When we started to work in Puerto Rico, it was very hard to get in contact with a lot of vendors. The ones to call in the West coast!
The team was always responsive, quick, and understanding. I had no problems with them at all. Managed it by myself until the week of the wedding and then POC was my coord. The trip to their site is recommended. I couldn’t go, but my aunt did and called me FT. They were understanding and patient. I’m very thankful I found them.

Todo el personal de Quality respondieron muy profesionalmente. A pesar de la lejanía del evento, pudieron acomodar todos las ordenes con flexibilidad, a tiempo y siempre con opciones para modificar a nuestro gusto. El montaje fue excelente y a tiempo, sin tener que preocuparnos por los detalles ya establecidos (igual para el desmontaje). Quality nos acomodo para una boda de aprox. 80 personas: Carpa, mesas, luces, sillas, pista de baile, entre otros pedidos. Totalmente recomiendo a la compañia, primordialmente por la calidad y facilidad con que nos sirvieron.

And 10 out of 5 to every single one of the ladies who showed empathy, were supportive and their willingness to help me was beyond the effort of a clerk!
Zenaida and Karla were super awesome!
I realize I probably scared them with my response timing but I was planning a secret party for my wife.
They put up with my silly timing, lack of response and their willingness to help receiving strange modifications to my order, I mean, they really showed understanding to my needs.
I owe them so much!
Do not ever get rid of these ladies, these people make things roll!
And the delivery/pick up guys! What can’t be said about them!!!
By the way, the surprise worked! She could not believe what happened!!!

Beautiful Rentals
Quality Rentals did an amazing job. They have a good variety of tables, chairs, and arches, even dance floors. Their response time is quick which I really appreciated. Their set up and tear down was so fast I didn't even realize it was going on. It was so seamless. I am so happy with the rentals, they definitely brought my rustic theme to life.

Nuestra boda se celebró el 24 de Febrero de 2024 frente a la playa en Villa Boquilla Mayaguez y rentamos todo el equipo de la ceremonia (sillas y pérgola) y recepción (mesas, sillas, carpa, y manteles) a Quality Rental. El servicio y la comunicación fue excelente desde el principio. Ellos siempre estuvieron disponibles para cualquier pregunta y estuvieron siempre disponibles y atentos a cualquier cambio incluso durante la semana previa a la boda. El tema de nuestra boda fue coastal rústico y Quality Rental tenía todo el equipo que queríamos y necesitábamos para que la actividad y la decoración quedara tal como la queríamos. El equipo que rentamos era de calidad y tal como esperábamos. El día antes de la boda el equipo de Quality instaló todo y al día siguiente recogieron todo rápidamente. Estamos muy satisfechos con su servicio y excelencia en equipo. Si va a hacer una actividad al aire libre y quiere que su actividad quede tal como sueña, recomiendo a Quality Rental un 100%.

Aunque ellos no son los más económicos del área oeste pero la realidad es que fueron de gran ayuda durante el proceso de alquilar y luego montaje días antes de la actividad. Surgieron imprevistos y resolvieron sin ningún problema. Sus productos siempre están modernizados, en general me encantó.

Great rental company
We used them for the chairs for our wedding rehearsal and the extra tent for our outdoor wedding reception area and they were very prompt and responsible. The thing I hate the most is when you hire and people don’t respond and this wasn’t the case. Very communicative 👍🏽
