My baby 1st birthday.
El mejor banquet hall que pude haber encontrado para la fiesta de mi princesa, excelente servicio, buen trato a los invitados, riquísima comida, buena música, excelente ambiente para todo tipos de eventos, lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados el manager una persona muy agradable y flexible con lo que pide sus clientes, un millón de gracias billy porque gracias a ti y tu equipo de trabajo fue un sueño hecho realidad.. Espero poder trabajar otra ocasión con ustedes. -

I enjoyed planning the party!
Im not one that enjoys the stress of party planning but ...I definitely loved working with Billy! All the small details that I didn’t think of he definitely brought up and handled them. Gave me great suggestions and not to mention he’s actually affordable!! Great value and the attention and good treatment is definitely there! Wouldn’t plan another party with you and your team!! Thank you! -

The Food & Music were amazing. The centerpieces and cake to die for! We were on a tight budget last minute and we had to up our guest list from 100 guest to 200 guest. They were able to make the last minute adjustments just a week before the wedding. Very Honest people I over wrote a last minute check for 600.00 over the pending balance. A 600.00 difference in there favor that I was unaware of, The owner personally brought it to my attention and returned the check personally to my home and advised me about the 600.00 mistake I was unaware of. Customer service at its best. Very Charming, charismatic, Professional & Honest !! I highly recommend Princess Ballrooms .. -

My wedding day went forward without a flaw thanks to Billy and his team. They handled everything from beginning to end. They made sure that my colors were perfect, food was delicious, cake spectacular and the centerpieces breathtaking. I must also mentioned your officiant who performed our wedding. She was truly on top of her stuff. She ensured that her readings were beautiful and suited our needs and work especially made for us and our family. I highly recommend Princess Ballrooms for your special event, as you will not be sorry! -

Our Wedding Experience at Princess Banquet Hall: A Detailed Review
I recently celebrated our wedding at this banquet hall and wished to share my experience with those considering hosting their event there. Overall, we encountered several significant issues, one of which was the poor quality of the drink for the toast. We also noticed a lack of attention to detail when we found a bra hanging at the main entrance of the women’s restroom.
Despite this, I tried to make the most of our wedding party, and there were standout aspects. The food was delicious and added a memorable touch to the celebration. Additionally, the natural flowers were a positive highlight of our experience.
However, I believe some areas could be improved. The music didn’t quite meet our expectations for a professional DJ, which affected the atmosphere of our wedding party. If music is an essential aspect of your event, this is something to consider.
Furthermore, it’s worth noting that the service experience could be enhanced. The person serving drinks appeared to be in a less-than-pleasant mood, influencing our overall impression of our wedding. Additionally, using small plastic cups was less than ideal for an event of this nature.
In conclusion, I hope you take this feedback constructively. It’s meant to provide information rather than criticism. Planning weddings can be challenging, and we appreciate your efforts. If you choose to book this banquet hall for your wedding, I hope these observations contribute to ensuring an even more enjoyable and memorable experience for your special day. -

When you go to ask for a quote, it is very nice, and everything looks good. But when the date is approaching it is a problem for you to answer the calls. It tells you that at the party you will have an open bar, and it is true, but it does not tell you that the bartender treats everyone badly and that the drinks are served in plastic cups and super small.
