Rachel the best planner EVER!
I hired the entire QTLA Events team and it was the best decision. I stumbled upon them and booked them based off their reviews and I made the right choice. Everything was perfect but what was best of all was Rachel who was so patient with me and super attentive to all my needs. She made my wedding perfect this past weekend! Qtla events
QTLA Events' photographer is a very warm, bubbly, and honest photographer. It had been drizzling, I arrived late and ended up in the wrong location of where I was supposed to be. I cannot tell you how grateful I was to have them as my photographer! They calmed me down and eased me into the camera. When I first saw the photographs, I could not believe the amazing shots they took of me. I was sure they would turn out bad because of what happened earlier. But they are a miracle worker and I am so incredibly please. I recommend them to my friends! thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!! To others: BOOK her! -

Great photography!
My husband and I eloped a few years ago and decided to finally get some couples photos taken of us. I did some research about Los Angeles photographers and reached out to a few people with an idea of what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend.
QTLA events was the only photographer to write back to us quickly with all the information we requested. Their process is very efficient and streamlined, but also incredibly personal. They knew exactly what to ask and cares about the vibe you want and what you want to communicate. They put a lot of energy into getting to know us and what we wanted from these photos, which resulted in a session that was really relaxed and enjoyable. I could tell from the beginning that they cared about what we wanted and the photos we got back were honestly amazing. My husband and I have been a part of different photo projects in the past and we were both deeply impressed with the work we received.
I can't recommend them highly enough. The best photographer in Los Angeles! -

Worked with Kelly and she was very patient with me. She explained very thoroughly and helped with all the concerns I had. They offer discounts and packages so it was really less painful on the wallet. There's a lot of photography options for engagements photos. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the services and all that's left is to get married. -

Best Wedding Ever
When we first met with Kelly, we immediately knew that we would go with QTLA Events. She is professional and easy to work with, which made us feel at ease since we were clueless of what went into wedding planning. Kelly gave us templates to give us an idea of how timing should go, while still being able to accommodate any special requests into the schedule. We were originally just looking for an MC, DJ, and photobooth but we found that QTLA Events offers so many other services. They were able to officiate the wedding, MC in both English and Cantonese, set up a photobooth, and arrange a limo for us for the day.
Kelly kept us organized throughout the entire planning process. We didn't feel an ounce of stress leading up to the wedding because we knew we were in good hands. When we arrived at the venue, everything had been set up, and the night went by incredible smoothly. The DJ played many of the songs I had requested beforehand, and integrated other songs that fit the mood we were going for. Both Kelly and the DJ kept the atmosphere fun, and all of our wedding guests couldn't stop complimenting how amazing they were! -

Can't wait for the next event!
Planning a wedding is stressful. Unfortunately for a lot of brides and grooms, the stress of the day prevents them from enjoying what should be the happiest and most fun day of their lives. If you are considering planning a wedding or event with QTLA, don't hesitate. DO IT! My wife and I worked with QTLA for our wedding in Malibu, CA. After we signed the contract, we ended up changing our plans multiple times. In fact, we even changed the country we had originally agreed on. At every step of the process, Kelly and her team were kind, understanding, helpful, and, most importantly, consummate professionals who navigated obstacles with ease and made the planning process exciting for us, not overwhelming.
Before talking about the actual wedding, it's worth noting that one of the best parts of working with the ladies of QTLA Events is that, besides being great at their jobs, they're also wonderful people. My wife and I genuinely consider them friends. We even said at our wedding that if they hadn't been working there, we would have wanted to invite them because we couldn't imagine the day without them. They are cool, funny, smart, and normal. You will spend a lot of time communicating with whichever planner you choose, so it's hard to overstate how important it is to actually like them. Kelly and everyone who works for her is a bona fide superstar in terms of both professionalism and personality.
Finally, the wedding. Even with all our faith and confidence in QTLA, we couldn't have imagined how beautiful the day would turn out. They anticipated every potential glitch and our every need, and the process ran seamlessly. We were totally unburdened and able to simply enjoy our day. Even our guests remarked that they felt like whenever they had a desire, a member of the QTLA team had anticipated it and delivered whatever it was.
It's unusual to be able to endorse any company without hesitation, but QTLA is special. Kelly puts a premium on kindness, expertise, and professionalism, and her example courses through the veins of everyone at the company. We will be forever grateful for having met them, and we can't wait for them to plan birthday parties for our kids! -

Everything went perfect
I found QTLA Events through a recommendation and after speaking with them and a few other planners via phone, I knew QTLA Events was the right choice for me. The conversation was so easy, they were very approachable, and best of all, got me so excited about planning.
The best way to explain my experience with QTLA Events is EASY. They made every single part of planning our wedding so easy on me. From researching and booking vendors to the day of timeline was not only headache free, but fun. I had an absolute blast planning our wedding. The entire process was perfectly seamless. There was never a time that QTLA Events made me feel anxious or nervous and never made me aware of anything negative that might have happened. Communication was always on point, they always kept me on track with contracts and other deliverables that I had to do, and always kept things moving at a really great pace. My favorite part of planning was the design. I remember getting the design boards through email and getting so excited because I knew then that my vision for our wedding was going to be executed.
We had a weekend full of events and every single one was perfect. The timeline was so well done and everything was in place so that when we arrived in California (destination wedding), all we had to do was enjoy our events and our guests. The team was always around to answer any questions I had and to let me know that all was being taken care of. Words literally can't describe how happy I was with our wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect, more than I could have imagined and our guests also loved all of the little details that we had a blast putting together. Six months later and I'm still having major wedding withdrawals! Thank you QTLA Events for planning our favorite day and weekend so perfectly. -

4 Services is the way to go
Initially I only inquired to book photo booth rental with QTLA Events but they convinced me to do all 4 services that they have to offer. It was the best decision I made for my wedding. The photographer, videography, and DJ did a venue walkthrough with me and scheduled a couple of phone conference. They are so organized and on the day of my event, everything went smoothly. I just got my photos and my highlight video back... OMG... I got very tearful and emotional. They are the best! The results are speechless... Finally, the PHOTO BOOTH! They made a customized design based on my wedding invitations and created a free scrapbook for me. I am so glad I have QTLA Events service my wedding!!! -

We booked all 4 services with QTLA advents: photo booth, photography, videography, and DJ! It was the best choice ever for my wedding. I did this because in the past, my corporate events was a failure because the photographers and videographers would head-butt with each other and created a foul mood. This was because they were different companies. With QTLA events, they all under the same management and on the same page. Everything was amazing. Thank you so much QTLA events! -

Worst experience
Stay away from this company! Has no sense of professionalism and has fake reviews. I hired them for my wedding and they came late and wore inappropriate clothing to church. They missed my whole grand entrance to church and my court coming in as well. My video starts half way through mass and they took numerous of breaks when they were at my wedding. Again, not recording a lot of memorable moments and half way speeches. Kelly and her husband did my photography and videography after she had promised to have a real photographer. I don’t think either one of them had the experience or knowledge of what they were doing. Their work is very mediocre. I would advise anyone looking for wedding photographer/videographer to do your research and look up their work. You don’t want to do what I did and just look at their reviews because they can be misleading. I tried speaking to someone else from the company and have not received a call back. Someone handling their email said Kelly is no longer with the team but they can be lying since Kelly made it seem this was her company. Everything was done by her and her husband. It doesn’t seem to be too many people involved. They don’t list any names on their websites and are very shady in a lot of things. They never apologized for any of it and promised us a usb for the video and then lied that it got lost in the mail. Then asked for us to mail our own usb if I wanted another one. Who says that?
The pictures and video I have to show for my wedding for the rest of my life is far from great. Nothing excuses their tardiness, their lack of professionalism, and unapologetic attitude. My whole experience was very distasteful and no way of getting your money back since they enter into a contract with you. I had to work with them even though I knew they weren’t what they claimed. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more money for a company that is transparent, professional, and that cares about their clients. You will never get those moments back so make sure you have the right people that you trust recording those moments! -
