  Beautiful products!

  We went with Pretty Papers for our wedding invitations and menu cards and the team was absolutely a delight to work with! Who knew how many decisions there are to make when it comes to paper goods...Gene walked us through it all and it was such an enjoyable experience. They are quick to communicate and their turn around time is quick. We loved how our invitations and menu cards came out - so grateful we'll have them forever!

  Gene at pretty papers was wonderful to work with. Our invitations turned out so elegant and beautiful. He also helped make rehearsal invites, programs, seating cards, and cocktail napkins. He does it all and is a fantastic communicator through the process. We are proud to support this local Hilton head business!

  Pretty Papers was a dream to work with! Gene listened to our thoughts and helped us design a very unique invitation suite, place cards, menus, programs, table names -all of which reflected our personalities perfectly and helped set the tone for the wedding. When we needed new place cards right before our wedding, they were unbelievably quick and accommodating. My shower invitations and bridesmaid luncheon invitations also came from Pretty Papers, and the store was also a great place for hostess gifts for these functions. Everyone was so personable and helpful, and offered insight from many years in this business. I cannot recommend this business enough and look forward to the next opportunity I have to work with them!

  Pretty papers is the best place to get your wedding invitations. They have binders upon binders, upon binders full of display/sample invitation to choose from. They have every brand / maker imaginable, and any style / color you could ever want. I had fun going through them and picking some out until I was satisfied with my choice. They turned out just beautiful and so elegant and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

  Regrettably, this was the experience my Mom had at Pretty Papers:
  
  My husband and I come to Hilton Head every year---it's something we look forward to in an effort to get away from the hustle and bustle of living in the Northern Virginia/DC area. While here I decided to look for wedding invitations for our daughter. I had been told about Pretty Papers and went there on yesterday, September 1, 2015. When I arrived, I was greeted by a pleasant salesperson who told me that the person who knows best about wedding invitations had just left to go walk the dog and would be back in 5 min. I told her that I would just look around the store instead of going through the many books on hand there. The other sales associate who had been walking the dog returned and upon her return the sales associate who greeted me when I arrived shared with her what I was looking for. Right at that time, the phone rang and the person who was supposed to have been helping me devoted what was supposed to have been my time, to the person on the phone. She never even acknowledged that I was there after having waiting for her to walk the dog. She never even stopped to ask what it was I was looking for. While she was on the phone, I waited and thought surely she will end the telephone conversation soon. I decided that whatever wedding invitations they sold were simply not worth the poor customer service that I was receiving. So I left the store. Never to return again. Perhaps it might have appeared that my money wasn't long enough for what they sold--or maybe this is how all African Americans are treated? I really don't know and won't find out. I was totally outdone. Before getting to the store, I had just gotten a text from my daughter listing all the final specifics she wanted in her invitations as I was prepared and hoping to work with Pretty Papers. But that won't happen. I won't recommend this store and I won't be back.
