  Wonderful!

  Chris is absolutely amazing to work with! He takes the time to make sure he gets the most perfect pictures for your big day! Chris is down to earth, funny, and you can tell he is passionate & 100% dedicated to what he does. He provided us with TONS of pictures (both black & white and color) from our wedding and every single picture is absolutely stunning. Do yourself a favor & hire Chris for your big day! You won’t regret it!

  Hands down the best photographer

  For my first wedding we decided to just take our own photos and were very disappointed in our results. Having the opportunity to do it again, I knew I wanted to hire a professional this time. I wasn't sure I could afford it. I had been following Chris's work on Flickr for years and thought I would just ask if he might consider shooting our wedding.
  
  When Chris said yes, I was blown away. His style of photography is so distinct and creative. I couldn't believe he was going to be our photographer. He was very flexible and creative in helping us come up with a solution within our budget. He took command and orchestrated a fantastic experience with incredible lighting and photos that exceeded all of my hopes and visions. Beyond that, Chris was so calm and professional. During the ceremony he went unnoticed yet surprised us with his shot selection and ability to capture the moments.
  
  I cannot recommend Pritchard Photography enough. If you want the very best for your wedding, this is it.

  Highly recommended creative photographer!

  Chris has the eye. He sees what others might not see, captures it with a mastery over light and composition, and knows when to move on to the next brilliant moment. Chris was very easy to work with; able to craft family shots to accommodate our needs and keep things flowing. He also did conceptual shots with the two of us and careful production afterward that we consider more like fine art on our wall. I recommend him with full confidence.

  Chris was awesome. He is so creative and detail oriented. He made sure to understand what we were looking for in our photos. It was so fun to watch him work. He was patient with us when I was late getting ready. He made us feel so special. Chris was also generous enough to take photos at the reception of couples who wanted them. I would hire Chris again in a heartbeat.

  Chris is a phenomenal photographer and person! What a wonderful day we had with him and Lexi (his assistant). They both were attentive and understanding as well as patient! The photos....even better! They show a great variety of emotions and definitely show what an amazing fun day we had :) Thank you for everything!!!!

  I have followed Chris's work for years and contacted him before I was even engaged to book him for our wedding.
  He was friendly and professional. We are a same sex couple and Chris took extra time to get to know us as a couple and become familiar with our style and our history.
  I always knew he was a wonderful photographer but couldn't have imagined how perfect our pictures would turn out. We are so thankful for all his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone!

  We don't have enough amazing things to say about Chris and our experience having him as our photographer. To put it bluntly, our pictures are amazing. The colors are ridiculously lush, the lighting was perfect, the poses and sets are exactly what we wanted, and we got quality over quantity, which is what we wanted. We stressed the importance of having GOOD photos, not just a bunch of photos. A few other points:
  -He gave us the best value by far. He worked with our budget and promised that we would get way more than we paid for.
  -He was responsive and never left a question hanging. When we needed info, he emailed us within 24 hours.
  -His creative vision is second to none. When he was setting up our sets, he put extensive effort into getting the points of reference, the light, and the poses exactly right. In one of our sets--which is featured on his facebook page--he set us up in a Mad Men-esque creation and it is arguably the greatest photo I have ever seen. We received countless compliments on it and many people wondered if it was a painting. I often just stare at it. It will be hanging on canvas in my man-cave.
  -He stayed longer than he was supposed to! We, admittedly, were taking longer than expected to get all of the pictures we needed but despite being behind schedule, Chris stayed and finished the job. He gave no indication that he was annoyed and displayed the same professionalism that he had to begin the day with.
  -He was open to suggestions! He allowed us to have input on our special day and did not hesitate to give us the time we needed to get the shot we wanted.
  
  Again, I've known many people that have gotten married or hired a photographer for a special day and no one has had the things to say about their photographer that we have to say about ours. For whatever special occasion we may have in the future, we would have no problem making the trip to Rockford to have him shoot whatever it is we want him to shoot.
  We highly recommend Pritchard Photography!

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris Pritchard. He has a very personable and professional attitude which made us very comfortable working with him. We met Chris a couple of times before our wedding just to hang out and become acquainted. On our wedding day he was right on time and took 700+ pictures before, during, and after the wedding including the reception. His creativity is out of this world. I'm very impressed with the ideas he comes up with, and his execution in editing them is outstanding. He is an excellent photographer.

  Chris is such an incredibly talented photographer. He's a little pricier than the run-of-the-mill photographers, but you quickly see why. These photos will be looked at hundreds of times over, so it was an easy decision for us and looking back, not sure why it was even a decision at all.

  Chris Pritchard was the first and last photographer my husband and I met with when we first started to plan our wedding. His professionalism, friendliness and excitement for photography won us over immediately. His experience kept me at ease during the wedding because he knew exactly what he was doing and knew what important moments to capture. He was easy to work with and only wants the best for his couples. The result were beautiful images that my family and I will cherish forever.

  I wish I could give Chris 10 stars! I just got my images from Chris today and I am blown away at how beautiful the collection is! His images captured the fun, sweet, romatic, passionate, and amazing moments from our wedding day that I never would have thought possible. Our collection really tells the story of OUR day.
  
  My husband and I are not what we consider to be photogenic, but Chris made it easy. Just be yourself, relax, and let him snap away. His eye for great images is unlike any other photographer. Honestly, if you are looking for the best... stop here! Right now! and contact Pritchard Photography. Chris is a great guy, who will sit down with you, discuss YOUR wants and visions for your pictures, and bring it to life. He's easy to get along with, fun, laid back, and extremely professional. You won't even really know he's there it's that easy.
  
  One of the best pieces of advice anyone gave me was a coworker who's husband passed away unexpectedly about a week after I got engaged... she said "no one will care about what you ate or remember what the cake looked like, but what you will ALWAYS have is your pictures. Hire a good photographer. Spend the money because it's really worth it." She didn't get any pictures from her wedding. I can safely say that I did hire the best photographer and I have NO regrets. He didn't miss a single thing from our day. AND he was a steal of a deal! For the calibur of his work, i would have expected to pay top dollar, but Chris is so reasonable!
  
  Take the advice of my coworker and call him! I promise you will NEVER regret it.

  Chris and Adrian were awesome! Our engagement session was so much fun and the pictures turned out great! We even used those pictures on our favors.   We had the good fortune of having Christopher Pritchard as our photographer for our wedding this last August. There are so many different vendors and details to tend to while planning a wedding. I can honestly say that Christopher was one that I did not worry over. In fact through the process I felt he treated us more as friend than just another client. I appreciated the time he took getting to know my husband and I and what was important to us. The fact that he did so, made for a much more personal collection of photographs. As for his work, well that stands on its own - just look at his amazing photographs! Every picture he took at or wedding is like a breath-taking piece of art. We love all of them, so much so that it makes it very difficult to choose which to put in an album. We have received so many compliments from our friends and family who have said they are some of the absolute best wedding photographs they have ever seen. Chris' pictures aren't your standard cookie-cutter wedding photographs. He approaches each wedding with a unique eye and artistic vision. If you are considering Pritchard Photography for your wedding, stop thinking about it and book him. It will be one of the best decisions you make during your wedding planning process.   When we first started our wedding planning, the first thing on our list was to find the perfect photographer. We thought this would be quite a challenge planning our Michigan wedding from Florida. When we stumbled across Christoper Pritchard's work we immediately knew we had found our man. His work was so unique and fresh. Our minds were made and our phone calls with Chris began. We met in person about 10 months later for our engagement shots and we had so much fun! Chris has an uncanny eye for finding and creating the best shots possible. We loved how open and helpful Chris was at helping recreate the notebook scene and he did and amazing job capturing shots that we will cherish forever.
  
  After our engagement shots, our excitement only grew. We saw first hand what Chris was capable of creating, and we were so excited for what he had in mind for our wedding. When our wedding day finally came Chris did an amazing job helping us to stay calm and relaxed. Chris once again worked his magic, and it was a real privilege to be able to witness his creativity and vision unfold for every shot he took.

  I was referred to Chris by a friend and as soon as I saw his work, I booked him!! His photos are breathtaking!! They way he can capture the joy, love, happiness, and romance of your big is amazing. You would be a foolish bride if you did on reserve Chris for your big day!!

  I was referred to Chris by a friend and as soon as I saw his work, I booked him!! His photos are breathtaking!! They way he can capture the joy, love, happiness, and romance of your big is amazing. You would be a foolish bride if you did on reserve Chris for your big day!!

  Chris was an awesome photographer for our wedding. He captured most of the shots that we really wanted. When we changed the timeline for the day, due to the rain, he was very flexible and accomidating. Chris and his assistant Adrian spent the entire day making us and our family and guests laugh and smile. They were great to be around, very down to earth! They both even stayed longer than originally discussed when we asked them to because of a special event that we wanted them to capture.
  
  It took a few emails before Chris responded to us the first time. Ever since that first time though, Chris has responded within 24hrs at the most. If it weren't for our persistance, we could have missed out on a great photographer!

  We met Chris through one of our friends that knew Chris when he first starting in Michigan. He is a true blessing to our lives and our family. He is a vendor that will become a friend.   Chris was a pleasure to deal with and is a great photographer. He was polite and professional through the entire process, from first contact to engagement shots to "the big day", even through to the final edited images being given over. His photos have a beautiful surrealism about them and I believe that his artistic style is perfect for weddings as he can bring the emotions and feelings of the moment into the picture.

  we found out that my husband was going to get shipped out for the military with in tow months, so we had to get married, and married fast. had no one to take my pic, and he cam out and took them and did a good job also had so much fun, he was nice and made me happy, he cared how the pic turned out. he took his time and make sure it was going to be a good... he would be the man to go to for the pic that you want, the dream pic.. would go back to him for anything!!!!

  Chris was absolutely amazing! He was very patient throughout the day and with out us even knowing captured the most breath taking photos I have ever seen. He traveled quite a distance to both locations with out one complaint or word said about it. He made our day spectacular and one that we will never forget. I cannot say enough good about Chris and his work he has left me speechless!

  The free working session was amazing! I had the pictures within days and I've never been photographed that well in my life. He was very professional, especially considering the prices. His pictures are worth much more than he charges. He worked around mine & my husbands BUSY schedule, not very easy to do. I would recommend him to anyone. :)
