Ron was absolutely amazing to work with!!! Once i saw the photos of his car i knew i had to contact him, it’s BEAUTIFUL!! You will get amazing photos to last a lifetime. From start to finish Ron was SO accommodating. I switched my venue 3 times and he was ready to go anywhere no problem. Even on the day of when we arrived at the venue he jumped into action and helped my event coordinator, i should have hired him for that too haha!! I am SO thankful to have met him. I promise you will not regret working with Ron!! -

Amazing Service
Ron was absolutely professional on my wedding day. He was on time and made sure we were on time for our ceremony and reception. Before the wedding date he was flexible with us for payments and viewing of the car. As a young couple we felt well taken care of by Ron and he made us feel relaxed with all the stress that goes on with a wedding. The Rolls Royce is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of and looks great on our wedding photos. We received so many compliments with it. It gave our special day the perfect touch in August and complimented my sunflowers so well. -

Ron,
From Princess Rolls Royce...wow I cannot say enough . From the initial process of viewing the antique Rolls Royce to sitting with Ron and talking about my ideal image and timeliness, was like talking to an old friend.
Ron listened, he understood, and most of all he made me feel heard and made me feel at ease. There were so many moments leading up to our 12.3.22 wedding that I had questions about and he was always a phone call away.
On the day of our wedding it poured rain with gusts of wind that made it hard for me to envision the day to rub smooth; but with Ron's ease and guidance he ensured that I did not get a drop on me.
He was like a chauffer, an usher, a maid of honor, a florist, and a protector all in one.
I will NEVER forget his dedication and guidance, he above most was hands down my best and favorite vendor of our day and night.

Princess Rolls Royce,
My husband and I decided to hire Princess Rolls Royce for our son's wedding. Our son chose the Casino at Roger Williams Park as the venue, with a "Roaring 20s/Great Gatsby" theme, so the classic look of the Burgundy Rolls was perfect - can't get classier, or more elegant, than a Princess Rolls Royce!
Throughout the evening, we heard nothing but compliments and requests from guests asking to take pictures with the automobile. It made his wedding that much more memorable.
Ron was extremely professional, personable & very knowledgeable. He worked closely with their photographer, videographer & venue personnel.
Ron made our son's wedding seem as important to him as it was to us. -

A Fabulous Ride in A True Classic
My daughter, Stefanie, was married on a Friday afternoon at a church in Westerly, RI and a reception following at Lake of Isles in N. Stonington, CT. My husband is a fan of old cars and when we were married in 1990, he had arranged a white Rolls Royce for me, and he and the boys arrived in a 55 Chevy Bel Air owned by a buddy. It felt fitting to continue the tradition with our children. Finding Ron was a Blessing. He was so accommodating, punctual, well dressed and very personable. The car was Fabulous! a restored British Rolls Royce in a Deep Cranberry and Silver color. It comfortably sat the Bride, MOH and Father of the Bride. Ron was able to calm the nerves of a very anxious Bride during the 30-minute ride to the church. Ron had a bottle of Champagne and two glasses ready for the newly married couple to celebrate their nuptials. A very nice picture moment as well. I would highly recommend having Ron and Princess Rolls Royce Limousine a part of your special Celebration. -

We got married in Newport, Rhode Island and we were so lucky to have Ron Rotondo as our driver! He is very professional, kind, personable and classy!
When working with Ron before the wedding, we would have wonderful conversations about planning the day. He had such great ideas with locations to take pictures and poses with the car. I knew that we made the right choice when we booked him from our very first conversation!
Meeting Ron in person was a treat! He made you feel so important on your special day. He makes you feel like a princess! He helped with everything from the church ceremony to the reception. He made sure we were comfortable in the car. He had tissues, water, and an umbrella readily available! It was a hot day, so he shaded us for when we were waiting to take pictures with the photographer. He helped me hold my dress and he fixed my train whenever possible! He even took pictures with our permission and shared them with us the following day. He took great pictures by the way!
He only does one wedding a day! Which relieves a lot of pressure for the married couple.
If you need a one of a kind classic Rolls-Royce, you should definitely pick the Rolls- Royce in the garnet color with Ron!
Ron serves all of Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts! If you are having your wedding in those areas, you have to use Ron! You will not regret it! -

What a great experience working with Ron at Princess Rolls Royce. He is so passionate about his car and he loves making you feel special on your big day. He was punctual and professional all day. We loved riding around in his beautiful Rolls Royce and feeling like celebrities as people stopped to admire the car. We can't wait to see the photos from our professional photographer of us with the car! Despire it being a hot day, Ron's cooling system worked great and we were comfortable on the ride. We enjoyed having the car to ourselves after the ceremony and it was a nice time to chat and spend our first few minutes as a married couple together. -

A wonderful wedding experience thanks to Ron!
So incredibly happy with our experience with Ron and Princess Rolls. The car is unbelievable to see - quite the show stopper! Was such a fun experience on our wedding day. It poured rain all day and Ron went above and beyond that neither of us got soaked. He held umbrellas as we took photos and even went out of his way to find a spot where we could get a photo under an overhang out of the rain. In the photo - that's Ron holding the umbrellas! Seriously such a nice person to work with - he takes such impeccable care of the vehicle and really is a one-of-a-kind experience. Thank you, Ron! -

Ron is the definition of gentleman! He was early more than accommodating for my daughter’s prom. Helpful with photos, new just how to pose to make great pics! And took 162 pics himself and sent to me!! Made my daughter and two friends feel like royalty, they’re still talking about the ride. His car is above amazing you can tell how much went into restoring it- absolutely fabulous! Ron pays attention to detail and will help you achieve anything you imagine for your event. Mr. Ron was very professional to work with, from the time I talked to him over the phone until my wedding day. He was very accommodating, arrived at our hotel early, and made sure to get us to our wedding site on time. His Rolls Royce was fantastic!! From the moment I saw it online, I know I'm going to love it!! I can't wait to see our pictures with it.
And oh, we even invited him to our wedding venue after the ceremony! He got along with everyone like a family! That's how amazing he was!
We highly recommend him, and you will never regret booking with him. He delivers the best service!

The best experience ever!
Ron was INCREDIBLE to work with. We first saw the Rolls-Royce at the Twin River Wedding Expo and fell in love but we didn't have a wedding date set. Then a year later we booked our photographer and she had AMAZING pictures of past brides with the Rolls-Royce and we knew right away we needed to get more information.
The moment we messaged Ron he got right back to us and made us feel like our day was so important (unlike a lot of other wedding vendors) . The Princess Rolls-Royce is so incredibly beautiful. I have seen so many brides rent a white limo and then take pictures in their white dress in front of it and it totally washes out the dress. Standing next to the Burgundy Rolls my dress popped better than I could ever imagine.
We realized during our wedding day how truly great Ron and his company is though. Not only was he super professional, attentive, and ON TIME (so important) but he really made my husband and I feel like royalty the entire time.
We got married on the hottest day in July and it was so comfortable in the limo, Ron even had it stocked for us so we could relax in between taking pictures.
I am so thankful we booked with him and have breath taking photos to remind us of the day. Honestly, you will not regret booking with Ron! -

My husband and I would like to thank Ron at Princess Rolls Royce Limousine service in Warwick, RI. Ron was promptly available to show us the vehicle on the same day we called to inquire, and was very thorough in explaining the details and maintenance he's done to keep it looking beautiful and driving reliably for our big day. Leading up to the day, Ron reached out to confirm all of the pickup details, and every stop we would make. On the day of, he arrived on time, and went above and beyond offering to carry my heavy bouquet and the train of my dress and cathedral veil to help me maneuver in and out of the car easily. He even helped our photographer capture amazing shots by moving the car around to capture different angles and adjusting my veil for pictures too. I added a pickup of my nephew at the last minute and Ron happily obliged. Lastly, while on our honeymoon, we received a photo of our big day that Ron had captured while standing by during our photo session. The car was beautiful, and the service was nothing short of excellent. We highly recommend Ron to anyone considering rental of this classic. Thank you again Ron! -

I can't even begin to tell you how awful this experience was (speaking as the groom).
Here's the rundown: we were asked to pay a deposit of $300 by check months prior, which we did. The remainder due on the day of the event. This was confirmed by contract and in a phone call a week prior. On the day of my wedding, I gave my brother a check to give to the guy for the remainder, which he did before the ceremony. After the ceremony, during the cocktail hour, the car guy says: "we have a problem. I need cash." I was flabbergasted that he felt the need to cause a problem DURING MY WEDDING when there was never any indicated verbally or by contract that cash was needed. I told him I don't have cash at the moment but we could discuss this AFTER THE WEDDING. He insisted that there was a problem and kept peering my father on the subject (even though my bride and I were paying for everything- my father has nothing to do with the booking or payment).
The day proceeds but during the dinner service, he lingers outside the venue patio in full view of the guests talking to my father that "this needs to be settled." I had to leave my dinner table to tell him AGAIN: I provided you payment per the contract and if there's an issue, allow me to discuss it AFTER THE WEDDING. He persisted, telling me his "boss is going to make this a problem" (even though he always indicated prior that he owned the car and that it was his business). It was surreal how brazenly he was in terms of causing a disruption to my wedding despite the fact that he was PAID!
He was contracted to stay until the end of the wedding so that we could drive off in the back of the car after the send off. However, he left! We got one picture for our $1050. Unacceptable behavior. Needless to say, we cancelled the final payment check of $700 the next day and were amazed at how unprofessional this guy was.
I am flabbergasted that he has any 5-star ratings. Not sure if this situation was an anomaly but I had to inform you about this. It was the only blemish on an otherwise wonderful day.
Just beware. -
