  Publix Bakery - Wedding Cake

  What would a Florida Wedding be without a Publix cake? The cake was so good. The bakery was able to accommodate our request to add the butterflies that we bought without a problem.

  Easy to work with, best cake tasting around, and overall professional and made a beautiful cake! With your tasting, give the pineapple rum pecan cake a shot! It was a huge hit at our wedding!

  We purchased our cupcakes from this baker to bring to our wedding. They were great to work with there - good baker. They were pretty on the strand and tasted great!

  Debbie and Sheryl are wonderful to work with. They were both so helpful and were able to make the exact cake that we really wanted for our wedding and the cake was delicious! Publix is able to deliver the cake to your venue, and their costs are very reasonable. The team will set you up with a great cake tasting with three small cakes of your choosing. They are then able to make any design that you are looking for. I highly recommend using Publix at Sawgrass for your wedding cake!

  We used the Publix at Sawgrass and were incredibly pleased with the service and the product! Debbie and Sheryl were very kind and helpful. They helped me figure out exactly what design I wanted. And the cake favors and fillings were absolutely delicious! It was hard dot narrow down our selections. The cake looked beautiful and tasted delicious!

  Typically people aren't too thrilled about their wedding cake and the taste but ours was amazing! We had a three tiered cake with each tier being something completely different and our guest were so happy about that! They made the cake the day of the wedding and I am so happy with the way it came out. I had a vision and they definitely came through with what I wanted. Our neighborhood Publix is the place to go...especially for the price! Thank you!

  Sheryl and the whole bakery team at the Nocatee Publix bakery were wonderful. We ordered a cake, cupcakes, and a variety of goodies to pack the welcome bags. Everything went smoothly. I requested a very specific rose cake and similar cupcake pattern and they executed perfectly. The delivery was on time and set up beautifully. I have always loved the Publix bakery and I was very pleased with their budget friendly prices. I highly recommend all of their services.

  We ordered both our cake and our flowers from Publix. First off I have to say the cake was DELICIOUS and affordable. We had three tiers with a separate flavor with each tier. They have great flavors and their buttercream is absolutely perfect - we had so many compliments. We went to no less than 5 "professional" bakeries but those "pros" had nothing on the Publix team. They also offer several flavors free of charge or you can order a premium flavor for VERY cheap...like $7 a tier cheap.
  
  As for our flowers, we had multiple compliments on our centerpieces (simple box that we provided with baby's breath and spray roses). However, I was slightly disappointed in mine and the girls bouquets. They were similar to what I provided but when they were delivered (at 6:30 am- we had a brunch/morning wedding) some of the petals were already browning. I would have expected that if I left them without water all day but this was right when they were delivered. No one noticed but I was slightly disappointed. Publix is still probably a good bet for a bride on a budget that doesn't want anything super elaborate. We paid less than $1,000 for our three tier cake, 12 centerpieces, 9 boutonnieres, four single stem mother's roses, 4 bridesmaid bouquets, bride bouquet and toss bouquet.
