Penny Waack did an absolutely amazing job on helping me get my wedding invitation done. She was ever professional, organized, and very helpful in answering questions and helping me figure out things that I didn’t know or understand how to do. Professional, knowledgeable, and great quality.

Had a wide array to choose from. Was able to help us narrow down to exactly what we wanted. Was very responsive to any questions we had. Ordered the invites and they came in within reasonable time. When they arrived we were able to come and pick them up. Overall had a wonderful experience and recommend her to anyone I know that’s getting married. Got recommended to us by my sister to also used her for her wedding invites.

Penny is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to layouts, proper etiquette, designs, etc.

My total experience from going to her house and having so many in person options to her completely taking the stress off of me with designing and then her quick turnaround of designing made my whole experience great. She is so easy to work with and has great suggestions. I got my save the dates from her and will be going back for my invitations. She also did my mom and dad’s wedding if that shows how much experience she has!

Brides! If you're looking for someone to alleviate stress and ease your mind with the overwhelming task of ordering invitations, save the dates, thank you cards, programs, or any sort of stationary, please check out Quaint Wedding Stationary - Penny Peebles Waack. She has been SO helpful and truly so accommodating throughout this process. She is very responsive. She searched up and down for our vision and provided so many options until we found the perfect one! She did mockups for us to ensure everything was right and looked great. She even went the extra mile to provide an option to us to ensure we didn't have to pay for extra stamps, which is so very appreciated! She is very knowledgeable in this industry. Penny at Quaint Stationery is the real deal. She was incredibly responsive and flexible in communication and availability, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the different options available to us, all with our theme, vision, and budget in mind. When my fiancé, mom, and I met with her for the first time, she already had several mockups for save-the-dates ready to look at. We absolutely love how our save-the-dates turned out, and are 100% going through Quaint Stationery for our official invitations, as well.

Quaint Stationery has made making and getting the perfect save the dates beyond easy!! With their quick responses I felt completely informed always! They received our save the dates and the printing of the back photo was off center and I didn’t even catch this and they were instantly sent back and reprinted free of charge!!

Pandemic Perfect

Our experience with Penny started before the 2020 pandemic. The face to face meeting was wonderful. So many beautiful choices at so many price points, she certainly has something for every bride. When the pandemic caused all communication to be via email or phone. She was quick to check in on you, update requests (her patience with that was amazing too!), and respond to any questions almost immediately. We had our invitations in almost a week from ordering. We ended up figuring out that putting the details of our reception on the back of our invitation (instead of a separate card) saved us over $100. This was one of the best vendor experiences I had before the wedding! Penny was great to work with, I spent less money than I thought I might, and my invites were beautiful! I received so many compliments on them. This was also way easier than trying to order your own online. Penny has samples of everything to show you, she knows what colors and fonts work together, and she gives you advice on what wording to use. She even rushed ordered me some new envelopes when we messed some of them up. I would recommend using Quaint Wedding Stationary in a heartbeat!

Penny was phenomenal! I had went to a different place and got a quote. It was way over what I wanted to spend. I then came to Penny, told her what I was looking for and gave her a price point I would like to be at. She was able to help me find and provide suggestions for exactly what I was looking for and wanted within my price point! Her service was fantastic. I went with the sep-n-send card route (aka some assembly required when putting together the invitation) and a pocket. Penny put one together as an example to follow. As she put the example together, there was an issue with the envelopes. She took the liberty in reordering the envelopes and having them sent to my house no charge! All in all, Penny was a delight to work with. I would and have highly recommend her to anyone in search of invitations of any sort. Very pleased!

I fell in love with personalized coaster on another website. When I asked how to get them personalized I was told that option wasn’t actually available. I searched for weeks and couldn’t find anything I loved as much as those coasters. I then found the website for Quaint Wedding Stationary and Accesories and they had the exact same coasters and offered personalization! The coaster were processed quickly and came out exactly like the picture!

Quaint stationary made the donation cards for my wedding last October- I was donating to the animal shelter where we got our dog, and they were on perfect little bone shaped cards.

Call Quaint Stationery for great service. Everything can be finalized in one sitting. My daughter and I had met with 3 other vendors, priced the same invitation and Quaint Stationery gave us the best deal. Penny Waack provided my daughter & me with wonderful, professional guidance and was extremely flexible, accommodating our limited schedules due to my daughter living out of state. When Jessica needed to finalize her order and was uncertain of some of the details, she simply said, "I have confidence in Penny giving me good advice. Let's ask her." Jessica had a couple of style questions & requests. Penny is just who you need to see to get beautiful programs and invitations. She knows her business and made ordering our programs easy and stress-free. We made the mistake of letting someone talk us into making our own invitations. We spent hundreds of dollars on paper, printing, scoring, tape, ribbon, etc- not to mention countless hours- only to find her invitations were just as beautiful and were cheaper lol!
