved it! It was planned as an outdoor reception but when the weather turned we were able to hold everything inside the barn which was plenty spacious enough and was easy to decorate as they have so many items for our use! It was so easy to plan and they do all the work so it was awesome! Fantastic venue!!

As soon as I saw this venue online, I was in love. Unfortunately they were closed for the winter, but I called anyway to ask about availability. They made accommodations for me to still be able to have my wedding reception here even though that meant they had to speed up their renovation process. The place is absolutely stunning, you aren't going to find a dreamy-er place. It stole my heart. Even though I was a challenge to work with (constantly changing my mind about various things) they were always patient and honestly made every single wish come true. I can't say enough about the quality of this place and the quality of the relationship I had with Lori and everyone I worked with. Amazing place.

This place is incredible! Lori is a joy to work with and really does everything she can to ensure your event is perfect. The venue is breathtakingly beautiful and our guests loved every minute of being there. Our pictures are gorgeous and we did not have to spend a lot on decorations since it is already naturally stunning. Lori's staff worked so hard to make sure everything was set up perfectly to our specifications. They really went above and beyond to make us feel special and appreciated. Lori was easy to work with from day one and answered all of our questions. She is a pro and has a lot of experience and insight into how to make your vision even better. I would highly recommend this venue. The value is really great. You get so much for your money.

Extraordinary venue in every way. The location, majestic views, ambience, and amenities are perfection. The owners love and pride in their beautiful farm and their desire to share it with others gives an incredible magical warmth to this venue. We celebrated our daughters wedding with a fabulous party last night. Our guests were overwhelmed with Quiet Meadow Farm and the stunning location and views. Lori was a gracious and involved hostess who made sure the experience for our daughter was over the top. The value of the facility is incredible when you consider the expansive nature of the venue and the special features included, especially the lighting, tables, orchards and a storage room full of accessible decorative items. The DJ recommended by the owners was wonderful and provided great music and fun throughout the night. Our family is thoroughly in love with Quiet meadows Farm.

The Perfect Venue for The Perfect Wedding! Book Today! Don't Delay! What a Cute Happy Place for that Perfect Day. From the time you enter the gates you are greeted with charm everywhere. The lighted lanterns on the post and the smell of fresh air and green lawns and beautiful mountains that set the backdrop. On the 8th of April nothing but rain, but a half an hour before the wedding the sun came out. It was the Brides wish to have an outdoor wedding within seconds it was set up, all outside. The Barn was welcoming with an old rustic feel, and it made everyone feel warm and comfortable. Nothing was prettier than the bride cascading over the beautiful green grass the pictures are amazing. Everything was set up just perfectly, and the barn had plenty of room for dining and dancing. Lori was more than accommodating, and was very detailed oriented. I highly recommend this venue to all those Brides that are looking for the perfect venue for their perfect day. See this one first. You will be amazed!!

Lori and her staff were professional, friendly and helpful. In pre-planning state, made suggestions without being pushy. Knowing we were a little stressed about the upcoming day, Lori even called to check in and reassure us the day before. Such a nice touch.
LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the venue. We arrived to tables, chairs and decor ready for us to add our own personal touches. Our guests were wowed by the amazing scenery. Many took the opportunity to view the mountain setting from the rocking chairs set up under the barn eaves. There was plenty of space for lawn games and things to do while our guests were waiting for the dinner.
Lori and her staff were available throughout the night in case we needed anything. The wedding was as close to perfect as it could've possibly been. Thanks so much Lori & Emily!!!!

We held our daughter's June wedding reception at Quiet Meadow Farm. It was beautiful! The barn was large and pretty enough to host all of our guests but we chose to spend time outside. The view on all sides was amazing! There was plenty of room for our caterer, photo booth, and DJ/Dance floor. Lori was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. The guests and photographers were charmed by this unique venue. I cannot say enough positives about our experience at Quiet Meadow Farm.

We LOVED working with Quiet Meadow Farms! It is beautiful and feels so tucked away, but it's only a 10 minute drive from Provo. We loved getting that feeling without making or guests drive too far. The yard is beautiful, but the barn is big enough to accommodate everyone in case it starts raining (as was the case in our wedding), and they really do everything to take care of you on your special day. I can't recommend Quiet Meadow Farm enough--I would come here again and again.

Excellent staff. Lori made everything perfect! She is great, fun, organized and hard worker. I did not have to worry about anything!!! Tables, chairs, tablecloth, decor, everything was already organized when I got there. She was everywhere all the time, multi-tasking.
Lori and her daughter were a sweetheart and so good to all of our guests. They worried about every single detail.
They kept everything under control. My guests, family, fiance and I had a blast.

Lori has created such an absolutely incredible venue here. Her pictures don't even do justice. The barn is amazingly rustic, and the grounds around it are picture perfect. Lori is so helpful and knowledgeable. It really made things easier for us. This place is so perfect for any wedding!

I LOVED working with Lori from Quiet Meadow!! First of all, the venue is GORGEOUS, and has plenty of space for indoor or outdoor weddings. We had ours in early October and the weather was great for an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Lori was flexible and answered all my questions promptly and fully. We used our own caterers and our own DJ and all went smoothly. Our photographers and videographer loved the space. Our guests still talk about how gorgeous it was and how it "felt like a dream wedding." It was a dream wedding!! The space made it that way! Lori and her crew do a great job with simple decorations - it's elegant while still having that simple rustic beauty of a barn. I highly recommend having your wedding here!!!

The venue was spectacular and the owners were amazing!! I planned my entire wedding from Reno NV, showed up a few days before and finalized what decorations I wanted....showed up the day of the wedding and everything was perfect!! They answered all of my question quickly and made the stress of finding a venue gone. I would recommend this venue to everyone in a heartbeat.

Quiet Meadow Farm Weddings and Events gave me the wedding reception of my dreams!! The owners were extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure that my reception was exactly as I pictured it. The decor that was available to use during my reception was beautiful and added the finishing touches that I needed to give my wedding the vintage feel that I wanted. Hundreds of people showed up to my reception and there was enough room for everyone to enjoy themselves. The dance floor was huge, and allowed for all of my family and friends to join us as we celebrated. They helped provide a screen so that I could show a video during the reception and even helped provide a sound system and a DJ since music and dancing was a huge part of my reception. Even in the middle of December, parking was easily accessible, and the venue was really warm. The staff do all they can to help you set up for your special day, and will go the extra mile to make your reception or wedding ceremony look exactly as you dreamed it would! The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled between Maple Mountain, it really is the most gorgeous and peaceful place that you could ever imagine. All I can say is good about this amazing venue!! I wish I could do my wedding day over because it was that magical! I recommend this with all of my heart. You will not be disappointed!

Quiet Meadow Farm is a lovely place set on over 100 acres of beautiful and serene property and the PERFECT place to have your Celebration! We had our daughters Wedding Reception here in December and couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The property and surroundings are absolutely breathtaking and the reception barn is warm, inviting, and spacious. It is accommodating for any size celebration! There is plenty of space for dancing, dining and receiving guests at the reception! The service and facility were professional and we couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience! This is such a great venue at a unique and beautiful location. The reception we held there was wonderful. I can't say enough good about our experience with Quiet Meadow Farm. This was the best wedding reception venue we could have chosen! The price was very reasonable for how beautiful the event was, and the owners did everything possible to make our evening special, even adding little details we didn't even remember to think about! You won't regret choosing Quiet Meadow Farm!

Gorgeous venue - most of our wedding guests were from out-of-state and this venue showed off the best of Utah! It's beautiful at all times of the year. Love the goats and that the owner allows us to engage with them. Deer were also wondering the property whenever I was there. It was magical and peaceful. Emily was our venue coordinator and she took care of everything. Having the helpful venue staff and the included tables/decorations took a HUGE load off during planning and the big day - this was probably the most important takeaway for me! I would choose this venue over and over again if I were to relive our wedding day. It will always hold a special place in our hearts. The only downside I had was not having access to the venue until 2pm. That meant I had to get ready really early off-site and didn't get to use the AMAZING bridal suite to its fullest potential. The ceremony started at 4:30pm. It all felt fast and I was a little panicked, whereas I wish I was relaxed and enjoying the moment leading up to the ceremony. It also meant starting later than I would've liked and having less time for ceremony/reception. However, I knew this from the beginning and accepted these terms. It was not a deal breaker for me, but it might be for some brides. You are required to choose some vendors (like catering) from their vendor list. For me, this made planning easier and less stressful. I was a little worried going into it - but they have a selection of all price points and I was very happy with ALL the vendors we selected! Stunning venue, especially in fall!

We got married at Quiet Meadow Farm in September and it was absolutely amazing. The apple orchard for the ceremony with the barn atmosphere for the reception was just stunning. All of our guests were from out of town and they were just in awe of the venue. Perfect in fall with the apples in bloom and the colors changing!

Beautiful Venue!

Super beautiful venue! So many great spaces outside and in! They already have so much of the decor that you won’t need to buy your own! Only downside was you have to be out by 9:30pm. It was beautiful having the mountain in the background of the photos and having the feeling of being secluded. They have great day of coordinating staff to help out!

Beautiful Venue

I am so glad we had my luncheon and wedding reception at Quiet Meadow Farm! The staff was very accommodating and quick to get back to us about any questions or concerns we had. The whole process getting it sent up went really smoothly. They have all of the decorations you would need and you get to go in and design your own centerpieces which was perfect!! They set everything up as well as take everything down for you on your wedding day which was incredible. No one from mine or my husbands family had to worry about it.
The venue itself is beautiful, backed up to a gorgeous Mountain View. The barn has the lovely rustic charm and fit the southern chic style of my wedding. Highly recommend them for your wedding! You won’t regret it!
They also gave us a very thoughtful wedding gift! We were not expecting that at all but were blown away by the gesture. Very happy!!

Everything was great - except for the heat. Middle of July - the barn was very hot. Quiet Meadows rented us 2 portable A/C units but they didn't help. For the cost, they should put in AC.

Quiet Meadows was a beautiful venue for our reception. The mountains and orchard add an extra beauty and Lori has done a great job of making the barn elegant and beautiful. She was willing to work with us as we came up with a layout, and had many great decorations on site we were able to use. Everyone raved about how beautiful it was and what a great atmosphere the barn had.

Amazing venue owner, not a great execution during our event

The owner of this venue cares about doing a PHENOMENAL job, and runs this business accordingly.
Overall our wedding was amazing but a few things we were disappointed by:
Our event coordinator didn’t keep us to the schedule we originally set. We didn’t play the “shoe game” at all (which is not a big deal ultimately), we didn’t sit down for dinner until an hour after we had originally planned, and by the time we started dancing the bartender said “last call” and I felt a pang of disappointment that our schedule was not kept despite going through it before hand. My husband and I were too busy to be the ones pushing for schedule to be kept so I wish that they had been out voice and announced to everyone when our events, games, etc were to be taking place.
I also called the venue about a Rehearsal dinner. They assured me that rehearsal dinners were not something they did and all they needed to know was the order of which our party was to walk down the aisle. It would have been less stressful and a smoother execution of our ceremony, if they would have just told me that we better practice that on our own time elsewhere.
The ceremony walk down was not very a smooth transition because I thought the venue would be orchestrating it.

There was also some girls who were not invited to our wedding, but must have felt like taking pictures of each other with our venue in the back ground of their photos. They had several outfits strung out on the fence while they took different photos in various positions. They can be seen in many photos that guests took during our wedding.
I’m not sure how our venue could have prevented this from happening but it was certainly disheartening to have our wedding day crashed by random people sneaking in to get pictures for the gram. We paid a lot of money for this special day and their presence was not only tacky and unwelcome; but was not something I was expecting many of my guests to be asking me about afterward.

That said we would have no idea they were not your guests unless someone told us, as guests constantly take pictures of each other during events. We would have escorted them out immediately. Unique venue

Beautiful venue. Staff was attentive and polite most of the time. The assistant whom was involved in initial planning terminated employment just prior to our event and neglected to pass on information. The staff for our event accommodated the requests of the bride even though at times appeared irritated. Overall it was a beautiful event and the venue is beautiful.

Okay, but not worth how strict they are.

For how expensive the venue was they are very strict. The lady that was assigned to my wedding was very rude. I had multiple quests come up and say how rude she was. This venue is not kid friendly if you plan on having children at your wedding.

Set appointment up at bridal show, said it was the first available appointment. went down today, didn't show up to appointment. another lady showed us around. Then we contacted her to book and she told us it was already booked for the date we wanted. How could if be booked if we had the appointment set at the bridal show and we were supposedly the first appointment??? Completely unprofessional place.

I had to get a housekeeper who was working nearby to show them around. They showed up one hour before their scheduled time. Someone would have been there at the scheduled 11:00 time. Second, how they could think that they were the first appointment available since the bridal show, I do not understand.. I have had appointments available all week long. I have booked 8 events from the wedding show this week. So his review is not true. Our calender did not work on their mobile device. They loved our venue and wanted to book. When they found out the online calendar was not right and the day they wanted was booked, they got mad. I offered other days at a great discount for their inconvenience. It didn't work out. I got her address to send her a gift basket because she felt so bad and then I read this review.
