Just wanted to Thank Kevin and Professional Limo for a great Wedding in Newport last week! It was a hot one but he keep us cool with extra water and ice. The Limo was great and Stayed with us the entire time. The process was easy, this is our second Wedding with them. Recommended!

We used Professional Limos to transport our wedding parties to and from the ceremony/reception venue. Working with them was extremely easy! From getting the quote and booking online, to making changes and double-checking things via phone, everything was handled quickly and professionally. Their rates are also very competitive. We booked the 17-person shuttle bus and it was spacious, clean, and had working A/C and sound systems. I definitely recommend using Professional for your wedding needs!We used Professional Limos to transport our wedding parties to and from the ceremony/reception venue. We used Professional Limousine for our wedding last month and could not have been happier! The Escalade was beautiful and the driver was nice and early! Our driver Mike was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. Laurie who worked with us from start to finish, was very professional throughout the whole process. The prices were extremely reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for transportation services for the wedding or other events! Professional Limos did an amazing job! We recently hired them for our Wedding in Rhode Island and they really surpassed our expectations. Their service was prompt and Bob was very courteous. The limo was clean and well maintained. Bob was also extremely accommodating since our plans changed part way through due to weather. He showed flexibly throughout the day to help meet our needs. I would gladly recommend Professional Limo for all kinds of occasions.Professional Limos did an amazing job! I had my wedding in Newport at fort adams, I had over 200 people there and I needed transportation from the hotels in providence to newport, I booked two trolleys and the escalade limos and needless to say the cars were here 15 minutes early and the drivers all wore tuxes and it was very professional. And we even got complementary champagne and the red carpet treatment which you dont get with any other company at a great price too! For my wedding, we hired this limousine company and used their 22 passenger white Escalade. Not only was it beautiful, but our driver was so nice and extremely professional. We went a bit nontraditional and saved some money by just rending a Lincoln Towncar from Professional Limousine, to take me to the ceremony and my husband and I to the reception. The price was great (they did not try to gouge us just becaues it was a wedding like some of the Mystic limo services), and the driver was very courteous. The only reason for giving them 4 stars on quality is that the car was having some sort of suspension issue, and the back wheel made a grinding noise as we drove. It seemed like something they should have caught with proper car maintenance. Otherwise they were great, and it might have just been bad luck on the timing for that vehicle.

We rented the vintage car with Professional Limousine & Transportation. Our driver was so wonderful! He held my flowers, brought us waters, and was a huge help the day of the wedding. I wish I could remember his name, he was a pleasure to work with. It was more expensive than I wanted it to be (as always with weddings) but they are available 24/7 for any changes to the reservation and to update any information. This is probably not a legit company
I booked Pro Limo for a bachelorette party that unfortunately had to be cancelled due to Rhode Island’s COVID restrictions. I’ve been trying to reach out via email and phone for more than a month to let them know the event is cancelled, with no response. I have no idea whether the limo will show up for the nonexistent event, whether my credit card will be charged, or whether the company is even still in business. awful business, NOT professional at all
Made a reservation and within a day cancelled due to receiving a better deal. They took my $200 deposit without question and without even considering the very timely cancellation as well as the fact that the event was not during busy season. They wouldn’t even hear me out. One of the workers Chris (or owner ? ) was screaming at me over the phone and down right rude, I have NEVER dealt with someone so unprofessional from a business. $200 later...... Think twice before using this company
THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY, they will take your money and not provide the agreed upon service.
My friend got married this past Saturday and booked a white stretch limo with this company months ago, she paid in full prior to the big day. On the day of her wedding a beat up town car, complete with a very "professional" looking driver standing in front smoking a cigarette arrived instead. At that point the bride's father spoke with the driver who agreed to go back and pick up the white stretch limo we were supposed to have in the first place. Time ticked on, the bridal party becoming later and later for the wedding, when we finally received a call from the limo company stating the limo we had reserved months ago wouldn't start, essentially we were SOL. We ended up having to find a friend with an SUV to drive the bride and the entire bridal party to the wedding. After the wedding a terrible looking "tricked out" limo appeared to take the bride and groom the 15 minutes down the road to the reception. Not only did the driver not know where he was going but he didn't even know how to work a navigation system, the groom had to plug the address into his phone for him. As if this isn't ridiculous enough, here is the best part, the limo company is refusing to refund the money after failing to provide the services they were contracted for. Still horrible! Laurie from Professional Limousine reached out to me to apologize for the inconvenience, the damaged limo, and the horrible driver who damaged the vehicle even more during our drive. She offered to refund us $300 for the bad experience, which we greatly appreciated. However, this $300 refund never came! I have reached out several more times to see if this promised refund was ever going to happen, and now I get no response from her or their office. Don't believe anything they tell you. Stay away and hire a limo service that will keep their word and not show up smashed and dented!
My fiancé used this company Saturday night for a bachelorette. The limo showed up with a huge dent and scrape down the entire side. The driver told us it was "in an accident" the night before. We still got charged the same price even though we had to take a damaged and unsightly limo to Newport for the evening.
Also-while trying to leave the hotel parking lot the driver proceeded to hit a stone wall multiple times with the other side of the limo causing damage to that side.
I've tried to reach out to explain this situation and my displeasure but got no response back.

I just used this company for a bachelorette party and I was horrified when the stretch Escalade pulled up. We did a wine tour in Stonington for the party, and got picked up from the casino. There was duct tape in the doorway of the limo, there were several rips and holes in the leather interior and the bar tumbled while we were driving. The air conditioning didn't keep the vehicle cool at all, and when I stated this she actually told me that it was a hot day and we were in and out of the car so much we couldn't expect the vehicle to remain cool.... We also attempted to play music from our phones through the vehicle's sound system, but when we plugged our phone into the USB port it was not recognizing the device. She told me that I needed to bring an auxiliary cord...but really who carries that around? It's not mentioned on their website to bring one to play music, they just say there are MP3 compatible radios. The woman in the office handling my complaint is extremely rude, she never called me back so I had to call her repeatedly and she told me I was wrong about the condition of the vehicle even though I have pictures.

This company gave me a phone call 5 days before my wedding stating that they all of a sudden wanted 450$ more after we had already paid everything in full and had our receipt. Through back and forth Laurie ended up telling us the owner would not talk to us about this situation and that he was not planning on sending us our limousine we had already paid for! They then sent us a cancellation confirmation email even though we didn't even cancel! I used to work in this unprofessional company and I got to know the owner who doesn’t care about his own company nor the employees like me. I lost my job because of the hostile environment I was in and I am taking my case to RICHR for compensation after loosing my job because I was discriminated against. They literally stopped giving me jobs for no reason, even after I talked with the manager about it. I don’t recommend this company because I saw how unprofessional they were with their clients, and all of their cars have check engines lights on which makes it unsafe for people. There are so many better companies that actually care about what they are doing, instead of spending their time discriminating against me. The air conditioning didn't keep the vehicle cool at all, and the driver was in a bad mood and swerving the car the whole time. We had the limo for 5 hours, when we were done with the limo we called the driver to picked us up and he kept stating he could not find and we had to walk where he was . When we arrived at my house the driver told us we had gone over an hour and had to pay for overtime, when we challenged the charge he told us it wasn't his fault we couldn't tell time. We stated there wasn't any information about the overtime charge since we thought we were still withing the allow time frame and told us it was in the contract.
