We used Prime Minister for appetizers, buffet dinner, and a late night snack (tacos). Our guests enjoyed the variety and everyone definitely left with a full stomach! Prime Minister was very professional and kept everything running smoothly the day of and they had leftovers neatly packed up for us at the end of the night. We also really enjoyed the tasting experience at their restaurant in Thiensville. While we were there, we put together an initial menu so they could provide a cost estimate. They only required a $100 deposit to book and then about three weeks out we finalized our menu and paid the balance. Overall, I thought it was an excellent value with reasonable pricing and so many great meal options to customize our event. We got a lot of positive feedback from guests on the food as well. -

Wonderful Greek Food!
Prime Minister Catering was outstanding! Our guests absolutely loved the buffet! My husband and I loved the food and our experience with PM. Eleni was our main contact throughout our engagement and was incredibly helpful and supportive! She was able to ensure everything went as planned! I highly recommend them for wedding catering! They also offer a great selection of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free dishes! Unfortunately I did not get pictures of my meal, but I did get some of their plates, glasses and chargers which were a great addition! Their prices were fair and the sure vice and taste exceeded expectations! -

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Prime minister was absolutely amazing. Their food was delicious, we were receiving compliments on it for days after the wedding. Their service team was responsive and so helpful. They were friendly and made sure to check in regularly throughout the night to see if anything was needed. They truly make you feel apart of the family. -

We used Prime Minister Catering for our wedding reception, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, the tasting experience was so personable and enjoyable. The food tasted great, the value was fair, and the entire team made us feel confident in our choice-so we booked them without hesitation even though it was the first and only place we tried.
But nothing could have prepared us for how phenomenal the food would be on our actual wedding day. Somehow, it tasted even better than we remembered from the tasting! Our guests even went back for seconds and thirds! The standout dishes were the meatballs with marinara sauce, Greek salad, Greek potatoes, ribs, chicken scallopini with mushroom cream sauce, and the late-night gyro bar. People were raving about how delicious everything was.
There was more than enough food to go around. We had plenty of leftovers to enjoy the next several days as well as send home with friends and family. The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely excited for our big day. They offered helpful suggestions throughout the planning process and were present and on point the entire event.
We would use Prime Minister again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone in need of a caterer. They helped make our wedding smooth and memorable-especially for everyone’s taste buds! -

My wife and I used Prime Minister for our wedding this fall. Everything looked incredible and tasted amazing. We received so many compliments from our friends and family about the spread. We loved everything we got. We went with the premium buffet options for the three entrees and three sides. This allowed for so much flexibility to accommodate dietary restrictions for not only my wife, but also many of our guests. They were extremely polite and wiling to work with us. Our tasting with them was a very enjoyable experience and allowed us to make appropriate decisions to tailor our meal to exactly what we wanted. They were also very responsive and provided helpful recommendations to us as we did not know what to expect at the beginning. We appreciate everything they did and will absolutely recommend them to anyone who has upcoming events. Truly phenomenal experience from start to finish. -

I really don’t know where to start with my catering experience. Eleni was amazing, helping every step of the way. She was so inviting and passionate about MY WEDDING!! The tasting was so fun and everything was great!! We had a hard time picking from such delicious food!!
Their restaurant is comfortable and inviting.
But wait!! The staff that served my guests and I at my wedding did phenomenal!! They were so professional, proficient, helpful, and went beyond what I expect from them!!
I WILL be going back to their restaurant to enjoy the same food I had on my special wedding day!! -

Prime Minister was a fantastic choice for our wedding. Everybody loved the food, and boy was there enough to go around. They made the process so easy for us, from allowing us to come in for multiple tastings, to having a lovely, professional staff on the wedding day. Prime Minister was the first place we did a tasting at, and they were so good that we both agreed on the way out we didn't want anybody else! Fantastic experience. -

Prime minister catered our wedding and they truly go above and beyond! The food was amazing and the staff were so attentive. They worked so hard to clear plates, fill water, and make sure that everyone was happy. The planning experience also went so well. This family owned business really does care about making your day perfect and they truly did an incredible job! We are so grateful for their work in making our day absolutely amazing ☺️ Definitely recommend their chicken tenders late night snack with mashed potatoes - IT WAS A BIG HIT! -

We were doing our wedding on a budget and PM certainly did not disappoint! The food was great and the owner was so helpful and actually showed up for our wedding. They have such a diverse menu and really can work with any budget! Tim and the team are absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough how much we loved them! And guests raved about the food!! -

First of all, I want to talk about kindness. This is a family run business and you can see the heart they put into it- they are are there to answer your questions, and make sure you are happy.
They have multiple trucks that go out to cater so booking a date with them was easily available. In the Covid Era when I had to reschedule they happily and easily did so. They understood, they were there for me, and I appreciated them so much! They were happy to redo my proposal multiple times and answer all my piddly questions. Plus your final count/payment is due 7 days prior to your event - so that's pretty good!
Let's talk about the tasting! Myself, My husband, and both of our sets of parents came down to the restaurant. They brought us out plates and plates of food from the catering menu to try. It was like we all had a full meal and we got to taste and try so much! Best Tasting experience!!
I also rented tablecloths from Prime Minister. I was able to pick them up a few days before the wedding and return them the following week. For the actual wedding we had Prime Minister for hors de voures, main meal, and late night gyro bar. And we got to take home the leftovers!
At the wedding they excused my tables for me, wore PPE when serving buffet style, and just ran everything very smoothly.
When I dropped off my tablecloths the following week they sent me home with salad and soup, just because!
And let's talk about the price!!! Very affordable in comparison to other caterers!

Tim and Eleni were a pleasure to plan with. They had great recommendations during the planning process and were extremely accommodating. The day of everything ended up running late and they adjusted the dinner and late night snack effortlessly.
Our guests LOVED the food, especially the late night gyro bar! We can not thank them enough for all their hard work! -

As most brides, I was very excited to find the perfect caterer for our day; a little unique, affordable and most importantly, very tasty. I set up a formal tasting with Prime Minister after trying some dishes at a wedding show, they were too good to pass up! Well, Prime Minister was my third formal tasting and after the tasting I cancelled all my others. I was completely taken back by how much Tim worked with us and made it only about what we wanted and the food being perfect. Great communication, every time I called he answered, even when he was on Vacation!! He was so flexible and willing to make it perfect for us, we must have had like 4 tastings with my parents and husbands parents, Tim wanted to make sure we got everything we wanted. And wow, the food was beyond amazing! Hot, fresh and delicious! It was hard to pick the dinner dishes because they were all so good! Tim work with our budget and even threw in some extra appetizer plates and a side dish for free to help ease my mind and make it great! We did family style dinner and honestly I was a little nervous as neither myself or my husband are Greek. I wasn’t sure what people would think. Well people LOVED IT! I got so many compliments about the amazing food, the staff, and people just raved about the amount of food, the great appetizers, amazing dinner and unique idea! I can’t say enough about Prime Minister and Tim. They are a family owned restaurant/ business that actually care about making your wedding dinner perfect for you! -

We could not reccomend Prime Minister enough!! Tim was amazing with communicating with us before the wedding, setting up tastings, touring our venue before the day of to make sure he knew what to expect, and meeting with us to take care of payments! The food is AMAZING! We had more than one tasting because we couldn't decide which delicious dishes we wanted to serve. We ended up having 4 entrees, and the salsbury steak was the biggest hit! We also had so much food left over that we got to take home.
His staff was also so kind during the whole event!
We will be visiting the restaurant often because we already miss the food!

Working with Prime Minister Catering was the best decision my fiancee and I could have made. From start to finish, working with Tim (the owner) and was so impressed with his professionalism and love he had for his food. Not only did we use them to cater, but we also rented our silverware, plates, water glasses, napkin linens, and tablecloths! The staff was on top of service, and all of our guests went through the buffet line really quickly! They even cut and served all of our guests the wedding cake- and with no charge! The food was absolutely delicious, and we heard nothing but compliments from our guest all night! All of this was at a price you can't find anywhere. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone looking for a great caterer! Thank you Prime Minister for making our wedding stress free! -

We hired prime ministers to cater our wedding in Milwaukee Wisconsin on August 27, 2022. Yum!!! We had a family style dinner and appetizers at Cocktail hour and our guests rave about the food! Super yummy and there was plenty of it! They even wrapped up the leftovers for us to take home. Elaini was there from start to finish and it was a pleasure to work with. The tasting was super fun to go to the restaurant and they just keep bringing out plates and plates of samplers to try everything from the menu. It is awesome to support a small business, as this restaurant is family oriented. Would recommend! -

After tons of searching for a caterer that was reasonably priced without seeming cheap, we found this gem! PM has such amazing food, all the staff were so warm and welcoming during all our experiences with them, and I couldn’t have imagined working with anyone else! We got SO many compliments on the food! People went up for seconds and thirds!! And the owner came by at our late night snack time (gyros were amazing) and was so sweet to wish us congratulations! People are still talking about the good days later! Would completely recommend them!
