  Perfect Cake and Taste.

  The cake was delicious and gorgeous. Mike listened to what I wanted, and delivered exactly what I wished for. I loved my cake!

  How Is This Cake Real???

  When I got to the venue after my first look, the first thing my wedding planner said to me was "Did you see the cake?" This was the most frequently asked question of the night followed by "Is that even real?" and "Are you really going to cut that?" Yes, we did cut it. Yes, it was delicious. And, sadly, no, there were no leftovers. But yes, we will be going to Pure Sugar, Inc to get another Vanilla Bourbon Cake for our one year wedding anniversary because we were unable to save any for ourselves.
  
  Mike also made INCREDIBLE sugar cookies for our wedding favors in the shape of books. Awesome. Incredible. Unbelievable. Delicious.

  Not only are Mike's cakes delicious, but they are absolutely stunning works of art. It's very clear that he absolutely loves what he does and will do anything to make his client happy. Mike created multiple cakes for our wedding- my shower, the groom's cake (Game of Thrones themed!), and my wedding cake. All of our guests at each occasion were wowed by his design and the fact that they were absolutely delicious!! Our red velvet wedding cake was so beautiful and tasted amazing for days after. We can't thank Mike enough for his beautiful work!!!

  Pure sugar is pure perfection!!!! Chef Michael made a beautiful and delicious wedding cake for my daughters wedding last weekend. We also gave out his chocolate covered Oreos to the guests... sooo good! Don't hesitate to book Pure Sugar!

  All I can say is wow! Mike from Pure Sugar, Inc created the most amazing cake. We asked him for classy but over the top and he listened! We were blown away and all of our guests are still talking about it. My husband and I had some different ideas about what we wanted. Mike was able to bridge both of our ideas and made an over the top cake. It was Devils food cake with sea salt caramel mousse and a layer of chocolate ganache. Mike met with us two times and sketched out ideas on paper to make sure he knew exactly what design we wanted. We also wanted another wow factor. He designed a tuxedo style chocolate covered strawberry tower. It was out of control. I 100% recommend Mike at Pure Sugar, Inc.
