DJ Darren is 2nd to none.

Absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. Darren brought the party to life with an incredible music selection and his lively energy. From the moment the dance floor opened, it was non-stop fun. He skillfully mixed various genres to cater to all our diverse guests' tastes, and the transitions were so seamless that the music never missed a beat. Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had, and it's all thanks to DJ Darren's incredible talent. He truly knows how to read the crowd and keep the dance floor packed all night long! We are so grateful for the outstanding performance and contribution to our special day!

Incredible performance and experience!

We LOVED working with ProArt Music! They communicated quickly, were so easy to collaborate with and really worked to totally customize the wedding reception musical lineup. All the musicians and vocalists were extraordinarily talented and professional. Guests danced all night and loved the jazz band and singer. Highly recommend!!!

Exactly What We Were Looking For

Pro Art Music did an amazing job providing music for our wedding! We asked for a string quartet for the ceremony and a jazz trio for the cocktail hour as well as rehearsal dinner. We are pretty particular about the music we like, so we gave them a detailed outline of what we would like to hear and they pulled it off flawlessly! They even learned an arrangement for one of our favorite songs to perform at the end of the ceremony, “Knights of Cydonia” by Vitamin String Quartet (as originally performed by MUSE)! Thank you so much for everything! It was a such a beautiful wedding!

Absolutely Beautiful!!

Pro Art Music did such an incredible job at our wedding!! We booked a string quartet and they did such a wonderful job!! They even learned how to play a specific song that we wanted to walk down the aisle to! They responded quickly and professionally and were even willing to work with us in a global pandemic!

Professional and Easy

Hiring a violinist for our ceremony was one of the best decisions that we made. Hiring list vendor was also a great decision period from start to finish they made the whole process very simple and anything. They showed up on time in played the music perfectly with their ceremony. Wonderful , execution and professionalism.

Beautiful music, great range

ProArt Music was wonderful! We had a quartet play for our ceremony and everything was beautiful. Daren was great to work with as well- going out of his way to find sheet music for a specific song we wanted to use for our unity ceremony, and we really loved the range of contemporary music they offered. Great experience!

My daughter was married at St. Clare's Chapel...a beautiful old catholic chapel with a pipe organ. ProArt music provided absolutely beautiful organ music for the whole ceremony. My daughter left most of the music selections up to the musician, and everything was absolutely beautiful...a dream come true. We had a time small time change and it was easily accommodated through email communication. Daren Fuster is very professional and provides immediate feedback and confirmation, which is great for helping to minimize the stress on planning an out-of-town wedding. Would definitely recommend!

Seriously fantastic. I wouldn't change a thing! After talking to them on the phone, we decided to book a string trio to play our ceremony and cocktail hour, then a traditional DJ to play during the reception. Jordan met up with us at the event location and sat down to get a feel for the mood we wanted to set during our big day. He was very detail oriented, making sure to take note of the specific songs we wanted, or didn't want, and assuring us that he would play other songs in that genre that were family appropriate as well. He also was able to gently steer us away from some of our requests, for good reason, but was able to do it without offending us in any way and we are grateful for the help! Overall, these guys were perfect and great for the price! Give them a call right away!

We had a fabulous experience with ProArt for our wedding ceremony. They have a vast number of traditional and modern pieces to select from and they were also very accommodating in custom arranging two pieces of music to instrumental versions. Each song was more perfect than we could have imagined.

Daren was very easy to work with-very communicative, very focused on ensuring we were happy and made us feel like everything would go as it should on our wedding day and it was perfect! ProArt was one the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding planning process.

I was so overwhelmed throwing our daughter's wedding (my first) and Daren was the one vendor who took my hand and helped me through music choices and creating a vision for the ceremony and cocktail reception. The trumpet was a must! The players were prompt, courteous and talented. 10 out of 10!

After looking for quite some time for the perfect ceremony musicians I was feeling forlorn. Luckily I came across ProArt Music on Wedding Wire just when I thought about giving up on the search. Immediately after talking to Daren I knew this was the music company for us. I did a lot of research into music selection and instrumentation that I wanted for our Catholic ceremony and ProArt Music was able to make our dreams come true! We really appreciate their communication and ability to give advice on the matter as well! You can easily tell that they are highly experienced and not only great at customer service but great at what they do... vocals and music! Our ceremony music was absolutely beautiful and consisted of the organ, violin, 2 trumpets, and a pianist/vocalist!

We hired Pro Art to play music before a free Happy Hour concert with the Columbus Symphony at the Ohio Theatre. It was tricky because we wanted it to be hip and cool, yet still compliment the classical concert the patrons were about to hear. The dj played an incredible mix of music that was perfect for having drinks and appetizers while still being able to talk and mingle. They listened to what I wanted the atmosphere to be like and delivered. The set up was impressive and the dj was very professional. We are booking them for our next three events. Highly recommend.

ProArt provided String Quartets for our son's wedding in 2004 and our daughter this past October. Both times their music was awesome and added an atmosphere of elegance to the wedding ceremonies. The music was beautiful and flawless they provided interludes where requested and the overall music was beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend ProArt!

Working with this vendor was truly a pleasure. They provided the music during the Mass and it was simply priceless. More guests commented on this music than anything else relating to this wedding. It was magnificent and they were very accommodating.

Pro Art was great to work with from start to finish. We had a string trio play at our wedding and everything was beautiful! We met with the harpist during planning and she helped us plan out our music for the entire prelude and ceremony. Great team!

Pro Art Music is the BEST! As a musician myself, I was able to really appreciate the quality of sound and professionalism that they provided for my daughter's wedding. I was probably more involved in the music selection than most clients, but they were very responsive and flexible even when I introduced a different piece of music for the processional. Everything was beautiful and flawless. We also used Pro Art for a guitarist at the cocktail hour before the reception. It set the perfect tone to a perfect reception. We had so many people coming up to us after the ceremony and reception commenting about the beauty of the music. I definately recommend and will use in the future.

The string quartet and pianist that were provided for our wedding were great! Everyone loved all of the musical selections that were played and I appreciate your flexibility in finding the pieces that we wanted played.
I was unaware of this at the time but the musicians did not come prepared for an outdoor wedding. i.e. They neglected to bring clothespins or other things that would properly hold the music in case of wind. Someone mentioned to me after the wedding day that they were scrambling to their car to find something that worked. As a musician myself, I didn't find this particularly professional behavior. All of this aside, they did play wonderfully.
We ESPECIALLY loved the piano music during the reception. He was awesome!!!
Daren was really great at keeping in contact with me and replying back to my emails in a prompt manner.

A beautiful addition to your event...

Daren and his team provided string-music (two violins, one cello) for our small and intimate wedding ceremony. Due to misfortunate social distancing precautions, we did not get to interact with he or his team before or after the ceremony, but they were able to accommodate all song-selections and played them perfectly. I would gladly recommend Pro Art Music for that special added-element. Their music, paired with some candlelight provided a beautiful ambiance that I am sure to never forget.

You should mark which songs are specific for a quartet vs a trio. This would help in decision making. Also be more open to different ideas and attempt to find the sheet music instead of asking the clients to provide sheet music as you probably have more of an avenue to find it.

Slightly disappointed

We hired Pro Art Music as a quartet for our ceremony and cocktail hour. As far as quality of music, we thought they were great. Overall though our experience was mixed. We had a 60 person wedding on a lawn at Sunriver and were told that we wouldn't need amplification for the quartet, but it ended up being too quiet and the impact we were hoping for was really lost. Darren loaned us a microphone for our officiant and had one of the musicians in the quartet man the speaker, but we realized 10 minutes into the ceremony that it wasn't actually working and the musician just kind of threw up his hands. It was a big bummer because we wrote our own vows and it was apparent that our guests in the back couldn't hear us. It wasn't enough to ruin anything for us, but we considered it one of the only negatives about our wedding experience.

This is going to be difficult for me to write, as I see everyone else on here had a tremendous experience with Pro Art. It is also important to realize that the company essentially compiles independent musicians, so the quality of the service can be up to a specific "independent contractor". Long story short, the guitarist for our ceremony simply did not show up. No communication. No phone call. No email. Completely left us hanging. The company refunded our money, but wow. It's more than money. You can't just not show up to a contractually agreed upon wedding ceremony and leave us hanging with no music. My advice when dealing with this company would be to reach out to and speak (on the phone) with the musician themselves, not just the representative from Pro Art.
