    Great products and customer service experience

    Everything came as I ordered! Perfect quality, at first only 2 boxes came when I called to check on the other 2 they told me it was arriving the day I called. Customer service was very responsive via phone and helpful.

    Great quality, elegant!

    I ordered a variety of different gold/metallic votive candle holders for part of the center pieces at my wedding. They arrived quickly and were packaged well- no items were broken. Great quality for a very reasonable price! Will recommend to any brides!

    They shipped my order the same day I placed it, got it the next day with the one day shipping that was only 2 bucks more than the regular shipping! The candles come tight wrapped in plastic to prevent the sides from chipping, it’s kinda annoying to unwrap but whatever! Super happy! Can’t wait to use them.

    I used QuickCandles for all of the candles for my wedding. It was so easy and everything came within a week of ordering. I would recommend ordering a month out in case anything is off. We had a little discrepancy with our order but called customer service and within 2 days it was fixed and the right candles were sent to our home. Our decor was perfect and everything was extremely reasonable!

    I ordered a few items from Quick Candles - received my order very quickly but was disappointed in the quality of one item. I wrote a review of the item and a few hours later I received an email from Quick Candles wanting to make it right. They asked if I wanted a refund or a new item - I chose the refund. I was very impressed with how prompt and responsive they were. Their customer service was exceptional. I will definitely shop here again!

    I order 72 rose gold votives with candles plus an additional 24 citronella candles. I am very pleased with my purchase. I was nervous because of the reviews of this company but turns out they were absolutely amazing. I ordered Wednesday morning and got my candles Saturday morning! Everything was in tact and package neatly and carefully. I would order from them again.

    I have rarely written such a review for any company. I ordered about £200 worth of candles and candle holders for my sons wedding. They came extremely quickly and there was a breakage or two (with the very delicate hanging tea light lanterns). I contacted the company via email and I received a replacement within 12 hours and they enclosed an extra 2 tea light holders in case the same happened again. Fortunately this time every one was in perfect condition. I will certainly use this company again. Excellent. Thank you. Laura Mitchell from Sheffield in the UK

    When they say "quick candles" they are not messing around! I placed an order on April 21st. The order shipped less than 4 hours later. It was delivered 4 days later on April 25th. I opened all boxes and checked every single vase and mirror. Not one single piece had a chip, crack, or break in it. That's 144 pieces of product in perfect condition! I am extremely impressed with Quick Candles and will recommend them to everyone I know. I cannot wait to see how amazing they look at my wedding reception in July.

    The products from here are phenomenal! We got so many compliments on the rose gold mercury glass candle holders! I can't wait to see pictures so that I can show them off! Laura was absolutely excellent to work with!

    I would definitely recommend using Quick Candles. They are fast with delivery and product is great. I bought 72 led candles, 10 diamond mirrors, and 72 votive frost candle holders. Candle holders and mirrors are absolutely beautiful. Led candles work however, a few you have to play with to get them to operate. Great find. I am so happy with my decision.

    This company has some of the BEST prices out there for bulk wedding decor, hands down. I've always received my packages from them within 3 days of ordering, their shipping prices are very fair, and the quality is awesome! As far as their candles go, I've only tried the floating ones, but I've been very happy with how they burn. Glass items are packaged securely and I've never had anything arrive broken. They update their site frequently with new items so it's worth checking back throughout your planning process.

    QuickCandles.com was very affordable. I ordered LED votive candles and frosted holders for my favors. Not only were they a great value, when I reported that one out of 72 arrived broken, the sent me a replacement the same day. Would definitely recommend if you have candle needs for your wedding...no matter what the need.

    Quick Candles is an excellent online source for flameless LED tealights and votive holders (try the frosted ones with the flameless candles) at wholesale prices. Great prices, quick and on time delivery and excellent packing - not a single one was broken.

    I orderd about 150 candles from this website for my wedding decor. The shipping was very quick.

    I used the floating candles for my wedding centerpieces. They burned for a very long time because the wick on the candle is very long. The candles are pretty accurate to the burn time listed on each candle's description.

    The prices were extremely affordable and much cheaper than purchasing them in stores. I was also happy that my candles did not have to be white, they were ivory which matched my color scheme much better.

    I bought floating candles and candle holders from Quick Candles, and everything arrived in good time and great condition. They had the best selection of about 7 different candle companies I looked into. The boxes were well-packed and nothing was broken or blemished in any way. The candle holders are being recycled at another wedding, and I'm sure no one will ever know the difference. I would highly recommend this vendor.

    We ordered our unity candle set from Quick Candles. They provided excellent service and even provided a price match for our set, which was a higher quality made candle than the competitor's less expensive set. The candles were delivered very quickly from time of order.

    I had ordered a set of 72 white votive candles and holders. The price was very reasonable, about $30 less than Hobby Lobby. They arrived very quickly, which I was happy about! When I took all of the candles out to put them in their holders, there were 4 that didn't have wicks or the wicks were so far down the candle it was impossible to light. I e-mailed Quick Candles, and within 30 minutes they called me saying that they were sending replacements for free and it would be here by the end of the week. I'm VERY pleased with this company! The candles are gorgeous, and the customer service is amazing!

    Wonderful! My wedding still isn't for a couple of weeks, but I had to review QuickCandles. I placed a large order with them in November and received my order very quickly and it was very tightly packed with bubblewrap. Even though I should have checked everything in the order individually because it was glass, I just glanced in each box to make sure they were the right items. Fast forward to March - 3 weeks before my wedding - I take everything out to pack them in their individual table boxes so I can be organized for the day-of and one of my 15" tall vases is broken! Crack from top to bottom. Since we're filling these with water, this is a no go. I call QuickCandles the very next day and, even though it was outside of the broken item window, I spoke with awesome Stacy and she shipped me a new one immediately PLUS an extra in case the first one broke so that I was prepared on my wedding day. No extra charges.

    I was so impressed with the "one stop shop" of this site (I ordered napkins, tablecloths, votives, candles, vases, etc.), the great customer service, the fast shipping, and the very reasonable prices, that I recommended them to the manager at our venue to tell to her other brides who booked there, and also another bride friend. Have gone through hell and back throughout this wedding planning process (who's with me, ladies?) and QuickCandles was one vendor I did not have to worry about for a second!

    Just a FYI
    Ordered the 16" round mirrors. These mirrors are NOT 16 inches. They are only 15 7.8 inches. So if you need an EXACT 16" round mirror, this is not the mirror for you or plan to adjust the circle size to fit this 15 7.8 mirror into.
    Mirrors were well packed and delivery was fast.

    I have relied so much on the reviews of others during this wedding process, that I felt compelled to write a review for this outstanding company. Not only are they affordable, but the quality of what they put out there is great! I ordered all of my wedding centerpieces through them. My candles were not the color I envisioned, not only did they refund my money but they allowed me to keep the set I had bought. Linda is a gem and was extremely kind and responsive to my needs. I ordered 48 glass Hurricane vases through them and not one was broken. I highly recommend them and I will 100% use them again.

    I ordered my candles for reception tables & other ambient lighting from Quick Candles - exceptional value (especially compared to other options either brick & mortar stores, or online).

    They had unscented candles, in colors, a variety of votive holder shapes & sizes. My order was shipped quickly, packaged well - 100 glass votive & candles, not a crack or scratch on any of them. Each burned at least 6 - 8 hours if not more. If you need candles in bulk & want quality definitely recommend.

    I ordered 21 various sized candles & tall cylinder glass vases to go in an oversized fireplace at my venue (Total cost of $265). The glass cylinders & candles arrived the NEXT day, but almost half were broken. I contacted quick candles immediately via email to let them know of the damages attaching pictures of my items. They responded the next business day requesting additional information... I reattached my pictures and gave additional detail to the extent of the damage. Shortly after, I received confirmation that the replacement items had been shipped. They arrived, in great condition and very quickly. If you compare this price with other online shops they have the BEST price for these items! I had a good experience with this company and will order from them again. Would recommend to a friend! :)

    Buyer Beware- will keep your $ & returns

    Ordered 22 sets of cylinder vases for a client's wedding. Received them, unboxed, wiped down the film on the glass, and shelved them prior to the event. Unfortunately, it was canceled and I was unable to use a number of the items. I called Quick Candles to explain beforehand that they had been opened, and was told that as long as the vases were in the original packaging & looked new, I could return for a refund. I packaged everything back up, and today received a partial refund. I called and was told that the vases received had wax, streaks, and water lines all over them. I asked for proof, knowing that the vases were never used, and was told that the images they 'had on file' were 'internal information' only and they were under no obligation to share them with me. Why would I send back used items, knowing that they would not be refunded?? I then said, if the vases cannot/will not be resold and I am not receiving a refund for them, then I should get the vases back. I was told flat out that they would not be sending me the vases back, and there would be no additional refund provided. So, all in all, Quick Candles not only got their vases back- to no doubt resell to another customer-and got to keep the money I paid for them. Such an unacceptable and upsetting outcome to know they flat out lie, have all of the control once you send something back, and are fine keeping someone's hard earned money with zero remorse.

    3 deliveries arrived broken and then threatened with an ultimatum..

    Ordered 24 sets of the 3 x cyclinder vase sets, only to have all 3 shipments arrive with broken vases. Not ideal but to be expected due to the poor packaging and lack of protection thanks to their use of an Amazon fulfillment center. Too be fair the quality is good on the complete items and price is also the best I found for this product type.

    However, after requesting replacements, I was eventually given an ultimatum of accepting a refund or running the risk of having replacements sent which would NOT be replaced if arrived broken.. (which they did.)

    I never go off 1 star reviews when reading reviews about companies because they are often written by people who are emotional and very annoyed at that time. So for the sceptic reading this, I will include the companies response below for full transparency to my request for replacement of single items within a set and not a refund for these broken items (I required all 3 items in the set):

    "As stated previously, we are more than happy to replace the damaged items for you; and have offered to make exception to our policy in consideration of your satisfaction. However, we certainly are within reason to advise you that this must be the final resolution. If you do not wish to accept the risk of another shipment, we can issue a refund for the damaged items; and you may proceed with a return of the remaining items for a full refund.
    Do you wish to accept the final resolution offer of the replacements; or would you prefer the refund?"

    This being in response to my request for 1. better packaging from their fulfillment service as they came with no protection and this was opened in front of the deliveryman after he expressed concern over the "broken glass sound" and 2. after requesting a complete set... I appreciate that it is difficult to ship glass items but the product purchased as in sets of 3.. your inability to 'break a set' to replace one item in a set is not of the customers concern. The outcome was that they shipped over the amount of sets to me, knowing full well that some items would arrive damaged despite their quoted 99.8% success rate for shipping glass. Fortunately I was able to work with these extras although incorrect sizes to complete the quantity required.

    One final point to note: reviews on their site is provided through Yotpo reviews, an app that allows sellers to remove and unpublish poor reviews which says alot about their company in that they avoid 3rd party review sites which they cannot monitor.

    No response to a wrong delivery

    I ordered pillar candles 3 x 6. The invoice said 3 x 6 but the candles were 2 x 6. I tried to contact the company to get an explanation if this was a mistake. I approached QuickCandles 3 times. No response.
    Do not purchase from this company. Seems unreliable

    I ordered tealight holders from them. They sent me votive holders instead telling me that they are the same. Well... my votive fit in them and the tealights do not. They are making me pay for shipping to return them. I have regular tealights (no odd size). Not happy. buyer beware.

    Do not order from them

    This business sucks. Placed an order with them and accidentally ordered the wrong item. Messaged them within minutes to please cancel the order and I never heard back until someone sent a message several days later telling me I sent my cancellation request to the wrong email and they couldn't cancel. I replied to the order confirmation email. They then told me it had already shipped, which means they ship orders on the weekends but don't have anyone to answer emails. TOTALLY dishonest. Then to top it off, I saw the EXACT same item at Hobby Lobby for half the price. Totally shady and DO NOT recommend.

    Quick and Rehearsed Answer, Terrible Customer Service. Flawed Product.

    BEWARE: The Eastland Cylinder Vase bottom is very unlevel so pillar candles tip over , they are not a “perfect pairing “as advertised. When I reported this to customer service , instead of admitting to a functional flaw and making a correction I had to listen to a well rehearsed lame excuse about “variations“ in the hand blown glass and was told to put something in the bottom to make it level. Quick Candles will only give you a 10% discount on your next order or you pay to return the items for a credit. The candles are great the customer service is not.

    Poor quality and customer service

    Ordered 12 charger plates, 10 were cracked, 2 had scratches and bubbles that showed when the plate was placed on top because the were on the outer edge. Inner box was crushed on one edge, which is where the 10 plates were broken. The outer packaging was good shape. Obviously someone just packed up a defective box and shipped it to me. The customer service asked for pictures of each plate and the shipping boxes, which I detailed and provided, taking 30+ minutes of my time. They did not offer to replace, they said they would refund 10 plates and I finally argued enough that they agreed to refund 50% for the two that were bubbled and scratched. I certainly am dissatisfied with the service and would caution anyone about using this company.

    Do not order Ivory candles from this company, as they are pale yellow. Asked for an exchange and the representative was helpful in processing, but neglected to tell me I would be paying $149.00 more for white (less expensive candles)!!! Spoke to both a rep and supervisors with no resolution.

    Broken Glass Refund Refused

    Buyer beware -- this is a dishonest and mean company! I received multiple broken vases -- shards of glass everywhere. I could hear the broken glass from holding the boxed but the company insisted I open each and every box and handle the broken glass so they could argue about the number of broken vases (there were many). I had broken glass all over my home nd the representative, Veronica was fighting about how many vases were broken in the photos I sent! I told Veronica and another representative, Tiffany, that they could pick up the items if they wanted to check my word and they hung up on me!

    Beware: very picky on returns & cust serv awful

    Customer Service: AWFUL! These people will NOT work with you on returns.I went around and around with the cust. serv. rep. She just kept giving me the same line over and over again, essentially, no we're not going to work with you. If item is taken out of box and not wrapped exactly as it was rec'd they consider it used. Rec'd only about ¼ of the total amt as the refund. Cust. serv. rep would not work with me. Supervisor wouldn't come to the phone. Return amt was put back on "gift-giver's" payment method, and gift giver had already given me a check for the amount of the item. This was embarrassing, because Quick Candles wouldn't even just give me a gift card so my friend wouldn't know I ret'd the gift. This whole thing was a nightmare and I would never recommend that anyone buy from this company, especially when giving a gift. .

    Do not shop here!

    I ordered 8 sets-of-3 Eastland Vases for my wedding breakfast tables. Firstly, we had to chase the delivery, which took over 2 weeks and involved a dispute around a part-delivery. Quick Candles advised had delivery had been made in full but the tracking showed only 1 of 2 parcels had been received. This was forwarded to Quick Candles who said they needed 10 days to look into it. We had to chase 10 days later, to which Quick Candles said they had found the second box in their warehouse and advised that it had not been shipped as it was damaged. We then received this damaged box 3 days later, which included a broken candle holder. Rather than replace or refund the set of 3, Quick Candles have given a pro-rata refund for the one broken holder. This is no good to me as the candle holders are needed as a set but they will not amend their decision, even though their website guarantees unbroken delivery and full refunds or replacements and DOES NOT mention pro-rata refunds in their T&Cs, which is what we have been told by the customer service advisor. In trying to reach a resolution, my Mum, my sister and I have been verbally offended and cut off on by the staff here and complete refusal to issue a refund for the broken set. They then ceased to respond altogether. Disgusting service for a large order. I can only recommend that you DO NOT SHOP HERE!

    Untrustworthy company!

    We ordered 18 (3 sets) of 5" x 13" tall glass vases along with several other items for a wedding event. We returned the 18 unused vases (too big for our decor) along with other items in the exact condition as we received them and awaited for the refund. We received the refund but it was less than expected. We did not receive an email confirmation nor any explanation of the refund so I contacted Quick Candles for clarification and spoke with Tiffany. She informed us that we did not receive a refund for our 18 vases because they showed signs of "water" and "wax". I informed Tiffany that is impossible since the vases were unused. I personally inspected each individually when they were packaged for the return to insure we had not received any of them broken. They were in perfect condition. I requested for some kind of proof of this alleged water and wax residue and Tiffany stated that they have pictures but she can not share them with me. How odd? I requested for the vases to be shipped back to us since they did give us a refund for them and we paid over $179.00 plus shipping for these 18 vases. She told me that all the vases I returned were thrown away (??) because they do not have room to store "used" items and that I will not be receiving any refund for those vases. What?? How is this good business? You can not trust this company. They do not stand behind their return / refund policy and they are dishonest.

    Damaged Products

    Do not order from Quick Candles!!

    I ordered 12 vases through Amazon and they were fulfilled by Quick Candles. When I received my order, 4 were broken. I contacted customer service and they sent me another 6 vases. The replacement shipment once again had 4 BROKEN VASES!!! I contacted customer service again and they said they couldn’t replace anymore vases and would refund me for the -2 to bring me up to my original amount I ordered. I requested to purchase 2 vases and they told me that they must be sold as a case of 6.

    This is how the vases were packaged when I opened the box. The outside box was not marked fragile and FedEx tossed it around I presume like a hot potato.

    Do not order from this company because your order will be mostly broken and they definitely do not do what is right by the customer nor package their items to be handled well during shippiing.

    I’m honestly not sure how they’re in business when they have to replace a bunch of damaged products.

    Don't use Quick Candles! Rent instead.

    First order received had damages and missing items. A duplicate order was shipped. They instructed us to remove the needed items and return. A lot of work dealing with 11 huge cartons and pulling items from each. They did not issue the full credit that we agreed on after they received the return. Lack of responsiveness to this problem. Accused us of keeping unwanted/un-needed items. Very disappointed in this company. Rent what you need vs. buying from them. Not worth the hassle and headache.

    I had been using Quick Candles for just about 3 years. Their prices were reasonable despite not working with businesses on bulk purchases and tax discounts and they have high shipping costs. Never do they have a “spend 100 and get free shipping” or ever have coupons. The glass always arrives in good condition, and in my business time is a factor so I paid extra to know I wasn’t going to have to deal with returning items and re-ordering. I don’t have time for that so it worked for me, until recently. The candles are a one time use. You WILL NOT be able to use them again. Especially the 6 inch pillars and 3 inch pillars. The wicks will sometimes not burn, on a 9 inch pillar candle this is unfortunate. This huge candle that just will not work is so frustrating, especially when it happens to several candles just before the bride and groom walk in to see their wedding venue and 6 candles aren’t lit because the product is mediocre. The glass is thin but works. The customer service is terrible and straight rude. They don’t think of the customer, and won’t go out of their way to do whatever they can for you. I just got off the phone with them, crying unfortunately, because I am out $98.00. To me and my company that’s a decent amount of money. They wouldn’t work with fedex to send in a claim. Didn’t follow up with me even though I had to reorder the product through them. Where’s the loyalty, I would have continued to purchase through them but not after this treatment. It was almost like they enjoyed proving me wrong and preferred to be rude over talking nicely to one another. Wouldn’t hear me out and kept cutting me off when I was talking. The two girls running the show over there I’m sure are nice people but they are going about things all wrong and it’s showing. The reviews are terrible on here and it’s sad to see. Never want to see a company not succeed. I wish them well and hope they put customers first and soften up a bit. This industry is fun, and a great time.

    I ordered a candle AND votive set of 144. They even had me choose the color/scent of candle before checking out. It also described the candle as a 10 hour lasting.

    When I received my order a few days before my event, I found only the votives. NO CANDLE! It was too late to get the candles from Quickcandles for my event, and when I contacted them about this error, they went to GREAT LENGTHS to revise the "SET" order form their website. They said It had been my misunderstanding. So when, I quoted back exactly how their website read, they eliminated the word "AND" as well as no more choice for the color/scent of candle.

    I know what I read, and it is not what is currently on there. I saw it multiple times when verifying what I received.

    BE CAREFUL THEY DO NOT BOTCH YOUR ORDER!

    I never take the time to write reviews but felt compelled due to my experience with this company. I would give this company negative stars if possible. Extremely difficult to work with and unprofessional. I tried contacting the company by both phone and email provided on the site, but was not contacted by the company until after it was too late to fix my order. They were completely unwilling to assist me and lack any shred of customer service. I will never use this company again and highly recommend that others do the same

    I would not recommend ordering from this company. Aside from sending me an order with two missing items, which I spoke to them on the phone about and they refunded me for one, the products are not exactly as described on their website. I thought I was receiving great customer service when I was ordering the items and was so happy I wrote them a positive review, but when I returned 3 moss garlands for 16.99 each (and almost $16 in shipping costs) they only returned 2 of them and said the last item was not in returnable condition. I hadn't even opened the dilapidated boxes they had sent me before sending them back. With no notification to me of a partial refund; I am to rely solely on the person who opened the box to tell me this instead of some photo evidence. Becareful about ordering the square moss wreaths, though they are lovely, the company will try to smash them into a box that does not fit and the wreaths may become bent during shipment. I wish I had taken a photo of the moss garland box before I had shipped it. The greatest anticipated item of my order was a "moss covered bark" which looks fantastic in the photos but very unrealistic in person. When I called to ask about the partial refund, I mentioned to them that two items (which I should have checked inventory of immediately on receipt of the package and hadn't) were missing and they conveniently forgot when issuing me a refund of $5.69 that the second item of 13.99 a moss table runner had been mentioned. I called back the next day to see why it was only $5.69 and they tell me that I never mentioned the other item and I "had many chances" to do so. Really? The singular phone call I had placed to them since receiving my order when I told them I didn't receive these items wasn't enough? And my only chance? Wow. I can't say I'm surprised, it's very hard to be an outstanding and honest company. They are definitely cheating to make money, both in the products represented on their website and cost.

    The customer service with this company is bad. Heidi (manager/supervisor) is rude, condescending and has a attitude to say the least. I would NEVER purchase anything else from this company and hope that others read this review and take heed!     We had a terrible experience with Quick Candles. We spent ~$500 to order 25 sets of Eastland Unique Mercury Glass Pillar Candle Holders (Set of 3). We were using these to create centerpieces for our wedding. We opened a box and placed two candles on the table. Imagine slowly tapping two items together very slowly. This is what happened as we arranged them on the table - they tapped each other very lightly - and broke. Very poor quality. This happened twice, it was not a fluke. So needless to say, we had to return them.

    Service:
    Since we are responsible for shipping on returns - a known policy - the personal cost to return was >$140. What I asked them for was to utilize their account to help offset the costs. No dice, on negotiation, basically no conversation on the phone. Would never use or recommend them again.

    Ordered a royal blue chargers got a lighter color, they tried to educate me that its the right color! Got charge for shipping when it’s their mistake! I will never ever fill with them! I hope you won’t ether!

    I have to agree with a few of the reviews here . . . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are not customer service oriented, and they do not stand by their product . . . and don't bother asking for a supervisor or manager because they too are "box" people and will be even more rude than the initial customer service rep. you talk to . . . if Tiffany was a supervisor of mine, she'd be fired! There are a lot of great "candle" companies out there, this is just not one of them . . . save yourself the aggravation, time and money - heed our warnings - and use any other company but Quick Candles!

    I'm not one for writing a bad review but Very Very disappointed in quick candles.
    **BEWARE** poor customer service and had to open a paypal dispute to get a refund!
    I brought 60 glass coloured votive holders for a friends wedding to find they were painted glass and they were peeling off at the bottom of the glass,
    I quickly contacted Tiffany at quick candles and she said she would accept the return.
    I sent the box back at my own cost which was received then she ignored my first few emails and casually returned one more.
    Thanks to Paypal ive just received my refund over 3 weeks later.
    Poor customer service from Tiffany will not use quick candles again.

    I ordered "Richland Pillar Candles & Eastland Square Holders Set of 3" but when they arrived 2 vases wre shattered and another issue was that ALL of them were dirty and oily and smelled awfully. looks like they sent me someones return. but the most shocking part was when i called them about it they wouldn't let me return it for a full refund, they insisted on me paying the return shipping $25!. that means a total loss of $50 (both ways shipping) for something that was totally not what i ordered. Very disappointed in their service and shipping fees. i would not recommend this company to anyone.

    These people are the absolute worst. Paid over $200 for candles and holders and they couldn't get a single candle to us that wasnt misshapen due to melting. And thats after TWO tries. When i called, they first tried to blame me, then refused to acknowledge there is an issue with shipping.

    Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
