Nicely Done!
Nicely Done video! Our video has a
nice flow to it. Opened nicely with a music video and captured the events of our ceremony and reception. Dan also got some nice guest interviews with our bridal party at the cocktail hour. Overall quite pleased with our video! -

Wonderful Experience!
Sooo happy we went with video for our wedding! Our wedding day went by so fast, it was all a happy blur, so when we were able to watch our video later it was delightful to see! A cool video collage with our song was awesome. Overall video Looked and sounded great! Everything we wanted:) -

Video is quite awesome!!
Really glad we went with Videography, especially this company. They we super helpful and flexible with our wedding with the covid restrictions for our wedding we had to work with. Number if guests, the dancefloor, etc. They worked with us to make the video process easy and painless. Video came out quite awesome as well, really looked great! -

Very Happy 😃
We were looking for a wedding video for our wedding that had a clean look and done tastefully. We did our research and looked at different wedding vendor sites. We came accross provizions and like what we saw so decided to call. We spoke with dan who was very helpful and down to earth. We could tell by speaking with him he was an experienced videographer who knew wedding very well. We knew what video package we wanted so we went with The Pro plus package and were very Happy with the video as a whole. Nice presentation and shots of the wedding! -

So happy I booked Provizion!
Extremely thrilled I ended up booking a videographer for our wedding day! It was last minute and Dan was great to work with. We got our video a couple of weeks after our wedding ans its amazing to watch and catch little details!! Don’t miss out on booking an awesome videographer with a great price for tour wedding day. Nice experience
After looking online and in bridal magazines, we wanted a video company with a good reputation and good videos, that wasnt too expensive. They fit the bill very well. Very professional and courteous. Video came out great. Provision did a really nice job.

Wonderful experience with this vendor! They were very helpful and knowledgeable during the wedding day booking process. Have a good selection of video packages to choose from. Dan was very professional , he used to cameras to film our wedding. I was impressed by the quality of the picture and the sound was incredible, he did such a good job that we have watch the the video several times and each time we find new things we missed from the last time we watched. I highly recommend Dan to film a wedding or any event you need to be recorded he is professional and very personable and easy to talk to and set up how he films the event.i was also impressed with how reasonably priced and you definitely get what you pay for , and the quality is phenomenal. -

We had ProVizion video our wedding, and we're thrilled with our video! The video images were really great and the video had a nice flow to it. It was a bit linger than we thought it was going to be at 2 hours, but it was totally fine, because it was just more video for us to watch of our day. Much thanks to Dan and Provision. We received our dvd and were happy when we played the disc, it had a nice menu screen and we could go to the different sections of our wedding day. Theres was a nice opening video compilation and then segues into the ceremony. The video if the church and ceremonial aspects were done tastefully. The reception was covered well and our videogrpher was in the right spot to video the intros and dances, etc. Overall, it was done well and are pleased with the results. -

Great overall service! We decided to go with a Videographer to film our wedding day and very happy we did. Wedding video is very pretty, from the filming of the church and the decorations, to dancing, at the recpetion, everything was done tastefully well.
Really enjoyed our experience with them. Felt comfortable that they knew what they were doing, and couldnt be happier with the way the video came out. Come highly recommended! -

We were very happy with our experience working with and Dan. He did a lovely job on our wedding video and is super to work with. He worked hard to capture the ideal shots, preplanned the required shots for the day and kept us informed as to where they would be at our venue during the day. Very professional and worked well with our photographers to capture the key moments without us even noticing. It was clear that he put a lot of effort into the work and the final product was exactly what we were looking for. Since the wedding, we have recommended Provision to our close friends, who were also very pleased with their experience. -

Very good at what they do. Our video guy was great with our wedding party and we are very pleased with the complete video. our ceremony venue was on the smaller side so we were a bit limited with space. They we able to be not to close but close enough and still got some beautiful pictures, or video i should say. were professional and always seemed to be at the right place for the time during the wedding. -

Couldn't be happier with ProVizion:) My Husband and I really enjoyed working with them. They did a fabulous job on our video! They were very helpful with our booking process and was very knowledgeable about what he does. They also referred us to other outstanding vendors as well, which made shopping around that much easier and wonderful seamless wedding day.
The video itself was done very well. Our Videographer chose pretty shots of our bridal party and our venues throughout the wedding day. Including the decorations, the classic car, my floral arrangements, etc. It was videotaped beautifully! We also really liked the music selection for our video, it went with the video perfectly:)
All in all we are very happy with how our video came out. Kudos to

Provizion did a wonderful job on our dvd. their prices are really good to for what they give you. Our Vidographer was fantastic! He was very kind and professional. He captured beautiful shots of our venue and all of our friends and family before, during and after the ceremony:)
During the reception He was always in a great spot to videotape our Dances and Speeches without being too close and invasive. We really enjoyed watching our wedding memories with our family on our big screen TV. We definately recommend them!

Dan at PROVIZION Video made our Videographer decision so easy! We put off hiring a videographer for our May 2011 wedding until last min because we knew how important these memories were going to be and we wanted to make sure they were captured the way we wanted. After researching many companies before we found PROVIZION, let's just say as soon as my husband and I met with Dan we just knew we could trust him to capture all the moments of our special day! Provizion did a great video for us. They were unobtrussive and very aware of where to be throughout our wedding day. They captured all the memorable footage of our day. Really liked how kind and respectful they were.
we received are dvd's and they were very nicely labeled. The dvds have a nice menu screen and chapters that we can jump to throughout the video. The video quality is great as well as the audio quality. the video has a nice flow and is nicely edited. Overall a well put together package.
We would definately recommend Provizion as a Videographer. it was important to us that the videographer that was going to be with us on our special day knew what they were doing, were professional, and got the best footage from our important day. Great job highly recommended!!

We are Very happy with this vendor! At the wedding they filmed all the wonderful moments of our day. We were'nt sure if we were going to go with a wedding video but we're very glad we did. It was filmed beautifully, and our Videographer was great with our wedding party and guests. He recorded some great interviews with our guests and you could tell that he enjoyed his work. The music videos came out great and we have our own wedding music videos along with the events of the day. The quality of the DVD looks and sounds excellent, my husband is picky about that stuff, and he gave it his ok. We've watched the video over ten times now and each time we enjoy it more and more. We're happy that we will be able to enjoy it for a lifetime. We highly recommend ProVizion Video! Thank You so much!

It is now 2011 and we are completing this survey because when we reflect on our wedding day one of the better vendors we hired was Dan St. Amour. Dan first worked on our video collage, he was patient and cooperative during the project. Second, he delivered everything he promised on our wedding day and more. When planning a wedding it's vital to feel comfortable with each and every vendor. With that being said (and as picky as a person I am) I needed to know that the people I chose to work with me on my special day were understanding of my needs and wants for my wedding day. loved the highlights montage for our wedding. done in an excellent way with great editing. our wedding was unique so there was a lot to capture on video and Daniel was able to catch a majority of what mattered which made us very pleased. We loved the video montage capturing all the highlights of our day. A bonus was that the song played throughout the video was our first dance song. My only suggestion, after viewing our full video of the ceremony and reception, would be to slow down when zooming in and out. I felt that it was done too quickly and kind of disrupted the flow of the video. -

I found Provizion great to work with. My husband and I were thrilled with their flexibility and ability to customize a package to meet our needs. Dan is very professional and responsive and Sam goes above and beyond to make sure that he gets special shots on your big day. On-site, Sam needed know guidance - he knew exactly where to go and what to do.

Within a week after wedding, I emailed to ask how long it would take for the final DVD. Normal turnaround is 30-60 days. I emailed him at the 2-month mark to make sure we should have been expecting the DVD. He said to expect it within 2 weeks. He noted I sent him a change of address. He asked us 2 more times for our address. He told us it would be in mail the following day, and a week later said that “his guy” would be putting it in the mail soon. finally sent us a link to the video montage. My husband emailed, said we liked it, but was the wrong song. We told him that we wanted what we asked for over a year ago in the contract, which I had told him twice. Dan called my husband and verbally attacked him. “What is your problem?” , accused him of “exaggerating and making up crap”, when trust me, we have all documentation. He told him that we were lucky we got a good price, when the package we paid for was the general price listed on his website, not given to us as a favor. He was yelling, cursing, and speaking to my husband as if this was OUR fault. The 1st rule of owning a business is that the customer is always right, and they get what they want, or at least what they put in a contract. Even if the customer is wrong, you never should think that as a professional it is acceptable to talk to someone like that. He told us the miscommunication about the mailing date was not his fault (whose was it?) then said “**** you” to my husband, and hung up on him. Never in our lives have we dealt with such an unprofessional experience. constant lack of organization, asking of questions that had been covered in writing multiple times, going back on his word about when to expect product, blaming us for his mistakes, cursing at my husband and proving to be overall extremely unprofessional, rude and blameful - people will know the type of “businessman” they are dealing with when they go under a seemingly meaningless contract that will inevitably be lost or disregarded. -

Save yourself the headache and book someone else. I hate to do this but this vendor was terrible. The following are a list of my complaints that I brought to his attention and nothing was done. I was literally told that they are not willing to do anything for us because our video came out good.
The videographer showed up 45 minutes late to my mother's house to get footage of me getting ready. He arrived right when we were about to head over to the church. So I have no footage of the "bridal preparation" I paid extra for.
The DVDs we received skipped on the first play...not to mention we received much later then promised.
The footage was taken an edited terribly. The videographer takes the camera off the tripod and everything moves out of frame. This happened a number of times throughout the video. He chose weird perspectives to film from and moves the camera very fast. For our reception introductions he filmed from an angle over people’s heads so they are the main focus with the bridal party coming in behind them. At times everything is very blurry and the quality is bad. Overall it looks very amateur. We actually had people laughing watching our wedding video.
It was also very difficult to get someone to return our calls and follow up with our complaints. We were given excuses for why the video came out badly. My husband was told "people have to understand the videographer takes the camera off the tripod and it moves things out of frame". We were told the videographer said there was "nothing to tape" at my mother's house so he just left, clearly he was 45 minutes late so he missed what he was suppose to tape.
The only part of the video that I now show to people is the montage with music. It is the only part of the video that doesn't look like it was taped on digital camera by a wedding guest. Everything else is really unwatchable.
** My video was re-edited and the newer video is better than the original. I would reccomend better equipment and using a better quality DVD CD to this company for the future. Also more experienced employees would benefit them greatly.

I wish I paid attention to the reviews above, before booking ProVizion, but I tend to always give people the benefit of the doubt. Our wedding video was terrible. The camera quality wasn't very clear and the shakiness of the video was so bad my husband and I were laughing because we thought this was a joke, or we were watching an unedited version by mistake. At one point the videographer talked to one of my guests who was dancing about a movie quote reference! It was so unprofessional, and you would think he would have edited that out.
He was the most affordable around and it was choosing him or nothing -since we spent 4K on our photographer, so we're glad we have our wedding day on tape period. So if the video is the most important vendor and you want something more seemless, I would go with a more reputable company...in hindsight I wish I had spent a little more on video. The montage will be the only thing we show friends and family. -
