Perfect DJ....highly recommend!

We hired Alex to DJ our 40th year USCGA reunion in Waterford, CT. He was amazing!! From initial communication through to the end of the event, he could not have been better. When he arrived to set up, we decided to move the dance floor from inside the venue to an outside patio. Alex quickly adapted, and was able to set up his system so that it played perfectly in both areas – the sound was excellent! His ability to read the crowd, and play the perfect songs helped pack the dance floor. We highly recommend Alex for weddings or any special event – his professionalism and personality also helped make this a memorable event!

Quantum Sound- R&J wedding 05/10/2024

I found out about Quantum Sound services through my workplace and decided to meet with Kenny to discuss using his services. Kenny has such a unique positive personality and brings that type of energy when he is behind the DJ booth. Throughout the entire process Kenny never ceased to amaze us with his creativity and passion. He was extremely easy to work with, anything you asked he went above and beyond.
He knows how to get the wedding crowd amped up to go on the dance floor, excite them through unique games he created. My wife and I are very happy to have had Quantum Sound be our DJ services. We highly recommend if you want a unique fun experience, to have Kenny make it happen.

This is a great company to work with, the owner Alex was very responsive to my emails and phone calls and was knowledgeable about weddings and figuring out all my music and how to organize and run my special day. I highly recommend this company. I would use them again for other parties in the future for sure.

Great DJ for Mystic Wedding!

Alex was awesome to work with! I reached out to Alex and we kept in contact through Facebook messenger throughout the whole process. He was very responsive and answered all the questions that we had. He was accommodating and played exactly the type of music that we wanted for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We had 140 guests at our wedding and he had everyone on the dance floor from the beginning to end. His wife was also in charge of the photobooth during the reception and she was very kind and made extra prints that my husband and I were in. I highly recommend using Alex as your MC, DJ, and photobooth! He’s the complete package and I couldn’t be more thrilled with him!

The best DJ you could have!

I am wayyyy over due in writing a review for Alex. He was our dj for our wedding on 9/4/22 in Brooklyn, CT and he was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. My guests are still talking about how our wedding was the most fun and I credit Alex with much of this. Our ceremony was absolutely seamless, but our reception stole the show. My husband and I were concerned with the amount of people dancing since we had a relatively small wedding with 75 guests. Alex kept everyone on the dance floor ALL night long. Our guests are still raving about the music choices.

Alex is down to earth and so responsive. He responded to me within minutes (if not seconds) no matter the time of day. He met with us last minute to discuss our music plans and his online song generator was easy to use. My husband and I didn't want to have to come up with an entire playlist and someone just by selecting a few genres and artists , Alex made the playlist of our dreams. Book Alex now and you will not be disappointed!

Amazing!!!

Alex did an amazing job at our wedding! He made sure all of our song selections were correct and followed up with us before and during our wedding night to make sure we were happy with how things were going. He really knew how to read the room and guests loved coming up to him to ask for music requests, which he gladlyplayed in a timely manner. Guests were dancing the whole night and we received so many compliments on Alex. Made for such a fun night! Seriously, everyone should hire Alex!!!! Highly recommend!!!

DJ/Photobooth Review

We just had Alex DJ/MC our wedding and he was great! He worked hard ahead of the wedding day to put together the music we were looking for and to customize the photobooth strips. There were some songs that needed adjusting/mixing and he fixed them perfectly. His lists were detail oriented to ensure we didn't miss anything, and the day of he checked in with us to make sure everything was going as expected (which it was) and was greatly appreciated! Our dance floor and photobooth were always full after dinner, and everyone had a great time.

It was the touch to make it an amazing time.

The most important part of the transaction was that he listened to what our needs and wants were and followed up with questions to assure we were 100 percent in agreement.

He was more than what we expected kept everyone engaged and dancing. I would highly recommend Quantum for any party .

DJ of a lifetime!

Worked closely with our needs. I composed a song for our wedding and he made the whole experience east and smooth. We had specific styles of music for different parts of the ceremony for example cocktail hour into ceremony and he made the event incredible. We also had the photo booth which was awesome! Highly recommend!

DJ Alex - Aria

Alex was awesome. We had to postpone our wedding twice and Alex was very flexible and easy to work with. The dance floor was electric on our Wednesday night wedding. Our wet September Wedding

My husband and I had a totally laid back outdoor wedding planned that quickly turned into a very wet day...but still amazing! We had to make some changes with the location of our ceremony and he was totally prepared to accommodate! From the start Alex was amazing. He rolled with the punches and the music for the entire evening was perfect from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Everyone at the wedding loved his energy, music selection (which we mostly left up to him) and of course the digital photo booth was a hit! He worked amazingly with us, our wedding party, our photographer and our videographer. I would hands down recommend him for any event you have planned!

Perfect experience

I spoke with Alex at Quantum DJs after the photobooth I had booked for my wedding fell through. The pricing he gave me was great and he accommodated everything I wanted. He was very communicative and sent me proofs of my photobooth strips beforehand. On the day of my wedding, Alex showed up early to set up, took the photobooth out to the tables and onto the dance floor to capture images and boomerangs and get everybody interested, and came over to me several times to make sure I visited the booth before he had to pack up! He was there later than I expected getting my scrapbook together. He really went above and beyond, and my guests (along with my husband and I) had a lot of fun with it! I highly recommend him for a photobooth and I’m certain he’s a fantastic DJ as well!

He was professional yet easygoing all at the same time. He stayed in constant contact up until the wedding with forms, texts, calls and emails. His setup was very neat looking that would fit any venue. His wireless speaker setup for ceremony was also huge because like he says "people want to hear your vows" . He was engaging with our guests and had everyone on the dance floor. We got compliments on him all night. He was a lifesaver.

Wonderful Entertainment Specialist!

We used Alex with Quantum Sound for our wedding in RI this past Sunday and couldnt have been happier! He was attentive and found all the songs that I requested. Professional and fun!

Alex is organised, professional and most of all fun! Our wedding ceremony music and sound was exactly how I dreamed! HE did the ceremony, reception with lighting on the floor and the lighting that was all around the outside of the rooms walls. You will not regret hiring this company to DJ your event! Alex was INCREDIBLE to work with. We got our own wedding website to coordinate the timeline of the event and add music to the play/do not play list. We didn't give Alex much to work with in terms of a playlist, but he watched our small wedding and played music that everyone seemed to get up and enjoy. And the extra service that Alex offered was just in his attentiveness to us. He was constantly checking in, making changes spur of the moment as needed, even offering to grab drinks for us. He was a very fun personality, too. We were both SO HAPPY with the decision to hire him and would do it again without hesitation. Thank you, Alex!!

My daughter planned a summer wedding 6 months out. Alex was instrumental in helping her plan out the sequencing of events and the organization of the music. He was very responsive and his wedding day performance kept the dance floor full from beginning to end. Alex was very attentive/ sensitive to the timing of events and very flexible when we weren’t ready ( he stalled well!). We felt like we had a member of the family providing DJ/photo booth services. I can't say enough wonderful things about Alex and Quantum Sound Productions. Alex from the start and throughout the planning process was super responsive and easy to work with. During the wedding he kept the dance floor going and if it were quiet he knew exactly how to pull people out. There was a surprise speech by my step daughter and he incorporated it perfectly! In addition we had a Photo Booth through him and it was with the newest technology so it wasn't just a strip print out but people could text themselves their photo's too. Alex worked with me to have the strips go with my wedding theme too. The attendant for the booth was dressed the part and was helpful and friendly too. All our friends and family couldn't stop saying how much they loved it and couldn't speak more highly of both the DJ and Photo Booth services and we were extremely happy too. I would recommend Alex and Quantum Sound Productions to anyone.

If i could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Alex was the DJ for our wedding last month, and he was perfect. He was able to respond to all of my questions quickly, and professionally (even when i was sending questions at 1:30am). He had to set up at our ceremony (which was up on a hill) and then a seperate set up at our reception site. Both set ups were perfect, and to be honest i didnt even see him during the ceremony because he hid himself out of site so well. He was attentive and helped my husband and I through every step and went above and beyond for us during the wedding. And the reception was absolutely amazing and so much fun thanks to him!! I will never use anyone else. Thank you Alex for making my wedding day perfect!!!

Alex was wonderful to work with! His use of an online platform made it easy for us to customize the music for our wedding day. In addition to music, we were offered up-lighting (which we loved!), as well as a photo booth. Alex is extremely professional, kept the dance floor hopping all night, and went above and beyond his role to make sure that we had everything we needed and that the night was perfect for us. Using wireless mics and Bluetooth capabilities, Alex was able to provide the sound for our outdoor ceremony outdoors and quickly set up indoors for the reception. Alex has many years of experience and we highly recommend him for your DJ and lighting wants and needs!

I have used this DJ (Alex) twice, once for a 35th birthday party and the other was a post wedding celebration. And I would absolutely use him again. He responds within minutes of messaging him. Plays the music that YOU want to hear. He did a couple of games during my post wedding celebration that was a lot of fun. Overall this is a great DJ and I highly recommend him to everyone!!

Alex was excellent keeping a great selection of music playing and the crowd dancing. His pricing was extremely affordable compared to others. i would hire him for every even that needed a dj.

Alex provided the DJ services for our Jack and Jill and he was absolutely amazing. He kept the party going all night long and I have been getting so many compliments from my guests about what a great job he did. He was on time, professional and kept the event running smoothly. I would not hesitate to hire Alex for our next event and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ.

OMG! Alex did an amazing job for the Jack n Jill that we had for my sister and her fiancé! He was great reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor going, had a great selection of music, and easily interacted with everyone! Seeing we really didn't have a timeline of events, He was also really good about connecting with me to make sure that he announced things like raffles, dinner, etc and his "announcements" were funny and entertaining which amused the crowd as well. Overall, everyone enjoyed themselves and I wouldn't think twice about hiring him again!!

Exceeded my expectations! Was such a blast dancing and playing games! The DJ danced too and really had us all up having fun. We received lots of compliments on how awesome the DJ service was. We'd highly recommend this company for any event.

Alex did a great job! He met with us to go over all the details right before the wedding and checked in with us periodically through the night to make sure everything was going well will is and if there was anything else we needed.

Alex was our DJ for our 4th of July/Graduation party. The hurricane missed us but brought heavy rain to our party which was a backyard barbeque under a tent. Alex provided great music and we got everyone up dancing and had a great time in spite of the damp weather! Very easy to work with from start to finish! I would definitely use him again and recommend him to a friend!

They were very professional, and Friendly. Also very interactive. We got a lot of compliments and would recommend them to anyone. If I ever need a DJ again, I will definitely use them.

Where do I begin?! Absolutely exceeded my expectations!! Besides arriving early, being very well dressed and having great quality equipment I want to point out the DJ was very nice, polite and friendly. He was the talk of the night as well as afterwards. His services definitely get a 5 star review from me and I can't wait to use him again in the near future for future events!

This dj company did an awesome job for our post wedding celebration! He answered my questions immediately and played all the music that I wanted. What I like about this company is that you can do everything online from paying to picking out music. He even included some games that made it more fun. And all of our guests were very pleased with them. I highly recommend this dj and will use him again in the future and will recommend him to any friends or family looking for a dj.

Alex was the DJ at my wedding in 2007. He did an impressive job. He met with me and asked what type of music we wanted to have and he took it from there, He kept the crowd going and was very professional in his presentation. Great fun .was had by all.

I had alex from quantum and his assistant d_j my wedding there practice was on the little blue we got a lot for as well did a really good job and everyone dance in the entire time definitely worth giving them a call.

Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable. The wedding night was AWESOME! The DJ can make or break your event, don't chance it with someone else, KNOW that Alex will make your party one to remember! We wouldn't think twice about recommending him.
