    Partnered to create a magical and unforgettable event

    Krista and her team at Prive were awesome to work with. They responded quickly to questions, gave great advice and suggestions, and made sure all of our vendors were on the same page. Their organization of all the major and little details for our special day made the whole planning process easy. Despite Mother Nature not cooperating like we originally planned, the Prive team made sure our rain plan was executed to perfection. Thank you all again for making our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined.

    You need Prive!!

    I used Prive events as my planner for my wedding at JM cellars. They were a blessing! I thought I could do everything on my own since I’m a pretty organized person. When touring and eventually booking the venue JM kept saying they only required a day of coordinator but actually they require a partial planner. Originally I was peeved because that was not my plan but I’m so so happy I booked Prive. Krista was amazing from the start. She has so much experience with planning and her experience with my venue paid off. When I had some freak outs (hello pandemic wedding) and wrote her emails she would pick up the phone and give me a call immediately . I really felt like she cared. Landis was my day of point person and she was also amazing. She made sure to have cocktails and a plate of passed apps waiting for my husband and I after the ceremony. She was readily available for anything I needed day of. She and her assistant helped set up everything in the short time the venue allowed and made it look gorgeous! I really credit Prive with my smooth stress free wedding! Can’t say enough about them!!! Use them trust me you won’t regret it!!! I’m so grateful I had them as my planners.

    Fabulously straightforward and detail-oriented!

    The wedding package we booked with our venue included day-of coordination, and we were lucky enough to be paired with Krista and Privé Events as our day-of coordinator. Krista is organized, detail-oriented, and all about making your day what you want it to be - both she and her team are savvy, experienced, and very easy to work with. They have pulling off the perfect wedding down to a science, and will ensure all your questions are answered and everything is in place for the celebration you want.

    My fiancé and I were originally scheduled for a June 2020 wedding, so we were heavily impacted by COVID-19. We initially rescheduled to September 2020 and ultimately ended up cancelling our original plans in favor of a very small, family-only ceremony. Krista was the best resource we could have asked for about changing public health guidelines, and was very straightforward with us about what our options were for celebrating during this stressful time. Although she and her team ultimately won't be part of our wedding this year due to the changes we've made in response to the pandemic, we would work with Krista again without hesitation, and hope that she'll be coordinating an anniversary or vow renewal celebration for us in the future - one with all the hugs and dancing we wish we could have this year!

    Top notch!

    Hiring the Prive team (Krista, Landis, and Robin) to help plan and provide day-of coordination for our wedding was by far the best decision we made, and I would 100% recommend them if you are planning a big event. The entire team was very organized and extremely professional yet down to earth. Krista was there every step of the way to answer questions and discuss concerns. She was always a step ahead and ensured we thought through every vital detail to allow for a stress-free event. As the bride, I was able to fully enjoy the day with ease because I had total confidence that Landis had everything covered.

    Planning a wedding during a pandemic is no easy task but Krista’s expertise, advice and calming nature made our wedding planning manageable. Everything came together perfectly, right down to the last detail thanks to Prive Events.

    You won’t regret it!

    I highly recommend Krista. From the moment I met Krista, we hit it off and I could tell she was trustworthy and knew what she was doing. She is so sweet and nice, and an awesome planner. She was there every step of the way during our planning and made sure that we were always on track and didn’t forget anything.

    I am from Boston and she was very flexible and accommodating to our time change and traveling schedule. If we had issues with any of our vendors she would go to bat for us and made sure we got what we wanted and deserved.

    Everyone in our wedding party/family members/ and vendors commented how organized she was. They had never seen such a meticulous timeline for a wedding. Day of, I wanted to make sure we, or any guest, would not have to worry about any of the logistics behind the wedding; set up, coordinating with vendors, tear down and clean up; etc.; and she definitely delivered that. Everything went off without a hitch, and if anything did go wrong she problem solved and made sure it was not an issue.

    Our guest still keep complimenting how great and fun our wedding was. We also hired her for design, and she did a great job helping us aesthetically. Her knowledge and connections in the industry are a huge plus. You won’t go wrong hiring Krista. I don’t know how we would have done it without her!

    We first contacted Krista because we had to fire our first wedding planner, and we were just curious what had gone wrong - her advice was so helpful and insightful we hired her, and we're glad we did!

    My now-husband and I both very busy, and without Krista there's no way we have found a wedding venue, picked the right vendors, and organized all the moving pieces. Even though we got married in New Jersey and Krista's in Seattle, she went above and beyond to find us everyone we needed. She also did an excellent job on the day of coordination.

    We had such an amazing time our wedding, our guests did too, and we're so glad we hired Krista to help us!

    We were extremely impressed with Krista and Prive Events for our winery wedding. I would use them again for an event in a heartbeat.

    Krista's coverage of all the details combined with creativity in the moment to keep things moving smoothly is amazingly impressive. She is excellent at what she does and a pleasure to work with.

    Looking back, everything went off without issues and my husband and I fully enjoyed our own time at our event. It was clean and classy and reflected our unique styles. I received great feedback from friends who all had an amazing time.

    My made the perfect choice with Megan! My new husband and I agree with all of Megan's glowing reviews. She was literally the best! On what is such a hectic and whirlwind day, we both had come to trust her completely and so were able to enjoy the many special moments with our family and friends.

    Both of us work in the chaotic world of health care, so sometimes out of habit, we'd suddenly remember some small detail about timing or a vendor or food, and wonder if everything was happening as it should.

    But then we'd glance around the room, see Megan, and feel instantly at ease. Through our meetings leading up to the wedding day, we had grown to trust her implicitly with our most important day (and a substantial investment). Her style and grace had put us both at ease, even during the many times we felt overwhelmed and obviously didn't know what we were doing (though we kind of thought we did!).

    Her advice on food, drinks, printing, and a multitude of other things was spot on. We are so grateful for her attention to detail, sweet demeanor, and firm hand. It really means something when the two new husbands call the wedding planner up to the front of the room at the end of the night to publicly acknowledge her for a flawless occasion!

    Megan at Privé was an outstanding coordinator and huge help for my wife(!), Erin, and I during our wedding last summer. Erin and I got married at her parents home in the Seattle area, but we were living in Madison, WI and Chicago, IL respectively over the course of our eight months or so working with Megan. Nonetheless, Megan found time to work with us, making three-way conferences calls at all kinds of times of day to help make sure our wedding was exactly like we wanted it to be.

    On the day of, Megan and her staff did an incredible job making sure that we had everything we needed, from wine with dinner to pens for signing our wedding license. They even whipped up some salad dressing in Erin's parents' kitchen when the caterer forgot to send it. With a wedding at private residence there were all kinds of small snafus that could have been bothersome, but not a single guest noticed a single hiccup. In fact, they all commented on how seamless the day was, and we attribute that to Megan and her staff. They even found time to clean up afterward, making the next day a breeze! We cannot recommend Megan enough. You will not regret having her be a part of your wedding.

    Worth. Every. Penny. Our venue was sort of unique, a three day, two night event out on the Olympic Peninsula. We had rented out a summer camp on Lake Crescent, which seemed amazing at the time of booking but then insanely overwhelming when we realized we had to bring EVERYTHING in. And I mean, EVERYTHING. I didn't know where to start and even after we'd booked a lot of vendors and thought we had a lot of stuff planned, meeting with Megan proved there were so many things we had over looked. Clearly Megan has done this for a while and it was so great that we let the professionals show us what was needed. We had rented a refrigerated truck, hauled in SO many things for our 160 over night guests and I can say, the day of I was able to just relax and get married. The best decision I ever made was to hire a day of coordinator. Although, she was a huge part of the planning as well. I've also had several friends get married the past couple of years and comparing notes with their day of planners, Megan went above and beyond.

    Working with Krista at Prive Events was an incredible and unforgettable experience. We hired her as our "Day-Of-Coordinator" and I felt like it made the last month leading up to my wedding such a breeze. We were in clear contact every single day and she created a timeline with every detail to ensure the day would go perfectly. There were some points where I couldn't make up my own mind and she helped me by stepping in and giving her professional opinion, which helped tremendously and spoke for itself on the day of the wedding. When I felt like her services could not have been any better prior to the wedding, she really went above and beyond on the wedding day. She was working hard the entire time to make sure everything was in its correct place and that things were happening at the correct time. She was there waiting for me with a glass of wine at the end of the aisle after we made our exit, and that moment (along with every other moment she was present) just made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, knowing everything was in her hands and she rocked it. Krista constantly put my needs and wishes first and did her best to make sure my wedding day was everything I had dreamed of, and it was. I highly recommend Prive Events, it was the best wedding gift I could have given myself!

    I could not have gotten through my wedding day without Krista from Privé Events. I hired her as a day-of-coordinator. Krista helped me answer questions regarding vendors, reviewed contracts, and had my best interests in mind. She gave me recommendations about vendors, day-of timeline, and checked in with me through the several months leading up to the big day. The best was the day of the wedding, when she made everything run so smoothly. She fixed issues without me even knowing it, communicated with our vendors, and checked in with us just enough times. It was like she was there when we needed her, but otherwise was behind the scenes. At one point she helped me fix my bustle on my dress when her emergency kit. She was so prepared and as I said at the beginning, I could not have gotten through the day without her!

    We loved working with Krista at Prive Events! She and her team helped us with "day of" coordination, though they actually began helping manage everything several weeks before. We met with Krista and walked her through what we wanted, what our priorities were, and outstanding questions, and she took care of all last minute questions from our venue, DJ, and photographer. We had a slight rain delay in the afternoon and it was so reassuring to know that Krista and Christine were managing everything - it enabled us to truly just enjoy the day. I would 100% recommend them to any bride!

    Stop reading all these reviews and pick up the phone and call Megan at Prive now, seriously! We found Prive through a friend and after having a good sit down first meeting immediately felt as if we had lost a collective 100 pounds off our shoulders! From that moment on we knew we had a master advocate for our wedding dream to become a reality. Every time we interacted with Megan whether in person, phone, email, or text it was amazing. She calmed our fears, explained our options, redirected when needed and kept all the vendors in the loop. When the big day finally arrived we felt like she should have been at the head table with us, we grew that close and so much fun, really what she enabled us to do was be more present at our wedding, we felt like guests of honor instead of hosts of many. The money we spent with Megan was by far one of the BEST wedding budget value items. I would not hesitate to use her services for any number of events!

    We are so grateful that we hired Megan as our day of coordinator for our winter wedding in January. We couldn’t have done it without her! Having worked in the events industry, I already had a clear vision in my head of what I wanted and Megan was able to fill in any gaps and suggest wonderful vendors for us to work with. She was readily available to speak and meet with us (and our vendors) prior to the wedding.
    Megan was able to communicate our desires to our other vendors very clearly so that everyone was on always the same page. She created an incredibly detailed itinerary (scheduled down to the minute!) and made sure that all of our vendors, parents and wedding party members all of their own copy, tailored just for them, outlining their responsibilities for the day. I am pretty detail oriented and Megan went over the timeline with me multiple times, making different suggestions as to spacing and flow, until we both felt that it was just right.
    Megan has a great eye and was able to help me make décor choices that fit with our venue and the look that we were going for. During the event, Megan and her assistant made sure that everything went smoothly and on time. Our guests are still talking about what a wonderful night it was and it’s all because of Megan executing our dream.

    Megan's services were the best investment for the entire wedding event. She made sure all things went according to plan while gracefully handling me (a very stressed out and high strung bride). She gave us wonderful recommendations for venders, coordinated the communication as well as the day of planning. Everyone in our event got a detailed itinerary so they knew exactly what to, do, bring and where to be at what time. We hired Megan late in the wedding planning process about 2 1/2 months before the event and not only did she take a huge weight from my shoulders, her services let me enjoy the wedding process (which was very much not the case before her intervention). Megan truly went above and beyond and I would hire again for any large event I were to ever host. Thanks Megan!!

    Prive Events was hands down THE BEST investment we made for our wedding day. We live in Minnesota and having Krista and her team helping us through the whole process made the day not only go by without a flaw, my husband and I were able to enjoy every moment! She made sure we took time to eat, have a drink, and most of all, soak up every ounce of joy the day brought! She helped us from the day I said "yes" to the day after the wedding- she was always available and very helpful when it came to dealing with different vendors. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing! She made it easy to feel confident that the day would be perfect if left in her hands, and it was!

    Krista helped me throughout the entire wedding planning process for OVER A YEAR. I'd like to say we got to know each other really well - she is an amazing event planner and coordinator! She is creative and knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile and was wonderful support. I cannot give her enough credit for all the work she did and her execution day-of was spectacular. Definitely the best money we spent for the wedding and our day was incredible!

    The staff from Prive that helped us on our wedding day were priceless. We had a DIY wedding and most of the responsibilities for setting up the reception and ceremony where going to be handled by my groom. He had one hour to set up our entire wedding and DIY decor. He could not have done it without the help of Prive and the amazing team members that worked our event. They were fast, professional, and jumped in anywhere they could to help and take care of things. They treated our guests great, always made sure I had everything I needed. They also cleaned up after our event and made sure all of our stuff got packed away. They were seriously so fast ! All of my family members raved about them. So happy we hired them for our big day !

    My husband and I hired Krista from Prive to be our day of coordinator for our wedding over in Poulsbo, WA at Kiana Lodge back in August. We couldn't have spent a better dollar. The ease she allowed us to have on the day of our wedding and all of the details leading up to it, was priceless.
    I planned most of the wedding by myself and had a very particular and (a bit perfectionist) vision for the day I wanted to have. From the suits to the flower girl accessories, from the hand written notes on the table settings to the sparkly pom pom sticks in all of the champagne flutes, to the songs and the timing I wanted them to play at. I was very detailed and Krista went over EVERYTHING with me for the months leading up to the wedding. She double checked everything with me and suggested more affordable options and vendors when she thought appropriate. She lead our bridal party and family during the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding in a relaxed, but professional fun way.
    I mean, I couldn't have picked a better combo of personality/business to get the job done.
    Everything went so smoothly, even so much that guests constantly were complimenting me on how smooth our wedding was. Guests would say things such as "your wedding was one of the most beautiful and well put together weddings I've ever been to" and "It went SO smooth!". It was a great feeling to be able to trust my day of girl and know that I could relax a bit more than I thought I would. I know she gives every Bride & Groom (or Party Host) 110% of her time, energy, and creativity. If you are looking for a planner, or even day of coordinator, Call PRIVE!!! You will be doing yourself a huge favor.

    Megan and her assists with Prive Events made our night everything we imagined it would be and more. Before we interviewed Megan we had met with another wedding planner and took her to our venue (a private venue in the groom's aunt backyard). When meeting with this planner she told us that we could have the wedding there, but she would have to charge us more money from all of her vendors since it is down about 100 flights of stairs. We scratched that idea very quickly and started looking for a new coordinator.

    We interviewed Megan and immediately felt put to ease. She reassured us that whatever we wanted it would happen, unlike with our previous experience. We had an interview scheduled for another coordinator, but after meeting with Megan we cancelled that and just hired her without a second thought.

    Megan was everything we had hoped for. Anytime I had a question about anything wedding related, from invitation wording to where to find sparklers, Megan had an answer and was quick to reply (which I have found is not always the case with wedding vendors).

    Where her and her team really shined was the days leading up to the event. Our venue was a bit of a challenge since it was down the stairs, all outside and next to the water. There were issues with the lighting and the speakers (which I found out about after the wedding). I never had to worry about anything going wrong because I knew I had Megan to fall back on. Throughout the evening she kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok which was also reassuring. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I knew getting married. She gave us peace of mind and allowed us to be in the moment and remember what a special day it was.

    Krista of Prive Events was immensely helpful in planning & executing our perfect wedding last August! My husband and I are both busy professionals with little free time, no prior experience planning a wedding or other large event, and no pre-conceived notions of what our wedding day had to be like. I had found a venue and a caterer, but was starting to feel overwhelmed with, well, basically everything when I called on Krista! She immediately stepped in and got us on track, keeping us on task as far as what had to happen when, and reminding us when important tasks had not yet been done. Our venue could be more than little difficult to get responses from, and yet Krista was tenacious! I also greatly appreciated that Krista would listen to our needs/wants and then give us a short list of possible vendors for each important decision (like photographer, DJ, etc.) rather than me having to do all the time-consuming background research myself. Krista had excellent suggestions for everything and also has really helpful connections within the industry. On the big day, Krista brought an assistant, and the two of them did tremendous the whole day. It was absolutely seamless! If any issues arose at any time, Krista took immediate care of them, and I never learned of them. On a personal level, Krista is a friendly, outgoing person who was always prompt and always patient with us through this at-times stressful but ultimately fun process!

    Krista of Prive Events is an spectacular wedding coordinator - I would say the best in Seattle. Not only is Krista professional and highly capable, but she also truly cares about her clients and puts her whole heart into each event. My wedding was very complicated with a lot of details and people (270 guests), but Krista handled it with ease. She made my wedding even better than I had ever imaged. Krista made my wedding day perfect, and I can't recommend her enough!

    Krista with Prive events made everything so easy! From the first meeting we had with her we knew we were in good hands. She takes extra time to ask the questions you haven't thought of and is so patient.

    Neither my fiance or I knew much about weddings and we didn't realize how badly we needed her until we started working together. Her experience and industry knowledge makes a huge difference. All of our vendors were as excited to work with her as we were.

    The day of the wedding she and her assistant saved the day. Right before the ceremony my now husband realized he had a left a couple crucial items (marriage license, etc) at home and they had it taken care of- I honestly don't know how they did it. I had no idea until after because they're so calm and professional.

    I was not all that into wedding planning but Krista was so on top of everything while still being fun and sweet, anyone is lucky to work with her!
