We truly could not have asked for a better wedding DJ. From the very beginning, Karli went above and beyond to make every single one of our requests happen. She made the entire day feel so personal to us. We loved how much she cared about our music choices and our vision for the atmosphere of our day.
We had a very specific style of music we wanted throughout the wedding, and she absolutely nailed it. She took the time to understand exactly what we liked, blended everything together perfectly, and made sure every part of the night felt like “us.” From the ceremony to the reception, every song fit the moment so naturally. We had so many guests compliment the music and overall vibe of the wedding.
One of the most special things was that she captured moments from our wedding that I didn’t even realize were happening at the time. Being able to look back and see those memories now means more than I can put into words, because on such a busy day, there are so many little moments you don’t get to fully take in yourself.
She helped make our wedding unforgettable, and we are so incredibly thankful for everything she did for us. We would recommend her over and over again. Thank you Q Up the Mic With Karli!!!!!!!!🎤🎶👰♀️💍✨ -

As a bride and a wedding photographer of several years, I knew the importance of finding the RIGHT DJ for my big day. The moment I found Karli, I just knew she was the perfect fit for our crew. Not only was she responsive and let me book almost two years in advance, she was everything I had hoped for and MORE.
She made us feel so confident leading up to the big day, she worked with me to tailor the soundtrack of our love and wedding day to fit exactly what I had envisioned. The music is SUCH a big part of showcasing your story to your guests and Karli did just that.
Now for the actual PARTY. Karli BOUGHT IT!!! She was beyond personable and sweet, and also kept the party going all night long! My crew is a rowdy bunch and she rolled with it and kept EVERY age group happy with her mixes.
I truly had the most magical day and Karli was a huge part of that. If you need a DJ, I promise you won't regret working with Q up the Mic with Karli! -

Karli is Amazing!
Karli was absolutely amazing at my daughter’s wedding. She knows exactly how to read a crowd and keep them engaged! She anticipated our needs and adjusted the “plan” as needed. I can’t thank her enough for the wonderful evening.
I only wish we could convince her to say “Go Dawgs!” -

Karli is such a gem! She’s professional, upbeat, and truly cares about making your event unforgettable. Karli was our DJ for our October 2023 wedding. She did the music for not just our reception, but also our ceremony and provided the necessary equipment for us. We touchbased before the wedding to go over the questionnaire she has you fill out, which was so helpful in keeping us organized to ensure we didn’t forget any special moments on our big day. She came early to set-up and ensured everything was working smoothly. Karli added a lot of fun touches and took so many videos, which we’re so grateful for because it went by so fast! We can’t recommended Karli enough for weddings or any type of event! ♥️🎤🎶 -

As a wedding coordinator this past weekend, I could not recommend Karli enough!! She is hands down the best in the business. If you are looking for the perfect person to make your day extra special, look no further!! She was very easy to work with, very generous, and helped make sure every little detail was perfectly executed. She took care of any announcements that needed to be made and kept up with anything that I asked. She is TOP NOTCH...Amazing, Super Sweet, and most of all Helpful! Wow! Karli was an exceptional DJ for our wedding. First, my husband and I were on a budget and Karli offers affordability and flexibility in her pricing that I did not find with any other DJ’s in Birmingham. Secondly, the music preparation process was seamless and organized as Karli knows what she is doing. Day of, things were really hectic for us getting ready and, to my surprise, Karli was set up on time and ready to go! The entire ceremony was flawless and that quality led all the way to the end of the reception. On top of her professionalism, she was a sweetheart and someone I would love to be friends with outside of this! She felt apart of the family! I would recommend Karli 100x over. -

Karli is hands down, without a doubt, the very best wedding DJ you will find in AL. My husband and I cannot express how essential Karli was in making our day so perfect. She paid so much attention to detail and ensured that every little thing was exactly how we wanted it. Karli is an absolute joy to be around. We loved her sense of humor and she knew just how to get everyone on their feet dancing!! Karli has the kindest soul and anyone who meets her will LOVE her. I don’t have the words to truly describe how amazing Karli has been. From the first message I sent her, I knew we would be in good hands. We can’t express how amazing Karli was at our wedding - SERIOUSLY. First of all, she is so incredibly flexible. Even with missing paperwork up until a week before the wedding, she still made sure that everything was 100% taken care of, called to check in and get everything squared away, and assured me that all was good and there was nothing to worry about! Once wedding day arrives, Karli exceeded all expectations with the playlists! We had guests coming up to my husband and I praising our song list, when in reality, karli asked what type of music we wanted and she delivered everything! 15/10 would recommend having her liven up your next party/wedding - you will NOT regret it! -

Excellence is just the beginning!
Karli did our wedding about a year ago, and she still has left an impression! Very fairly priced, very accommodating, she didn’t even question it when I changed my father/daughter dance a week before the wedding! She was awesome at rallying my guests to get up and dance! If I ever have a DJ need again, Karli would definitely be my first choice! -

I can't say enough good things. She was incredibly responsive, reasonably priced, professional, attentive, and just a ray of sunshine through it all!
She responded to my emails two days before at 11 pm, she worked with a challenging venue coordinator, and took photos of us during our dances. I owe her an incredible amount and am still so thankful! She was the BEST person who worked with our wedding HANDS DOWN -

Karli is fabulous!! Whatever we threw at her, she was able to handle and offered advice throughout our whole wedding experience. She was a true crowd pleasure and kept everyone entertained. She noticed when things were getting restless, and would find a way to keep the party going. I can’t wait to find a reason to book her in the future! -
