Andrew did his thing!
Finding Andrew on Wedding Wire was the best thing ever! From the first zoom call to the day of our wedding we felt extremely comfortable with him. You could tell he was a professional and loves what he does! Fast forward to wedding day, we didn’t have to stress any shots or poses because he gave us great direction. We recently received our photos and they exceeded our expectations. You will not go wrong in hiring Andrew and his team! -

Best Wedding Decision!
Looking for a photographer oversea can be difficult but once I found Andrew, I knew he was the one. We connected virtually for a meeting to discuss what I was looking for and he was both extremely professional and personable. We touched base before the wedding and he showed up bright and early for our 4PM wedding in order to ensure he captured all the necessary shots. Andrew as great at giving directions (so if you're awkward or don't know how to pose don't stress that). He captured shots I never thought to get and when we were nearing the end of our wedding day he made sure to check in with us. It was evident he worked hard all day, we had guests asking where we found such a great photographer.
We have since received some photos from him, we know perfection takes time but I could have never expected what Andrew delivered. The preview photos are perfection and we can't wait to see the rest of our wedding day as captured by his talented eye! -

Stunning Photography
If there is anything you need to do for your wedding its hire Andrew. I had sent him a few examples of the types of pictures I wanted to try to capture on the wedding day and he went above and beyond. His pictures exceeded my expectations and were better than any example I sent him.
He is also you're number one hype man on the wedding day. I've never felt so beautiful and confident in my life because of how genuinely nice he is during the pictures.
He was also extremely fast. We received some gorgeous sneak peeks the next day. That also gained my trust especially when you hear horror stories about brides not receiving their wedding photos.
So again, if you want someone that is amazing at what they do and you want to be able to trust then Andrew is your guy. -

Halliday Wedding
So my now husband was very particular about how he wanted our photos to look for our big day. He researched and found Andrew and it was the best decision. From our first zoom meeting till the day of our wedding Andrew was a great communicator and very attentive. Doing a destination wedding can be very challenging if you don’t have the right people in place that you trust with your vision and Andrew is not only trustworthy but GOOD! We have only seen a few of our pictures thus far but they are beautiful and it’s just the unedited version. I would highly recommend Andrew and his team. -

July 2023 Wedding
Andrew was amazing to work with and did a phenomenal job photographing our wedding! He was always responsive to any questions I had leading up to the wedding and was so fun to work with on the day of the wedding. Within 2 days of the wedding, Andrew sent over 100 sample photos, all of which look amazing. Highly recommend Andrew! -

Stunning and absolutely beautiful
Andrew is very professional individual. He responds to emails promptly and is very informative. On my wedding day I was very nervous because I don’t know to pose but he reassured me to relax and everything would be alright. Believe me my day was perfect and my pictures are amazing!!! I simply cannot write enough good words about Andrew T. with Pure Photography. He was the wedding photographer of my dreams. Pre-wedding he constantly was in communication and just as excited as I was for the big day. The day of he arrived early and stayed late until the last photo was taken. He had the same vision as my husband and I. Post wedding he checked in again. The pictures are timeless. He was able to capture the day through the art of his work. He assisted with posing and helped you feel comfortable and confident. He was AMAZINGGGG along with his assistant!!! I cannot say it enough. Look no further for photography. I would choose him again for any event but especially weddings!!!!! -

Best Photographer in Jamaica!!
Andrew and his team from Pure Photographer were the best photographers I have ever worked with!! They made us feel very comfortable, at ease, and relaxed during two of the most stressful days/ceremonies of our lives. We are inexperienced with photography, but rest assured Andrew was perfect in directing the poses, and scenes for every image captured. We received a couple pictures the day after our Indian marriage ceremony and were blown away by the photos, his art and couldn't wait to see the whole album. Andrew was very open to all suggestions given by us and the bridal party. Andrew is very focused, creative and friendly; beautifully capturing our Indian ceremony, civil ceremony and reception. The editing and quality of photos are impeccable and our family was very happy with the service, photos and ease of working with the team. I greatly recommend Andrew and his team for your wedding and any special occasions. -

Wow!!! If you are having your wedding in Jamaica, please book with Andrew!! Photos was my top priority for my wedding. I found Andrew through the wedding wire and looking through his Instagram and immediately fell in love and knew he would capture our wedding the way I wanted. I submitted my inquiry and within minutes Andrew contacted me. His responsiveness was amazing especially having your wedding in a different country, his responsiveness really made me feel great about my decision. A week after I first talked to Andrew, he scheduled a zoom meeting. After our zoom meeting, my fiancé and I knew Andrew was who we were hiring. We instantly felt like we knew each other and we’re friends. He is extremely friendly & Funny! Which made our wedding feel like comfortable & fun!
Our wedding was just 1 week away and Andrew already sent out some AMAZING sneak peaks! We were speechless looking through all of the sneak peak photos that he sent! I can’t wait to see the rest!

Amazing Jamaican Photographer
Andrew was very responsive throughout the whole process. I had reached out to him about a year before our wedding date and he answered all of my questions within hours, if not minutes. He was punctual on the day of the wedding and so friendly and fun to work with. He put my mind at ease and helped make the day less stressful by giving clear direction and being confident in his work. His assistant was also very polite and professional and easy going. I could not recommend Andrew more. I am so glad I chose him to photograph our big day as the photos turned out better than I could have imagined. Every single photo is absolutely beautiful and you can see the passion he has for photography in each one of his shots! 10/10 recommend Pure Photography! -

Fun professional & heart warming
Andrew Thomas is an excellent wedding photographer. He is a visionary, he comes with pre-planned ideas and gets you to channel your inner model whether you're good at taking pictures or not. The quality of the photos are exquisite!
He was on time for every part of the wedding and took his craft so seriously but had fun while doing it. Andrew made my bridal party laugh at every moment and I mean every moment...HE IS A VIBE! He is a people person and that goes a looong way! It was amazing to watch him work and watch how keenly he pays attention to details in each photo.
He really makes you feel comfortable in your skin and boosts your confidence while capturing you at your best!

Andrew was on time and accommodating from our very first interaction. He was always pleasant to speak to and made room for our every request. He provided guidance and had a strategic plan in place for the big day and thought of things that we never even considered. The results from our big day were exceptional. They exceeded our expectations. We can’t have asked for more and wouldn’t even know what that looked like. It was lacking in nothing. Choosing him as our photographer is one the very best decisions we made.

Awesome Photographer Wonderful Service
Andrew of Pure Photography was amazing to work with. We talked over the phone prior to my wedding and I was able to send him some shots that I wanted him to take at my wedding. He arrived on time, early in the morning, and stayed until the end of the reception. His vibe was amazing the entire time. I did not have a wedding party and was mostly alone in my room and he made me feel extremely comfortable. Most of all, he was patient! I was worried about how to pose, but he had it all under control and got the perfect shots. He made sure the lighting was hitting perfectly, I was literally glowing. I was scared we wouldn't have time for the first look, but he made it happen. Best of all, I was able to get some sample photos just a few days after the wedding and all the other photos within 5 weeks. Just look at the photos, he's the best option! Thanks Andrew for documenting my special day, now I have these memories forever! -

Amazing peace of mind!
God indeed assigned us Pure Photography to be our wedding partner. The experience is one that I speak proudly of, as Andrew allayed all fears I had as a bride and even contributed significantly to my calm demeanor on my special day. His Team was on the property approximately one hour before schedule, which gave my husband and me the confidence to focus on what truly mattered. His professional manner did not stop him from ensuring we were relaxed, laughing and posing outside our comfort zone to get the maximum benefits of the property we chose. He even gave us a 2nd shoot when we had time to spare to ensure our memories were well preserved. Andrew and his team were on the lips of my guests as they too were mesmerized by the quality of the service given. The quality of the work he produces literally gave me goosebumps as we did not anticipate how our feelings would have reflected through the photographs in such a genuine manner. Andrew will definitely be doing our anniversary shoot! -

Andrew was great to work with, he set up a skype call before our big day to make sure we knew what to expect that day and to game plan for all our expectations. He arrived to the resort right on time with his assistant and began working diligently to get all the shots we wanted! It was really appreciated for all the instruction he gave us and our guests to make sure he got the best shot and took his time for best results. Our guests loved him and was really fun to work with but most importantly the pictures are amazing and he managed to get us some teaser pictures less than 24 hours after our big day. He seemed to always be in the right spot at the right time and we are truly pleased with our decision to employ Pure Photography and would do it again! I first came across Andrew's artistry when he photographed my high school classmate Joseph Reid's wedding and I was captivated by the beauty of his photography. I felt like I was present at the wedding based on how well Andrew was able to capture the events of the wedding. I continued to follow Andrew's work and his artistry continued to get better with each and every wedding that he photographed. When the time came for my husband and I to choose our wedding photographer Andrew was our first choice. Andrew was very approachable and easy going and made himself available to answer all our questions. I can even recall Andre reaching out to me to find out how I was doing as I was overseas during the planning of my wedding,and for this kind gesture I am thankful. On the day of my wedding Andrew came to the venue hours prior to the wedding so that he could have selected the best spots to photograph different aspects of my wedding day and he was always available for the random pictures that I wanted to be taken. I got engaged in late January and started looking for photographers on the internet and my search came across purephotography. I reached out to Andrew and we hit it off right there on then. Andrew and his team has been nothing but exceptional. Andrew is very easy to talk to and work with, he is very customer centric and goes the extra mile for his clients. His work is superb and he captures every little detail. He somehow seemed to understand what i wanted to acheive and brought my thoughts to life in his photos. He did an awesome job with our engagement shoot and not to mention our wedding that happened a few days ago. Andrew was a God-send! I was searching for a photographer who understood the importance of a wedding day, and the important moments that needed to be captured for my destination wedding in Jamaica. I found his profile and knew immediately he had a gift! He responded immediately with potential packages after I sent my initial inquiry, and even followed up consistently to be sure I had all the information I needed prior to booking his services. He even dedicated extra time to capture moments for my husband and I, and was super accommodating to me and my bridal party. The best part, was knowing that Andrew genuinely wanted to give us the best photographed moments we could possibly have. My family and I are so impressed by the SAMPLE photos, that we cannot wait to see the FINALS!
It also helped that he is such a humble and easy-going person, that it was effortless and seamless working with him. The Ellis Experience
Wow, Andrew was amazing!. He and his team made us feel comfortable without losing a modicum of professionalism. He is an artist and that proved a contagion as seen in the end products. The collection of equipment was quite impressive as he had all the tools of the trade. His instructions were very clear and he gauged our level of adventure and adjusted accordingly. His treatment of the guests was amazing as well, he was there to capture every moment but was in stealth mode as he didn't distract from the programme of activities. As a young couple his acute business sense and understanding personality provided for us a package within our budget. We would say this is absolute value for money. I endorse this service if you want to capture moments for a lifetime. Nuff respect Andrew! -
