We booked Rosedale Gardens and Professional Touch Caterers way in advance of our 50th High School Reunion because we wanted the event to be extra special!! From our very first meeting, Tiffany was wonderful to work with and answered all of our many questions very quickly. We were able to offer our classmates a delicious buffet and house open bar for a reasonably priced ticket, which allowed more friends to attend who would not have afforded an over priced venue. We walked into the hall the day of the reunion and it was absolutely gorgeous in light blue and white linens!! The tables were set up so beautifully and, because we used their simple yet elegant centerpieces, our set up was minimal - some pictures, memory table, welcome table in the lobby with gift bags, some scattered balloons in our class colors and a table with other class mementos. Tiffany and her staff were right there if we needed a table moved here or there. They were wonderful all day long! We also hired one of their regular bands, The Straight Ahead Band, that two of our classmates play in - they kept the dance floor crowded all day!! Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal, great drinks, and a day full of catching up with old friends!! It was just perfect!! We're planning a 70th birthday party for our class in 2027 and will definitely be back to Rosedale Gardens and Professional Touch Caterers to celebrate!! Thank you Tiffany for everything!! It was better than we ever hoped for!!

Exceptional Experience!
From the initial tasting we attended to the last minute of our reception and everything in between, Tiffany and Eric were absolutely fabulous. Tiffany is so thorough she doesn't leave anything to worry about, she has it all covered and puts you at ease and just when you think you missed something she already has already thought about it and has it covered. It was apparent to us that even though she has done this for years she makes you feel as though your event is the only event that matters, yes she is that good. As for Eric and the food, absolutely delicious and his homemade lasagna is something you want on your menu! The overall value Tiffany and Eric provide is unbeatable-the service, attention to detail, quality of food, price-just an overall outstanding experience. Thank you both for all you did for us on our special day to make sure our reception went off without a hitch not to mention making certain everybody had a wonderful time!

Third time using Profesional Touch Caterers..... This time was for my granddaughter's 16th birthday.....everything was perfect!! It is amazing to me how affordable the whole package is and what is included. Thank you Tiffany for coordinating our special evening right down to making sure my Granddaughter got to sit and eat with all of her friends even though it required last minute shuffling. She and they were all happy even though you accommodated more guests than can really be at one table. I appreciate that more than you know because they all got to be together and more than one time during the evening I looked over at her group laughing and talking. It made my heart happy!! ❤️

Professional Touch Inc. at Rosedale Gardens where do I begin! This venue is a Gem!! It provided everything I needed to make my 32 year wedding vow renewal an unforgettable night! From beginning to end Tiffany the owner made this process a breeze! She was kind, patient and very efficient I never had any problems and her staff they were just awesome the night of the wedding. Rosedale Gardens offers many options that can fit your budget, offering packages that include food, beverages, alcohol package options, table linens are included, chairs coverings and bows are included for an additional cost. We had our wedding ceremony set up like a chapel on one side and wedding reception at the venue and could not be happier! Everything was amazing and Tiffany is a top notch coordinator from start to finish! The food was really good and they accommodated for our gluten free needs. I definitely recommend having your wedding or event here. I have been for many other events from Birthday parties, breakfast with Santa and bull roasts and always great food and great service!

September Wedding
Tiffany and her team were amazing to work with! As a bride that was doing most of my decorating diy and handling the planning on my own, Tiffany was so helpful with answering all of my questions. Professional Touch Caterers was wonderful to deal with for my daughter's recent wedding on 10/21/23. Tiffany Kasprzak was exceptional. She accommodated any requests that we had and always responded promptly to emails or phone calls. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. My daughter had centerpieces that required some set up and they were more than happy to help set them up. The hall was decorated beautifully for both the ceremony and reception. The staff was great with coordinating everyone when it was time to walk in for the ceremony and then the introductions into the reception. I would highly recommend them for your wedding or any other event.

My wife and i held our wedding ceremony and reception at Rosedale Gardens/Professional Touch Catering this past Saturday. We gave them 5 stars across the board because they dont give you space for more stars. From our first email with Tiffany, we were treated with nothing but kindness. We met with her personally, explained our vision for our day, and she and her team exceeded ever expectation that we had and made our day one that us, our friends, and our families wont ever forget. No request was too much for her and her team. and by the end of it all, we felt like we were part of the family. Oh, and the food...wow, their food is just wow. Arik is an amazing chef and you will not be disappointed. The decision to have our wedding and reception with Professional Touch Caterers was one of the best decisions we have made. Working with Tiffany was wonderful!!! Right from the start she was very welcoming and a great representation of what we got on our wedding day! She was always responsive to all questions before hand. She was very professional and helped us to make sure all the details were addressed. Her, the chef and staff were amazing! Our guests raved about the food! The night went so smoothly. The staff was wonderful and helpful to the guests. Tiffany oversaw the entire event. Tiffany and her staff went above and beyond what we expected. We honestly could not list one negative about our experience with professional Touch. During the months leading to the wedding, we felt as if we were working with a friend. Pure perfection! We booked Professional Touch Caterers for our wedding ceremony and reception, and we are so happy we did. Tiffany was all kindness, professionalism, wisdom and patience from the moment we meet her. She was very relatable, easy-going but professional, and we felt very comfortable with her. Everything we needed to organize was easy with Tiffany as she promptly responded to every email sent to her (and there were many). We wanted somewhere that had incredible food for a competitive price and boy did they deliver! The guests were raving how piping hot and delicious everything was and the presentation was beautiful as well. Also the bride and groom could order anything they wanted and the groom chose a Maryland crab cake which was off the charts!! Best he ever had. The wedding cake was even included from a local bakery which we designed and decorated exactly how we wanted and it was absolutely delicious as well. The open bar and bartenders were amazing and also very accommodating to the bride and groom’s signature cocktails. The waitstaff were so happy and cheerful which made us feel even happier! The owners Arek and Tiffany definitely know what they are doing and we highly recommend choosing this venue for your special day.

~ A HIDDEN GEM ~ Tiffany and the entire serving staff did an incredible job making sure our bridal shower went seamlessly and the food was delicious! We had appetizers, buffet dinner, beer, wine, sodas, coffee, tea and desserts. Throughout the entire experience Tiffany was very professional and attentive (returned messages immediately and very responsive -- ONE of the BEST and this is coming from a professional who has very high service standards). Tiffany was in attendance at our event and made sure the servers executed perfectly for our guests. I cannot say enough good things, everything went better than I imagined and I can't recommend Professional Touch enough!!!

The spot a for champagne taste with a beer budget
Tiffany and her staff are the best! My family and I have done business with Tiffany many times over the years; we’ve had baby showers, parties, business events, weddings and birthday parties with Tiffany and each event was a hit!
This year, my dad renewed his vows there in June and in November we hosted my daughters Sweet Sixteenth birthday party. The renewal was beautiful. My daughter’s 16th was amazing! I work a hectic schedule and had a tight budget. The fact that they provide all the basic decorating on the tables, set up and clean up made this so simple and so much more affordable. There was very little left for me to manage when it comes to the small details. When you walk in, you’re basically party ready!
The food was fantastic, as always. I definitely recommend the stuffed shells (they are fabulous & far beyond what you expect from buffet food). However, the chicken and both beef options are amazing as well. We’ve probably had everything they offer over the years and it’s all fresh and flavorful.
Tiffany herself is so easy to work with, has a great personality and is beyond accommodating. She has ideas and is creative and helpful with planning your event. She’s always been responsive, and has been flexible with meeting and planning.
I can’t thank her enough for making my daughter’a special day as special as it was! She was ecstatic! It was a very difficult time for our family and the party was nearly ruined by another round of COVID busting through and keeping a bunch of people from being able to attend - but when we got there to the hall it was all forgotten.
I will be back AGAIN to renew my vows, and for my younger daughter’s parties to come.
This is definitely the place to go for ANY EVENT!

Me and my then fiancé chose this venue! Tiffany sat and spoke to us.She showed us around and answered all of our questions. What I liked best about this experience was that you can go to the food tasting on given days and experience all that’s on the menu. We decided to book- everything was affordable and by the wedding day it was the most beautiful day and memory! Food was great-Decor just how we wanted it! We couldn’t have asked for anything better! My Daughter's Sweet 16 was great!
I know this is a Wedding site, but I also know they do great receptions as well!!
We had our Daughter's Sweet 16 there on Sunday, and I could not have been happier.
1st the planning process, this being our 1st Sweet 16, was made easy because Tiffany was so supportive and helpful with her knowledge of what was needed. From asking questions and leading us on the right path, to asking my daughter what she wanted and involving her to make it "HER" day. Then on the day of helping with a few last-minute questions and rearrangements (due to our part, adding a photo booth). The food was great, we had stuffed shells as part of our menu, and it was amazing. The turkey and Potatoes were also mouth-watering. We had a pre-purchased cake, so they supplied an Ice Cream Sundae Bar, which even the adults enjoyed. Since the menu we chose was not really for little kids, they served kids meals for the little ones, Mac & Cheese and Chicken fingers are always a winner!!
Kaleigh was treated like a queen by Tiffany and the whole staff, they had their own table (her and her boyfriend). It went off so smoothly and my daughter was so happy she actually cried and thanked me during a little dance we had. I couldn't look at my daughter without me smiling and/or her smiling as she danced and had fun with her friends and family.
They spend this much care on my daughter's 16th B-day, we will be back (in a few, few, few years) for her wedding or any other events in the family.
Back story, in 2014 we had a fundraiser there for my son after a dog attack accident, so we were not 1st-time clients. I can't thank Tiffany, Erik, and their staff enough.

Absolutely Amazing
We were married here 10/01/2022. Tiffany, Erak, and staff went above and beyond. The venue was set up better then I ever could’ve imagined! All of our guest have been talking about how awesome the food was and how amazing the staff was. We will use them for all of our events moving forward! Thanks again Tiffany and Erak you guys rock!

Eagle Scout Ceremony
We hired Professional Touch Catering for our sons Eagle Scout Ceremony. We came to one of their tastings with our son and met with one of the owners Arek. My son is a picky eater and wanted things he likes and Arek made him feel at ease. The place was awesome. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. They were very professional. They accommodated all our request. We met with Tiffany one week before the ceremony to finalize things and could tell she was well experienced with not just wedding’s but all types of ceremonies and events.
We would highly recommend them to cater your event.

Professional BELONGS in their name
We wanted a "Bull & Oyster Roast" wedding. Surprisingly enough, many vendors we contacted were opposed to this for a wedding. Upon our first communication with Tiffany at Rosedale Gardens, we knew this vendor was different. She immediately responded with of course, and here are our menu options!
All of our communications were via email and the response time for each question, concern, anything at all was answered within hours, usually within THE hour. Our wedding was moved from April to November due to the pandemic, not a problem. As the multiple months quickly turned into weeks before our event, Tiffany was even more thorough.
It wasn't until our final meeting before the wedding when we realized how much experience and knowledge she has about event planning. We had previously picked out our linen colors, and had talked about our wishes. But now it is crunch time and the soon to be married couple is starting to get a bit stressed.
Tiffany calmly pulls out a list of questions about everything event related. This list really gave us an opportunity to visualize the entire event and how it would work. Details were on this list that we'd never even heard about or thought of.
From the rehearsal, to the actual wedding, Tiffany and her staff went over and above to ensure no stone was left unturned. The food was delicious, plentiful, and beautifully displayed. After the fact, our guests could not stop talking about the venue too.
The only regret is the night went so fast and we didn't really get to enjoy all the venue really had to offer. As a note, there was a server dedicated to us. However, at the time we didn't realize this was the case. She'd ask if we needed anything and we kept saying, nope, we are OK. It wasn't until our honeymoon that I said... you know Lou, I think we missed our opportunity to get food and drink samplings brought to us.
I do know that if we are ever in need of an event space or caterer for any occasion, Professional Touch at Rosedale Gardens will be our choice.

Outstanding company!
Professional Touch Caterers were recommended to us by one of our family members. From beginning to end, my husband and I agree it was the best company to hire! Tiffany and Arek were amazing to work with - awesome communication, organization, and the food was AMAZING! Not one thing was disappointing, except that our wedding reception eventually had to end! The day of the wedding their team was incredibly organized, very professional, and prepared for anything and everything... which is such a relief since our wedding reception was off-site at a local farm. We are still receiving compliments about the food, cake, drinks, and bar staff! We have already recommended this company to other friends who have upcoming weddings, and will definitely use them in the future for any of our catering needs! I can not say enough about Profesional Touch Caterers! We are a repeat customer for a reason! From our son's wedding, a baby shower, our halloween party last night (10-30-21) and our daughter's upcoming sweet 16 party! We are never disappointed! Tiffany goes above and beyond to make sure that your vision comes to life! She makes sure that every wanted detail is not left out! From top notch food, service communication and cleanliness, I can can go on and on! Every thing we asked for was delivered. She treated our parties with outstanding service and like our party was #1 ! Throwing parties can be stressful and Tiffany has a way to make you feel at ease and takes that stress away. Best caterer ever!
I don't think I could write my review with enough love and enthusiasm behind the thank you, I have for Tiffany and Professional Touch Caterers. I had such an easy experience with them. They made sure everything was just the way I wanted down to the last detail. I felt so connected through the whole process. I even received pictures from them before my photographer. I highly reccommend them if you are trying to make sure you have the best day ever. We are so lucky to have Professional Touch be a part of multiple special events in our lives. I am so glad we chose Professional Touch for our wedding. We decided to make it official after 20+ years together and we needed to find a venue that could do it all and as soon as possible. I can’t say enough about Tiffany, her husband and their entire staff. They offer exceptional service at a reasonable price. We wanted a non traditional wedding and Tiffany was so attentive and accommodating. She will help make your day whatever you want it or imagined it to be and if you don’t know like me she will help you figure it out. There are not many places that provide a wedding coordinator in the price. I literally dropped my decorations off and Tiffany worked her magic! The staff is kind, friendly and treat you like family. Wedding Coordinator/Affordable Decor
Baby, let me tell you something. If you don't book Professional Touch you are missing out. Tiffany and her staff were very Professional, Respectful, Modest, had great time managment skills, Awesome and Willing to go beyond the call of duty for my Bride/Groom. Due to Covid, the lovely couple had to reschedule a few times. However, Professional Touch and Caterers were willing to work with them and assured them that a new date would be available for their big day. As an event planner and wedding coordinator, working with Tiffany at Professional Touch was smooth sailing. She is truly the definition of RESPECTFUL and a GENUINE PROFESSIONAL. I could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding day. We had both our ceremony and our reception here. The venue was set up so beautifully, more perfect than I could’ve imagined. I was speechless when I saw It. Tiffany is the absolute best. She is professional, caring, and so down to earth. The day went so smoothly and she kept me so calm ! The food was so delicious and the staff was so attentive. My husband and I felt like a king and queen on our wedding day thanks to this staff ❣️

Loved the experience
We had our wedding reception here and I loved the experience. Tiffany and her husband truly are a power couple and are all about pleasing their bride and groom. Her communication with us was amazing. Because of COVID we worked out a private tasting rather than the group ones and the food was great! The final meeting for preparing for the reception is very thorough. I just dropped of my decor, explained it and sent pictures and she handled the rest. The day of was so smooth. Her team is very attentive to the married couple

Covid-19 tried, But didnt stop us!
Had a wedding ceremony and reception at this beautiful place! Tiffany, Arek and the entire staff took complete care of my husband and I. Despite the constant postponements due to Covid-19, they were completely professional. Tiffany was
awesome to work with. She took my vision and made it a reality. The set up was exactly how I wanted. I didn't need a coordinator because she played that role as well. I was worry and stress free knowing that the staff did the job exactly how they were suppose to. The food was delicious! We had Shrimp Creole, rice pilaf, stuffed chicken breast, garlic smashed potatoes, roast brisket of beef jardiniere, and vegetable medley. Everything was DELICIOUS!!!!! I don't know where to begin but when we went to Professional Touch Caterers for our wedding on Nov 16, 2019 we started our process 2 years ago and it was the BEST decision we could have ever made. Tiffany made our experience so smooth and whatever ideas we had she made it work!! Everything that I had envisioned for my day Tiffany and Professional Touch Caterers made our dreams come true with every detail from food, decorations to the day of running smooth without a hiccup. Lets just say if there were things going wrong I would have never known. Tiffany and her company is the BEST out there and the prices they charge are worth every penny! We had our ceremony and reception there 6/1/2019 and from the first meeting with Tiffany until the movement the reception ended everything was perfect. She answered every email, was very accommodating, her staff was amazing, the food was delicious and hot! They did everything for us and the venue was beautiful and very clean!! I would recommend them to everyone looking for a venue for any occasion!!

We made the absolute best decision when we decided to have Professional Touch Catering provide the catering for our wedding. We were married almost two moths ago and our guest are still complimenting on our catering team and the food. Tiffany & Eric and their staff go well above and beyond to make your day stress free and enjoyable for everyone. Every last detail was covered even with very last minute changes due to rain at our outside venue.
I have used Professional Touch Catering twice now, once at their facility which is stunning and also off site. Both times they have exceeded our expectations and they have been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Professional Touch Catering

My husband and I couldn't believe how amazing our wedding was. It was every thing we hoped for. From the beginning they were flexible and allowed us to add some personal touches to our wedding, and do things a bit different. Their staff was amazing and did all the work for us. They really allowed us to not have to worry about any thing, and just enjoy our wedding. Their ability to handle all the small details made the planning and set-up so very easy. We're so glad we choose to have our wedding with them and highly recommend them to any who are searching for the perfect spot to host their wedding!

My husband and I just got married on March 3, 2018 and we had a wonderful experience with Tiffany and Erik. We used them for catering at an off-site hall. They did an excellent job, answered all of the questions I had ( and I had a ton) and were kind throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond in helping with my set up in terms of communicating with our other vendors when there was some confusion at the reception site. Also, the food was delicious. We would highly recommend them for your events.

Had my sons wedding and reception there on 10/21/17, and it was fantastic. Tiffany was so sweet and accommodating to all request, questions, & nervous parents. The room where the wedding was held was set up very nicely. The reception room was breath taking. The table linens, china, & silverware was 1st. class. The flower centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous (had pumpkin containers which .can be reusable & nice memory & very well made) and lasted 2 weeks beyond the wedding. The food was delicious received so many compliments the night of the wedding & beyond. My son & his wife were just so happy & were beyond words of how everything went & everyone had a great time. Would highly recommend Rosedale Gardens. The quality & staff are a 10+. The Ash Family

Tiffany was my contact person in assisting me with my 51st birthday party Nov. 5, 2016. She was pleasant and accommodating to me and those assisting me in planning my event.
The staff was professional. The food was tasty. The venue is clean. Plenty of parking. All of my guest was pleased with the service and food. I highly recommend Rosedale Gardens/Professional Touch Caterers.

Tiffany and Arek at Professional Touch Caterers were absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding this past May. I appreciated their willingness to work with me when deciding on our menu and making decisions regarding the best options suited for our special day at our venue. I was able to attend a couple of their tasting events and while reviewing the menu options in advance, asked on both occasions if they would be able to prepare some of the items not included in the menu for the group tasting. They were more than willing to accommodate and had the additional tasting items prepared upon our arrival. Our venue did not have refrigeration and we were responsible for set up and break down. One of my primary concerns during the planning process was moving the chairs for the ceremony outside to the reception area during cocktail hour and they made sure everything was taken care along with our day of coordinator. They also set up the dessert table beautifully and made sure my vision was created. The food was delicious (the tenderloin carving station and crab dip were our favorites) and the service throughout the evening was seamless. They came prepared with a fleet of servers and bartenders and Tiffany closely watched to ensure everything was taken care of. If you are looking for good food and top notch service, you've found your match. Thanks for helping make our day so wonderful!

I can't say enough about Tiffany & the staff at Rosedale Gardens. The professionalism shown by Tiffany from my first meeting with her up until the day of our wedding was exemplary. She answered every email I sent her promptly and with answers to every question I ever had. Our wedding was PERFECT & I credit that to Tiffany for not only listening but "hearing" what my vision was as far as the reception set up. Her & her staff did a wonderful job of making sure all the decorations were done exactly as I specified. She was patient, approachable & flexible. The vendor recommendation list that she provided was also a big help. I used 4 of the listed vendors & was quite pleased with the professionalism & services provided by each of them.
Our family & friends have been raving about how beautifully set up the ceremony hall & the reception hall were. I would definitely recommend Professional Touch Caterers to friends & family, as well as use them again myself for any future events.

I am so grateful for Tiffany and everyone at Professional Touch Caterers, they really gave me a perfect day. They were so amazing and helpful through all stages of planning my wedding. All communications were very prompt and she never let me hanging. She was so wonderful to work with. She will work with you to help you realize your vision. She knows how to handle everything and find solutions. Her patience was amazing. All of the staff was great and very professional.
The tastings that led up to my event helped us craft a great menu that we knew would go well together, it wasn't guesswork. Everything was delicious, always full, and hot. We had a family member with food allergies and she had no trouble with the food served.
The hall looked beautiful the day of the wedding. I chose to have the ceremony there and the lighted arch with flowers was so charming and sweet. There were lots of linen colors available to choose, and Tiffany helped me pick one that looked gorgeous with my theme colors. The table arrangements were beautiful, and she again helped me pick one that worked out perfectly.
The day of my wedding I had an issue with my bouquets from Costco. Tiffany got with a vendor and they found some nice silk bouquets for the girls to hold, and for me a beautiful fresh flower bouquet that matched what I had ordered from Costco that fell apart. I can't thank them enough for saving my day!
I would book an event with Professional Touch Caterers again in a heartbeat. They were wonderful! They gave me a day better than I could have ever imagined and I am so thankful.

After researching different venues and discovering that a grand wedding was out of our price range, we decided that we needed to have a cost-efficient wedding. We didn't even know if it was possible but we wanted to have something that seemed grand but wouldn't break our checkbook. Luckily, I came to Wedding Wire and discovered Rosedale Gardens and Professional Touch Caterers. If you're on a budget but still want to have something extravagant, this is absolutely the place to have your wedding. Tiffany was superb and kept everything running smoothly, the food was really, really great and everyone had a blast (especially with our bartender who was fantastic). We also went through some of their preferred vendors for the cake (AMAZING) and our flowers. We kept the cost down even further by renting affordable uplighting (which they set up for us) and our own sound system (we also had the ceremony there which was beautiful). They made our big day as stress-free and smooth as it could possibly be and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have an unforgettable wedding!

IWe were even allowed to bring our own decorations to personalize our wedding, which was set up for us so we didn't. was so excited to learn the cake was included (one less thing I had to worry about) overall we had an amazing wedding and our family will absolutely be attending events at the location more often! We couldn't have asked for a better night. You guy's did everything you could to make it all go smoothly and that is all that we could ask. Professional Touch Caterers did a fabulous job for us on our wedding day. The food, decor and service were outstanding, and our patient and thoughtful hostess made sure the reception events flowed smoothly for us. My guests are still commenting on how beautiful everything was. I would recommend them highly to anyone planning an event.
