Marta-Victoria was a joy to work with. She was professional and responsive. She delivered and assembled the flowers on time and they were beautiful. I wish I had a "sketch" or some idea of the work before she made them but they were beautiful nonetheless. Would definitely recommend her for your next event! -

Pure Joy Flowers did a wonderful job with our flowers! We were on a tight timeline (2 weeks!) and weren't able to visit in person. It was so nice when Marta-Victoria called and discussed the flowers with me in detail, so that I trusted that she understood our preferences. Marta-Victoria was a pleasure to work with throughout the process, and the bouquets, boutonniere, and corsage that she created were beautiful. -

Marta-Victoria is a lovely person and worked with me to design the bouquets for my bridesmaids and I. She helped me select the right varieties and colors of flowers that really fit in with the look of my wedding. I had book pages roses made by another Vendor from my bridesmaid's favorite books and Marta worked careful to incorporate them into the bouquets. She even delivered and set up the flowers at the venue with a chart indicating which bouquet was whose. They were so incredibly beautiful; her skill and passion are evident in her work. I highly recommend Pure Joy Flowers for any special event. -

When I was confused about an idea, Marta would help me get through it, pitching in her creative niche, no matter how long it took! I appreciate her dedication to us! When I first met with Marta, I told her that I wanted my bouquet to be filled with red roses that were round and symmetrical. On my wedding day I could not believe my eyes. Not only was my bouquet perfect, but my bridesmaids bouquets were perfect and each bouttinere and corsage was perfect. I was VERY pleased with the quality service that we received. Marta was very sensible and heartwarming. She was recommended to me by one of my very close friends and I have been recommending her to all of my engaged friends ever since. Though she has many brides Marta makes you feel important and special as if you were her only client. For me, personality and connection were two important "must-haves" when it came to choosing a florist. I did not feel like I was just another bride/number with Marta and Pure Joy Flowers. Marta went above and beyond my expectations and trust me - I expected HIGH QUALITY and SERVICE. I enjoyed working with her and I look forward to working with her in the future for other events. -

Cassandra Sent on 01/02/2014I love flowers! But I don't love paying a fortune for flowers! I visited quite a few florists in the Boston area and surrounding towns. Even the florists who tend to do weddings at my venue. What I found was a standard type of bouquet, a standard type of centerpiece, a standard type of altar. I wanted nothing to do with that. When I asked for pricing including the types of styles and designs I liked, the pricing went through the roof!
I was so frantic because the floral arrangements can really make such a difference in the feel of an event. I stumbled across Pure Joy Flowers, not far from my parents' house. Instantly Marta calmed me down and began to ask me questions, but not the kind of questions the other florists asked.
She wasn't asking "high or low centerpieces?", "peonies or orchids?". Marta wanted to know any sentimental attachments we had to flowers, what kind of feelings did I want to convey, describe your dress, describe his tux, what time of day..."
Marta helped us to make affordable decisions and she incorporated my flair, feelings about nature and love of feathers! Her ideas were always fresh, her flower suggestions always unique and exotic. She designed centerpieces and bouquets that were so representative of me, my husband and our attendants. Everything was beautiful! Even better, everything was unique. Pure Joy Flowers truly captured our style and design ideas and took them beyond our expectations.
I never thought I'd be the kind of bride who would preserve my bouquet. But we put so much work into the design and Marta put so much love into the finished product, how could you possibly just let it die?
Please consider Marta and Pure Joy Flowers for your wedding. You WILL NOT be disappointed! -

I came to her with some shaky ideas and she assured me that she would help make my wedding day one of the most memorable days of my life. The arrangements were awesome! And very affordable. My guests raved about the setup and even wanted to take the centerpieces home. I would absolutely recommend Pure Joy Flowers. They offer options for all of life's great events and Marta is sure to provide beautiful arrangements regardless of the event! -

When i saw my beautiful bouquet the day of my wedding i was the happiest bride ever. I recommend this flower shop to any bride that truly want beautiful flowers on their special day. U would not regret it & will have the best experience of ur life time from the beginning to the end. Martha is a flexible, nice, proffesional florist u can ever meet! -

Late wedding review
Ok so I know this review is very late as my first anniversary just passed. I found purejoy flowers on Instagram initially and found out she was very local to me work. She's very nice and tried to work within my budget. We still went over budget but she tried.
Communication was quick/good through email until towards the end but understandable (wedding season and all). I liked the sample she made and she was very reasonable with my requests for changes.
I loved all the centerpieces she made. Her design for the sweatheart table was my favorite piece. I wish my bouquet would've been designed differently but it was still nice.
I also paid to have her decorate the cake. I was told 30 mins before the ceremony that she had left early and the day of coordinator was going to decorate the cake instead. Flowers that I didn't like were used and the design was not what I had in mind but what can you do at that point? I uploaded the photo as I was told the florist left these flowers behind to decorate the cake
But overall, marta was a joy to work with and I really like her work. -

Ashley Sent on 10/13/2018From the moment we walked into her shop, Marta-Victoria was so warm and welcoming that we knew we'd come to the right place. I gave minimal direction (bold colors, a little wild), and Marta delivered the most amazing fairy tale bouquet and centerpieces--we got so many compliments from our guests! She was also very respectful of our budget and let us know what was possible without pressuring us to spend more than we were comfortable with.

If I can give no stars I would. Cancelled my event and refuse to refund the rest of my money. So, instead of being excited for my wedding I am stressing, because not only did I have to find a florist last minute she refuses to give me the rest of my money. She stole $717 from me and has blocked me and not returned my calls.
