    Wonderful service and community support

    Used this company for chairs, tables, and wait staff for our wedding this past spring. Troy & Kristin were very helpful during our consultation, asking great questions about our plans and making useful suggestions regarding our needs. Anthony, our server, was phenomenal during the reception. After a quick meeting day-of, he took the reins and kept all the food and beverages well-stocked and the serving stations clean. He even helped with general cleanup after. All the items were dropped off and picked up promptly. Highly recommend!

    I cannot recommend this company enough! Troy (the owner) went above and beyond to take care of us before and during the wedding. He worked with our wedding coordinator to make the whole evening seamless and we barely noticed they were there, except when they would bring us drinks and food and anticipate our every need. We contracted with them to provide waitstaff and bartender for our event, but they ended up setting up a photo booth as well, without us even asking! It was such a hit, i'm so thankful they did that! What a nice surprise to find when we got to the reception. Definitely hire them for your next event!!

    If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Our wedding was May 13th and planning it was one of the most stressful experiences of my entire life, but Queen Bee rentals really took so much of the added stress away. From start to finish, Troy made the whole process of renting all of my wedding necessities a breeze. Prior to working with Queen Bee, we had a company bail on us (closed down completely!!!!) and Troy and his team took us under their wing. They were affordable and the quality of rentals exceeded our expectations. Troy helped with every detail and remained in constant communication with me all the way up to my wedding day. This is something I was so happy about because some wedding vendors can be so horrible at getting back to you when you need to hear back. Not Queen Bee!!! Always there for you! If you have any doubt about working with them, or your are considering a different company DON"T! I will recommend Queen Bee to all of my friends who are soon to be married! Thank you so much for making my wedding day as special as I always dreamed it would be!!

    I used Queen Bee Rentals for my wedding (which was at my home). I rented tables, chairs, tent, linens, dance floor, photo booth (needs a good lighting if you are renting for night weddings).
    They were professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them! They are reliable and affordable too.

    I booked Queen Bee for my wedding ceremony in Greensboro. I rented chairs, a table, and ice buckets. They delivered to the site, set up and broke down immediately after the ceremony. Kristin was very easy to work with and so sweet! They are extremely reasonable and I couldn't have been happier with them! Thank you!!

    Economical and efficient

    Using small, family owned, local businesses was a priority for our wedding. While I think the business success grew faster that they were anticipating, they quickly got communication issues in check.
    There were upfront about the total pricing! No surprises is a huge benefit. They have unbeatable prices on things like after hours pick up and outdoor dancefloors (hard to find good rates). We were totally and completely satisfied!

    They were high quality, and were easily able to add in dinner glasses when it turned out we forgot them. My only concern is that it's a bit pricey.

    QBR Photo Booth

    We used QBR's photo booth for a department holiday party. They were prompt and well prepared, friendly and enthusiastic. Price was right.

    Hiring Queen Bee Rentals was the biggest mistake of my entire wedding. Before the wedding, Troy and Sharron (my day-of rental contact) were communicative and helpful. I sent them incredibly detailed maps of where I wanted everything to go at my venue as well as a timeline for what items I needed set up first and at what time. Unfortunately, none of my requests were followed through and the hours before my wedding were a nightmare.

    Sharron showed up at the venue late. The set up staff were on time, but Sharron wasn't there so they didn't have anything to set up. She had not shared my map or schedule with them. When she did show up, they didn’t know what to do, so my family and I had to tell them what to do instead of getting ready. Sharron took trips back to their warehouse to get all of my rental items which meant that some items still had not shown up by 3pm for my 4pm wedding. Guests were arriving and items like the lights still had not been set up. Everything was set up just in time for the wedding, but it would not have happened without my family helping to set up. While I appreciate my family’s help, they should NOT have had to do this in the first place.

    After the ceremony, the wait staff ran the buffet well. The only item that did not go smoothly was the photo booth. The staff who was working the photo booth told my guests during the cocktail hour that the photo booth was “not able to be used until after the reception”?!? Eventually we were able to use the photo booth after dinner. Troy had promised me that I would get digital copies of the photo booth pictures, but 8 weeks later, I still do not have them. I have emailed & called Troy and Sharron numerous times to no avail. I'm giving up.

    Once the wedding started, things went well overall. But the stress leading up to the wedding was horrendous and the amount of follow up I have had to do after the event has been horrible. It is not worth saving a few hundred dollars to use Queen Bee.

    Wish I had NEVER Gotten Involved- Worst "Business" Encounter of my Life

    I work in a service profession and interact with people daily. Encouraging people is a significant portion of my job. I have also worked in customer service jobs as well. I understand that people have their good days and their bad days, so it takes A LOT to get me to the point that I would write a negative review, and I do NOT do so lightly.

    My perception of my experience as a bride doing business with this company has led me to feel WORTHLESS as a customer. It is far less demanding to list the positives of my experience with Queen Bee than it is to list the things that caused me STRESS and DIFFICULTIES during my interaction with them- ON my wedding day, DURING my honeymoon, and AFTER I returned home. It has been absolutely AGONIZING, to say the least. As for the positive, all I can say is that their automatic payment system and automated emails letting you know of your upcoming payment and thanking you for your payment is convenient (for all involved).

    Just a heads up. If you are a vendor, do not rent to Queen Bee Rentals for his events, unless you get payment in full ahead of time. He will not pay you and then will not answer your calls to try and collect!

    Queen Bee came recommended by a brand new venue. I decided to use them for my daughter's weddingin October. In February I rented multiple
    Items including benches,rustic door an antique irony board and a welcome sign. In April I found out our venue had purchased chairs so the benches were not needed. It was allowed under the contract to cancel items up to thirty day and I began the process that involved almost two months of calls and emails before they were removed. They kept saying it would be done and never months later it was fixed. I began the Monday before the wedding making final contact with all the vendors. 4 calls later Troy calls me on Thursday and I called him out on his companies reliability. The items were delivered, however, the doors were falling apart( not all in the condition they were in when rented) and the venue owner deemed them insane to use because they could collapse on someone. The ironing board was fine but the rustic welcome sign had a big chunk of wood missing. Troy offered me a full refund apologized and said he was embarrassed. It is December 5th and I have not received a dime. He always has an excuse on one of the twenty odd phone calls or texts I have sent. No response to emails. And the real kicker is in every conversation he states "I am a man of my word" ...... I hope no one has this ordeal my sister and brother in law worked hours on end to fix the doors before they had to throw in the towel. Beware off Queen Bee!!!!!

    Let me start this off by saying I am in the service industry myself, and am aware of the impact reviews can make on a business. I have never written a bad review before. I try to work things out with the vendor and give every opportunity to make things right. My calls and emails have both remained unreturned since my wedding, which was October 1, which leads me here.
    Queen Bee seemed great at first. Newer company with extremely competitive rates. We rented our tables, chairs, linens, tents, and restrooms from Queen bee for our wedding on a farm. The linens we received were the wrong color, not a huge deal. When i called Troy, the owner, he was extremely apologetic and offered a $125 refund for the mishap. That was awesome of him since I didn't even ask, but a great gesture.
    That Never Happened.
    Upon delivery of the restrooms, we noticed the bottom step was completely dented in. Now this was not okay in my book since people would be wearing heels, drinking, and we're outside at night with minimal lighting. My husband called Troy and his response was
    "oh yeah, we just picked it up from a previous renter and didn't have time to fix it and didn't have an alternative trailer. I understand things happen, but okay- you knew all of this and didn't give us a heads up? Not okay. So, the day of our wedding, my husband ran home and cut out a piece of wood to fit over the dent so people wouldn't trip. Luckily my husband is a woodworker and this isn't a huge task for him, but it is a task he shouldn't have had to take on the day of our wedding.
    I had called Troy a few days after the wedding to inquire about the refund on the linens and to see what he could do about the restroom dilemma. No response.
    I had written a few emails over the last few months. No response.
    I had called a handful of times again. No Response.

    I would not recommend Queen Bee to anyone for any reason. As the old saying goes.. you get what you pay for.
