We used Pretty Films for our wedding on August 31, 2024 in the Boston area and can't recommend enough! The videographer was very thoughtful, and even stayed past when he needed to because he just kept rolling! The films we have been receiving back are so beautiful and really bring us back to the day. I cannot believe how perfectly our videos turned out. They captured all of the key moments (including vows and speeches) without us even giving them any direction to do so. The music and timing of the videos makes it an unreal production quality, and we have gotten so many compliments on the films. We posted the teaser on social media, and gifted the documentary via Motion Books for Christmas. We have gotten so many compliments on these. They tagged along with the photographers during the wedding with only one videographer and produced something that we will continue to watch every year. Thank you for this beautiful masterpiece! -

We are extremely pleased with our wedding films! We received our edited films about 3 months from our wedding date. The videographers at our event were very friendly and did a great job capturing our big day without being intrusive. It was a great experience every step of the way from our first call with Maribel! She was extremely helpful and informative about our package options. Maribel was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. We received multiple emails requesting our preferences on the type of films, music, etc.

We are so glad that we hired Pretty Films! We had a nightmare situation, one month away from our wedding we found out the original videographer team we hired (Petit Films) went bankrupt! We came to Pretty Films hoping that they would save the day, and they really did! I spoke with George on the phone who was beyond kind! He assured me of their entire process and allowed me to only pay partially upfront to be sure we didn't have a repeat situation! Maribel was the coordinator through email and she was lovely and answered all of our questions. On the day we had Josh film. He was great, and let our photographers take the lead on the shots. We got our video back less than 1 month after the wedding and even received a complementary social media teaser! I would highly recommend Pretty Films, I'm so happy I have all the raw footage of the day as well to look back on forever! -

Pretty Films - So Grateful We Hired Them For Our Wedding!!!
My now husband and I recently got married June 17th and although we will review in more detail after we get the wedding videos, we wanted to share with other potential clients that Pretty Films was amazing to work with through and through. From the first interview, we felt that the team truly listened to our vision and our suggestions. They were reliable, communicative, and so easy to work with. Hank, our videographer on our actual wedding day was incredible! He was friendly, timely, professional, and knowledgeable. There were a few times that, as the bride, I felt nervous and anxious throughout the day. Hank brought such a positive attitude and sense of calm that really helped during the wedding! Even when it poured on our wedding day, he was out there in the rain with us, reassuring us that the pictures were amazing and that the best lighting was captured. We appreciated that he was very discreet about his filming and movements, allowing us to have fun and enjoy the best day of our lives without being too present. Honestly the easiest people to work with and the BEST! I loved my video. I hired them, they called to confirm a few days before, they showed up, I didn't even notice them and then they presented me with a BEAUTIFUL wedding video. It was amazing! Jeremy did our wedding and he was soooo nice and although he stayed inconspicuous during the wedding, he got shots from all angles and got the best moments of our wedding. I didn't think they would have the video finished so soon, but a couple weeks after the wedding, even before we got to settle down after the wedding, he emailed us the video and our whole family was in tears at how beautifully it came out. Awesome job and cheaper than most other companies! Seriously totally worth every penny we spent on them! -

George did an AMAZING job on our wedding video! We were so impressed with the videos on his website that we hired him before even meeting him. He met with us a few weeks before the wedding to find out all the details of the big day and what aspects we thought were important to capture. You could tell he had a great game plan solely based on our first meeting. During the ceremony itself, he was a ghost. He and his assistant were constantly on the move to set up perfect shots, but the guests never noticed him. The wedding was on a Friday, and we received a link to the video on the following Tuesday … only 4 days later! The video itself was perfect!!! We must’ve watched it at least 100 times since then. All of our friends keep telling us that the video looks like a Hollywood movie and we agree! It was obvious how much he paid attention to what we felt was important on our wedding day. His video blew our expectations out of the water, and we’re so glad we had George there to capture our big day! -

I really cannot say enough good things about George. On the wedding day, I had so many things going on that I do not think anyone even talked to him when he showed up, he just started working! After researching videographers for my wedding it became readily apparent that there was a vast difference in the quality produced by different vendors. Once I watched sample videos of Pretty Films there was no comparison. I told my fiancé, if we were going to have a video, this was the one. Given the cost (in wedding vendors this is certainly one of those "you get what you pay" for items) my fiancé was reluctant until we met with George and he showed us his work. At that point there was no question and we booked Pretty Films right then and there. To say that they made my wedding day stress-free is an understatement. George and his crew worked so fantastically well with how I had planned the day and the ease of communication with my photographer was unbelievable. They made us laugh and they had amazing ideas for shots. Fast forward to the final product, which we could not wait to see. Obviously, this is not a cheap venture, so there was a lot of pressure to be perfect. Pretty Films did not disappoint. The way they captured our day and told our story was nothing short of amazing. The beauty of our film brings everyone to tears! We absolutely love it and can certainly say choosing Pretty Films was the best vendor Decision we made!! -

When my husband John and I first met with George at Pretty Films, I knew we were going to have a great experience but I couldn't have imagined then how much time, energy and hard work George and his amazing team would bring to our wedding day. We knew that we wanted to do something a little different for our video. My husband works in the film industry and we share a love of terrible action movies. When we brought up the idea of having this kind of theme for the video with Geroge, he just ran with it! Before I knew it, his team had pulled together a script, shot list, and props that made for one awesome looking, Mr and Mrs Smith style, movie trailer! The quality of their work was phenomenal and truly captured all of the happiness of the day. But even beyond how over-the-moon we were about the finished product, I can't say enough about the personalities of this team! Pretty Films was unbelievable to work with throughout our whole wedding planning process! I first called and spoke with Alena, she was great to talk with and very helpful. Alena explained to me all of my options and how they can customize it to fit our needs. She was very reassuring that they would capture everything we needed them to, and some, on our wedding day! And they did just that! Alena shot our wedding day, they arrived on time and captured every little detail. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with the Pretty Films team. They were kind, professional, well thought out and just hung behind the scenes capturing it all. Our wedding day was the most perfect day; it was a sunny, beautiful day on Cape Cod which turned into the perfect sunset on the beach, and a full moon setting on the water by night. WOW! We are so thrilled with our video from Pretty Films. In the beginning we were unsure of how to budget to use this vendor as they were pricier than others, but after speaking to George over the phone, we knew her team would be the best for our day and we do not have a single regret! We never felt we had to stage anything which was important, and they did a great job catching natural moments of not only us, but family and friends enjoying the ceremony and reception. It was fun to have them around and we were sad to say goodbye at the end of the night. They not only edited our main wedding film, but as a bonus they made us a link for our wedding dance (a special Salsa/Bachata routine that we practiced for weeks in advance) and edited that one really nicely as well. I was just expecting a straight shot for the entire thing, but they cut different angles for us and it looks amazing as well! If you are looking for an amazing treasure to have for the rest of your life - look no further. We got the same day's edit and everyone, including ourselves, were quite impressed. It baffles me how they shot our video and produced such an epic video in almost no time. It was the perfect tease of what was to come but let us remain on our wedding high throughout our honeymoon. Just having received our wedding video, my faith in his and his team’s abilities couldn’t have been more correct. They tied together every special moment seamlessly, and not in a dry chronological sequence (getting ready, ceremony, pictures, cocktail hour, speeches etc.). But she didn’t stop by adding just the classical moments, she added special moments or places that she knew would be dear to our hearts. For instance: capturing our last kiss before marriage (with the groom blind folded of course!), zooming in on the address of our first apartment (one spot where we took photos), involving moments with our dog (and removing the part I tripped because our dog was pulling so hard). It didn’t stop there, she added a shot of my law school as it was a few buildings away. I don't even recall mentioning it at our second meeting but she was so thorough and attentive that she remembered. But my absolute favorite part was that she included footage of my mom and I FaceTiming with her sister (my aunt) and her mom (my grandmother), who both live in Greece. Due to my grandmother’s health, they were unable to attend. There was a shot of both of them on my mom’s phone! It meant so much to my family and I that they were included. I would highly recommend Pretty Films as your videographer. I have dreamed of my wedding day since I was a little girl and from their work, I can relive it for decades to come.” -

We really cannot say enough good things about Alena from Pretty Films! From the moment we sat down for our first meeting I was obsessed. My husband is the kind of guy that will go along with anything I want but even he was really impressed with the video previews Alena showed us. Truth be told, we weren't originally going to have a wedding video... At the time we thought that those funds would be more useful in other parts of the budget. Selecting Pretty Films was truly one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding. Alena and her team so perfectly captured the fun, joy, and love from our wedding day! When originally researching possible videographers, I was terrified of having our video feel forced or inauthentic in any way. Alena put those fears to rest as soon as she arrived to film, making everyone in the bridal party feel completely at ease and relaxed. The entire Pretty Film team was so enjoyable to work with - from the initial emails and phone conversations, to the day of our wedding, to the final footage and package (with an adorable surprise gift), everything was so organized and professional. After receiving our highlight film, I shared the link on my Facebook so all of our guests would be able to see the video as well. Pretty Fims is the absolute best videographer that I could have selected to capture our wedding day. We worked mainly with Alena who was willing to accommodate us every step of the way. As we were planning our wedding, we mentioned that we would be having a horse-drawn carriage. Alena immediately suggested using a drone to capture the moment. We felt that she was just as excited as we were about our wedding day. Alena and her team were easy to work with and even arrived at the hotel bright and early, coincidentally dressed to match our wedding color theme. She has a great sense of humor, which helped me relax as I was feeling anxious/nervous because we were behind schedule. Alena helped put me at ease as she showed me beautiful clips that she was taking while I was having my hair & makeup done. The entire bridal party also commented about how fun she was to be around. The entire crew was very professional and focused the entire day. I saw them running around behind-the-scenes and working hard outside on a typical hot August day. Having a videographer was not part of our original plans. But, COVID turned out to be a blessing in disguise for us because it led us to Alena and her team to capture our wedding day for those who couldn’t be there. As we downsized the guest list and continuously changed plans, Alena and her team remained flexible with open communication. The team worked beautifully with our planner and photographer, and Alena was an absolute blast on our wedding day—we and our families felt instantly comfortable with them, and they seamlessly captured every element of our day (and, given that we got married during a pandemic, it’s worth adding that we felt absolutely safe with Alena!). Alena continued to be extremely helpful and kind after our wedding day. Once we saw the finished product, we quickly realized we wanted more add-ons so we could easily share the day with friends and family who could not attend the wedding. Pretty Films did an absolutely amazing job with the video of our wedding day. My husband and I planned a destination wedding in Jackson, Wyoming. Where do I even begin?! Maribel and her team captured my daughter’s wedding on November in Boston, MA. From the minute Maribel walked into the room, it felt like we had known her for years! Her professionalism and kindness are unmatched, and her humor made everyone feel at ease! Maribel even shared with us a few sneak peaks towards the end of the wedding leaving us speechless! One of the BEST decisions my daughter could have made during the wedding planning process was hiring Pretty Films! We can’t recommend Maribel and her team enough!! -

Alena and her company provided a wonderful Zoom experience for our remote guests that perfectly captured our day without interfering or slowing down the ceremony. We also had her record some pre- and post- ceremony footage, and she and her team delivered a beautiful video for us to treasure forever. Editing is elegant and artful, without taking focus away from the event itself. I wouldn't change a single thing about it, which is incredible for such a personal memento. Throughout the process, I was confident Alena would handle her side of things professionally and with little input from my wife and I. This is immensely valuable on a day when you have so much to worry about! She's also sincerely a pleasant and vibrant person that made us feel at ease, and she even left us laughing, which I'm sure helped her capture more natural footage of us. We were also able to work with Alena to get the exact package and price point we wanted. We wanted Zoom as a minimum and maybe a recording to save, but were fortunately able to budget for some extra flourishes that really elevated the edited version. At the same time, we never felt pressured to upgrade to something we couldn't afford. Everyone knows people are liable to regret spending money on frivolous wedding 'extras'. I cannot say enough positive things about Maribel and her team. I was blown away by her exceptional level of professionalism, care and talent. She was so organized but beyond that was deeply invested in my husband and I's story and wishes for our wedding and wedding video. She truly cared and it really showed the day of the wedding. She went above and beyond to get the perfect shots and even helped with things beyond her own job, like helping me carry my train!! The finished product blew us away. The video is like a professional hollywood production!! We are truly overwhelmed with our experience with Maribel and her team. We HIGHLY recommend him!!! -

I could not recommend Pretty Films highly enough: The process, the event, and even the post process has been incredible. It’s also super important to mention that one of our biggest concerns with hiring a videographer was making sure our wedding didn’t look like a production with all the lights and cameras. Honestly, George and team crushed it! It’s funny because they actually referred to themselves as film ninjas and its spot on - didn't feel the pressure of cameras on me - just enjoyed getting married and partying. The snippets I’ve seen so far are SOO exciting! I’m sure there is much more to come! Thanks George, Maribel and crew for all the time, hard work you had endured to capture our wedding day. We are really looking forward to seeing the edits!!! -

We have had our video for a while. I just never got around to writing a review (life gets so busy after you get married). But I really need to take the time and say thank you. I loved my video from the start but not until recently did it really hit me how important it really is to us. My grandfather was the officiant at my wedding - We recently lost him to Covid. Hearing him, seeing him, does not bring him back but I feel like we still have a piece of him with us. So this review is long in the making - we will be celebrating our 4 year anniversary this year, but it comes from the heart. Thank you to everyone at Pretty Films who made this possible for me. My wedding was a couple of weeks ago and they have been on top of it from start to finish so far. Should be getting my video in 2 more weeks and I have a good feeling you guys are gonna give me even more to brag about! -

Pretty Films was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! The team was incredibly flexible and understanding with every change I made and detail I added - yes I have OCD.. With Maribel's help and attention to detail most everything went flawless and the little hiccups along the way (at no fault to Maribel) were barely noticeable. We got the perfect video for our day and we’re so happy to see all the things that we chose Pretty Films. If you are on the fence - I can promise you you wont regret it. Alena and her crew don't come to your wedding to record it, they come to make movie magic! The shots, angles, and scenes unfolded to make the most amazing moments! Seriously, I feel like my wedding video is going to win Oscars - lol! I really really love it. If you didn’t know us, you’d think they were actual scenes from a movie ( and that’s unedited! ). I was on the fence about hiring a videographer because some weddings I've been to, they've felt intrusive and in everyone's face. But wow, I am SO glad we decided to use Pretty films. The team was incredibly friendly and talented and creative with their shots. Day of I barely felt their presence. The wedding video was what I was most excited to see. Took them a little longer than the 30 days or less but it was completely worth it and I won't hold it against them. The video is brilliant! They are easy to work with, listened to everything we asked and made the process fun. I can't recommend them enough! -

We used Pretty Films for our wedding video in Nov 2022 and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a videographer! Matt was amazing, making us feel comfortable and most importantly capturing the day how it truly happened, not how he thought it should be. I can tell alot of thought went into the video and all the pre planning we coordinated with the team before the day was awesome and reflective in the video. Maribel - I think she was the head coordinator/ manager, was brilliant and accommodating with the wedding due to covid changes and was respectful of all the covid rules in place at the time of the wedding. I watch my videos back over and over and still cry to this day as they truly capture us perfectly. There are also little details captured that we completely missed so I treasure these moments too. Thank you Pretty Films and the entire crew and highly recommend it! 5 STARS! -

Alena and her team were amazing! She listened to our needs then provided a brilliant broadcasting of our micro wedding on Zoom, as well as videoing key events from the wedding. On the day of the wedding, it was a pleasure working with our videographer. She was really positive and keen to get just the right footage without needing guidance and really worked seamlessly with the photographer. My video and photo are the most important vendors I hired and I Highly recommend getting a video from Pretty Films! Thanks! -

Pretty Films has got it going on! They were absolutely FABULOUS! I had booked another vendor for videography, and as I got closer to my wedding I got nervous about the vendor and didn't feel super solid in my choice. I was connected with George and we spent about 45 minutes on the phone and I booked immediately. George and the tream is energetic, professional, creative, and flexible (we customized our own package) - everything you would want in a vendor and videographer. The work is unbelievable - I was sold on their examples and their personality. Our video captures EVERYTHING! Things I didn't even think or know happened. Doesn't miss a beat, and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the day. At one point during our beach shoot the wind was insane, and our videographer had all of my bridesmaids lined up in the sand at every angle slo mo - it looked so so good, I have gotten so many compliments and just thrilled with my choice. I know I have been a little over the top and borderline bridezilla but Maribel was SUCH a trooper before the wedding! I could go on and on - bottom line is George, Maribel, Josh (or James - so sorry) you guys are fantastic, our video is stunning which I will cherish forever, ok - I am done otherwise this will neer end. Love you guys!
