Perfect Addition to our Wedding

Queen City Cupcakes made all the cupcakes for our wedding, and they were absolutely delicious! They were a huge hit with our guests—everyone was raving about them. Delivery and setup went perfectly and looked beautiful. We highly recommend Queen City Cupcakes to any couples planning their wedding and will definitely be placing future orders with them!

Amazing Wedding cupcakes!!

Had them make cupcakes for our wedding and everyone loved them! Was only a few left at the end of the night!! They were great and easy to work with. Great communication. They delivered them and set it up beautifully! Made it all very easy and stress free for us!

Best Wedding Cake Ever!!

We chose cookie dough for our wedding cake and it was absolutely delicious! We had the option of making it look like a traditional wedding cake or going with the extravagant look of how the cookie dough cake comes, we chose not to go traditional. Our cake was so fun! We also got cupcakes for our guests and there was not a single cupcake left at the end of the night! Plus the price was more than reasonable! 10/10 using QCC at your event!

So delicious!!

We did an assortment of different flavored cupcakes for our wedding day. The flavors were absolutely delicious and the cupcakes were so beautifully decorated and set up.

Decadent & Delicious!

We ordered from Queen City Cupcakes for our wedding and were over the moon with the result! Chelsea was incredible from the start in helping us plan our menu and had great suggestions for flavor pairings. They were even able to help us order specialty items for our GF guests.

On our wedding day, the desserts were absolutely stunning. It was difficult for our guests to wait until after dinner to dive in to the cupcakes. They were certainly the focal point of our many displays and our guests raved about the cupcakes for weeks afterwards. We highly recommend ordering from Queen City for your next event!

Spectacular and Delicious!

Queen City Cupcakes did a spectacular job providing dessert for our wedding guests. They even went the extra mile in accommodating some of our guests severe allergy restrictions. The cupcakes were delicious, and looked beautiful!

The best cupcakes!

I’ve been a fan of Queen City cupcakes for years! I was so thrilled when I saw them as a preferred vendor for my venue. Chelsea was so easy to work with, it was great to be able to choose six different flavors for guests to choose from. The display looked great and the cupcakes tasted even better! It was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding!

Guests are still talking about the cupcakes

Can't say enough positive things about Queen City Cupcakes. First, they made the entire process so easy for us - from samples to wedding day set up options it was smooth. Second, the flavor options to chose from are numerous (we went with 6 different kinds) as well as a GF choice. Finally and most importantly, our guests couldn't stop raving about them. They looked amazing, smelled amazing and tasted even better.

Best Cupcakes Ever

These cupcakes were SO DELISH! Everyone loved them and we hardly had any leftovers. They were all perfectly decorated and the large His and Hers cupcakes we had to "cut" for our wedding were also so beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend for a wedding or party! They had wine crates to rent which looked perfect at our venue and were so easy and professional to work with

Delicious!

My husband and I chose Queen City Cupcakes as we had previously lived in downtown Manchester and stopped in a few times. From the beginning of wedding planning, we loved the idea of doing cupcakes for our wedding instead of cake. The flavors we chose were chocolate, vanilla, sugar cookie, and Oreo. Queen City Cupcakes allowed us to do an at-home tasting during the pandemic. They were extremely flexible, reliable, and delicious. I would highly recommend Queen City Cupcakes for any couples looking to do an alternative to a wedding cake!

Delicious Cupcakes!

The Queen City Cupcakes team is wonderful! They have SO many cupcake sizes and flavors, including gluten free options. Their prices are amazing and friendly for couples on a budget. Everyone loved the cupcake flavors! We had chocolate squared, vanilla bean, carrot cake, and strawberry shortcake. We would definitely hire them again!

Cup cake queens

My husband and I did not want to do the traditional cake cutting especially in a pandemic. We chose Queen City Cupcakes to be our desert vendor and we have ZERO regrets. The cupcakes are unbelievable. Each bite gets better and better. We worked with Chelsea directly who is beyond easy to work with. She will help you out with whatever you need. I encourage you to drop by the shop and get some cupcakes before they sell out. We are for sure life long customers.

So great to work with!

Obviously, we had to make a lot of changes because of the pandemic. But QCC made all the changes easy and were friendly while doing it! We even had to make a last minute set up change the night before the wedding and they promptly contacted us and gladly made all the accommodations we needed. The absolute BEST!

Queen City Cupcakes is amazing! For the last 5 years we have loved going there for a special treat. When it came down to planning our wedding, it was no question that we wanted QC cupcakes. Chelsea + team were wonderful to work with through the many changes to our wedding due to the pandemic. They were responsive and helpful, and even allowed us to change our date last minute due to impending weather, thank you, Chelsea! The cupcakes were delicious! All of the extras we had ordered were gone the next day. Needless to say, they were a huge hit. You will not regret getting QCC for your special day!

Best cupcakes ever

My guests loved these cupcakes so much that I didn’t have any leftovers! Before I knew it dinner was over and people were grabbing multiple cupcakes for desert! The peanut butter cup is my fan favorite, but honestly I haven’t tried a flavor I didn’t like yet. They really are the best cupcakes i have ever eaten. Big hit!!

Best cupcakes ever

We got married on 10-11-19 at LaBelle Winery. Do not hesitate to use QCC on Elm Street for your wedding cupcakes. Book early! And then wait and follow them on IG and see all the amazing flavors. Then take advantage of your free tasting! A few weeks before the wedding, you finalize the counts, flavors, and timing. It legit couldn’t be any easier and stress free. They even have the option to rent cupcake towers among other display items, we did with wine crates and the display was absolutely breathtaking. They also provided flavor tags. We arranged for setup and delivery which I also highly recommend. I will be using QCC for future events. The product is tasty and stunning.. affordable and the customer service is top notch!! Seriously, you are wasting your time if you look elsewhere, we wouldn’t be happier. Thank you QCC for everything!! Love Tom and Jenn

Incredible Cupcakes

Queen City Cupcakes catered the cupcakes for our wedding in September 2019. Words cannot fully describe how amazing all these cupcakes are. During the process we worked with Chelsea to try a number of different flavors for our big day, it was nearly impossible to parse it down to 5! Since our wedding was early on Sunday we opted to pick up the cupcakes on Saturday and store them overnight. Chelsea helped up decide which cupcake toppings stay better overnight and also gave us all the items needed and tips on how to store them overnight. These cupcakes were still equally phenomenal when left overnight (or even multiple nights as we found out eating the leftovers for the few days after the wedding!). Queen City Cupcakes also provided the display, wine crates, which made for great photos during the day.
The costs were the same regardless of it being a wedding which is not often the case and was very appreciated. We will certainly be returning for more cupcakes!!

Perfect Wedding Dessert

Everything was perfect! Queen City Cupcakes were so easy to communicate with and they were helpful and attentive to any questions I had. Great when traveling!

QC cupcakes was incredibly accommodating for my wedding. I was planning my wedding in NH after I had moved out of state, and everyone that I worked with was more than happy to work with my schedule when I would go to NH for wedding planning weeks. They delivered the cupcakes on time, they looked and tasted amazing, and everyone raved about them! We did a cupcake smash instead of a cake smash with the normal sized cupcakes and it worked out perfectly. Thank you so much, QC cupcakes!

Flexible with allergies and very responsible

Queen City cupcakes was an excellent choice for our wedding. We had a nut allergy and they worked around it to make sure everything was perfect. Day of they brought he cupcakes straight to the venue and I didn’t have to worry about anything! Besides the excellent service the cupcakes were amazing and everyone loved them!

Amazing experience and cupcakes!

Working with QCC for our wedding cupcakes was super easy and enjoyable, and the cupcakes were absolutely amazing! Guests still rave about them. Wedding cupcakes

We ordered cupcakes for our wedding and they were phenomenal! We were able to choose from lots of wonderful flavors. Absolutely Amazing

I called Queen City Cupcakes somewhat last minute and in a panic needing 260 cupcakes for my wedding. Chelsea was incredible to work with and the process was painless and very affordable. She worked with all of my requests and got it done in time for the wedding. As for the cupcakes.... my guests were asking me for WEEKS where I had gotten them. They were all delicious!! We got 6 different flavors and even included a vegan option special for my sister in law to surprise her. I can't say enough about Queen City Cupcakes, they were amazing!

We are so happy we used Queen City Cupcakes for our wedding! They came to the venue and set them up for us on a cupcake tower that they rented to us. I love Queen City Cupcakes! I was so pleased with the entire wedding process, from consultation to design, delivery and most important - taste! All of my wedding guests commented on the quality of cupcakes and the custom display. Everything was perfect. I am so glad we went with cupcakes instead of a traditional wedding cake. Not only is the price much more reasonable, but the guests can choose from a variety of cupcakes. Win-win! I would absolutely recommend QCC for any wedding, party, or event.

We honestly could not have asked for better desserts at our wedding! QC was super accommodating even after we made a mistake on our end about our date. The cupcakes were AMAZING! The guest raved about them! I highly recommend trying Queen City Cupcakes!!

Queen City Cupcakes were incredibly easy and friendly to deal with during our entire wedding process. All of our guests raved about the cupcakes, and how delicious they were! Additionally, being able to use the tree stands provided for our dessert table made setting up the décor for our rustic wedding so easy! I would definitely use Queen City Cupcakes for any future events!

QC Cupcakes was wonderful. They have so many unique flavors, it was fun to taste them and choose from them. They also have great stands that you can rent for a low price and they'll do the setup for you. My only regret is that I didn't get to eat more than a bite on the day-of, but I had guests coming up to me all day (and after) telling me how delicious they were!

First of all these cupcakes are amazing!!! My husband says he still dreams of the Vanilla Bean cupcakes. These cupcakes are so delicious and Chelsea at Queen City Cupcakes is amazing to work with. We first saw them at Expo at the Radisson Hotel, in Manchester, NH and even though we only met for a brief time, when we came into the shop a while later, Chelsea still remembered us and made us feel welcome as we tried to some more cupcake favors. Planning for our wedding, Chelsea was so great at helping us with the difficulty of choosing from her multitude of flavors and putting together what it was going to look like on our wedding day. The final display looked so good, that guests couldn't help, but start sneaking cupcakes a little early.

We went with queen city cupcakes for our backyard wedding of 180 people, and couldn't be happier we did. I really tried to chose vendors who were laid back and put me at ease. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and it's just so important to surround yourself with vendors who make the process easier. Chelsea was so kind and easy to deal with. We were planning the wedding from out of state and she was happy to accommodate chatting in person, on the phone, text/ email, all of the above! They cupcakes were out of this world! Seriously, our guests can't stop talking about! I've have numerous people tell me it was the best cupcake they've ever had. Also, we were really happy to support a small family business. Queen City Cupcakes is fantastic; their cupcakes are beautiful and more importantly, delicious! Chelsea was professional and extremely friendly throughout the entire process of booking 10 dozen cupcakes from QC for our 2017 winter wedding. We also rented a cupcake stand from QC which went perfectly with our venue decor. I would definitely pick cupcakes again over a traditional wedding cake. You are able to have a variety of flavors and also speak to those guests with dietary restrictions (gluten sensitivities, vegans, and allergies). Excellent service and tons of compliments from our guests on the quality of the cupcakes!

These people do such a fabulous job, they not only make impressively tasty cupcakes including vegan cupcakes but they also were very nice. They answered all sorts of questions, did everything just how I asked, and I even rented a nice set of towers to use from them. I would definitely recommend using them!

Queen City Cupcakes was a no brainer to choose for our wedding day! Not only are the cupcakes delicious, but they offer a variety of flavors, and really work with you in terms of decorating how you want. The price is great for a wedding, and you will spend much less than having a standard wedding cake. Cupcakes are much more fun too! You can also choose from an array of cupcake stands to rent, so you can make a nice display. Much easier to rent than coming up with your own -What would you do with it after the wedding? :) Chelsea and her team were awesome to work with and made the process really smooth and easy!

Queen City Cupcakes did the cupcakes for our wedding, and all I can say is DELICIOUS! Chelsea was so easy to work with, super personable and helpful. We had four different flavors, all just as good as the others. The only difficult part was choosing which out of their huge list of flavors we wanted!! QCC came the afternoon of the wedding and set all of the cupcakes up on the stands and it looked beautiful. I was a little worried that we would have a ton of cupcakes left over because I got more than I though we needed, but there was not a single one left over! Everyone raved about how delicious they were, including me and my husband! We would absolutely recommend them and will for sure be using them for anything we could possibly need cupcakes for!

Absolutely positively the best cupcakes I have ever had. We met with Chelsea and picked out the cupcakes and got everything arranged. She was so easy going. Wedding day when we showed up everything was perfectly placed and looked beautiful. We could barely keep people away from eating them before we cut our monster cupcake. Chelsea at QC was a treasure to work with. We had four different types of cupcakes and each of them were absolutely amazing! We also did a giant "smash cake" for our cake topper, I would 100% recommend them and plan on using them for different events in the future!

Chelsea and the Queen City crew could not have been more helpful or more fantastic if they tried! First, they were very gay-friendly, which was important since we were two brides getting hitched. Second, they had fantastic gluten-free options, which was necessary because one of us is allergic to wheat. Third, and most important, their cupcakes are FABULOUS! They have tons of flavor options, including seasonal specials that rotate. There were a few different size options to choose from, as well, including a huge one that can be used for a "cutting" ceremony. We went with 2 large individual ones for us then the standard size for guests, which worked out well.

We live in a different state than our wedding and Chelsea was extremely helpful when making plans and choosing flavors. We were able to come in during a busy weekend for tasting and she gave us lots of options for flavors, decor, etc. Everything tasted SO GOOD, it was hard to choose! In the end, we went with fall flavors, including a gf option for the allergy. Queen city has display towers to rent, but we made our own. Chelsea asked us if we wanted to put any personal items on our display table and offered to set everything up for us. She took care of the display table and made it look fantastic. This was a great option - it gave us a chance to let our personalities shine through and honor a late family member and we didn't have to do the work or worry about it. Guests RAVED about the display and their cupcakes. We'd surely use Queen City again for any event - and we always stop by for a treat when we're in the area.

I knew from past experiences of just going into Queen City Cupcake that I wanted to have them do desserts for our wedding. They were so great to work with, and the pricing was extremely cost effective. We opted to have delivery & set up, which worked out amazing! We used our own sort of decor and QCC was able to make it look amazing! We didn't want to spend a ton of money on a cake that people barely eat, having cupcakes gave our friends & family an option to have a choice of flavor and they were a HUGE HIT!!!! Queen City Cupcakes was beyond awesome and so darn delicious! They were so easy to work with and the prices were very reasonable. She was also very accommodating for my vegan and gluten free requests and didn't charge me any extra! I rented one of their lovely cupcake stands and chose the option to have them come to my venue to set them up, which they did an awesome job and it was so convenient to not even have to think about how my cupcakes were getting to the venue. Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful the display was. There were so many flavors to choose from it was hard to choose just 4, but I liked having the variety and flexibility to choose whichever flavors I wanted. The only drawback was that I was so close by that I frequently would check their Facebook and go buy cupcakes more often than I probably should have! Everyone loved, loved the cupcakes and most went back for another...or more! I was lucky enough to have some leftover that I got to eat the next day too and they were still just as delicious! I would recommend Queen City Cupcakes to anyone planning a special event, whether it is a wedding, birthday, or even just because! You HAVE to try their cupcakes!

Chelsea and crew were phenomenal. I met with her a ways out from the wedding to pick flavored and she helped me figure out how many I should get, plus she offered suggestions since I wouldn't be able to refrigerate.

She and the crew also took my mom's weird pickup time changes in a really good stride and didn't get impatient with me even though they had every right to about that lol Especially when we went back to the original pickup time since my in-laws went to get everything.

As soon as the guests started eating them, they came up to me and absolutely RAVED about them. I managed to get a couple before the end of the night and my god were they good. Couldn't have made a better choice for my wedding cupcakes! Plus the stairs we rented to display them on, everyone loved those too.

Long story short, don't screw around with another cupcake company, get them from Queen City Cupcakes. Those people don't know how to disappoint!

I would give Queen City Cupcakes more than a 5 star rating if I could! Everything about this place is amazing. The adorable homey shop, the unique variety of cupcake types and flavors, and the fantastic people responsible for it all. The owner Chelsea was more than helpful in accommodating me and my specific requests. I am gluten free and vegan and so were many of my wedding guests so it was important to have those types of cupcakes available. Chelsea met with my husband and I a few times where we were able to taste test various cupcakes and hammer out the details for my big day. My wedding was in Vermont, and we opted to transport the cupcakes ourselves. Chelsea was able to tell us exactly how we should transport them to keep them safe and fresh for the next day - and they were perfect!!

All of these details meant so much to us, but of course the biggest factor that brought us into the shop was the taste of the cupcakes. Every cupcake i've tried from there (vegan and gluten free) have been amazing. My husband has tried a few regular cupcakes and has thought the same. So tasty and satisfying! QCC was able to make a bigger sized cupcake to act as our wedding cake so we could have something to cut into and it was beautiful. We ordered 10 dozen cupcakes besides the large one to cut and only a dozen were left over at the end of the night. This was all super affordable too! We certainly had the variety, taste, and dietary qualifications met to make everyone at my wedding happy for a lot less than it would have cost to order a traditional wedding cake to serve 150 + people. I will never stop going to Queen City!

I highly recommend Queen City Cupcakes! Chelsea was so fantastic to work with - incredibly professional, friendly, and flexible. The only downside to using Queen City Cupcakes for your wedding is having to pick between so many amazing flavors - every cupcake we sampled was delicious! Our wedding guests were still raving the next day about the cupcakes.

Delivery, set-up, etc. was all on time and executed exactly as planned (and it was their first time delivering to our venue). We used their beautiful rustic wood/tree displays for the cupcakes and the table looked beautiful.

Highly recommend!!

I remember when Queen City Cupcakes first opened right around the corner from where I worked. Near daily, there was a line that snaked out of their store and around the corner of the building. Oftentimes, they would sell about before I had my turn in line. When I finally got to taste one of their delicious cupcakes, I knew what all the fuss was about. Their recipes are nothing short of amazing! I said to myself that I'd have them as my cake baker when I got married someday--and I did!! To say that our wedding day cupcakes were perfect would be an understatement. Chelsea listened to all our ideas, offered ideas that we never would have thought of (that we ended up incorporating), and was always highly pleasant and responsive. The customer service we received at Queen City was outstanding. She drove to the venue and set up the display herself. When I first saw it, I was amazed at how she made our vision come to life after just a few meetings! And I received so many compliments on how aesthetically pleasing, fresh, and delicious the cupcakes were. We even got a jumbo 6" cupcake for cutting (which we now have in our freezer for our one year anniversary). The only thing we didn't get were leftovers! But truly, the best part is how Queen City treats their customers--they take such pride in their work and make you feel like your day is just as important to them as it is to you. We are huge fans for life!

I have been to a few weddings that had cupcakes as their cake and they were dry with hard frosting and flavorless. My wedding was a COMPLETELY different story. Chelsea makes, without a doubt, the BEST cupcakes you will ever eat and your guests will agree! Not only is there an extensive list of flavors she can make, but as you try the flavors trying to decide which ones to have for your event you will find it hard to choose as they are all so tasty! My friends and family are still talking about how good my wedding cupcakes were months after my wedding and I know several of them have made their way over to Queen City Cupcakes since my wedding to get another cupcake!! The presentation, the flavor, the quality, the service were all top notch! If you are looking to have cupcakes for an event, look no further!!!

Queen City Cupcakes is FANTASTIC!!! Our guests were so impressed with their cupcakes and couldn't stop talking about them. The hardest part in working with them is figuring out what flavors to choose, because there are so many good ones!!

They make the BEST cupcakes that I've ever had (and I love cupcakes.) I did a cupcake tasting in the spring for my wedding. Thankfully my husband and I brought two friends along because we sampled about 10 different flavors. It was very hard to narrow it down to 4 we needed for the reception. We opted to rent the real tree stand (the newer version) and I love the way the cupcake display looked. Our guests were raving about the cupcakes too. Chelsea and team are fantastic! I highly recommend them.

We booked with Queen City Cupcakes for our wedding, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I absolutely loved the idea of ordering more than one flavor (as often you only get with regular wedding cake) and QSC has so many delicious flavors to choose from!

Working with Chelsea was an absolute delight! She met with me prior to our event to go over how we'd like to decorate the cupcake display, and carried it through beautifully! I highly recommend working with this vendor!

We used QCC for our "wedding cake" and I wouldn't have done it any other way. Chelsea was absolutely incredible from my first inquiry email right up to the day of my wedding. She basically took control of all set up and helped keep me on track picking flavors and cupcake holders. She put my mind at ease having her take over. I absolutely loved when she said they don't up-charge just because it's a wedding. So many companies massively up-charge (disgusting!) just because it's a wedding. But Chelsea does not. She knows this day is already expensive enough, so why charge a happy couple more?! She was phenomenal, helpful, and professional. Everyone was a HUGE fan of the cupcakes and I had no problem making sure they all disappeared by the end of the night. I would go back and use QCC a hundred times if I had to do it over. Highly recommend this to others! People have not stopped raving about it!

Queen City Cupcakes have been our favorite since they opened and choosing them to do our wedding was a no brainer. The cupcake were delicious and perfectly decorated. QCC was flexible with us about our pickup timeframe as we were getting married in a different state! They also went out of their way to help us select a cupcake tower, even going so far as to glue on the ribbon that we selected to decorate with. The cupcakes were a huge hit at our wedding and were enjoyed by all! Thanks again!

We are obsessed with these cupcakes and we are so glad we had them at our wedding. Chelsea is fantastic to work with. She is friendly, responsive, timely, and professional. She made the entire experience worry free and easy. Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the cupcakes were. We chose five flavors and this was honestly the hardest part of working with Queen City, simply because they have so many amazing choices that it is hard to pick just a few. I would highly recommend working with Chelsea and her team at Queen City Cupcakes to anyone who is getting married and would like an incredible alternative to the traditional wedding cake. I should also mention that they have awesome 7 inch cupcakes that are perfect for a cutting cake. Also, even though we chose to use our own stand made by my husband's father, they had so many beautiful options to choose from if it was needed.

We decided to go with Queen City Cupcakes for our wedding in June. Chelsea was so professional and so helpful! She sat down with me and talked to me about prices, decorations, and her recommendations on flavors. They also gave me a coupon to get 4 free cupcakes to taste test when you book. She gave me a website to choose cupcake liners and told me to let her know which one I liked so that the bakery could order it for me and get me the company discount! I was so grateful! The tower on my wedding day looked beautiful and I received so many compliments on the yummy cupcakes from my guests.

QCC were our place of choice for our wedding (cup)cakes.
From the get go, the service was great and helpful, very easy to work with and incredibly flexible.
The day of the wedding Chelsea set up our stand and cakes for us, provided little menu cards, and left them looking (and smelling!!!) absolutely delightful.
The cakes themselves were to die for, and were a hit with every single one of our guests.
As a whole, thank you so much for all your help and excellent cupcakes, couldn't have done it without you!

I had Chelsea at QCC do my wedding cupcakes for my summer wedding. I chose four different flavors, and each one was AMAZING. All my guests talked about was how awesome her cupcakes were. I met with Chelsea twice and what most impressed me was that she doesn't charge more for wedding cupcakes. They are the same price as any other, which is awesome! Chelsea also delivered and set up the cupcakes, and they looked amazing in their wrappers that matched my color scheme. I am a regular at Chelsea's shop, and I knew I wanted her cupcakes for my wedding. I couldn't have been more happy with them!

We used QCC as our vendor for cupcakes for our wedding - we wanted our guests to be able to choose their flavor (and we don't like wedding cakes....we like the flavor of cupcakes better!). QCC was amazing to work with, and they worked with us to make a custom flavor since we really liked aspects of 2 different cupcakes for our main cutting cupcake. We were able to try lots of different flavors, and they made sure that we were very happy with our selections. They also delivered to our local venue (Fratello's) and they did an amazing job setting up the cupcake table (we provided most of the décor, they expertly arranged everything to look perfect). We also rented cupcake stands from them (love bird towers - they looked amazing and fit our theme perfectly!!). The cupcakes were delicious, and everyone LOVED them!!
