Francesca and Blake are the Dream Team of Wedding Planners! Every step of the planning process from the time we signed the contract in January 2022 to the wedding in May 2023 was flawless, attentive, thoughtful, exciting and fun! This is the most memorable day for your daughter and the journey to this day should be wonderful not stressful. Our family and friends absolutely loved every aspect of the wedding weekend. The vendors that PLB brought to the planning were all so receptive to the vision that my daughter and I shared. Because PLB listened to our vision they were able to put together detailed boards to the vendors. I can say it was the most beautiful wedding weekend all thanks to Pure Luxe Bride and their vendor connections. We remain on Cloud 9 and the wedding was 1 month ago!

Best wedding planner duo ever! 10 stars!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! From the beginning, Francesca and Blake strived to understand us as a couple as well as our vision for the wedding. Because this was a destination wedding for us, we weren't familiar with local vendors and they were able to provide us with an amazing team that worked seamlessly together. I was always amazed with how quick they are with their communication, it was almost unreal (they would respond within 5 minutes for most emails!). They also were such lifesavers when we decided to postpone our wedding due to COVID. They reached out to our vendors on our behalf and worked with us to make sure that we still get our dream wedding. They also kept me calm when rain was in the forecast and made sure that I will still get my dream outdoor wedding, regardless of the weather. I can never thank them enough for giving me a dream wedding that I thought was impossible. Thank you!!

Incredible experience with Pure Lux!

Wow! Working with Francesca at Pure Lux Bride was absolutely phenomenal. We called them in April when we knew we had to move our big celebration but still wanted to have a special "elopement" moment, and they planned everything - even though it was last minute! We had the most special day in Charleston, and they made us feel so celebrated and loved. We would recommend their services 110%. They understood our vision and needs and made it a reality. An Amazing Team

From the beginning, Francesca and Blake strived to understand us as a couple as well as our vision for the wedding. Because we were having an out of town wedding, we weren't familiar with local vendors and they were able to provide us with an amazing team that worked seamlessly together. They were always ahead of the game and so punctual with their communication it was almost unreal. When a hurricane tried to get in the way of our big day, they did everything in their power to make it go off without a hitch, resulting in sleepless nights and continuous coordination with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. We will never be able to adequately express how thankful we are for these ladies!

Pure luxe bride - best planning duo in charleston!

All I can say is, thank god for Francesca and Blake of Pure Luxe Bride! Being in the events industry, my mom and I didn’t think we were going to have wedding planners, and my entire family is so grateful that we had them a part of our entire wedding process. Everything leading up to our wedding and on the actual day, would not have been the same if we didn’t have them there, leading the charge!
Our first wedding was postponed due to Hurricane Florence and Francesca and Blake were on EVERY SINGLE DETAIL. Within three hours of knowing we had to reschedule, we had a new date booked with all of our original vendors on board.
Fast forward to today, having worked together for almost two years, we consider them more friends than planners. They were there for every single step, with amazing email communication and phone calls. They also laid out our budget, letting us know about every single vendor’s style and pricing, and were very organized with due dates and timelines.
Personally, they also really got to know us as a couple – taking the time to ask what we liked and really learning our style. We wanted to be very unique with some details and they allowed us to express what we wanted and offered their helpful guidance and opinions along the way. Honesty is so importance to us and their candor was beyond helpful.
Seriously, look no further than Francesca and Blake. You will be in the best hands and we can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make our day as special as it was!

Working with the Pure Luxe Bride team was truly a one of a kind experience! The value of their expertise and experience is immeasurable- they were incredibly responsive, attentive to detail and organized. Blake and Francesca are absolutely amazing. They are both so easy to talk to, will answer any question you have honestly, and have a wonderful eye for detail. Francesca and Blake are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet, but additionally, they are the best in the business in what they do. You do not only get amazing wedding planners, you get two people who are dedicated to you and your big day from the moment you first connect with them. They know the best vendors to work with, are incredible with design concepts, and every single person you work with from the cake designer to the florist and dj will tell you that you have the best wedding planners in all of Charleston. If you're reading this, I know you're stressing trying to find the perfect planner, but trust me, you do not need to look any farther. From start to finish Pure Luxe Bride exceeded all of our expectations. Francesca and Blake are amazing to work with and we could not have asked for a better team to help us plan our day. From the beginning, they listened to what we wanted and understood our priorities. Every single vendor that they recommended was amazing to work with. We were so lucky to have all of them. While mostly fun, planning a wedding can be stressful at times and is also a financial commitment. Francesca and Blake were always there to offer suggestions and advise us on ways in which we could get the most for our money. As we started to communicate with some of our vendors, we realized how fortunate we were to find Pure Luxe Bride. Everyone we encountered gave them glowing reviews and emphasized how lucky we were. They are a very respected team in the wedding industry.

We are still speechless about the way our wedding and reception unfolded. The ceremony was at the Summerall Chapel and the reception was at The Cedar Room. It was impeccable and seamless thanks to Francesca and Blake. We had a little over 150 people at our wedding and all of our guests consistently tell us it was the best, most beautiful, and most fun wedding they have ever been to.

One of the best pieces of advice I can give is to trust Francesca and Blake. While you may want to micromanage every aspect and detail of your wedding, you shouldn't. You hire them because they're professionals, they absolutely know what they're doing, and they will create what you want. We took the advice and guidance of Francesca and Blake and the wedding they put together was everything we ever imagined and more.

My husband and I are just returning from our wedding and honeymoon and, because of the absolutely spectacular work of the PLB team, writing this review was one of the very first to-do's on my list!

I am still walking on clouds from our magical day - a day that was created soup to nuts by the amazing duo of Francesca and Blake. Our wedding was above and beyond everything I had ever dreamed of, a real-life fairy tale. Having worked with them for more than a year on planning our design and styling every detail, securing the vendors who were a best fit for us, finalizing food and beverage menus, continually aligning on budget, and everything in between, I can confidently say that there was not a single element missed by these ladies. As we all know, wedding planning can be astronomically stressful, but with Francesca and Blake by my side, it all felt infinitely more manageable and, dare I say, fun!

From our very first meeting, they both really listened to the look and feel I was envisioning, which was evident from every recommendation they presented from there on out. When I was debating any particular decision, I felt completely comfortable deferring to their expertise and leaning on them for guidance. They have such an INCREDIBLE eye and vision - it's an awe-inspiring thing to watch them bring your dream design to life. It was also never lost on me that they are tremendously communicative, organized and attentive. I attribute a lot of the ease and calm I felt going in to our wedding to the fact that these two were right there, making me feel as if I were their only client.

I could go on and on as to the many reasons Francesca and Blake are the VERY BEST in the business, but sadly there's a word limit so I'll have to close here. If you are in search of a wedding planner, I can confidently say that PLB is the VERY BEST in the business. Francesca and Blake were amazing to work with! They were really open to my requests and ideas, but also very honest about what was worth spending money and time on or not. They are such sweet girls and made my whole family feel comfortable contacting them with questions or concerns. I really was looked out for as their client and never felt pressured to pick their recommendations or ideas. Yes, the ladies of Pure Luxe Bride are all of that and more! I have been so thoroughly impressed with their incredible attention to detail, above and beyond client service and thoughtful and personal approach to the planning of our big day that I wanted to share my experience before our wedding day has even arrived! We'll call this Part 1 of a two part series. :)

PLB was the first vendor we hired in our wedding planning process and that decision couldn't have been a more crucial one. Francesca and Blake have been with us through each and every step along the way, helping us to navigate potentially stressful and overwhelming decisions with spot-on recommendations that showcased how carefully they listened to and cared about our personal style and vision.

We recently spent the day with them walking through our venue and discussing the many design elements of our wedding day and I was truly floored by how well they had mapped their proposed table settings, florals, tenting, decor, etc. to my pie-in-the-sky, dream wedding vision. It was such an amazing feeling to see my ideal wedding day actually coming to life! I have since referred to them as my wedding whisperers. :)

Beyond their amazing talent, they are also two of the kindest, most dedicated and hardest working people you'll ever meet. I've never had a call or email go unanswered and they make you feel as if you're the only Bride in their world whenever you meet. After leaving our recent planning meeting, my fiance and I also agreed that we'd have loved to invite them to be guests at our wedding if they weren't already stuck planning and designing the whole thing!

All the ladies of Pure Luxe Bride were wonderful! I started working with Pure Luxe about 4 months out from my wedding and had almost nothing planned but these ladies were able to get me back on track and had answers and recommendations every time I asked. They were very responsive and I never had to wait long for a response. Francesca, who helped with the design, listened carefully during our phone consultation and looked over my Pinterest board and by the time I joined her for our in-person design meeting I knew I had found a perfect fit. Everything she showed me was perfect and I felt so comfortable knowing that we shared the same vision for my wedding. As for the day of my wedding, I am sure there were a few hiccups, but I didn't have to deal with any of it which was fantastic! London, who was my day-of contact, kept me from stressing out and handled everything so that all I had to do was get dressed and down the aisle. Pure Luxe Bride was wonderful and I'm so thankful they were there to help create my dream wedding!

Planning a wedding can be an intimidating and overwhelming process with tons of details and moving parts to coordinate, especially doing it long distance (NYC to Charleston in my case). However, the wonderful ladies of Pure Luxe Bride helped make planning one of the most special, important, and exciting days of your life, just that... amazing and more fun than you can imagine. Once signing on with Pure Luxe I immediately knew I was in good hands. I went from being completely overwhlmed with decisions, to ecstatic about how fabulous my big day would be. When I began the search for our wedding planner I knew immediately after speaking with Francesca that Pure Luxe Bride was perfect for us. I had spoken to several other planners, but Francesca ultimately wowed me with her professionalism and passion that I could already hear in her voice just over the phone. When I became engaged, my husband and I lived in Texas at the time and my parents in Atlanta. We knew right away that a planner was probably in our best interest and this turned out to be the best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. I had so many ideas in my head as to how I wanted our wedding day to be and Francesca was so good at taking my ideas and cultivating the “vision” that every bride speaks of. Along with ideas, she added so much more than I could have ever imagined. Everything was so well managed from scheduling phone calls to stay in the loop, to receiving a folder filled with checklists, vendor lists even SC marriage license information. When I finally met Francesca, Blake and London I was on cloud 9 just because it was so clear that I had picked a group of incredible ladies who I easily related to and felt like were honestly the best in the crazy wedding planning industry that Charleston can be. Our day blew me away with the glitz and glam that I knew they would provide along with the stress free (as stress free as you can be on your wedding day) atmosphere because they had everything aligned and covered. Choose these ladies if you want that seamless day with nothing to worry about. I cannot imagine not having these professionals dealing with all the odds and ends of planning the biggest day of your life. Trust me, you cannot go wrong with this team. I miss them already and definitely feel like I’ve made lifelong friends and not just hired someone to complete a service! Our special day wouldn't be the same without Francesca, Blake and London. When I first talked to Francesca, we just clicked. From the beginning brainstorm all the way through wedding day, the team was attentive and helpful with each decision we were making.

I had so many compliments on wedding day about the decor and how amazing everything looked with all of the small details. Best part was that wedding day was stress-free and I was able to enjoy my guests. At the end of the night, they had organized everything I needed and sent us on our way. It was a magical night I'll never forget. Highly recommended!

LOVED working with Francesca, Blake and the entire team at Pure Luxe and would absolutely recommend them to any destination bride looking to find a planner you can really trust in Charleston. From the very beginning, they were so on top of everything and always quick to respond and answer/anticipate any questions I might have. Their vendor recommendations were ridiculously spot on too, which saved me a ton of time researching and trying to hunt down the right people. I felt like they truly got a sense for my style while helping me create a wedding that was unique to us. In fact, my favorite compliment from our wedding is how personalized and "so us" every little detail at the wedding was. The day went off without a hitch thanks to them!

Lots of people asked why we chose Charleston. We knew it was a lovely and beautiful place but what really made our decision was our first conversation over the phone with PLB!

They were so helpful but not pushy and had a wonderful ability to make us both feel relaxed but it the same time trust that they were very much in control.

They listened to our (at times vague) ideas and helped to tease out exactly what we would like.

PLB helped to form our ideas and make them a reality, which became the exceptionally wonderful reality of our wedding day.

Their recommendations were superb and all the suppliers exceeded our (very high!) expectations.

The decor, music, flowers, photographers and most importantly cake and food were all incredible!

Throughout the process, PLB were always responsive and fantastic calm-but efficient-problem solvers.

It isn't easy planning a wedding and it's even harder to do so at a distance(UK!)-PLB helped to make this possible with minimal stress.

Above all, the day itself went so smoothly. We knew we could fully entrust PLB to take control and this enabled us to stand back, live in the moment and soak it all in.
All of our guests were truly impressed (lots of "best wedding ever" comments!) and our parents were thrilled. Very highly recommended!

If you are planning a wedding in Charleston then do yourself a favor and go book Pure Luxe Bride right now. Francesca, Blake, London, and the rest of their wonderful team took care of my husband and I for 14 months as we planned our wedding last weekend and it was the most amazing experience I've ever had with a vendor. To start, they are so fabulous at communicating and are always very quick to respond, which is so refreshing. If they are unavailable they always had an auto responder on to let people know when they would be available again, so I always knew when I could reach them, which was SO helpful. I had so, so many questions throughout the planning process, from the smallest most unimportant questions to questions that our parents were asking us. No matter what it was, Pure Luxe always made me feel as though I was their number one priority and that there was no question too small, they everything I wanted to know was always very important. They were with me at my most important meetings, like rentals and flowers, and really held my and and guided me through everything. The weather forecast was bad for our wedding day and 48 hours before the wedding we had to come up with a new plan for the ceremony, as it was going to be held on the lawn at Harborside East, and had to rent a tent and basically create a new decor plan. When I walked into my venue I was completely speechless, and no words can ever describe what a seriously fantastic job they did. They worked tirelessly and created the most flawless and most beautiful space imaginable. I had a very specific and more unique vision for our wedding day and they completely NAILED IT. Not only that, but they were so sweet and waited on my husband and I hand and foot during the wedding, from making sure everyone was in the right places for the ceremony to making sure that my husband and I sat down to eat a meal and always had a drink in hand. I am forever grateful to this team, they gave us the most beautiful day!

Well.... if you are reading this, congrats! You must be engaged and looking for that special team to help you plan your dream day. I'm here to tell you, that you can stop looking - you found them. Whew, now onto the fun stuff :)
Planning a wedding can trigger so many emotions - joy, excitement, day dreaming, nervousness...and don't forget being completely overwhelmed.
Finding PLB, was meant to happen for me, and hopefully for you. This team will not only share in all of those emotions with you, but they will also calm any fears, freak outs, and deer in the headlight moments. These girls are pros. And they do it with a smile, and with laughter that makes this experience ENJOYABLE!
I personally lived out of town from Charleston, which was way finding trusted and reliable wedding planners on the ground in Charleston so important. Their Charleston relationships and experiences make every dollar worth it. Don't second guess that for a minute.
From ironing out a planning schedule, to handling difficult budget conversations with my parents, to handling my hectic work schedule availability - these rock stars kept everything moving seamlessly...on time and on budget.
I felt comfortable bringing ideas to the table, and they brought me even better ones. My husband and I split our time between Malibu and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The majority of our off days are spent on the water deep sea fishing. When we got engaged, it only seemed natural for us to tie the knot at the Aquarium in my home state of South Carolina. The only question, how do you turn an aquarium into a girl's dream glam wedding? There is only one answer, Francesca DiSalvo-Follmer, owner of Pure Luxe Bride. Francesca is far more than a wedding planner, she is a design and decor mastermind. She and each member of her team bring an expert knowledge of their speciality, with the ability to bring any dream wedding to life.
Planning a wedding from over 3,000 miles away and having a busy travel schedule on top of it, could have been a nightmare- not with PLB. My worries were quickly put to rest, starting with our first conversation. I was beyond impressed by the knowledge, professionalism, and passion that I could hear in Francesca's voice. She had an answer to any question I had. I was immediately sent a packet containing everything from a detailed timeline, marriage license info, invite etiquette and tips, as well as vendor recommendations. Speaking of vendor recommendations- trust her advice! She was always spot on and lead us to the vendors that best matched our wedding style. She is also highly respected by the vendors in town-to me that said a lot. I can not stress how talented and passionate these ladies are. I seriously could not imagine my wedding without the incredible vision that Francesca, Blake, and London from Pure Luxe Bride brought to life! Francesca guided me tirelessly through all of my wedding details and the major changes that came with a larger than anticipated guest count a few weeks before the wedding. Despite a number of things needing to be rearranged and changed, Francesca immediately knew what to do!! From the year of pre-planning and recommendations on vendors, to the menu tastings and guidance on how to best use the budget we had, as well as the coordination of all of our vendors and the serious timeline to keep the flow of our day on schedule, Francesca and the girls absolutely KILLED IT with their meticulous delivery on every single detail of our wedding day!!! Our friends and family are still talking about what a beautiful ceremony we had and the incredible party that followed it!! Francesca and her whole team at Pure Luxe Bride are amazing and will not disappoint you…period.

Now that we are clear on that.
When deciding upon where to get married, my husband and I thought about how romantic and historic Charleston is and how beautiful it is for having a wedding. However, we knew that there were unique challenges ahead of us being a western Canadian couple that lived just over 4000km away (2500miles!). After interviewing and consulting with multiple event planning services we decided on Francesca at Pure Luxe. She made us so comfortable and confident that we could get exactly what we wanted, while still managing my expectations as a bride. She helped co-ordinate phone interviews with other vendors, got us a great deal on rental furniture and supplies, and put us in touch with amazing people for cakes and flowers and catering. Throughout the whole planning process, and despite a two hour time change, Francesca was always available to talk about what was going on, what we should do next and really allowing my husband and I to focus on the fun stuff in planning such as the decoration themes, flower arrangements, table design, cake design etc.

The wedding day was definitely where you realize the true professionalism and effort that the whole Pure Luxe team puts into your day. It just so happened that on our wedding day a rainstorm decided to put extra luck into our wedding by showering on and off throughout the day. She remained a constant beacon of levelheadedness and support as she explained to us that moving the ceremony under the veranda of the plantation house would still be beautiful and remove the risk of a large downpour soaking everyone in the wedding. My husband and me truly believe that Francesca helped to create one of the most magical days in our life, and for that we will always be thankful that we chose her to help us with our wedding.

I cannot stress enough how far above and beyond Blake and Francesca went in the months leading up to our wedding. Though we purchased a "day of" package, they were always available to answer our questions and provide suggestions for vendors. Even as problems arose (our transportation company shutting its doors and cancelling our reservation, torrential rain on the day of) these women were prompt and resourceful in helping to solve the problem while also helping me to feel confident in our choices. From our first conversation with Francesca, I appreciated how flexible, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and creative she is. Most importantly, she felt like another friend joining us in the planning journey - warm, enthusiastic, upbeat, and comforting. PLB is amazing – book now & don’t look back. Everyone commented on how calm I was on our wedding day; & besides marrying the man of my dreams, it was because I knew I had nothing to worry about with them running the show.

Francesca is a true professional. From our first conversation, she seemed so on top of her game, yet down to earth. She is incredibly responsive – most of the time I received responses from her within minutes. There was never a time I had to follow up with her on an issue or outstanding question, & she seemed to instinctually know what I wanted, which made the process easy & enjoyable. Francesca is also extremely knowledgeable; ask her questions! She is honest & spot on in her advice - trust her. She provides an awesome list of vendors with whom she has great relationships, & always has a solution for any obstacle. Finally, Francesca and Blake are obsessively detailed. They are acutely focused; mention something once, & it has been noted & will not be forgotten. They are extremely proactive & committed to ensuring your special day is flawless & free of surprises (except for good ones).

I cannot stress this enough - these girls are INVALUABLE on the wedding day. Down to the smallest detail, they ensured our vision was realized & everything flowed perfectly. Every question was anticipated & addressed. They truly just “get it”. You will never have to worry about working your way to the bar for a cocktail or finding a server for your favorite app. Sweaty & parched on the dance floor but don’t want to stop dancing? Not to worry, water is on its way. The list goes on. Their above & beyond attitude is a consistent theme.

Beyond all else, Francesca & Blake are fun, non-judgmental, & have a “make it work” attitude. I never had anything less than a super positive/accommodating communication experience with them. You will always feel like your wedding is the most important in the world to them.

My husband and I are both from Charleston and thought planning our Charleston wedding without a planner would be easy. However, after becoming overwhelmed with the seemingly endless list of vendors in Charleston, I quickly realized I needed help. A friend of mine suggested Pure Luxe Bride, and after meeting with Francesca, I knew immediately that her experience and knowledge of the industry and Charleston was exactly what we were looking for.

During our first meeting, Francesca and I addressed the vision for my wedding and my expectations. An advantage to using Pure Luxe Bride is that Francesca is very experienced and knows which vendors fit best with your budget and vision. By the end of our first meeting, Francesca had already secured a band, photographer and florist. She is very passionate about her job and even in our first meeting, her excitement was apparent.

During the planning, Francesca, Blake and the team were always very helpful, patient and reassuring. If contacted, they always responded promptly. If there were ever any issues or concerns, they were addressed and taken care of immediately. Planning a wedding can be such a stressful time. Having Francesca there to help with any issues eliminated much of that stress so that I could enjoy the process of being engaged and planning my wedding.

On my wedding day, everything went so smoothly. If there were any hiccups, I certainly do not know about them! Francesca and Blake were constantly asking us if there was anything they could do for us and making sure everything was done on time. She and Blake also paid attention to the small things we wanted, like when the sun briefly came out of the clouds at sunset, they came and got us so that we could get the sunset pictures I wanted. When I walked into the tent for the reception, I couldn't believe how beautiful everything was. Pure Luxe Bride far exceeded my expectations and created a wedding that I would have never been able to put together myself.

I don’t know how to thank Francesca and Blake enough! My wedding was exactly how I dreamed it would be and they helped make it possible. I was nervous about planning a destination wedding, but from the moment I spoke with Francesca I knew I would have nothing to worry about. We had a fabulous time with our friends and family the entire day.

We can't thank PureLux enough for all the help with our wedding! All my nerves melted away knowing that someone was pulling everything together for us on the day of. I especially liked making them be the muscle behind my day of decisions (especially moving my non-dancing family members from tables so we could expand the dance floor!). Collecting all my things at the end of the night was invaluable. PureLux helped execute my vision so I didn't have to worry. Highly recommend

Pure Luxe exceeded our expectations . Francesca and Blake handled all the details expertly and professionally. They oversaw the timeline for the party buses, the church , the set up at the venue, the tram tours of Magnolia plantation , the gift bags for the children , the pashmina baskets to keep the guests warm , and making sure all the vendors were compensated . I was able to have the time of my life and really enjoy the party without worrying. In fact everyone commented on how perfect the day was. My guests thought I did a fantastic job of planning a wedding from a distance(did I fool them!). It was all due to having the best Wedding Planner ! Without a doubt, Francesca and Blake are the two reasons I survived wedding planning without requiring prescription medication! I planned our wedding in six months from Minneapolis, MN and really had to rely on Francesca and Blake for so much and was never once disappointed. I followed Francesca's recommendations for caterer, bar, rentals, florist, hair + makeup, transportation, musicians and truly feel like I had the dream team for our special day. Above all, her recommendations were economical without sacrificing quality. Francesca's knowledge of the wedding business is invaluable and her attention to detail is flawless. At first I didn't think I needed a wedding planner, but I am so glad I found and hired Francesca and her team! She was such a pleasure to work with during the entire process. Francesca gave me great advice when I was choosing vendors and helped me know what to look for with each one. The Perfection of Pure Luxe Bride
When beginning to plan our destination wedding in Charleston SC, we knew that we would need tons of help since we live in Seattle, WA. After speaking with several Wedding Planners, I knew that Pure Luxe Bride was the perfect fit. Francesca is extremely knowledgeable about the area and simply a joy to work with. She quickly made us feel at ease, jumped right in and her southern charm and kindness were second to none.
We had just a few months to organize and plan the big day and Francesca immediately started tackling the major items. It’s clear she loves her role as a wedding planner and her excitement for details and creative ideas are contagious. Her use of Pinterest to share and collaborate on décor and theme was invaluable for visualizing the Wedding and helping determine exactly what our big day could be. Francesca has an acute eye for details and her knowledge of Charleston wedding vendors made choosing the perfect caterer, florist, DJ, location, etc a breeze.

We were always informed on the progress and she walked us through each and every step. She even helped with suggestions for invitations, catering for a post-wedding BBQ, and location of a beach house for the weekend. She was there to answer any question, big or small, and prompt with all responses. We could not envision or ask for anything more in a wedding planner; Pure Luxe Bride exceeded all our expectations.
On our Wedding Day, Francesca and Blake made sure all the details were covered and it was the perfect day for us. We were able to have the care-free, relaxed and fun day we had always imagined. Our friends and family are still reeling over the perfection of the wedding and the fun they all had. Francesca and her team are absolutely amazing! I could not have asked anyone better to be my "day of" coordinator. When I signed the contract with her I thought for sure that "day of" was what I was getting...boy was I wrong...she significantly helped me out along the whole 12 month process. In times of stress, Francesca was there to make me feel relaxed and even calm to my whirlwind of planning. When the wedding was here, I unloaded all of my boxes of decorations into her car and didn't once look back. The few days before my wedding I was completely at ease and trusted Francesca and her team to make my vision of the wedding come to life. They exceeded my expectations! Even though they couldn't get into my venue until 5:00 pm with guests starting to arrive by 7:00 pm, they had everything ready to go. I can not describe enough how stunning they had transformed the venue. EVERYTHING was exactly how I had seen it in my head and more. Francesca from Pure Luxe Bride instantly set my mind at rest. I found her incredibly down to earth, her enthusiasm was infectious and right away I felt confident that her extensive knowledge would prove to be invaluable. This turned out to be justified.

Pure Luxe Bride tailored our package to suit our unique set of circumstances; we were able to communicate our ideas through ‘Pinterest’, which aided in selecting the vendors and Francesca was extremely responsive throughout this process, which I found very reassuring being so far away.

As someone who has worked in fashion and retail merchandising, I was impressed by the amazing attention to the finer details, which may have seemed innocuous or time consuming prior to the big day but proved to be huge on the day itself.
She created a time line prior, took charge of the liaisons, deliveries and set up on the day.
When I arrived at the venue I was absolutely astonished!.. Everything looked like I had envisioned it to be; even better in fact. The day was perfect and Francesca made sure it all ran smoothly so I could immerse myself solely in my big day.

Our guests were singing her praises too as she made sure everyone was looked after. I always had a glass of my champagne in my hand and could have hugged her when she handed my flipflops after taking off my killer heels!

We even had a little bag of food to take home at the end of the night…she literally thought of everything.

I cannot overstate how professional the Luxe Bride service was but more importantly how personable and intimate it was which I think is so vital when your helping someone plan the biggest day of their lives.

Francesca and her crew were wonderful, we couldn't have asked for anything more. She, Justin and Sara made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be- vendors, wedding party, family, everyone. I'm a little bit of a control freak, but Francesca made me feel totally comfortable giving her the reins for the evening. She helped us stay on track and keep in mind what was important and what would or wouldn't work while still making room and time for the details that were important for us. All of the vendors she recommended were excellent. I highly recommend Pure Luxe Bride for your planning/coordination needs in Charleston.

Our wedding day was better than I ever could have imagined and that was due in large part to Francesca and Justin. My husband and I were able to enjoy our day without any worries because Francesca and Justin took care of every single detail. They helped guide us through the planning process and recommended great vendors for us to work with. They provided a timeline for the vendors for the wedding day and coordinated all the deliveries so we could relax and get ready without having to worry about where to put the cake, chairs etc. Francesca and Justin are the best at what they do and they take pride in their work and it shows. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them!

I was not the Bride, worse yet, I was the Bride's Mother....so when it comes to wanting and expecting the best, I had high expectations!
Without a doubt Francesca and her team were incredible, the attention to detail, the thought and the professionalism that allowed Mariah to relax and enjoy her day were priceless. As a long time service provider in another industry I can appreciate all the forethought and the level of professionalism that goes into making it look easy...did I mention the Doppler radar on her phone that predicted exactly when it would start to rain?!!...so we walked, they were married....just in time! Incredible job, great people!

Let me start by saying I am one of those people that plans (some might say over plans) everything, so the thought of giving up control on my wedding day was not something I took lightly. Then came Francesca and Justin - from our very first meeting I had an instant feeling of relief, like a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. I went from not being sure we needed a planner to wishing we hired them sooner! Francesca is extremely thorough and takes care of all of the little details that you don't even know exist (and there are a lot of them!) She is unbelievably responsive on email, which was a welcome sight for this impatient New Yorker, and is extremely knowledgable of all of the local vendors and people. While the weeks leading up to the wedding can be stressful it is a huge help to not have to worry about coordinating vendors on top of dealing with who is sitting with who and which family members aren't speaking - trust me at that point the last thing you want to think about is what time the cake should arrive! Francesca had a timeline with every detail of the day out to each vendor well in advance of our wedding so there were no questions of who had to be where and when. She and Justin are extremely organized and think of everything (including towels to wipe down all the chairs in case it rains before the ceremony!). The day of my wedding everyone kept asking how I was so calm and my answer was always because I knew Francesca and Justin were on top of everything. Having them there overseeing all of the vendors, setup, and at times the groomsmen really allowed me to relax and enjoy the day. I cannot recommend Francesca and Justin enough - they are an amazing team and a complete necessity for a stress free wedding! Stop reading reviews and book them now - you will be happy you did!!

My fiancé (now husband) and I live in DC, and we were planning a destination wedding in Charleston. I knew I needed help! Thank goodness for Pure Luxe Bride. First off, Francesca is just lovely, and working with her these past few months has been such a joy. Even though we didn’t meet in person until the wedding rehearsal, I felt like we had known each other for years.

Francesca is everything you look for in a wedding planner; she is creative, thoughtful, and meticulous. She's got a keen eye for wedding details and designs, and if you use Pinterest she will post lots and lots of great ideas on your board.

Nothing ever fell through the crack on her watch. She made this wedding planning such a breeze by keeping me informed, organized and on track. Her preferred list of vendors covers all grounds and I could not be happier with how everything turned out on the wedding day.

On my big day, Francesca and Justin took charge and made sure everything went smoothly and was in order. I had nothing to worry about except have fun, get married and party! She is the “secret weapon" to my stress-free wedding and the reason why I didn’t have a bridezilla moment throughout the entire planning process. My wife and I just got married and I can say without reservation that Pure Luxe Bridal Consultants was, besides my choice of bride, the best decision we made during the wedding "process". At first we (I) thought we could do it ourselves. As our date inched closer we finally decided that even though we'd done some of the leg work already that it would be best to hire a professional to tie it all together. My wife had already been in contact with someone earlier who had given us what I considered to be a very expensive package. When she called back to go ahead with it for our sanity's sake, the coordinator told her that now the price would be more for the same service - no way. As a matter of principle we weren't going to work with someone like that. I mention this part of the story to emphasize that we were not friends or acquaintances of Francesca or Justin prior to meeting them based on a referral from our wedding site coordinator. We could not have been more pleased. We felt great about both of them from the get go and they never let us down. They are both VERY efficient and accessible and will go the extra mile to make sure you're wedding goes smoothly. We really liked their team approach, my wife and I essentially having our own coordinator throughout. They not only took care of the logistics at the wedding that you would typically expect but did (not so) little things like making sure we ate, always had a drink, and checked on us intermittently to see if we could use anything without being obtrusive at all. At the end of the night they had saved us some more food, packed a little basket to take back to our room, and stayed until the end to make sure that all of our things were collected. Their fee was very reasonable and for the hard work and dedication they gave us, the piece of mind we received was invaluable. We are forever grateful for Francesca and Justin and their help that made our wedding what it should have been - a celebration!

Francesca was so amazing to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend her to every bride in the Charleston area. I planned my wedding much differently than most people; rather than booking a venue first and letting that dictate our food, we booked our catering company first. Francesca really went above and beyond to help us find the perfect venue. She is so helpful, knowledgeable, and always has such a positive attitude. I felt as if she was always there to help which is how it should be. I honestly cannot thank Francesca and her whole team enough. I found Pure Luxe and Francesca when I was planning my wedding in
Williamsport. I booked many of the same vendors as Francesca had for her wedding, so I thought it would be great to enlist her help for
my big day. It was the best decision! Francesca’s sound advice and
expert knowledge of the location, and weddings in general, were an
invaluable combination to put a perfectionist bride at ease! From
helping me make decisions about details to calming my fears and
stresses, working with Francesca was more like being with an old
friend, and through the process, I gained a wonderful one in her. As
the big day came closer, she went above and beyond, fixing a
last-minute crisis and coordinating the smallest details. I don’t know

I am a big-picture person; when it comes to details, my eyes glaze over. That's where Amy came in. I hired Amy as our day-of coordinator just a few months before my wedding, and she jumped in full-force. In the weeks preceding our wedding, she created a timeline for us and was there for all my inane questions, detailed updates, and vent sessions. On the day of, she made sure everything ran smoothly not just at the wedding, but before it as well. She delivered food to my bridesmaids, family and me at the hotel, she supervised vendor deliveries, and she dealt gracefully and effectively with every snag & issue - without me ever knowing about it! Oh, and that timeline? Under Amy's vigilant eye, our wedding not only ran according to schedule, it went AHEAD of schedule - leaving us more free-form time to party with our friends and family (which was a big priority for me). Having Amy as a part of our wedding "team" meant that my husband and I were fully able to enjoy the day, and I wouldn't have had it any other way.

For every bride who thinks she can plan an execute her wedding on her own, let me tell you how glad I am that I didn't! There are so many details to making the wedding of your dreams, and at least a dozen of them are going to drive you absolutely insane. My DOC Amy was there for me for absolutely every decision, bump, stumble, and break down. For every question I had, she had the perfect answer. Her knowledge of what looks good and how to achieve it was incredible. The best part was she not only made sure my wedding day moved along smoothly, but she put out all fires that arose without me even knowing about them. The prices of the Pure Luxe packages are so reasonable, I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't take advantage of them!

We contacted her for assistance as a day-of-coordinator, but she provided much more than that. Through her professional contacts and business, we were able to obtain wedding invitations, chairs, and gifts for ushers/best man/matron of honor/reader at a substantial discount. But her services as a coordinator were the best value of all. Every meeting that we had with her was so useful and helped us feel comfortable that we were moving forward and meeting deadlines. Right before the wedding, she coordinated with the hotel, officiant, designer/florist, and dj to ensure everyone was on the same page. We had a very limited budget, and she worked with us to help us find the best vendors in the area within our price range. She is incredibly resourceful and very knowledgeable. She was by far the best wedding investment we could have made.

Francesca and her team went absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND to help make not only the perfect day, but the perfect weekend for us and our guests. Because we had a mini-destination wedding, we relied heavily on Pure Luxe to recommend and work with the local vendors. The Pure Luxe Bride team is enthusiastic and highly equipped to multitask with all of the demands of an extremely full plate with constant weddings in Charleston! They will work with you to achieve your vision, and my advice would be to ask LOTS of questions (as early as possible) so that you are informed as possible about all of your options and that no stone is unturned (especially if you are very detail oriented like me :)). Francesca and her team worked SO hard to execute the wedding the way I had envisioned, and they knocked it out of the park. Hiring Amy Brink from Pure Luxe Bridal was the smartest thing I did! We hired her to be our day-of-coordinator. It made our entire day absolutely stress free to know that Amy was there to take care of anything and everything on our big day. She was amazing before the wedding helping us create a time line and contacting our vendors to make sure they knew where to be and when.

Amy showed up bright and early on our wedding day and didn't mind stopping to pick up bagels for everyone. She kept things moving smoothly and had great suggestions for the day.

I highly recommend hiring one of Pure Luxe's day-of-coordinators if you want to be able to enjoy your wedding day to the fullest!

As all of the reviews have stated, Francesca immediately makes you feel comfortable with her, establishes trust, and frankly - helps those brides feeling a little overwhelmed by the details to calm down as soon as she launches into the possibilities for your big day. She also does an amazing job of translating your loose ideas into reality.

I did have some concerns about attention to detail and overall execution on the day of the wedding. My biggest disappointment with the service I received was how confusion/miscommunication about the final end-time of my wedding was handled. Rather than verifying the contract and confirming the actual end time at the onset of this issue, Francesca spent a good 20 minutes glaring at me and my guests on the dance floor (the tension was so palpable that two guests asked me what was wrong with the planner, and why she looked so ticked off). She ultimately approached the DJ about announcing the final song (in direct opposition to my request that the wedding go on until 11:00pm - which was fully acceptable under our vendor contract).

Other flags are about the efficiency of her assistant that day, who: (1) sent the first bridesmaid out to the Bridal March; (2) did not provide clear instructions to the bridal party, who ultimately did not march down the aisle - but rather, up a pathway to the front of the venue, and (3) provided little to no help in coordinating the bride & groom exit (we had a sparkler canopy), and a friend of mine ultimately had to take charge and get people lined up.

I fully recognize that there will always be minor hiccups when it comes to any event, and want to reiterate that the planning leading up to our big day was amazing, as was the overall look and feel of the wedding (people still are raving about how beautiful everything was). It was just disappointing to feel stressed out BY the wedding planner, and to have a sense of not being listened to, on our big day.
