  Best Venue

  Quail Run Ranch was a beautiful and spacious place to host our daughters wedding. The owners take exceptional care of the grounds and offer a variety of areas for the ceremony, reception, dance, etc. Savana and Jesse are wonderful to work with and answered all questions in a timely fashion. I'm very appreciative for their help and advice through the planning process and event.

  Beautiful Venue

  After looking at several venues, we decided on quail run ranch for a variety of reasons. We are so happy we did as the service was great and our day was perfect. Savana was very helpful and very flexible with is stopping by often during the planning portion. Not only was it less expensive than many other venues, it was far better. I can’t tell you how many complements we received from guests on and after our wedding about how beautiful the venue was. Truly a stunning place for such a perfect memory.

  Treated like family

  We had been looking for a venue that suited us for 3 years and none of them could compare to Rusty and Sonya's Quail Run Ranch. We had made our decision before we even got out of the truck to go look around. The property is absolutely incredible and full of natural greenery. We had viewed many venues and it was very apparent that they were business driven and they were there to make a profit and that was it. The story at QRR is quite the opposite, Rusty and Sonya immediately treated us as if we were family and we truly believe they really enjoy making everyone's day perfect.   We had been looking for a venue that suited us for 3 years and none of them could compare to Rusty and Sonya's Quail Run Ranch. We had made our decision before we even got out of the truck to go look around. The property is absolutely incredible and full of natural greenery. We had viewed many venues and it was very apparent that they were business driven and they were there to make a profit and that was it. The story at QRR is quite the opposite, Rusty and Sonya immediately treated us as if we were family and we truly believe they really enjoy making everyone's day perfect. We never had a problem communicating with them and setting up meetings and Sonya is very welcoming to visits (probably because it gives her a needed break from landscaping). They are constantly maintaining the property and adding new features. When it comes to decorations Sonya has a massive stockpile of rustic décor and she let us choose from her selection what we liked at no extra charge. A week before the wedding we saw her post some pictures of the last wedding and we told her to decorate for ours the exact same way and she took care of everything. We ended up needing minimal flowers (The venue is naturally beautiful and she has a selection of fake flowers/eucalyptus to use as you want) we only ordered the bouquets, boutonnieres, and 20 stem flowers for the dinner center pieces. Our biggest frustration was the addition of new options (table types, ceremony locations, decorations) for the bride to ogling over and make some last minute changes. But these are good frustrations! During the wedding they were able to help coordinate the event and made sure everything went smooth. We had scattered rain/thunder storms during our big day but the venue was well equipped for this and Sonya was prepared to change plans on the fly if the weather took a turn for the worse. Overall as great as the venue is it was the owners are what really made it the experience we were dreaming of.

  This venue was by far, the most gorgeous AND most affordable venue I found after months of searching! It was everything that I wanted- a rustic, country wedding! They even have the option of a horse and buggy ride for the bride and groom which I obviously did! Sonya went above and beyond to make sure that my day was PERFECT. She was so sweet and helpful and had so much décor that we were free to use. If rustic, country is the type of wedding you are looking for, this venue is the place for you!

  This venue is the nicest venue we toured in WA. My daughter wanted a rustic cowgirl wedding, and that is exactly what she got. The owner goes above and beyond helping and supplying decor and help for your event. The grounds and facilities are kept up to a tee, and are so picture perfect. They made my daughters wedding flawless, enjoyable, and the wedding beyond her dreams.
