Where do I even begin? From the very first email to the very last dance, Pristine Chapel Lakeside exceeded every expectation we had and truly brought our dream wedding to life. Every single detail was handled with care, professionalism, patience, and genuine love. I sent countless emails, questions, ideas, inspiration photos, last-minute thoughts, and changes - and every single time, the team responded with kindness, reassurance, and execution that was beyond what I imagined.
The decor was breathtaking. Walking into our reception honestly left me speechless because they captured our vision so perfectly. Every detail felt elegant, intentional, romantic, and completely "us". The food was AMAZING, the staff was attentive and warm, and the entire evening flowed flawlessly from beginning to end.
A special shoutout to Kayla, our DJ, who absolutely kept the energy going all night long! She understood the vibe perfectly and made sure every moment flowed seamlessly. And Melanie...my goodness. Melanie became more than just a coordinator throughout this process - she truly felt like family by the end of it all. She was patient, supportive, organized, calming, responsive, and poured so much love into making our wedding everything we dreamed of. I genuinely could not have done this without her.
What impressed me most is that nothing felt "cookie cutter." They listened to us. They cared. They paid attention to the little things that mattered. And on wedding day, everything went off without a hitch. I was able to fully enjoy being a bride because I knew we were in the best hands possible.
Pristine Wedding Chapel Lakeside gave us a wedding day that felt luxurious, magical, emotional, and unforgettable. We are forever grateful for every single person who played a role in making our "Forever Young" wedding absolutely perfect.

We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue than Pristine Chapel Lakeside for my wedding day!
Our ceremony took place inside the chapel, and it was absolutely stunning. Elegant, intimate, and beautifully maintained. The space created the perfect atmosphere for such a special moment, and every detail felt just right.

This is the venue you've been looking for!
From first preview tour to my actual wedding 2 years later, Pristine Chapel is the ultimate in fairytale wedding delivery. Melanie is an absolute pleasure to work with and ON TOP OF HER GAME!! And she has a great team by her side!! She/they has you covered no matter what. The venue is an ABSOLUTE HIDDEN GEM, the food was on point, cake was delicious and the DJ was great!! Every cent spent was WORTH IT!! We had an absolute fairytale, dream wedding come to fruition. The venue is pretty much all inclusive, all we had to supply was alcohol, officiant, photographer (they have fave vendors they work with). The food tasting is absolutely worth it and we have a fun time as well!! If you are considering this venue.... GO FOR IT!!! This is one of those things that we work hard so we can have what we want and not just paying bills to live. Ms. Alice the owner is so sweet and I am so thankful this place was a dream for her to create!! Thank you so much!!

Our Wedding at Prestine Chapel
Wow, where do we even start?! Our wedding at Prestine Chapel was absolutely perfect! From the planning stages to the big day, everything was smooth, stress-free, and honestly just amazing. If you're looking for a wedding venue that takes care of EVERYTHING while making you feel like royalty, this is the place!
First off, Melanie was a lifesaver. She was on top of everything—super responsive, kept us updated at every step, and made sure our vision came to life. It really felt like she cared about making our day special, and we never had to worry about a thing.
Then there was Torrie, our day-of planner, who was just incredible! She made sure we were on schedule, kept the bridal party in check, and handled all the little details so we could actually enjoy our wedding. Seriously, she made the whole day flow perfectly!
And let’s talk about Zack, the DJ—this man kept the party going ALL NIGHT! The music was on point, and the dance floor stayed packed the entire reception. He knew exactly what to play to keep the energy up and made sure everyone had a blast.
The venue itself was stunning—the decorations were absolutely beautiful, the space was spotless, and the whole atmosphere was just magical. It was everything we dreamed of and more.
If you're looking for a stress-free wedding experience where you don’t have to worry about a thing, Prestine Chapel is the place! They handle it all—planning, decorating, coordinating—so you can actually enjoy your wedding. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Great venue!
All you have to do is sit back and let the staff create your dream! Trust they will deliver. I enjoyed every minute and the food was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful. This venue is also affordable and well kept. Thank you Pristine.

All Inclusive and they mean it!!
Pristine Chapel was nothing short of AMAZING! From our initial visit with Tori where we toured the venue and received details on what they handle to signing the contracts and getting started. Melanie and Zach were amazing with keeping us on task with our timeline and executed each step Flawlessly. We can't THANK each of them enough. We started with Tori and ended with Tori as she was our Wedding Planner for our Rehearsal and Wedding Day. She kept everything moving and constantly checked it to see how I was doing with my countless list of things needed while getting ready. Everyone involved was so accommodating and made our Day so SPECIAL down to our walkout to our vehicle!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that you had meticulously prepared every aspect of the ceremony. Tell "Zach" you did not miss a beat, and I thought we would need him, not, LOL! The facilities were immaculate inside and out, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere that perfectly complemented the occasion. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the chapel, which enhanced the overall experience.
I commend you on the outstanding quality of the food served during the reception. The dishes were flawlessly presented, delicious, and served piping hot. It was evident that the culinary team had put in a tremendous effort to ensure that every guest was catered to with utmost care and attention. The meal and southern tea were undoubtedly one of the highlights of the evening.
Moreover, what impressed me the most was your seemingly omnipresence throughout the event. Not only did you flawlessly coordinate the ceremony and reception, but I even spotted you in the DJ booth, ensuring that the music and entertainment flowed seamlessly. Your ability to be everywhere at once and handle every detail with grace and professionalism is truly remarkable.
On behalf of myself, my beautiful wife, Katrinka, and all the guests, I want to express our deepest gratitude for your exceptional leadership and guidance. Venue of my Dreams!!
We just had our wedding here July 8th, and let me just say, the facility is breath-taking, the faculty and staff were beyond great! Zack and Melanie did their thing and it was nothing short of phenomenal!! Minus a few hiccups due to hair and make-up, the wedding started on time and definitely ended on time. Everything else in between was like a fairy-tale come true. All of our guests were talking about how beautiful the venue was, the decor and lighting was just so beautiful, the food was so daggone good, and folks talked about how good it was as well as the cake, the cake was so beautiful, I honestly didn't wanna cut it or eat it, lol. Our DJ Ms. Kayla was on point with all the music, hardly anyone was sitting down cause she kept the playlist with nothing but dancing tunes. Finally I have to give the most kudos to Ms. Melanie, our coordinator, thankful for her is an understatement, she took all of my 30-second calls, my 5-minute calls and my calls just to rant or vent, lol. She truly loves her job and it shows in her work and she cares for us when we are in the chapel. If I am to have anything else, be it a baby shower, or a birthday party, I will most definitely be using Pristine Chapel for their services, and Melanie will definitely be the coordinator, unless she retires on me in the next few years, lol.

Best wedding ever! 12/16/2022
Our wedding was a dream come too! Everything was beautiful and well organized. Everyone loved the food, the decorations, the music. Melanie and Dominique were great to us, they took care of everything and reminded us of things we forgot. Any changes made was handled without issue. Pristine Chapel really took care of us!! Our families had a great time and it was great to leave and not have to clean up lol. They made sure our day was special and all about us. I definitely recommend this venue and coordinator if you want a stress free fun experience!!!

My husband and I got married on May 21, 2022 and everything was amazing. Our wedding coordinator Melanie Rivera was amazing. She was always there when we needed. She kept us up to date with everything. Pristine provides us with an all in one package. They made sure our day was special and all about us. I must say I have been looking at Pristine Chapel ever since I was a little girl. When I first saw it going with a family member to look at it, I knew this would one day be my wedding venue. As of June 30,2022, the love of my life and I made it official and booked the Pristine Chapel for our wedding venue (Oct 14.2023). Our wedding coordinator SHANTEKA is the BEST... She is so nice, caring, patient, respectful, and trust she will understand your assignment. I can't wait to have my sit down with her and go over everything before the wedding again. Amazing experience!
My husband and I just got married on 1/22/22 and everything was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! Every detail was on POINT! Melanie was there for us ever step of the way! All of our guest enjoyed themselves and kept saying how wonderful everything and everyone was! The food, drinks, music, decor and staff was nothing short of AMAZING! It was a winter wonderland theme wedding. Zach and Melonie helped me all the way through. They were both always professional and very personable all at the same time. They made me feel right at home. I cannot thank both of them enough. I got the platinum package which was really worth every penny. My guests are still calling and texting me saying how the venue was amazing. Only thing I was a little worried about was the rehearsal being on a Thursday and my wedding was on a Saturday. However, Melonie reassured me a million times that I would be okay. Overrall, i give this place a 10/10. Thank you everyone!!!

Breathtaking
My husband and I got married this past Saturday (12/04). Leilani and Travis were our coordinators for the day and they were amazing! Everything was so organized and all of our guests loved the decorations! Terry and Valerie were our hosts for the day and there are no words to describe how wonderful they were. Terry picked up my husband and the liquor as well, and Valerie helped me get ready for our special day along with many other tasks. They are so sweet and this wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them! We HIGHLY recommend them as hosts if you want your wedding to go smoothly, you will not be sorry!

The Best Day Of My Life

I can't say enough about Kimberly and Trisha, my 2 wonderful wedding day coordinators. With the pandemic and the uncertainty of everything, I thought my wedding plans and date would be put on hold. I gladly married the love of my life with an intimate group of attendees. Both Kimberly and Trisha were attentive and on point with the every detail of our wedding and made sure we were in the guidelines of the CDC. We were Pristine Chapel first wedding since the start the pandemic and the reopening of businesses. I will recommend them for anyone planning a wedding because they were very flexible and understanding. I just can't say thank you enough for such great experience.

Breathtaking!
We got married February 29, 2020, after posting pictures so many people have called us and said was the wedding as perfect as it looks in pictures? The yes is 1000000% yes from start to finish! When I saw the venue it was love at first site. When calculated everything up, yes it was a pretty penny but they worked with us! We had monthly payments and they were understanding about everything! I would highly suggest getting the platinum package. That included gorgeous decoration, the limo ride home, invitations, and a hand full of other things. The flowers they did were beautiful. The cake oh my goodness amazing!
Also Melanie and Zach were absolutely fabulous!! I don’t think my wedding would have been as perfect if it wasn’t for them!
If I could have my wedding all over again I would at Pristine Chapel!

OMG, this venue is beautiful! This was the first venue that my fiancé and I looked at and it was beautiful! If it wasn’t for the the day my wedding falls under and location, I would’ve DEFINITELY picked this place! The both the chapel and the church is gorgeous as well as the reception. They say that the hall can take up to 300 guest but eyeballing the room, I say it can sit comfortably at least 200-250 COMFORTABLY! And the price to have you wedding & ceremony is REASONABLE (at least on a week day). The staffs there are professional, genuine and responds in a timely manner. They even offer services like florists, wedding coordinator, catering, photography, and bartending. Please believe them when they say it is an ALL INCLUSIVE venue!

From the first one on one tour, Teneshia Dixon was the best. What stood out the most is that she was actually listening to me. I asked about doing memorial candles and I casually mentioned the two names and whose relative, bride or groom, and she remembered. When she can back with a proposal contract she had their names listed. That was it for me. She actually was listening. I could call her any time when was free to run things by her and she would tell me exactly how Pristine does it. That helped a lot. She was genuinely kind. Always smiling and willing to help. She was very spot on. And the Open House answered questions I don't think many people would think to ask, Beautiful venue and staff. If I had to do this over again for a daughter or son, this is where we would do it.

We had our wedding and reception at Pristine Wedding Chapel Lakeside on June 16, 2018. This all inclusive wedding chapel was everything we could have ever asked for! The chapel was gorgeous, the grounds and facilities were breathtaking. The scenery is amazing for pictures!
Our coordinators, Melanie and Taneshia were awesome from start to finish. They were professional, paid great attention to detail and worked diligently to ensure that everything was handled accordingly. It was refreshing to show up on wedding day to see everything in perfect order. This took a lot of stress off of us.
The reception hall was spectacular. Our decorations and the sound system was on point. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, full bar and the music. We all danced the day away. Our guests were amazed by the beautiful facility and service provided by the staff. Thanks to the Pristine Wedding Chapel for making our big day extra special. We are so happy we chose your venue to enjoy with our family and friends.

If you want a fairy tale wedding that is stress-free, affordable, and elegant....your search is over. Pristine Chapel is a one-stop shop venue. You can pick and choose from the all-inclusive services they offer. The easiest way to go is to just use all of their services but you are free to bring in vendors of your own if you choose. We used almost everything that Pristine has to offer. We used Pristine Chapel for our ceremony site, reception site, food, decorations, flowers, cake, bar service, invitations, and post-reception transportation. We brought our own photographer, minister and used half of their centerpieces and half of our own. At this venue you bring your own alcohol and pristine provides the licensed bar tender and bar setup. The staff is top-notch. Coordinators Melanie and Teneisha are a dream team. I can not speak any higher praises about the two of them. They have been in the business so long and working together so long that this is just natural for them. They are a well-oiled machine and pay such attention to detail. They work out every single detail to make sure your day is perfect. They really brought my vision to life. I bumped up my wedding because of a sick family member and thought there was NO way we would get it planned in time but Teneisha, Melanie, and my MOH worked together and somehow pulled off a miracle and gave me a wedding better than I ever dreamed of. It was fun, it was classy, it was elegant, and best of all it was easy and stress free. I would recommend this venue to ANYONE who wants a perfect, stress-free wedding day. There is a rolls royce included in the decor package to take you to your final destination, there is a Photo Booth included in the package and they can also put your monogram on the dance floor. Getting married at Pristine saved me thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours of stress and planning. Anyone who DOESN'T get married at Pristine Chapel Lakeside is crazy!

The event site is breath-taking, to say the less, but the service I received for the entire year working with these 2 people was exceptional! We became family! They made my day the best day EVER! Everything went like a well rehearsed event and we never rehearsed anything because my wedding party was coming in at different times from out of town. But Teneisha! Lord, this lady is professional, she had everyone on point. It was Absolutely Beautiful and Zack was my Hero, man, this dude was there on the spot before I knew I needed him. Kisses to the Chef! The food was Magnificent! My 10 year old great niece is still bragging about the chicken and the beef; she got herself 2 plates (her's and someone else). My wedding isn't until 4.1.17, but Melanie and Teneshia have been huge helps to me! They are always willing to answer any and every question that I may have. Even when touring the venue, I immediately fell in love and had tons of questions. Not once has anybody seemed irritated or annoyed. I am beyond excited to share our special day with Pristine.

I had my wedding here 9/17/2016 and it was absolutely amazing. The entire process made my life so much easier. It was like going to Walmart.... the one stop shop.... everything you need in 1 place. They took care of everything. Melonie my planner did a awesome job and both of the coordinators was GREAT! I personally requested Mandy to be my coordinator the day of, she gave me and my hubby a tour of the facility when we first went and She has the most amazing spirit and bubbliness that's guaranteed to make your event fun and make everyone feel comfortable. The venue itself is breath taking I received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was inside and out and how elegant everything was, I had my wedding ceremony outside and the reception was inside, the guest also complimented on how super delicious the food was (Herb chicken, greenbeans and potatoes) If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you are looking for a wedding venue I definitely, highly recommend Pristine Chapel. The pricing was great compared to other venues I looked at for the level of elegance that I wanted. Thank you Pristine for bringing my Dream Wedding to reality.

This venue is a MUST!!! My husband and I were joined in holy matrimony July 8, 2016 at 2:00pm. The landscaping was perfect, the staff very professional and humble. Mrs. Cinderella was our corinator/planner. She was thee absolute best! Her assistant Zack was an amazing young man who saw that everything was on time and on track. These two made sure I had no worries and no stress. They kept my spirit at ease. Catered to my guest like they were their own family members. Music was beautiful. If I had a chance to re do our Special Day I would NOT change Nothing! EVERYTHING was PERFECT!!!!! We thank Pristine Chapel for allowing us to be blessed with these amazing set of people!!!!! This was the first place that my wife and I looked at and we loved it. Then after awhile we started to become a bit uneasy because we were afraid that we were not going to have a great wedding here. Yes, they charge for almost everything, which is understanding. I came close a couple of times to just call everything off and go to my church to just get married. I was afraid that the food was going to be horrible. Let me tell you, they gave us a break down of the time and I did not see enough time for us to party. We picked the cheapest foods on the menu, which was the chicken breast, we had loaded baked potato, and country greens with sweet tea. I felt like the food was not going to be enough; we only had one dink option or pay for more. So here is our wedding day, beautiful setup inside and out. We took the photographer who they referred to us. He took a lot of picture for us and he was on point with what he wanted out of us. The ceremony was so smooth and lovely. It rained earlier so the temp was favorable. We were assigned to Tinesha (I think that was her name). She turned into my new auntie. She held our daughter during the ceremony; she tried to feed our daughter during the receptions. She was amazing! She did things that I would not expect from a non-family member. Now the food, that chicken breast was so juicy. Everything on my plate was so good. The cake, we got the basic pound cake, and it was moist and tasted so good. It is hard to read these reviews and believe what people are saying but its true, they are good and I am just amazed. Even the servers were good. My family was saying how nice and polite they were. Customer service goes a long way with me and that is why I am taking time out from packing my bags for my vacation to write this review. Best Choice for our wedding hands down!!! Our wedding was the evening of March 19, 2016 and it was absolutely perfect! My experience began with Cinderella who gained my trust and my business on the initial call if it weren't for her I would not have made to my second call which was with Melanie who pulled everything together... no stone was left un-turned .... her knowledge of the business was priceless, the inside information that she provided saved me hundreds of dollars. In fact, the entire staff was more than accommodating. I really appreciated the fact the whoever answered the phone, was able to help me with all of my needs, Zak and Ms. T were awesome. The day of the wedding, my sister had a major car accident which threw things a little behind schedule, upon arrival, Cinderella and Melanie were there waiting for me ready to make it all come together. It was so organized; no one knew that there were any issues. The venue was extremely clean, the food was excellent...very flavorful and served hot, the cake was beautifully designed and tasted very good as well. The wait staff was very professional and accommodating. My recommendations to new brides...make sure to listen to what they tell you to do and follow their leads, with the experience of the staff and the upgrades to the facility you are sure to have a top of the line wedding like I did.

Choosing Pristine Chapel for my wedding was the best decision I made. From the day I met my coordinator Teneisha I knew the process of getting to my wedding would be less intense than the norm. My husband and I wanted a venue that would cater to all our needs, and Pristine Chapel did that. Teneisha and the staff did an amazing job of bringing our vision together. Best choice for a wedding Venue, it's a one stop shop and they are very professional and pricing in very reasonable for the awesome services they provide...I had an awesome wedding and reception and I didn't have to worry about anything up to or on the day of my wedding. Tennesha was my Coordinator and she was great and knows her stuff, I went back and forth with different venues and came back to Pristine Chapel and I am so glad I did, I would most definitely recommend them to anyone getting married!!

The services that Pristine Chapel and their staff provide were ECELLENT, SUPERB and OUTSTANDING! The grounds are picture perfect and the chapel is absolutely elegant and provides great footage for photographing memories of our special day!
I highly recommend MELANIE as your wedding planner! She made our planning and wedding stress-free, was very responsive to all of the fine details (and my many questions) and has solutions for last minute emergencies! I experienced a last minute emergency and she came up with a solution within 5 minutes and put it together in even less time! Our wedding was enchanting and much like a fairy tale!

Words can not express how perfect my wedding was at Pristine Chapel! The planning process was seamless thanks to Melanie, who answered my millions of questions with such responsiveness and professionalism. Tenisha was there from the very beginning and I was so happy to have her coordinate my wedding day. With any hiccup on that day, she was on it and the ceremony/reception went along perfectly! I arrived late and flustered due to wanting to be on time. She quickly made sure we took all the pictures needed in the allotted amount of time. She also made sure my groom and I was well taken care of and the reception had such a good flow. The food was not your typical wedding and was so so good! Toni, the banquet manager, made sure all my dietary needs were met and the remaining food and drink was packed. Many guests came over to our home the next day and they were so excited to have seconds of our reception menu! Cinderella did her thing with the music with my guests staying on the dance floor. We truly have received so many compliments from our guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I can't think of one aspect of our wedding I would change. Thank you again Pristine Chapel for making my husband and I's dreams come true!

Pristine Chapel is one of the most beautiful venues on the south side of the Atlanta area. The grounds are lush, and chapel is absolutely gorgeous and provides great footage for both pictures and videos. The staff was extremely friendly and I absolutely loved working with Melanie. The food is very good, the DJ was great, and the cake was both beautiful and yummy to eat. :) I loved having everything pretty much provided by Pristine. It is a one stop shop. The only outside vendor that we used that they also provided was for our photography. This definitely kept the stress level down.

Where do I begin?!.... Pristine was AHmazing! The venue itself is beautiful. The staff is A+. Everything about the preparing, planning and execution of our wedding was superb. Teneisha really knows how to show off the venue. She hooks you from the moment you come for a visit. Then she doesn't stop there. She became my extra hands and eyes on the day of the wedding making sure every detail was just so and I was at ease. Teneisha was da bomb! Melanie knows her stuff. She helped us decide on food, decor, music selection, colors, and flowers, on and on... She was flexible, understanding and patient. She helps you take your vision from your head. Now my man Vincent! My oh my he showed out with his DJ skills. If you've ever been to a wedding where most people are sitting this is not what you get with Mr. Vincent. He know's how to work the room from the old to the young all the while watching for the bride and grooms but not needing it because he can just feel you out. I don't know how he did it but he created the perfect soundtrack to an already perfect day. We played our part by letting him know what we liked etc but he was the master of execution from ceremony to reception to send off. I didn't meet the catering staff but the food was delicious and our personal service was on point. The cake was superb! No dried out wedding cake here. Now let me not forget to shout out Ms. Joanna. The woman behind the camera capturing every perfect moment. She just knows how to work with what she has. Running late don't stress you will still get the shots. She was everything we needed on our day to help us capture pieces of it in pictures. Pristine knows what they are doing. For sheer ease of mind this place is worth every cent. Our guests were blown away from the time they entered the gates of the property and I had a dream wedding even better than my own imagination. They made wedding planning a breeze. That being said with me finishing up RN nursing school and my husband is in the Marines, we needed an all inclusive venue and we made the right choice. It was a wedding we've always dreamed of, and we couldn't have done it without them. The staff is always professional, friendly, and just amazing! Our family and friends keep raving about it. We can't believe how perfect everything turned out, even down to the last detail. OH and the food was AMAZING (we both love food way too much, so we we're definitely pleased with how great it was). You get what you pay for!
My wife and I had our wedding at Pristine Chapel on April 6, 2013 and we couldn't be happier with our choice!
We found out about Pristine Chapel approximately three months earlier as the wedding venue (a separate review) that we initially selected decided not to renew their lease. Needless to say, with less than 90 days before our planned date, all of our wedding plans and budget were thrown in total disarray. Talk about a stressful situation.
My fiancée (now wife) called around for days trying to locate another all-inclusive venue in the metro Atlanta area that could accommodate us before spring break 2013. The good folks at Pristine Chapel listened to our situation, and worked with us to get us booked for April 6th and they set us up on payment plan that worked for us while we battled the owner of the closed venue to get a full refund of our money paid towards the closed venue.
As for Pristine Chapel venue itself, well it’s been three months since our wedding and our guests are still raving and complimenting us regarding how beautiful was our ceremony and venue. The buildings and grounds are in fantastic shape, the food and cake were tasty, their DJ had the party rocking, and their staff was very friendly. Teneisha was our wedding coordinator, and she made sure everything flowed properly and kept everything organized and in place from beginning to end. Teneisha made our experience at Pristine Chapel that much greater, and we will always be thankful for her help and guidance with everything.
The professionalism and expertise displayed by Prinstine Chapel staff is impeccable. They can customize your wedding day experience to satisfy just about any budget. You name it, they can do it. Melanie and Teneshia did a wonderful job and we highly recommend that if you’re planning to get married in the metro Atlanta area, then you should definitely give them a call and go see this place!

I had the wedding of a LIFETIME at Pristine!!! I was probably one of the most detail oriented and specific perfectionist brides they have ever worked with. Melanie R. was my coordinator and I truly have come to LOVE her like a sister. From the moment I met Melanie I knew Pristine was the only place for our elaborate wedding. Melanie and I were always on the same page from the moment I shared my vision for the big day. I felt as though Melanie worked on every single detail of my wedding as though it was her very own wedding. In the course of a year she took hundreds of calls and emails from me; she ALWAYS responded with lightning speed to any request, question or concern! She always made me feel as though I was her only bride; she was patient, kind and honest during the entire process. Every single staff member at Pristine treated us as though we were royalty and made us feel as though our wedding was their only priority! I'm pretty sure every staff member knew me by name come our wedding day! I trusted them with the most important day of our lives and it was the best decision I've ever made next to marrying my husband. Every single aspect of my day was perfect. All of our guests have raved about it being the BEST and most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. Not a single thing went wrong, it was so organized and flowed beautifully. The food was awesome; guests say it was the best wedding food they have ever had! The DJ had our dance party going all night long, everyone from grandmas to kids were on the dance floor all night!! Our Centerpieces were more like masterpieces they were identical to the pictures I gave them!!! The entire staff was spectacular and every second our our day was a dream come true!!!! On 23 Jun 12, we had our wedding and reception at Pristine Chapel, Jonesboro, GA. What an awesome experience. Pristine Chapel is a breathtaking all-inclusive facility and my wedding day was perfect!! My wedding coordinator, Melanie Rivera was a God send. I felt absolutely no stress! From the start to finish, Melanie treated my wedding like she was the one getting married. She went above and beyond to make sure EVERY detail was taken care of. It was not just a job for her, it is her passion! You will fall in love with her personality, professionalism and her “make it happen” attitude. She took care of every detail from the invitations, wedding programs, food, menu, flowers, cake, wedding ceremony, and reception. A real one-stop shop!! I live in Virginia, but it felt as if I was in at Pristine making the arrangements because Melanie took care of every detail. I am very organized and detailed oriented, but I met my match when I met Melanie!!!!!! So if you do not live in Georgia, and you are hesitant about planning a long distance wedding, do not worry!! Pristine Chapel family will take care of you no matter where you live!!! My family and friends are still talking about how beautiful and well organized our wedding was. Our guests told us that it was the best wedding they have ever attended, and I agree!!! Vincent was awesome as our DJ and Kevin and his staff took care of us during our reception. Joanna, the photographer was AMAZING!!! She captured beautiful wedding images from start to finish. Her photos are breathtaking!!! She is very professional, patient and you will fall in love with her personality!! Melanie and Joanna joined us on the dance floor and we did line dances!!! I will never forget them and how they made “our day” so very memorable. So, treat yourself to an AMAZING, UNFORGETTABLE and MEMORABLE experience at Pristine Chapel. Thank you Melanie, Joanna, Vincent and Kevin. I could write a book about my experience at Pristine Chapel, totally amazing staff and facility!!!!!

Priceless is all I have to say about Pristine Chapel, Melanie & Taneshia was awesome, our guests are still talking about our wedding.
The staff was professional and was there every step of the way.
Our guests stated that the staff made them feel like it was not just our day but it was their day to, if I had to do it all again I would go with Pristine Chapel again.

Our June 11, 2011 wedding was top notch thanks to our wedding coordinator Teneisha Dixon. She is so hands on and personable that she becomes a friend and part of the family. Melanie was on point helping us get our invitations, place cards and menu cards. Vincent kept the party going with his DJ skills. If anyone wants a stress free wedding...this is the place. They handle everything from the invitations, photography, food, flowers, cake, and ambiance. My guests are still talking about how beautiful and well organized our wedding was. Many have said, "It was the best wedding I have ever been to." Believe me...it was!

The most awesome place ever by far!! I was planning my wedding from California and Melanie R. and Teneisha D. were the the best at making my process smooth and easy. I had pictures and I had a vision and they brought my ideas and thoughts to life. On the day of my wedding everything went just as planned, without any hiccups. The staff is professional and courteous. They kept us on schedule to ensure that our day was perfect and it was. All of my friends and family were blown away by how incredible the decor and food was. I am thankful that I chose such a wonderful venue with such amazing staff that made my day such a grand affair. If I could do it all over again I would do it with Pristine Chapel, I wish everyone at the Chapel the best and I know they will keep making bridal dreams come true

OMG! I loved everything about my wedding. I mostly dealt with Melanie Rivera and Taneisha!! Taneisha worked my wedding!! she was fantastic. my family loved her and she remained calm when I was about to go nuts!!! This has to be the best venue, esp for the price...LOVE LOVE LOVE Pristine! the grounds are beautiful as well....many people have said that things were rushed. I disagree!!! I was rushing more and Taneisha was like " oh you have time"...everything fell into place..

If you want a beautiful wedding with the least amount of stress, you should really consider Pristine Chapel. Other reviewers have commented on the great service, tasty food (you must try the lemon cake!), attention to detail and professional staff-- it's all very TRUE! Joanna, the photographer, does a superb job of capturing beautiful wedding images on the perfectly manicured grounds of Pristine. From start to finish, Pristine offers only the BEST and Melanie Rivera will go above and beyond to make sure that on your wedding day, the only thing you have to do is smile, stroll down the aisle, say "I do" and live happily ever after! Treat yourself and your guests to a high quality and memorable event. I live in Boston and was only able to make it to Atlanta a week before my wedding. I can proudly say that my wedding day was flawless. Everything went according to plan and my guests are still commenting on the wonderful ceremony and reception! We all loved the fact that the ceremony and reception were in the same location. Atlanta traffic can be not so good and unpredictable. Thank you Melanie R.,Melanie T., Tanesha (sp), Joanna, Ms. Jane, Mr. Rivera, Pristine Waitstaff & Bob (the Rolls Royce driver) for making my wedding day perfect! Her attention to detail matched my personality perfectly. I would reccommend anyone to this facility. The venue is breathtaking, and again the staff just puts the icing on the cake. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful. Everything we wanted was part of our wedding. Our music was on que, the food was wonderful and the cake was awesome. My coordinator was named Tanisha and she was so wonderful. All of the staff was great but she stood out. It was a day my husband and I will forever remember. The chapel sits on it's own lake and we took beautiful pictures outside by the lake in the gazebo. It was breath-taking. I recommend this chapel to everyone I come across. If you get married here you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I were living in Illinois while planning a wedding in Georgia. Pristine Chapel Lakeside is an all-inclusive event center from save the dates to Thank Yous. Wedding Coordinator, Melanie Rivera was beyond professional, responsive, and a Wedding angel. From the time the contract was signed, any questions I had, she helped me. She made her schedule flexible when she could when I could travel to Georgia. She was there every step of the way, including when I was walking down the aisle to make sure every need was met. The DJ Vincent Kabo was there during the rehearsal and kept my men in line to ensure that they looked perfect for the wedding. The reception music literally kept my family on the dance all night. My ceremony started at 7:30 PM sharp and the reception ended at 11 PM. I originally didn't think it was enough time, but everything went so smoothly and the DJ ensure that we were partied out by 11 PM. I took off .1 of a point due to the invitations process. Melanie worked very hard with me since I can be indecisive, however, we had to pay shipping to Pristine Chapel so ONE invitation to be assembled then an addition shipping charge to send to our home. When I got the invitations, we had to assemble/glue every piece of the pocket invitation. I wish we could have just sent the invitations straight to my home and saved approximate $60. The price of the invitations was approximately $1000 and we received a discount of $200 for 100 invitations and we still have a lot of invitations left in a box. We had a guest list of 150 and only wanted to by 75 invitations but told to get a least 100. With all that said, I still am very pleased with the service provided by Pristine Chapel. I have no regrets with the venue. Thank you Pristine Chapel and Your Staff for that. I plan to rate the photography separately since I had a separate contract although through Pristine Chapel. The photography provided was by Joanna Henderson Timeless Memories.

Everything about this day was exactly what I hoped it would be. I wanted a venue that had everything all in one so I wouldn't have to deal with a lot vendors and my guests wouldn't have to travel from one place to another. I got what I wanted and more. Everyone was extremely helpful, Melanie, Cinderella and Mandy were great. All of my family and friends said the day was beautiful and will be talking about the Nelsons wedding on 9/30/17 for a while.
