    Customer service is outstanding. They were proactive in reaching out to me when they noticed issues with my design. Any questions or special requests that I had were handled quickly. The design tool was easy enough to use and let me customize my invitation. Overall it was a great experience! I recieved the final product recently and it is beautiful. Special thanks to Josh for all his help!!

    I had a great experience with PurpleTrail. I ordered my wedding invites, rsvps and directions cards. One of the designers created a custom map for my cards, and they helped me make tweaks to the card design. Great prices..great quality…great customer service.

    I ordered my complete wedding invitation set from PurpleTrail and I am so happy I did! The website has so many options to choose from, and then you can change just about everything. I love that I was able to make the invitations match my wedding exactly and the quality of the paper is amazing. I highly recommend PurpleTrail!

    I had a great experience ordering from Purpletrail. I wanted to find a design that fit my country wedding, and all the other places had the same type of cookie cutter invitations. With purpletrail I was able to change the invitation I liked to match my wedding perfectly. The paper quality was suburb, the customer service was very helpful, my invitations came super fast, and the prices were great compared to other places. Great job!!!

    I created my own wedding invitations and was very happy with Purple Trail website/products. There website was extremely easy to use, and the paper quality was amazing. I highly recommend taking some time to create your own wedding invitations to save some money!

    The invitations turned out so pretty! I literally received them just days after placing my order. They even email you to check that everything turned out ok. I also got a discount for future purchases!

    You can really take any template and make it your own, which is what I loved about PurpleTrail. You can add all kinds of different pre-made accents. You can change colors and layouts more easily than you can with other sites.
    I ordered the invitations on a Tuesday afternoon and already had them by Thursday or Friday. It was quick!
    The quality is really good. The weight of the paper is nice and strong. I got matte, which I was debating, but which still has a really nice feel in my hands. It's actually quite smooth. Everything turned out just the way I had seen online- the colors are nice and bold (I didn't put a picture in it, so I can't speak to that).
    I made mine into postcards, but if I had seen how nice the recycled envelopes that came free with my order were, I would have probably used them instead. They fit perfectly into our rustic theme.
    There was a coupon code online, so while I only needed 50-55 invitations, I ordered more like 60 to save money with the coupon.
    Everything worked out really well, and I'd use them again.

    PurpleTrail is very easy to work with. The website lets you customize everything that you want, and they have a point system that directly converts to cash for your next order. I have used PurpleTrail for my house warming party, college graduation, save the date magnets, couple's shower, and wedding.

    Won a contest at a bridal show for $100 off my invitations, created my own style and they did a great job getting them done and to my house in a really fast manner.

    We had a great experience using Purple Trail for our invitations. The design service on their web site is very accommodating to building something totally unique to you. The products are high quality and ship pretty quickly. We also used purple trail to create photo table number cards as well as a "do not disturb" door hanger for our hotel guests. Great, personalized service and web site!

    I sent wedding evites and wedding thank you cards online. We had a Vegas wedding so I only had 11 people coming. I really like this site because you can totally personalize the invitation and send them all through email. Your guests can RSVP easily and you can send reminders. There are photo cards where you can download your own photos. After all my online searches, I found this to be the best site. Downside, the company logo will show when you want to view the enlarged version of the card. You have to pay a membership fee to have the logo removed and have more access on the site. I liked the site enough to pay the fee.

    I would definitely NOT recommend buying invitations from this company. I did what they recommended and ordered four different samples to see which ones I liked the most. The quality of the samples was good, so I ordered them. Unfortunately, the quality of the full order was terrible. They were very blurry and the colors were not the same as the sample. The pink was peach and the gray looked green. I e-mailed them about my concerns and they sent me a new set of invitations. Unfortunately, the gray was still still more of a greenish color. I was not pleased with my order at all.

    I would not use their service again. Overpriced and poor value. I appreciated the unique designs they offered, but when I have to pay extra for "premium" paper and what I receive is flimsy and barely thicker than loose leaf, I am not happy.

    Some of the invitations have artifacts in the printing, overall they look cheap.

    I would have been better off using Costco's service or obtaining one of the DIY invitation sets from a craft store.

    I paid extra for expedited printing and shipping, and they did follow through with that. I did not bother contacting them as I need to get my invitations mailed. Very disappointed. Save your money.

    Will not recommend this service any longer as they failed to provide customer service as soon as problems arose. My wedding invitations were very blurry and washed out even though a professional photograph was provided. Where was the alleged designer checking each order and alerting quality issues BEFORE printing?

    This company shorted me 9 invitations and would not do anything to make up for it because my order was placed more than 14 days prior to my noticing the missing invites. I called and they refused to do ANYTHING, quoting their policy on asking their customers to check for errors within 14 days. I did open my order and look at the invites to make sure everything was spelled correctly but didn't expect to have to count them to make sure I got them all. I think it is poor customer service to 1) not replace their mistake, or 2) at least offer free shipping or a discount on the additional items. Had they even done that, I would have been somewhat satisfied. But their refusal to do anything at all is awful. I hope anyone who reads this uses someone else for their invites.

    horrible experience. used their mailing service, and out of 50 invitations, only a handful were actually delivered. my sister's shower was almost ruined. they were not helpful whatsoever, and offered what they call "2 options free of charge" to help me, that were ridiculous and wouldn't solve the problem. I reviewed on FB, which they promptly deleted and blocked me from responding on. Never waste your money here!

We understand our customer service group offered 2 options to help ensure that the 3 to 5 guests who told you they had not yet received your invitation would have them in hand well before the Feb 1st RSVP date. One of them was to reprint the addresses for the recipients that have not received their invitations yet and get them re-mailed for you. The other option was for us to ship the extra cards that we have for each order to you via priority mail today so that you can then mail them back out to the recipients yourself. Both were offered at no additional charge. If you would like to move forward with either of these options please let our team know. We’d be happy to help out.

    Also, we assure you that your review left on Facebook is posted and intact.

    This is the absolute worst website anyone could use for invitations. I had such a horrible experience while trying to order save the dates for my wedding. I had placed my order as magnets as my receipt clearly said but apparently at the time of my order they were "switching" their magnet providers and my order was processed as a flat card. I had already paid $250 dollars for my order and now if I wanted to get the magnets it would be another $1.25 per magnet for a grand total of $168.75 extra! If this was the case I should of been made aware that magnets were not an available option at this time. Instead when I spoke to someone they told me there was nothing they could do, either pay the extra money or just order the flatcards.. I am so disgusted by this company this was clearly their error and no one was accommodating. I emailed a "manager" and of course no response! So in conclusion I find this company to be unproffessional and appalling. I would not trust anything wedding related to this site as for now I have no choice but to start from scratch! Worst company ever!!!

    EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!! After ordering my magnet (out of the MAGNET section - why would the price be for a card when it’s a MAGNET?) I was called and told that they were switching their magnet providers and so my order would be processed as a flat card. I told them that my receipt clearly stated I was ordering a magnet and the price listed on their website was listed under the magnet section, where I clicked on a magnet option and customized as needed. They told me that if I wanted to order a magnet I would need to pay an additional $1.50 per magnet (and ADDITIONAL $255)!! There was NO such notification or indication of a change in their magnets noted on their website. I asked if there was anything they could do to accommodate my order with a more reasonable price, considering the circumstances. They said No, there is nothing we will do. Not even nothing we CAN do! I cancelled my order, and all respect for the company when they would not honor the price quoted on the site or even offered a discount to make up for THEIR mistake. Now it’s back to square 1 to find a reputable company I can count on to print my save the date magnets!
