Yolanda was absolutely amazing at my best friend's wedding. She was professional, compassionate, and fabulous at hair/makeup. Even though it was not my big day she made not only myself, but the other bridesmaids feel special. As the Maid of Honor I was doing a lot of running around to help the bride get ready and Yolanda made sure my makeup and hair always looked good. It was over 100° and she made sure I took the time to sit and drink water. I can't say enough good things about Yolanda and the experience she provided.

Yolanda did an outstanding job with everyone’s hair and make up. She also managed to do an extra person added the day of. She is friendly and professional and I would highly recommend her! -

Fall Wedding!!
Yolanda was very professional and very responsive to any text or phone calls I made to her. She was on time for my big day and finish all five of us on time. My hair and makeup was beautiful and everything I hoped my big day would look like. If you want a professional MUA she’s your lady!

Absolutley Amazing
Yolanda did my hair and makeup as well as one of my bridemaids. She was very professional and even showed up a little early. I was unsure how I wanted my hair and she was very patient, helpful and created the perfect style. We truly felt pampered! She brought us bendy straws for our drinks and made sure we were taken care of beyond hair and makeup. I am so glad we hired her and would highly recommend her to anyone.PrimaDonna Makeover's reply:

Hands down one of the best hair and makeup artists I've worked with! I love that she's mobile and comes to you! She transformed our bride from beautiful to drop down glamorous and had a good sense of confidence and calmness about her. Very capable and fun to work with - I'd highly recommend!! -

Yolanda drove two and a half hours to our rural elopement and we were so appreciative! She made my bridesmaids and flower girls very comfortable and we all felt so beautiful by the time she was done! She was very professional and came super prepared to clip in flower crows and even brought extra lipstick. Thank you so much Yolanda! Very professional and sweet! -

Yolanda was wonderful to work with. She did a great job working with my clients and catering to their needs. The entire bridal party looked FABULOUS! She even stays for touch up after the ceremony to make sure Brides and their tribe are fresh for the reception. She will be one of my recommendations for my couples. -

Michelle Sent on 10/18/2010Yolanda deserves the highest praise possible. I hired Yolanda for my wedding back in May 2010, and I am so happy I did! (I think it is a little hard to believe,) but I am STILL getting compliiments for the amazing job she did. Yolanda and her daughter showed up early to my maid of honor's house on the day of, started with my bridesmaid's makeup (I wasn't there yet). She did our hair and makeup. omg my hair was amazing! I wore a family heirloom crown + veil combination, which in order to stay on my head needed some fancy hairdoo work. Yolanda did it, and my hair a) has never on this earth looked so amazing, b) stayed put throughout the ceremony! following ceremony + pictures (san francisco), my husband and I were off to the reception site in San Mateo. Where Yolanda was all set up waiting for me, with a beautiful glitzy hair comb to take the place of the heirloom crown+veil combo. Oh I would love to include photos. hehe, professionalism and flexibility, soo more like a 10.0 than a five star. :) I have to tell you, the reception place was expected to have a hidden bathroom for the hair/makeup redo, but for one reason or another the electricity was out, and so Yolanda had to set up in the common use ladies' restroom, it was a crazy little mixup, (but at the time, I didn't have a clue, because Yolanda was all set up like it was planned to be that way!) Oh it was a dream. I could go on forever, but since you are probably a bride in a hurry, I will say this,
Call Yolanda with PrimaDonna Makeover as soon as you can!
the more time you have before your event, the more perfect it can be. :)

There was a little confusion about the timeline, but she worked wonders and had us ready to go by the time we needed to leave for pictures. She came to the ceremony and took care of touch ups for portraits. She also came to our reception site for final touching up before the reception started. Yolanda is awesome! -
