A beautiful setting for a beautiful day
We held our ceremony outdoor in the 'Chapel' right next to our reception held in the Lodge. Pyramid Hill let us have full flexibility with the design of the space both outdoor and inside; the bar package was easily negoitiated. Sasha was fairly easy to work with and I would completely recommend this space for weddings under 50. -

Best Venue Ever!
My husband and I couldn’t have imaged a better place to have our June Wedding then at Pyramid Hill. Nikki and the whole team were fantastic. Despite the rain they made our wedding absolutely perfect! Pyramid Hill is a beautiful wedding location with a wonderful team of people working to make your event everything you imaged. We highly recommend having your wedding here!-

We can't say enough about Nikki and the team at pyramid hill. They were very friendly and willing to work with us for our needs. When the weather forecast became questionable, they even checked into allowing our caterer to setup the buffet inside the Museum which seemed like a huge deal for original museum artifacts all around. While looking at other famous locations around the western Cincinnati Ohio area, the venue rental pricing in general was shocking. One area even required a minimum of $23,000.00 spent (which included a requirement of using their own caterer, but that's still a huge cost for a 5 hour timeframe!). We were really surprised with the beauty of Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park and the various venues available for rental at a small fraction of the famous Cincinnati locations. We chose the Ancient Sculpture Museum which seemed to fit our style. The benefits of this location are hard to quote. You'll just need to go check it out for yourself! -

Everything was perfect. The event coordinators were very helpful and responsive. The event coordinator, Leslie, was absolutely amazing. Besides coordinating certain annual events she is the parks bartender for events. She was very helpful while we were setting up and very easy to work with. The entire event went very smoothly and everyone had a wonderful time. -

My wedding was absolutely beautiful here! Nikki was absolutely amazing and patient even when I called a million times a day! Everyone at the end of the night would see her walk by and yell NIKKI!!!!!!! The ancient sculpture museum is an amazing venue to have your wedding at. I would highly recommend this and it's an extremely reasonable price for such a gorgeous venue! -

Perfect location for outdoor, dog-friendly wedding!
Having always wanted an outdoor and dog-friendly wedding, pyramid hill was a dream come true! This place is truly a hidden gem in Hamilton. We had our wedding this past fall at the Ancient sculpture museum and it was so lovely. Nikki and her staff was more than accommodating and worked seamlessly with our coordinator and other vendors. Highly recommend!-

A beautiful venue
Pyramid Hill was the perfect location to host our ceremony and reception. Nikki worked great to accommodate us with everything we needed. The park offers many beautiful locations for the ceremony from small and cozy to large and vibrant. We chose the "Age of Stone" location for our ceremony which is large stones similar to Stonehenge. We had less than 50 people but the ceremony sight could hold hundreds.
Pyramid Hill also has many reception locations for both small and large events. We decided to go with The Lodge which is amazing during the fall. The Lodge has large windows on all sides and provides a natural feel with the trees all around. Nikki and her team did a wonderful job on setting up our reception just the way we imagined.
We had our wedding on a Thursday and the pricing was very affordable. I would suggest getting a membership to the park, it will pay for itself and the park has many events to look forward to throughout the year. Pyramid Hill offers golf cart rental for weddings which helped transport our guests from the ceremony to the reception and was a huge help with after ceremony photography

I grew up in Cincinnati & had never heard of Pyramid Hill. When we first started checking out venues, we absolutely fell in love with this place. If you are a fan of a park wedding, an artsy wedding, or just want something different take the time and check this place out. Our wedding at Pyramid Hill was absolutely beautiful. We had the ceremony at the Overlook Patio & the reception at the Ancient Sculpture Museum. Nikki Koedel went above and beyond making sure all the details were accounted for, very thorough, worked with all of the vendors to do walk throughs, was there for our whole wedding to make sure things happened when they were supposed to so we didn't have to worry about anything. Our guests were shocked at how gorgeous the venue is since it was the first time for most of them. During the reception we had a spot of rain, and Nikki & her team provided exceptional service making sure the DJ was moved under cover & guest tables were pulled back under the overhang of the museum courtyard. Perfect way to have an outdoor wedding while protected from the rain! Everyone had lots of compliments on the location, how beautiful the park is & a lot of people were blown away at what a neat place it is. We will definitely be back to check out the hiking trails and rotating art in the museum! -

We had our wedding and reception in October at the chapel and lodge. It was so beautiful. The weather was wonderful. The set up by Pyramid Hill was great. They were very helpful prior to the wedding, meeting with us a few times to discuss details. They are a great value as well. -

Pyramid Hill is such a hidden gem! We used them for our rehearsal dinner after our photographer told us about it. It's an absolutely beautiful setting and extremely reasonably priced to rent for the day! We worked with Kayla and she was very helpful and easy to work with. We were very happy with our experience and our guests all commented about how much they liked the setting. Definitely check them out! -

Beautiful, unusual venue
We absolutely adore this place and so did our guests. We first visited in January 2018 and even without any leaves on the trees, the scenery in the park is beautiful. By May 2019 when we got married, it was absolutely breathtaking!
We had our ceremony in the outdoor chapel and had our reception next door inside the lodge. The lodge is a cozy, rustic space, perfect for a medium-size wedding like ours.
Nikki was pleasant to work with (a little slow to respond to emails, to be honest, but not too bad) and did a wonderful job. Everything was set up exactly as we wanted and her staff was accommodating. There was a little bit of confusion about the length of time we had the art carts rented for (side note: DEFINITELY rent at least one to get around the park on your day, the place is huge) but no big deal in the end. Prices were extremely reasonable. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the market for a unique venue! -

This is truly a hidden gem in the Butler County area. Most people don't even realize just how wonderful this entire park is! The staff was in transition when we were booking the venue and asking questions, but were still able to meet every need we had! You can tell this staff is only going to improve from an already-excellent experience! -

Pyramid Hill is a gorgeous venue for your outdoor wedding!
We got off to a bit of a rocky start as they are not fully staffed in their offseason. But once we got closer to the wedding Kayla was great to work with. She really helped our vision come to life and was very flexible with what we did. My only complaint is that you should talk to their bar staff to ensure they know to restock their bars when they run out of drinks. Our guests were repeatedly told we were out of something when really, the bar just needed to be restocked.
The venue truly is gorgeous and they will let you in early to personalize it. -

Amazing park setting for price
We used Pyramid Hill for our ceremony space, and it was a perfect backdrop for our “green” wedding. The park is just beautiful, and a spectacle with the art pieces that our guests highly enjoyed. Nikki worked with me for a long time during our decision to go from full wedding to only ceremony at the park, and unfortunately was swamped with weddings making it difficult to get a hold of at some points, but when we were able to she was very personable and flexible. We loved having the opportunity to rent golf carts through the park for our guests and pictures. We decided against reception due to our budget, and all the additional fees that made the price of a reception more than we were anticipating. We ended up with more of a DIY option using the park for ceremony and having reception elsewhere, which worked well. Highly recommend the setting for those looking to have an outdoor style wedding without wanting to get stuck with only tenting options, and especially if your budget isn’t as limited as ours! -

When looking for a place to have the ceremony and reception nothing compared to pyramid hill. All it took was one look and I was sold. It was beautiful and everything I wanted when it came to where wanted to get married at. -

In terms of beauty and the feel of the space, Pyramid Hill simply cannot be topped. We had an outdoor ceremony and indoor/outdoor reception at the Lodge--a stunning space, trees surrounding and large grassy areas, a fire pit and pergola, all tucked away into what becomes your own private oasis in the park. It's incredible. They were flexible and affordable, including their bar packages which allowed us to include local craft beer at an extremely affordable per person rate. We fell in love with the space the first time we saw it and have no regrets. However, the current event coordinator was not as detail-oriented or professional as I would have liked, which led to small issues such as mistakes in billing, linens being sent to the wrong venue in the park, etc. So if you have your wedding in this beautiful park, which you should, just be sure to also stay on top of the details/pricing/billing yourself. Visit the park and talk to Shaun, the current director, if you can--Pyramid Hill truly is a hidden gem. -

I have such mixed emotions about this venue but finally decided I had to write a review to help future brides. Views are great, reasonably priced and the day of went off without a hitch....overall loved it and love the pictures we took with the natural scenery.
However, working with their staff was less than pleasant, there is a lack of organzation and professionalism, which resulted in a lot of unnecessary stress. Emails often went several weeks without being answered, the contract was different than what was told to me, they were unable to give an itemized invoice, some billing issues etc.
Overall.... the day and the setting was great. I just wish the events staff made it a little easier to plan leading up to the day though. -

Poor condition of site, accessibility and use of site limited
We attended a wedding at the museum site. Spouse requires a walker. Access is a steep grade, uneven steps, or narrow, unlimited uneven asphalt path. The garden area has uneven cobblestones and loose pea gravel with hight step into the museum where restrooms are. It was a hot day and the on site organizer shut off half the building to access (requiring spouse to go through loose pea gravel with walker) and did not turn on air conditioning. -
